熬滴水不散。成膏子为度。每遇患者。量痈肿大小。摊在纸花上贴之。日易一次。
拔毒膏 治 疮漏疮。一切恶疮。
用黄丹不拘多少。以苦竹园中地龙泥裹包。火 令红。取出放冷。去泥细碾。和以轻粉、
麻油。调如膏药浓薄。摊在油单上贴之。李中父传。屡有神效。
神效膏 治一切恶疮。

千金膏 治蜡姑如神。又治多日诸般恶疮。
沥青（四两） 黄蜡（三两） 散绿（三钱另研） 上先用小油三两烧温。入沥青搅匀。

绿取下火搅匀。滤过后瓷器内放之。如欲用时。将药入水捻作饼。于绯绢上贴之。
软青膏 治一切风热疮。又治小儿头疮。
沥青 黄蜡（各十两） 巴豆（十四个） 芝麻油（十两） 上先将沥青、黄蜡熬成汁。
入巴
豆不住手搅。候巴豆焦黑。去巴豆不用。次入腻粉二钱。再搅极匀。候冷敷疮上。
夺命膏 专治疔疮石痈。始终皆大寒证。

麻油（一斤） 上件一处。先将桃柳枝下在油内。煎焦取出不用。次下其余药物。熬至焦黑。
漉去滓。却将油澄清。上火令沸。旋入黄丹熬成膏药。绯绢上贴之。立有神效。如寒证去。
其疮不住作痛。换柳枝膏贴。大抵膏药止可卫护皮肤。行疮口上气血而已。使气血周流而无
凝滞乃上法也。既经络行于气血。必无疼痛。易为痊瘳矣。
柳枝当归膏 治一切热疮。
当归尾（去细梢水浸去土一两） 杏仁（汤去皮尖一百个） 黄丹（细研水飞六两） 肥

枝（二两半切如一寸水洗净令干） 肥嫩桃枝（一两半洗净令干） 芝麻油（一斤） 上件
先令油
热。下柳桃枝熬令半焦。以绵裹当归、杏仁。同熬至桃柳枝黑焦为度。去药滓。滤油澄清。
净抹去铫子中滓秽令净。再上火令沸。旋入黄丹。熬滴水中不散为度。或只于纸上摊。令不
透纸为度。
排脓生肌膏 治一切痈疽发背。溃后疼痛。疮口不合。宜用此方。

每用以故帛上涂贴。日三换之。
血竭膏 治痈疽发背。
真虢丹（二两） 滴乳香（一分细研） 没药（一分细研） 上用麻油四两熬令沸。先
下虢
丹。（非虢丹不可用） 柳枝不住手搅。直至色变。滴水中成膏为度。然后下没药、乳香。
再
令沸。放冷处。每用时以白纸摊药。大如疮根贴之。再本方用血竭恐难得。可以没药代之。
如得血竭。虢丹四两可对血竭一分。滴乳一分。麻油五两。
神效血竭膏 治痈疽发背。一切恶疮。不问年月深浅。及软疖成脓。贴之即效。蛇
虎犬蝎。汤火刀斧损伤。并可内服外贴。

酒拌。温淹一宿。倾在铛中。入清油二斤。慢火煎候药黑色。滤去滓。别入净铛内。慢火煎。
少时即入黄蜡。候消。次以黄丹作两次下。以柳枝不住手搅。滴入水中成珠子为度。方下乳
香、没药、血竭。搅匀候冷。以净瓷器收之。如患发背未结脓者。取旧艾一大把。水三斗。
煮十沸。放温洗疮。后用膏子一钱。分作三服。温酒化下。仍外贴之。脓即随药出。如患肠
肺痈疽恶疖。用半两分五服。甘草汤化下。妇人血劳。用膏子丸如梧桐子大。每服十丸。用
生姜、地黄汁和童子小便下。破伤风并伤折内损。并用温酒下梧桐子大十丸。丸时以蛤粉
衬手。
神明膏 治痈疽发背。一切疮肿。打扑伤损。汤火金疮。并皆治之。

并入药内。重炼候油不滚时。乃成膏也。用新绵滤过。待冷。入研细生龙脑一分搅匀。入新
瓷器中盛之。若内伤用药一钱。酒化服。口疮含化少许。恶疮多年不生肌者。先以葱汤净洗。
用药敷之。鼻内有肉铃子者。以新捻子蘸药点之。一月可取下。干湿癣风痒顽麻。并以药摩
之。
善应白膏 治痈疽发背。一切肿毒恶疮。骨节疼痛。筋脉拘挛。及诸打扑损伤。并
皆治之。
光粉（一斤细研） 商陆粉（二两半） 续断（二两） 当归（洗焙） 赤芍药 白芍

各一两） 柳皮（二两） 香白芷 川芎（各半两） 上锉如麻豆大。用清麻油一斤。以铁
铫或
瓷器内入上药。以文武火煎药黑色为度。然后去药滓。留清油再上火煎。次入光粉。以柳枝
子搅匀。与油相和得所。滴入水内试之。以不散为度。倾入新水内澄凝。候冷取出。以绵子
拭干。再入钵内。以文武火煎再熔。入蜡半两。乳香末三钱。再以柳枝子搅匀。倾入新汲水
内。方取出拭干。入瓷器收之。若一切疮肿伤折。并于所患处贴之。
如圣膏 不问年深日近。发背恶毒。痈疽漏疮瘰 。并皆治之。每用摊纸上。贴如
常法。
巴豆（取肉二十七枚） 密陀僧（半两别细研） 天南星（半两） 附子 乳香（别研）
没药
