治疗肺痿时时寒热。两颊赤。气急。亦治久嗽涕唾多。骨节寒热。
用童子小便。每日晚取之。去初沫少许。小便可用五合。取上好甘草量病患中指节。男
左女右。长短截之。炙令热破作四片。内小便中。置于闲净处露一宿。器上横一小刀。明日

甘草（四两）、干姜（二两，《集验方》中有大枣十二枚）。将药材罗筛均匀，用水三升，煮取一升半，滤去药渣。
补肺散，治疗肺痿劳伤吐血。
黄明胶（炙燥二两）、花桑叶（阴干二两）。将上述药材研为细散。每次服用三钱，用生地黄汁调服，配合糯米饮。
亦方：甘草汤，治疗肺痿涎唾多出血，心中温温液液不适。（又名温液汤）
用甘草二两，水三升，煮取一升半，滤去药渣。分三次服用。
绵胶散，治疗肺损吐血。
新绵（烧灰研细）、黄明胶（炙燥捣末）。以上等分研匀。每次服用一钱，临睡前用糯米饮调服。
治肺痿喘嗽。
用汉防己研为细末。每次服用三钱，用浆水一盏，同煎至七分，连渣温服。
治疗肺痿时时寒热，两颊发红，气急。也治疗久嗽涕唾多，骨节寒热。
取童子尿，每日傍晚收集，去掉少许初沫。可用童子尿五合。取上好甘草，量取病患中指节的长度（男左女右），截断这段甘草，炙热后破作四片，放入尿中，置于干净处露天放置一夜。在容器上横放一把小刀。次日清晨去掉甘草，一次性服下。每日一剂。童子勿令吃五辛，忌海藻、菘菜、热面。另一法用甘草末一钱，小便三合，搅匀服用。
治口中血腥，吐红咳嗽。
用熟地黄，干嚼后用酒送下。也可研为细末，用酒调服。
治一切肺疾咳嗽脓血不止。
用猪胰一个，削薄装入竹筒，在糠火中烤至极熟，吃饭时吃下。
皂荚散，治疗肺痿吐涎沫。
皂荚（半两，去黑皮，涂酥炙令焦黄，去子）、桂心（一两）、甘草（一两半，炙微赤，锉碎）。将上述药材研为散剂。
每次服用三钱，用水一中盏，加入生姜半分，枣三枚，煎至六分，滤去药渣，不拘时候服用。
蛤蚧散，治疗患肺痿咳嗽及肺壅嗽。
蛤蚧（一对，选新好的，用热水洗十遍，慢火炙令香，研为细末）、人参、茯苓（去皮）、知母、贝母（各炙过，汤洗）、桑白皮（以上各二两）、大杏仁（六两，汤浸去皮尖，烂煮令香取出研）、甘草（五两，炙）。以上八味同研为细末，加入杏仁拌匀，再粗罗筛过，越细越好。每次服用半钱，加入生姜二片，少许酥，水八分，煎熟服用。如果用开水冲服，频繁服用也很好。
四君子汤，治疗肺痿而皮肤聚拢、毛发脱落者。益气即可。
白术、人参、黄芪、茯苓。将上述药材研为粗末。每次服用五钱至七钱，用水一盏，煎至七分，滤去药渣，食远温服。
治肺痿咳嗽，鬼气病。
取久停发臭的尿液为佳。若怕冷，应用热物调和温服。
治肺痰唾脓血。
取薏苡仁十两杵碎，用水三升，煎取一升，加入少许酒服用。
Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, one tael) and Gancao (Licorice Root, roasted, two taels). The above are processed into a coarse powder. Each dose is four qian. Add one zhan of water, decoct until reduced to seven-tenths, remove the dregs. Take at any time.
Supplementary Formula: Fangji San (from *Ren Cun Fang*), treating lung痿 (consumptive disease of the lung) with hemoptysis and excessive phlegm.
Hanfangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix) and Tinglizi (Descurainiae Semen), equal parts ground into fine powder. Each dose is two qian, taken with glutinous rice drink after meals.
Gancao Ganjiang Tang (from *Qianjin Fang*), treating lung痿 with excessive saliva and sputum, frequent urination, cold in the lungs causing vertigo, no thirst, no cough, upper deficiency unable to control the lower.
Gancao (Licorice Root, four taels), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, two taels; *Ji Yan Fang* includes twelve large dates). Sift evenly. Add three sheng of water, decoct to obtain one and a half sheng. Remove dregs.
Bufei San (Lung-Nourishing Powder), treating lung痿 due to labor injury and hemoptysis.
Huangmingjiao (Yellow Clear Glue, roasted and dried, two taels) and Huasangye (Flowering Mulberry Leaf, shade-dried, two taels). Process into a fine powder. Each dose is three qian, mixed with juice of fresh Rehmannia root, accompanied by glutinous rice drink.
