（附论）
凡是胎儿已经娩出，但胎盘（胞衣）未能随之排出的情况，世人称之为“息胞”。这通常是因为产妇在分娩初期用力过猛，导致胎儿娩出后身体极度疲惫，无法继续用力排出胎盘。此外，产后若遭受风寒邪气侵袭，会导致气血凝滞涩痛，乏力运行，从而致使胎盘滞留不下。这不仅会延长产程，还可能危及生命。
壮气益血汤：治疗产后胎盘不下。或因被风寒邪气侵袭，导致气血凝滞；或因气力疲乏，无法推动胎盘下行。
药材：生干地黄（焙干）、人参（切片）、当归（切片并焙干，各一两）、代赭石（另研细粉，半两）、木香（一分）。
制法与用法：以上五味药粗捣筛过，制成散剂。每服三钱，用酒送服。
又一方：
取破旧的簸箕舌烧成灰，细细研磨。每次服用三钱，用酒送服。
治疗胎盘不下的方法：
用小豆温水或酒吞服。若生男孩，服十七枚；若生女孩，服十四枚。
丹砂散：治疗胎盘不出，使胎盘腐烂脱落。
药材：冬葵子、阿胶（炒）、牛膝（酒浸）、当归（切片焙干，各三分）。
制法与用法：以上药物研为散剂。每次服用五钱，用温酒调服。
治疗胎盘不出：
取小麦与小豆一起煮至浓稠，饮用其汁液，胎盘即可立即排出。此方也适用于胎位横逆难产的情况。使用米麦也可以。
又一方：
取瓜子仁十四枚，服用后胎盘立出，效果良好。
又一方：
取水煮弓弩弦，饮下五合，胎盘即出。也可将弓弩弦烧成灰，用酒调和服用。
又一方：
取家中埋藏柱子的地方挖出，取柱子底部正下方的土，大小如鸡蛋，用酒调和服用，效果良好。
牛膝汤：治疗胎盘不出。若脐腹部坚硬胀满急痛，甚至会致死。服用此药，胎盘即腐烂排出。凡胎儿及死胎在腹中不得出者，皆可适用。
药材：牛膝、瞿麦（各四两）、当归（三两）、滑石（半斤）、通草（六两，一方用木通，一方用莽草）、冬葵子（五两）。
制法与用法：以上药物细切，用水九升煮取三升，分三次服用。胎盘即腐烂排出。一方加桂心二两；一方无通草，用甘草代替；一方加赤小豆。
若胎盘不出，腹胀则会致死。此方也用于治疗未满月而死胎。
以黑豆一合，炒熟，加入醋一盏，煎煮三五沸，去豆渣。分三次服用。用酒煮亦可。或取鞋底烤热，熨烫小腹。
蒲黄散：治疗胎死腹中。若胎儿已出，但胎盘不下，伴有腰背痛。
药材：蒲黄（微炒）、甘草（炙）、陈皮（热水洗去白瓤后焙干）、桂枝（去皮，各三分）、牛膝（酒浸去苗，切片焙干，一两）。
制法与用法：以上药物研为散剂。每次服用二钱，用温酒调服。不拘时间，以下出为度。
松叶散：治疗胎盘不下，气血上冲于心，导致昏迷闷绝，濒临死亡。
药材：松叶（炙）、墨（细研）、紫葛（各半两）。
制法与用法：以上药物研为散剂。每次服用二钱，用温水调服。不拘时间。
芎䓖散：治疗胎盘不出。
药材：川芎、当归（切片焙干，各半两）、榆白皮（锉碎，一两）。
制法与用法：以上药物研为散剂。每次服用三钱，用生地黄汁温调服。若未排出，再服。
香墨丸：治疗难产胎盘不下，伴有心腹痛。
药材：香墨、麝香（各一钱，同研细）。
制法与用法：以上两味药，用腊月兔脑和丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用三丸，用温酒送服。不拘时候，以下出为度。
葱油方：治疗胎盘不出。
药材：葱白（三茎）、麻油（半合）。
制法与用法：先研取少许葱白汁，与油混合。服用。若未排出，再服一次。
伏龙肝散：治疗胎盘不出。
药材：伏龙肝、蒲黄（炒，各一两）。
制法与用法：以上药物研为散剂。每次服用二钱，用温酒调服。不拘时间，以下出为度。
牛膝散：治疗胎盘不出，使胎盘腐烂。
取牛膝去苗一两，细锉。用水三盏，煎至一盏半，去渣。分三次服用。
治疗恶血不下，积聚在胞衣中的方子：
取葱叶细切，用三指撮的量，用热酒浇淋，去葱叶服用，胎盘立时排出。
生干地黄、人参、当归（各一两）、代赭石（研细半两）、木香（一分）。以上药物研为散剂。每次服用五钱，用水一盏煎服。
瞿麦汤：治疗产后胎盘不出。
药材：瞿麦穗（一两）、牛膝（去苗酒浸）、桂枝（去皮）、木通（各一两）。
制法与用法：以上药物粗捣筛过。每次服用三钱，用水一盏，煎至七分，去渣。不拘时间，温服。若未排出，再服。
牛膝汤：治疗胎盘一半出来一半不出来，或者胎儿死在腹中，附着脊柱不下，数日不能分娩，气血上冲，宜服用此方。
药材：牛膝（去苗酒浸）、冬葵子（炒）、榆白皮（各一两）、生地黄汁（三合）。
制法与用法：以上四味药，除地黄汁外，粗捣。煎煮后兑入地黄汁，分次服用。
槐子汤：治疗胎盘不出。
药材：槐子（如无子可用枝条细切一两）、牛膝（去苗酒浸一两半）、木通、榆白皮、瞿麦穗（各二两）。
地黄汤：治疗产后五六天胎盘不出。
药材：生地黄（切片）、牛膝（去苗酒浸）、桂枝（去皮）、川芎、大黄（各一两，炒）、蒲黄（三分，炒）、朴硝（一两半）。
制法与用法：以上药物研为散剂。每次服用三钱，用水一盏，煎至七分，去渣。不拘时间服用，以下出为度。
当归散：治疗产后胎盘不下。
药材：当归、芍药、桂枝（去皮，各等分）。
制法与用法：以上药物研为散剂。每次服用三钱，用水一盏，煎至七分，去渣。温服，不拘时间。
又一方：
用水清洗产妇面部，神效。用少许醋搅匀，一洗即缩，三洗收尽。
又一方：
用鸡蛋两个，苦酒（醋）一合，混合饮用，胎盘立出。一方说吞服三个鸡蛋清有效。
延年方：治疗胎盘不出。若腹胀则会致死。
吞服三个鸡蛋黄，同时解开头发刺入喉中，令其呕吐，胎盘即出。若极度困倦，用水煮一只蝼蛄，二十沸，灌入口中，汁液下咽即出。
治疗胎盘不下：
用红花一两，用酒煮取浓汁服用。一方用温酒送下。
又一方：治疗胎盘不下，以及胎死败血进入胞中，结成块状，胀急抢入心胸，疼痛不可忍受。
用鹿角镑屑三分为末，用葱白汤调服。一方用酒调服。一方烧成灰，用酒调服，温服。