木香 当归 防风 紫藤 白芨 白蔹 香白芷 黄芩 黄 赤芍药（以上各用一分） 黄
蜡（一分另入） 盐花（半钱炒） 头发（一结净洗控干） 上同为粗末。用清油一斤。熬
令黄色。
以绢袋滤去滓。煎令极沸。春秋入黄丹七两。夏用八两。冬用六两。慢火煎熬成膏。于铁刀
上试令软硬得所。摊得成靥为度。
太乙膏 治 子疮神效。
没药（四钱） 清油（一斤） 黄丹（五两） 脑子（一钱） 麝香（三钱） 乳香（二
钱） 轻粉（二钱） 上件先将油黄丹熬。用柳枝搅。又用憨葱七枝。先熬一枝令焦。再下
一枝。葱尽
为度。下火不住手搅。觑冷入脑子等味搅匀。瓷器内盛之。用时旋摊。
太乙膏 治恶疮。
桂心 玄参 白芷 大黄 广术 生地黄 芍药 当归（各二分俱锉） 上清油一斤。
同
熬焦黄。滤滓净。入丹半斤。慢火熬滴水如珠。收用。
神效太乙膏 治一切痈疽恶疮。
熟地黄 大黄 白芷 黄 甘草 当归 防风 白芍药 桂 玄参（以上各一两每用
摊纸上贴患处） 上件等为末。用麻油二斤浸药数日。用慢火同熬煎。滤去药末。然后入好
黄丹一斤。煎三两沸。试滴水内成珠为度。丹一斤药各一两。
通圣膏 治痈疽漏疮。一切恶疮。
真麻油（一斤） 无蛀皂角（一尺二寸去核捶碎） 降真香（二两捶碎） 巴豆（四十
粒去壳
劈开去心） 上用柳枝一握。长四五寸。以草系定。先煎油转黑色。（火稍猛不妨）取下稍
定。
却下柳枝煎少时除去。次逐下降真香、皂角、巴豆。须防涌也。用火稍慢。以长柳二条长尺
许。时时搅转。候巴豆紫黑色为度。以绵或绢绞去滓。入红色虢丹八两。作三两次下。不住
手搅转。候黑光。滴少许入净冷水内得所不粘手为度。倾入石器中。乘热入少乳香末尤妙。
摊纸上贴患处。
乳香膏 治一切痈疽恶疮。结毒赤肿。疼痛呻吟不忍闻。未溃贴令内消。已溃贴收
敛脓血。或恶疮久而未愈者贴之。拔脓生肌止痛极妙。

乳香膏 治诸般疖毒恶疮。
当归 香白芷 赤芍药 木鳖（各半两） 江子（二十粒） 蓖麻（二十粒） 草乌（一
两）
黄（一两） 上桃柳枝各七段。长二寸。麻油一百文。重煎众药焦黑色。滴水为珠去众药。
旋下黄丹。春用丹三两半。夏用丹四两。秋丹三两半。冬丹三两。随时加减。下丹时不住手
打。却于铁器上试软硬了。入乳香少许。屡有神验。
神倦膏药
麻油（一斤） 黄丹（半斤） 巴豆（二十粒） 当归（半两） 草乌（半两） 杏仁
（半两） 新
折柳枝（如箸大者四十截各长二寸） 上绝早先煎油。慢火至巳时。方旋入柳枝二截。慢火
候
色焦赤。方取出。再入二截。候入尽四十截为度。仍将新绵一片。薄裹杏仁、当归、巴豆入
油内。慢火煎至申时。候油烟少。即漉出去之。入黄丹于油内。后用柳枝二条。各长一尺。
左手顺搅。候滴水中成珠。即以瓷器收。入水中坐一日收之。发背痈疽。诸般恶疮。随大小
摊帛上贴。帛中作孔出毒。合时勿令妇人、鸡、犬、猫儿、孝服人见之。
紫金膏 治一切疮疖。生肌止痛。
蓖麻子（去壳切碎） 当归（洗净焙干切片） 木鳖子（去壳研碎） 郁金（切碎） 真白芨（切碎） 草乌头（水泡裂开去皮和脐） 甘草（切碎炒制） 大黄（切碎） 赤芍药（切碎） 自然铜（火烧红后醋淬再研碎） 黄丹（六两） 乳香（单独研细一钱） 没药（单独研细一钱） 白蔹（切碎，以上十四味药各一两） 白僵蚕（研成粉末） 苏枋木（切碎） 白芨（切碎） 麻黄（去掉根和节） 天南星（切碎） 沥青（单独研碎） 葱白（十茎） 麻油（二斤）
以上药材除了没药、乳香、黄丹、僵蚕之外，将其余药物放入油中熬煮。直到药物变成赤黑色，然后过滤掉药渣。接着将没药等四味药研至极细，慢慢倒入油中。用槐树枝和柳树枝各十余条，长五六寸，不停地搅拌。逐渐加大火力熬煮，直到滴一滴在冷水中不散开，成为膏状为止。每当遇到患者时，根据痈肿的大小，将膏药摊在纸花上贴敷。每天更换一次。
拔毒膏：治疗疮漏疮、一切恶疮。
使用黄丹不拘多少，用苦竹林中的地龙泥包裹，用火烤至发红，取出放凉，去掉泥土细细碾碎。与轻粉、麻油调和，调制成膏药的浓稠度，摊在油单上贴敷。这是李中父传授的方子，屡有神效。
神效膏：治疗一切恶疮。
虢丹（二两） 杏仁（一两捣碎） 黄连（半两研末） 清麻油（半斤） 以上用东南方向的柳枝二十七条，每条长五寸。先用油熬至焦黑，用绵布过滤。接着加入黄丹，再熬至滴入水中形成珠子，不散开为止。倒入瓷器中，用盆覆盖放在阴凉地上，去除火毒两天后再使用，效果神效。
