治心热风痫。（出本草）
大圣丹（又名乌龙丸，出自《百一选方》）：治疗风痫、暗风。症状包括肢体瘫痪、手足牵引抽搐、口眼歪斜、言语不清、行走困难。
配方：川乌（去皮、去脐尖，切成片状）五两；五灵脂（生用，选用新鲜的）五两。将上述药材研成细末，加入少量冰片和麝香，滴入水调和揉捏均匀。
注意：操作时用手揉开，不要让孕妇接触以免受损。此药需分给小儿服用，分为两服。空腹服用。凡是国家中的药物，却说是神药治疗的枣儿（出自《德生堂》）：治疗各种风症引发的癫痫危急证候。得到这个方子使用，大多能挽救生命。
配方：皂角（一斤，去皮、去弦，锉碎）；麻黄（去节，三分）；肥枣（一升）；优质京墨（三钱）。以上药材用一个能盛二斗水的大砂锅。将皂角、麻黄、京墨三种药放入砂锅内熬煎，加水煎至五六碗，滤去药渣。再将药液熬制成两碗膏状，然后放入枣子在膏中，用慢火熬干，使药味全部渗入枣中。用瓦瓶盛装，瓶口用纸盖好。每天取出一枚枣食用，最多吃到三到五个为止。服药后，次日早晨风痰涎沫都会从大便排出，疗效显著。
治疗风痫发作，项背强直，双目直视，不省人事。此证乃肝经有热所致，如病发者，宜服用此药。
配方：轻粉、白矾、丁头代赭石（各等分）。研成细末，用头发浸泡过的米汤调服。
银末丸（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗风痫多年不愈。发作时昏迷闷乱、吐白沫，或发出牛叫声。
配方：银末半两；铁粉一两；黑猫粪一两（炒制）；黄丹二两。以上药材混合，加热研磨均匀，用醋和饭团和丸。
服用时，即于……至五分，温温……
阳起石丸（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗风痫。胸膈间有积痰不散，发作时心烦躁动，厌恶呼叫、昏迷闷乱、吐白沫、抽搐。
配方：阳起石一两；硫黄一两（与水银结合成砂状）；水银一两；黄丹一两。以上药材都研磨极细，密封固济。用粟米饭和丸。

参朱丸（出自《济生拔粹》）：治疗风痫，效果显著。
配方：人参、蛤粉、朱砂。以上药材等分为细末，用猪心血为丸，如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，金银水送下。
辰砂散（出自《十便良方》）：治疗风邪引起的各种癫痫，胡言乱语、狂跑，精神恍惚，思虑迷乱，时而唱歌时而哭泣，饮食失常。
配方：颗块朱砂四钱（研细）、酸枣仁二钱、乳香一钱（研）。以上药材研匀，根据病患饮酒量多少，先须恣意饮酒……完毕后，便安置……密切观察。醒来……三天才苏醒。
雌黄丸（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗风痫欲发时，精神不足，眼目不明，抽搐，厌恶声音，嚼舌吐沫。

配方：上用雄猪心一个，破作两片，去心内血，用好辰砂塞满为度，以布线缝合，外合灯心包裹。
时，出去猪心，将朱砂细枣肉为丸，如绿豆大。入茯苓二两半焙干，甘草半两，炒令赤色，为细末。每用一大钱，沸汤点咽。三粒至五粒，日进二服，百无所忌。
驱风散（出自《卫生家宝》）：治疗暗风痫疾，涎潮不省人事，手足搐搦。又小儿惊风等疾，服一料。
配方：防风四两（去芦）、白砂蜜半斤、朱砂一两（水飞研令极细）、薄荷四两（苗儿紫心者）、蜗牛……用水浸三日去元浸……为末，入朱砂、蜗牛……十丸，腊茶清送下。日进三服。忌猪鸡鱼面动风物。

配方：用将皂角一个，好肥者，无虫蛀，去皮弦，切碎。用浆水一大碗，春秋三四日，冬浸七日，夏浸一二日。揉取净浆，浸透皂角汁，入银器或沙锅，以文武慢火熬，用柳条槐枝搅，熬似膏药，取出摊在夹纸上，阴干收顿。如遇病患，取手掌大一片，用温浆水化下在盏内，用竹……欲要……

Da Sheng Dan (also known as Wulong Wan, from *Bai Yi Xuan Fang*): Treats wind epilepsy and dark wind. Symptoms include limb paralysis, traction and spasms of the hands and feet, deviation of the mouth and eyes, unclear speech, and difficulty walking.
Formula: Chuanwu (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) five liang, peeled, navel removed, tip removed, sliced; Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces) five liang, raw use, fresh ones selected. Formula: Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus) one jin, peeled, strings removed, crushed; Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) three fen, nodes removed; Feizao (Jujubae Fructus) one sheng; Hao Jingmo (High-quality Beijing Ink) three qian. Use a large clay pot capable of holding two dou of water. Place the Zaojiao, Mahuang, and Jingmo into the clay pot and decoct with water until reduced to five or six bowls. Filter out the dregs. Continue to boil the liquid into a paste of two bowls. Then add the dates into the paste and slowly boil until dry, so that the medicinal properties enter the dates. Store in a ceramic jar covered with paper. Take one date daily, up to three or five. After taking, the next morning, wind-phlegm and saliva will be discharged through the stool; the effect is significant.
Treating wind epilepsy attacks with neck stiffness, staring straight ahead, and loss of consciousness. This condition is caused by heat in the Liver channel. If the disease occurs, this medicine should be taken.