Also: Gancao Tang (Licorice Decoction), treating lung痿 with excessive saliva/sputum and bleeding, feeling of warmth and fluidity in the heart (also known as Wenye Tang).
Use two taels of Gancao (Licorice Root), three sheng of water, decoct to obtain one and a half sheng. Remove dregs. Divide into three doses.
Mianjiao San (Cotton Glue Powder), treating lung damage with hemoptysis.
Xinmian (New Cotton, burned to ash and ground) and Huangmingjiao (Yellow Clear Glue, roasted, dried, and ground). Equal parts ground uniformly. Each dose is one qian, taken before bed with glutinous rice drink.
For lung痿 with wheezing and cough.
Use Hanfangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix) ground into powder. Each dose is three qian, decocted with one zhan of sour rice wash until reduced to seven-tenths. Take warm with dregs.
Treating lung痿 with intermittent chills and fever, red cheeks, shortness of breath. Also treats chronic cough with excessive nasal discharge and sputum, chills and heat in bone joints.
Collect urine from an uncircumcised boy in the evening, discard the first few drops. Use five he of urine. Take high-quality Gancao (Licorice Root), measure against the middle finger joint of the patient (left for males, right for females), cut to that length, roast until hot, break into four pieces, place in urine, leave in a clean place overnight exposed to air. Place a small knife across the vessel. Next morning, remove the licorice and take all at once. One dose daily. The boy should avoid five pungent spices, kelp, pak choi, and hot noodles. Another method uses one qian of licorice powder and three he of urine, stirred well and taken.
Treating bloody taste in the mouth, hemoptysis, and cough.
Use Shudihuang (Prepared Rehmannia Root), chew dry and swallow with wine. Alternatively, grind into powder and take with wine.
Treating all lung diseases with persistent coughing of pus and blood.
Use one pig pancreas, slice thinly, place in a bamboo tube, roast thoroughly over bran fire until very cooked. Eat with meals.
Zaojiao San (Soap Pod Powder), treating lung痿 with spitting of frothy saliva.
Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus, half a tael, remove black skin, coat with butter, roast until scorched yellow, remove seeds), Guixin (Cinnamon Bark, one tael), Gancao (Licorice Root, one and a half taels, roasted slightly red, chopped). Process into powder.
Each dose is three qian. Add one zhan of water, half a ban of fresh ginger, three jujubes. Decoct to six-tenths, remove dregs. Take at any time.
Gejie San ( Gecko Powder), treating lung痿 with cough and lung obstruction with cough.
Gejie (Gecko, one pair, select fresh and good ones, wash ten times with hot water, roast slowly over low heat until fragrant, grind into fine powder), Renshen (Ginseng Root), Fuling (Poria, peeled), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizome), Beimu (Fritillariae Bulbus) (each roasted and washed with soup), Sangbaipi (Morus Alba Bark, two taels each above), Da Xingren (Apricot Seed, six taels, soaked in water, remove skin and tips, boiled until soft and fragrant, removed and ground), Gancao (Licorice Root, five taels, roasted). The above eight ingredients are ground together into a fine powder, mixed with apricot seeds, then sifted through a coarse sieve again; fineness is key. Each dose is half a qian. Add two slices of fresh ginger, a little butter, eight fen of water. Decoct until ready and take. If taken by mixing with hot water, frequent dosing is also excellent.
Sijunzi Tang (Four Gentlemen Decoction), treating lung痿 with contracted skin and fallen hair. Tonifying qi is sufficient.
Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Renshen (Ginseng Root), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Fuling (Poria). Process into coarse particles. Each dose is five to seven qian. Add one zhan of water, decoct to seven-tenths, remove dregs. Take warm long after meals.
Treating phlegm rising causing shortness of breath.
Take the above powder, mix with one he of lard, and take with warm wine.
Treating lung痿 with hemoptysis.
Mix deer blood with wine and take. Effective.
Treating lung痿 with cough and "ghost qi" disease.
Take urine that has been stored for a long time and become foul-smelling, which is best. If afraid of cold, mix with hot substances and take warm.
Treating lung phlegm with spitting of pus and blood.
Take ten taels of Yiyiren (Coicis Semen), crush it. Add three sheng of water, decoct to obtain one sheng. Add a little wine and take.
Treating lung痿 with cough.
Take half a sheng of Luobozhong (Radish Seed), wash thoroughly, dry by baking. Stir-fry in a pot until yellow and cooked, then grind into powder. Form pills like bullet sizes using rock sugar. Wrap in cotton and suck slowly.
Treating lung痿 with hemoptysis.
Cook radish with mutton and crucian carp and eat.