善应膏
黄丹（二斤） 乳香（单独研碎） 没药（研碎） 当归 木鳖子（生用） 白蔹 白矾（生用） 官桂 杏仁 白芷（以上各一两） 新柳枝（一斤，每条长一指宽） 以上除了黄丹、乳香、没药这八味药外，用芝麻油五斤浸泡一夜。用铁锅煎煮，直到药色变黄即可取出不用。接着将黄丹放入锅中，用柳条搅拌至黄色，才可以离火。用柳枝搅拌直到冒出大烟，加入乳香、没药搅拌均匀，冷却后倒在瓷盆内。等药凝固，用刀切成块状，用油纸包裹密封。
如圣膏：治疗一切恶疮痈疽。
乳香（优质的研碎） 没药（研碎，各一两） 当归（三两） 血竭（一两） 川芎（三两） 黄丹（一两半，单独研碎） 清麻油（二斤半） 槐枝白皮 水杨树白皮（各十四条，每条长一寸） 葱（半斤，连根洗净晾干） 苦参（一分） 川楝子肉（一分） 以上药材除了没药、乳香单独研碎外，其余药物研成粉末。先将油、葱、槐树皮、杨树皮同煎，直到变黄，用绵布过滤，去掉葱和树皮。再将油放入锅中烧沸，加入黄丹煎至紫色，滴入水中不散开为止。倒入钵中使其微温，将前面单独研碎的药末搅入油中，用水杨树枝搅拌使其均匀，最后用新汲水迅速冷却。然后倒扣在地上三天以去除火气。如果使用膏药，临贴敷时不可太厚，但要频繁更换，其效如神。
神效乳香膏：治疗一切疮肿，生肌止痛。（又名金露膏）
芝麻油（四两） 黄丹（一两半） 乳香（一分） 羊同骨髓（四两） 麝香（少许） 没药（一分） 以上药材一起放入瓷器中，用文武火熬制成膏。用绵布过滤，装入瓷盒。加入黄蜡半两。
佛手膏：治疗脓窠热疮，效果神效。
大戟 细辛 蛇床子（各一两） 雄黄 白胶香 青川蝎 黄柏 黄丹（各半两） 白矾（一钱） 以上研成粉末。用清油八两熬至冒烟。接着放入去皮巴豆四七粒，槐枝二七截，等到焦黑取出不用。接着放入黄蜡一两，松脂二两。再放入前面九味药末，用槐枝不停搅拌成膏。贮存在瓷盒内（又名紫霜膏）。
千金膏：治疗蜡姑（一种皮肤病）如神。又治疗多日不愈的各种恶疮。
沥青（四两） 黄蜡（三两） 散绿（三钱，另研） 以上先用小油三两烧热，加入沥青搅拌均匀。加入散绿，离火搅拌均匀。过滤后放入瓷器中存放。如果要使用时，将药放入水中捏成饼状，贴在绯绢上。
软青膏：治疗一切风热疮。又治疗小儿头疮。
沥青 黄蜡（各十两） 巴豆（十四个） 芝麻油（十两） 以上先将沥青、黄蜡熬成汁。加入巴豆，不停地搅拌。等到巴豆焦黑，去掉巴豆不用。接着放入腻粉二钱，再搅拌极匀。冷却后敷在疮上。
夺命膏：专门治疗疔疮石痈。始终都是大寒证。
当归尾（一两） 乳香（三钱） 本（半两） 杏仁（七十枚） 柳枝（寸许长六十茎） 白芨（一钱半） 木鳖子（去皮五个） 巴豆（去壳肥大的十三枚） 桃柳枝（寸许长一百二十茎） 芝麻油（一斤） 以上药材一起处理。先将桃柳枝放入油中，煎焦取出不用。接着放入其余药物，熬至焦黑。滤去药渣，使油澄清。上火煮沸，随即加入黄丹熬成膏药。贴在绯绢上，立即有神效。如果是寒证，其疮不住作痛，换用柳枝膏贴敷。大抵膏药只能保护皮肤，促进疮口气血运行而已。使气血周流而无凝滞，才是上法。既然经络气血运行通畅，必然没有疼痛，容易痊愈了。
柳枝当归膏：治疗一切热疮。
当归尾（去掉细梢，水浸去土一两） 杏仁（热水去皮尖一百个） 黄丹（细研水飞六两） 肥嫩柳枝（二两半，切成一寸，水洗净晾干） 肥嫩桃枝（一两半，洗净晾干） 芝麻油（一斤） 以上先令油热，放入柳桃枝熬至半焦。用绵布包裹当归、杏仁，同熬直到桃柳枝黑焦为止。去掉药渣，过滤油使其澄清。干净地抹去锅中的杂质使其洁净，再次上火煮沸，随即加入黄丹，熬至滴入水中不散开为止。或者只摊在纸上，以不透纸为度。
排脓生肌膏：治疗一切痈疽发背，溃后疼痛，疮口不合，宜用此方。
川大黄（一两） 细辛 防风（去掉芦头） 黄芩 白芷 白芍药 莽草 黄柏 黄连 当归 猪脂（以上各半两） 川芎 白蔹 白蜡（四两） 松脂（一斤） 麻油（半斤） 以上药材都切碎。先在干净的铛内煎麻油、猪脂、白蜡使其融化。然后加入诸药，用小火煎，看药快要焦时，即用绵布过滤去渣。放凉即成膏。每次用旧帛涂上贴敷，每天更换三次。
血竭膏：治疗痈疽发背。
真虢丹（二两） 滴乳香（一分，细研） 没药（一分，细研） 以上用麻油四两熬沸。先下虢丹。（非虢丹不可用） 柳枝不停地搅拌，直到颜色改变，滴入水中成膏为止。然后下没药、乳香。再令其沸腾，放在冷处。每次用时以白纸摊药，大小如疮根贴之。另外本方用血竭恐怕难得，可以用没药代替。如果得到血竭，虢丹四两可对血竭一分，滴乳一分，麻油五两。
神效血竭膏：治疗痈疽发背，一切恶疮，不问年月深浅，及软疖成脓，贴之即效。蛇虎犬蝎咬伤，汤火刀斧损伤，并可内服外贴。
白芷 白蔹 川芎 黄蜡（熔化去渣净者） 甘草（炙，以上五味各一两） 当归（洗净焙干） 丁香 干蟾（三味各半两） 木鳖子（二十八枚去壳） 鼠头（三枚腊月的） 绯绢（一尺烧灰） 黄丹（七两） 室女发（一两） 杏仁（九十八枚研碎不去皮尖） 没药（一两半，别研） 乳香（二两半，别研） 血竭（一两半，别研） 以上除了黄蜡、黄丹、乳香、没药、血竭外，其余药并细研。用好酒拌湿，温淹一夜。倒在铛中，加入清油二斤，慢火煎候药变黑色，滤去药渣。另外放入干净的铛内，慢火煎。稍后加入黄蜡，待其融化。接着分两次加入黄丹，用柳枝不停地搅拌，滴入水中形成珠子为止。才下乳香、没药、血竭，搅拌均匀冷却。用干净的瓷器收存。如果患发背未结脓者，取旧艾一大把，水三斗，煮十沸，放温洗疮。后用膏子一钱，分作三次服用，温酒化下。仍外贴之。脓即随药出。如果患肠肺痈疽恶疖，用半两分五次服用，甘草汤化下。妇人血劳，用膏子丸如梧桐子大，每服十丸，用生姜、地黄汁和童子小便送下。破伤风并伤折内损，并用温酒送下梧桐子大十丸。制丸时用蛤粉衬手。

栝蒌（一枚去皮瓤只取仁子） 赤芍药 甘草（切炙） 黄芪 杏仁（热水浸去皮尖） 香白芷 当归（洗净焙干） 桃仁（热水浸去皮尖，以上七味各一分） 人参（去芦头） 川芎 苍术（米泔水浸泡一夜焙干） 桑白皮（以上四味各一分） 沉香 零陵香 藿香叶（去土，以上三味各半两） 以上都切碎细。用清麻油十五两，浸泡药四十九天。等到日子满，先倾油入银锅中，慢火炼至香热。放凉后加入诸药，用文火养一天，候药色半焦。过滤去渣。却用鹅梨三枚取汁，黄蜡一两半，麝香一分细研。一并加入药内，重新炼制候油不滚时，乃成膏。用新绵过滤，待冷，加入研细的生龙脑一分搅匀，装入新瓷器中盛放。如果内伤用药一钱，酒化服。口疮含化少许。恶疮多年不生肌者，先以葱汤洗净，用药敷之。鼻内有肉铃子者，以新捻子蘸药点之，一月可取下。干湿癣风痒顽麻，并以药摩之。
善应白膏：治疗痈疽发背，一切肿毒恶疮，骨节疼痛，筋脉拘挛，及诸打扑损伤，并皆治之。
光粉（一斤细研） 商陆粉（二两半） 续断（二两） 当归（洗净焙干） 赤芍药 白芍药（三味各一两） 柳皮（二两） 香白芷 川芎（各半两） 以上锉如麻豆大。用清麻油一斤，以铁铫或瓷器内加入上述药物，以文武火煎药至黑色为止。然后去掉药渣，留清油再次上火煎。接着加入光粉，用柳枝子搅匀，与油相和得所。滴入水内试之，以不散为度。倾入新水内澄凝，候冷取出，以绵子拭干。再入钵内，以文武火煎再熔。加入蜡半两，乳香末三钱，再以柳枝子搅匀。倾入新汲水内，方取出拭干。装入瓷器收存。若一切疮肿伤折，并于所患处贴之。
如圣膏：不问年深日近，发背恶毒，痈疽漏疮瘰疬，并皆治之。每用摊纸上，贴如常法。
巴豆（取肉二十七枚） 密陀僧（半两，别细研） 天南星（半两） 附子 乳香（别研） 没药 木香 当归 防风 紫藤 白芨 白蔹 香白芷 黄芩 黄芪 赤芍药（以上各用一分） 黄蜡（一分，另入） 盐花（半钱炒） 头发（一结，净洗控干） 以上同为粗末。用清油一斤，熬令黄色。以绢袋滤去渣，煎令极沸。春秋季节加入黄丹七两，夏季用八两，冬季用六两。慢火煎熬成膏。在铁刀上试令软硬得所，摊得成靥为度。
太乙膏：治疗疔子疮神效。
没药（四钱） 清油（一斤） 黄丹（五两） 脑子（一钱） 麝香（三钱） 乳香（二钱） 轻粉（二钱） 以上先将油和黄丹熬，用柳枝搅拌。又用憨葱七枝，先熬一枝令焦，再下一枝，葱尽为度。离火不停地搅拌，看冷后加入脑子等味搅匀。瓷器内盛放。用时随时摊贴。
太乙膏：治疗恶疮。
桂心 玄参 白芷 大黄 广术 生地黄 芍药 当归（各二分俱切碎） 以上清油一斤，同熬焦黄。滤渣净。加入丹半斤，慢火熬滴水如珠，收用。
神效太乙膏：治疗一切痈疽恶疮。
熟地黄 大黄 白芷 黄芪 甘草 当归 防风 白芍药 桂枝 玄参（以上各一两，每用摊纸上贴患处） 以上等为末。用麻油二斤浸药数日。用慢火同熬煎。滤去药末。然后加入好黄丹一斤，煎三两沸。试滴水内成珠为度。丹一斤药各一两。
通圣膏：治疗痈疽漏疮，一切恶疮。
真麻油（一斤） 无蛀皂角（一尺二寸，去核捶碎） 降真香（二两，捶碎） 巴豆（四十粒，去壳劈开去心） 以上用柳枝一握，长四五寸，以草系定。先煎油转黑色。（火稍猛不妨）取下稍定。却下柳枝煎少时除去。接着逐下降真香、皂角、巴豆。须防涌也。用火稍慢，以长柳二条长尺许，时时搅转。候巴豆紫黑色为度。以绵或绢绞去渣。加入红色虢丹八两，分三两次下，不停地搅转。候黑光，滴少许入净冷水内得所不粘手为度。倾入石器中，乘热加入少乳香末尤妙。摊纸上贴患处。
乳香膏：治疗一切痈疽恶疮，结毒赤肿，疼痛呻吟不忍闻。未溃贴令内消。已溃贴收敛脓血。或恶疮久而未愈者贴之。拔脓生肌止痛极妙。
川乌（生去皮脐切） 乳香（研粗） 没药（研粗） 太平州白芷 赤芍药（切） 当归（洗切） 绵黄芪（切，各半两） 白芨（切一分） 桑白皮（切半两） 白蔹（切） 桂（切） 血竭（研） 防风（切，以上各一分） 巴豆（二十一枚，去壳皮） 连须葱（七条） 桃柳枝（各十条，长四寸切） 以上用麻油一斤，浸药三宿。慢火熬，直令白芷焦赤色为度。以绵滤过。加入黄蜡二两，渐渐再熬片时。下黄丹三两，搅令匀。再熬候滴入水中成珠子为止。收入净瓷罐中密封。用如常法。
乳香膏：治疗诸般疖毒恶疮。
当归 香白芷 赤芍药 木鳖（各半两） 江子（二十粒） 蓖麻（二十粒） 草乌（一两） 黄芪（一两） 以上桃柳枝各七段，长二寸。麻油一百文。重煎众药焦黑色。滴水为珠去众药。旋下黄丹。春用丹三两半，夏用丹四两，秋丹三两半，冬丹三两。随时加减。下丹时不停地打。却于铁器上试软硬了。加入乳香少许，屡有神验。
神倦膏药
麻油（一斤） 黄丹（半斤） 巴豆（二十粒） 当归（半两） 草乌（半两） 杏仁（半两） 新折柳枝（如箸大者四十截，各长二寸） 以上绝早先煎油，慢火至巳时，方旋入柳枝二截。慢火候色焦赤，方取出。再入二截，候入尽四十截为度。仍将新绵一片，薄裹杏仁、当归、巴豆入油内，慢火煎至申时，候油烟少，即漉出去之。加入黄丹于油内，后用柳枝二条，各长一尺。左手顺搅，候滴水中成珠。即以瓷器收。入水中坐一日收之。发背痈疽，诸般恶疮，随大小摊帛上贴。帛中作孔出毒。合时勿令妇人、鸡、犬、猫儿、孝服人见之。

Except for Myrrha, Olibanum, Minium, and Bombyx Batryticatus, place the remaining herbs in the oil and boil. Boil until the herbs turn dark red-black, then filter out the herb residues. Next, grind Myrrha and the other three ingredients to an extremely fine powder, and slowly add them into the oil. Use over ten branches each of Sophora japonica wood and Salix integra wood, five or six Cun long, stirring constantly. Gradually increase the heat and boil until a drop placed in water does not disperse, indicating the paste is ready. When treating patients, apply the paste onto paper flowers according to the size of the abscess or swelling. Change once daily.
Badu Gao (Toxin-Extracting Paste): Treats fistulas, ulcers, and all kinds of malignant sores.
Use Minium as needed. Wrap it in mud from earthworms found in bitter bamboo gardens, fire-roast until red-hot, remove, let cool, remove the mud, and grind finely. Mix with Calomelas and Sesami Oleum to adjust the thickness like a paste. Apply onto oiled paper. This formula was passed down by Li Zhongfu and has shown miraculous effects repeatedly.
Shenxiao Gao (Miraculously Effective Paste): Treats all kinds of malignant sores.
Guo Dan (two Liang) Almond (one Liang, crushed) Coptidis Rhizoma (half Liang, powdered) Refined Sesami Oleum (half Jin). Use twenty-seven branches of willow from the southeast, each five Cun long. First, boil in oil until charred black, filter through cotton cloth. Then add Minium, boil again until drops form beads in water and do not disperse. Pour into porcelain vessels, cover with a basin, and place on cool ground for two nights to eliminate "fire toxicity" before use. It is miraculously effective.
Shanying Gao (Excellent Response Paste)
Minium (two Jin) Olibanum (separately ground) Myrrha (ground) Angelicae sinensis Radix Momordicae fructus (used raw) Peucedani Radix Alum (used raw) Cinnamomi Ramulus (official variety) Almond Angelica dahurica Radix (each of the above one Liang) New Salix branch (one Jin, each one finger-width long). Except for Minium, Olibanum, and Myrrha, soak the other eight herbs in five Jin of Sesamum indicum Oil overnight. Decoct in an iron pot until the medicine turns yellow, then remove. Add Minium to the pot, stir with willow branches until yellow, then remove from heat. Stir with willow branches until thick smoke rises, add Olibanum and Myrrha evenly, cool, and pour into a porcelain basin. Once hardened, cut into pieces with a knife, wrap in oiled paper.
Rusheng Gao (Like-Sage Paste): Treats all malignant sores and carbuncles.
Olibanum (high quality, ground) Myrrha (ground, each one Liang) Angelicae sinensis Radix (three Liang) Draco Sanguis (one Liang) Chuanxiong Rhizoma (three Liang) Minium (one and a half Liang, separately ground) Refined Sesami Oleum (two and a half Jin) Cortex Fructus Stemonae (white bark of locust tree) Cortex Fructus Populi (white bark of poplar tree) (each fourteen strips, one Cun long) Allium fistulosum (half Jin, washed with roots, dried). Except for Myrrha and Olibanum which are separately ground, powder the rest. First, decoct oil, Allium fistulosum, locust bark, and poplar bark together until yellow, filter through cotton cloth, remove Allium and bark. Boil the oil again, add Minium, decoct until purple, ensuring it does not disperse in water. Pour into a mortar while warm. Add the previously ground powders to the oil, mix evenly using a poplar branch. Cool rapidly with fresh well water. Cover and place on the ground for three days to remove fire qi. When applying, do not make it too thick, but change frequently. The effect is miraculous.
Shenxiao Ruxiang Gao (Miraculously Effective Frankincense Paste): Treats all swellings, promotes tissue regeneration and relieves pain. (Also known as Jinlu)
Sesamum indicum Oil (four Liang) Minium (one and a half Liang) Olibanum (one Fen) Sheep bone marrow (four Liang) Moschus (a little) Myrrha (one Fen). Place all herbs in a porcelain vessel, decoct with mild heat until paste forms. Filter through cotton cloth, store in a porcelain box. Add half Liang of Beeswax.
Foshou Gao (Buddha's Hand Paste): Miraculously effective for pustular hot sores.
Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix Asari Radix et Rhizoma Cnidii Fructus (each one Liang) Realgar Benzoin Resina Scorpion Yellow Cortex Phellodendri Minium (each half Liang) Alum (one Qian). Powder the above. Boil eight Liang of refined oil until smoking. Add four to seven peeled Crotonis Fructus and fourteen segments of Sophora japonica branch. Remove when charred. Add one Liang of Beeswax and two Liang of Pine Rosin. Add the nine powdered herbs, stir constantly with a Sophora branch until paste forms. Store in a porcelain box (also known as Zishuang Gao).
Qianjin Gao (Thousand Gold Paste): Miraculous for "La Gu" (a type of skin disease). Also treats chronic malignant sores.
Asphaltum (four Liang) Beeswax (three Liang) San Lü (three Qian, separately ground). Warm three Liang of light oil, mix with Asphaltum. Add San Lü, remove from heat, mix well. Filter and store in porcelain. To use, knead the medicine into cakes in water and apply on crimson silk.
Ruanqing Gao (Soft Green Paste): Treats all wind-heat sores. Also treats infantile head sores.
Asphaltum Beeswax (each ten Liang) Crotonis Fructus (fourteen) Sesamum indicum Oil (ten Liang). Melt Asphaltum and Beeswax first. Add Crotonis Fructus, stir constantly until charred black. Remove Crotonis Fructus. Add two Qian of Nifan (Calomelas), stir thoroughly. Apply cooled paste to sores.
Duoming Gao (Life-Seizing Paste): Specifically treats Ding sores and stone abscesses. These are always severe cold syndromes.
Angelicae sinensis Radix tail (one Liang) Olibanum (three Qian) Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma (half Liang) Almond (seventy seeds) Salix branch (about one Cun long, sixty stems) Bletillae striatae Rhizoma (one and a half Qian) Momordicae fructus (five, peeled) Crotonis Fructus (thirteen, peeled, plump) Peach and Willow branches (about one Cun long, one hundred twenty stems) Sesamum indicum Oil (one Jin). Combine all. First, fry peach and willow branches in oil until charred, remove. Add remaining herbs, boil until charred black. Strain, clarify the oil. Bring to boil, add Minium gradually to form paste. Apply on crimson silk. Immediate miraculous effect. If it is a cold syndrome with persistent pain, switch to Liuzhi Gao. Generally, pastes only protect the skin and promote Qi and Blood circulation around the sore. Ensuring free flow of Qi and Blood without stagnation is the superior method. Since meridians carry Qi and Blood, there should be no pain, facilitating recovery.
Liuzhi Danggui Gao (Willow Branch Angelica Paste): Treats all heat sores.
Angelicae sinensis Radix tail (remove fine tips, soak in water to remove dirt, one Liang) Almond (blanched, skin and tip removed, one hundred) Minium (finely ground, water-classified, six Liang) Tender Salix branch (two and a half Liang, cut into one Cun, washed and dried) Tender Peach branch (one and a half Liang, washed and dried) Sesamum indicum Oil (one Jin). Heat the oil, add willow and peach branches, boil until semi-charred. Wrap Angelica and Almond in cotton, boil together until branches are black and charred. Remove residues, filter oil until clear. Clean the pot thoroughly, bring to boil, add Minium gradually until drops do not disperse in water. Or spread thinly on paper so it does not penetrate.
Painong Shengji Gao (Suppurative Pus-Removing and Tissue-Generating Paste): Treats all carbuncles and back abscesses, pain after ulceration, and non-healing wounds. Use this formula.
Rheum palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (one Liang) Asari Radix et Rhizoma Saposhnikoviae Radix (remove radicle) Scutellariae Radix Angelica dahurica Radix Paeoniae lactiflora Radix Caocao (Marsdeniae Tenacissima) Phellodendri Cortex Coptidis Rhizoma Angelicae sinensis Radix Porcine Fat (each half Liang) Chuanxiong Rhizoma Peucedani Radix Beeswax (four Liang) Pine Rosin (one Jin) Sesami Oleum (half Jin). Chop all herbs finely. In a clean pan, melt Sesami Oleum, Porcine Fat, and Beeswax. Add herbs, simmer gently. When herbs are about to burn, filter through cotton cloth. Cool to form paste. Apply on old cloth, change three times daily.
Xuejie Gao (Draco Sanguis Paste): Treats carbuncles and back abscesses.
True Guo Dan (two Liang) Drip Olibanum (one Fen, finely ground) Myrrha (one Fen, finely ground). Boil four Liang of Sesami Oleum. Add Guo Dan first (only Guo Dan is acceptable). Stir constantly with willow branch until color changes and forms paste in water. Then add Myrrha and Olibanum. Boil again, cool. Spread on white paper, size matching the sore base. Note: Draco Sanguis may be hard to obtain; Myrrha can substitute. If Draco Sanguis is available, two Liang of Guo Dan pairs with one Fen of Draco Sanguis, one Fen of Drip Olibanum, and five Liang of Sesami Oleum.
Shenxiao Xuejie Gao (Miraculously Effective Draco Sanguis Paste): Treats carbuncles, back abscesses, all malignant sores, regardless of duration, and soft boils with pus. Effective immediately upon application. Also for snake, tiger, dog, scorpion bites, burns, cuts, and axe wounds. Can be taken internally and applied externally.
Angelica dahurica Radix Peucedani Radix Chuanxiong Rhizoma Beeswax (melted, filtered) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (stir-fried, each of these five one Liang) Angelicae sinensis Radix (washed, dried) Clove Dried Bufo (these three half Liang each) Momordicae fructus (twenty-eight, shelled) Rat head (three, from the twelfth lunar month) Crimson silk (one Chi, burned to ash) Minium (seven Liang) Virgin girl's hair (one Liang) Almond (ninety-eight, ground, skin and tip retained) Myrrha (one and a half Liang, separately ground) Olibanum (two and a half Liang, separately ground) Draco Sanguis (one and a half Liang, separately ground). Except for Beeswax, Minium, Olibanum, Myrrha, and Draco Sanguis, powder the rest. Moisten with good wine, soak warmly overnight. Pour into a pan, add two Jin of refined oil, decoct on slow heat until black. Filter. Transfer to a clean pan, decoct slowly. Add Beeswax when melted. Add Minium in two batches, stirring constantly with willow branch until drops form beads in water. Then add Olibanum, Myrrha, and Draco Sanguis, mix well, cool, store in clean porcelain. For back abscesses not yet suppurated, take a large handful of old Mugwort, boil in three Dou of water for ten boils, cool, wash sore. Take one Qian of paste, divide into three doses, dissolve in warm wine. Continue external application. Pus will drain with the medicine. For intestinal/lung abscesses or malignant boils, take half Liang, divide into five doses, dissolve in Glycyrrhiza soup. For women's blood deficiency, roll paste into pills the size of wu-tong seeds, take ten pills per dose with ginger juice, Rehmannia juice, and child's urine. For broken wind and internal trauma, take ten pills the size of wu-tong seeds with warm wine. When making pills, use蛤粉 (Meretrix Shell Powder) to line hands.
Shenming Gao (Divine Spirit Paste): Treats carbuncles, back abscesses, all swellings, bruises, burns, and metal wounds.
Trichosanthis Fructus (one, remove skin and pulp, keep seeds) Paeoniae Rubra Radix Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (cut, stir-fried) Astragali Radix Almond (blanched, skin and tip removed) Fragrant Angelica dahurica Radix Angelicae sinensis Radix (washed, dried) Persicini Semen (blanched, skin and tip removed; these seven herbs each one Fen) Ginseng Radix (remove radicle) Chuanxiong Rhizoma Atractylodis Rhizoma (soak in rice water overnight, dry) Morus Alba Cortex (these four herbs each one Fen) Agarwood Pogostemonis Patchouli Leaf (remove dirt; these three herbs half Liang each). Chop finely. Soak in fifteen Liang of refined Sesami Oleum for forty-nine days. After time is up, pour oil into a silver pot, heat gently until fragrant and hot. Cool, add herbs, nurture on low heat for one day until half-charred. Filter. Extract juice from three pears, add one and a half Liang of Beeswax and one Fen of finely ground Moschus. Re-refine until oil stops bubbling, forming paste. Filter through new cotton, cool, add one Fen of finely ground Bornolum Syntheticum, mix well, store in new porcelain. For internal injuries, take one Qian dissolved in wine. For mouth ulcers, hold a small amount in mouth. For chronic sores not generating tissue, wash with green onion water first, then apply. For nasal polyps, dip a new twist in medicine and apply; can be removed in one month. For dry/wet tinea, itching, and numbness, massage with medicine.
Shanying Baigao (Excellent Response White Paste): Treats carbuncles, back abscesses, all swellings, malignant sores, joint pain, tendon spasms, and bruises.
Guangfen (one Jin, finely ground) Phytolaccae Radix powder (two and a half Liang) Dipsaci Radix (two Liang) Angelicae sinensis Radix (washed, dried) Paeoniae Rubra Radix Paeoniae lactiflora Radix (these three one Liang each) Willow bark (two Liang) Fragrant Angelica dahurica Radix Chuanxiong Rhizoma (each half Liang). Chop like hemp seeds. Use one Jin of refined Sesami Oleum. Add herbs in an iron or porcelain vessel, decoct on medium-low heat until black. Remove residues, keep clear oil, reheat. Add Guangfen, stir with willow stick until mixed. Test by dropping in water; should not disperse. Pour into fresh water to solidify, cool, remove, wipe dry with cotton. Re-melt in a bowl on medium-low heat. Add half Liang of wax and three Qian of Olibanum powder, stir with willow stick. Pour into fresh water, remove, wipe dry, store in porcelain. Apply to affected areas for all swellings, fractures, etc.
Rusheng Gao (Like-Sage Paste): Regardless of duration, treats back abscesses, malignant toxins, carbuncles, fistulas, and scrofula. Spread on paper and apply as usual.
Crotonis Fructus (meat of twenty-seven) Metasideritum (half Liang, finely ground) Pinelliae Tuber (half Liang) Aconiti Radix Praeparata Olibanum (separately ground) Myrrha Ambrosiae Fructus Angelicae sinensis Radix Saposhnikoviae Radix Purple Wisteria Bletillae striatae Rhizoma Peucedani Radix Fragrant Angelica dahurica Radix Scutellariae Radix Astragali Radix Paeoniae Rubra Radix (each one Fen) Beeswax (one Fen, added separately) Salt flower (half Qian, stir-fried) Hair knot (cleaned, dried). Make coarse powder. Boil one Jin of refined oil until yellow. Filter through silk bag, boil vigorously. In spring/autumn add seven Liang of Minium, summer eight Liang, winter six Liang. Decoct slowly on low heat until paste forms. Test hardness on an iron knife; spreadable consistency is correct.
Taiyi Gao (Great One Paste): Miraculous for Ding sores.
Myrrha (four Qian) Refined Oil (one Jin) Minium (five Liang) Menthol (one Qian) Moschus (three Qian) Olibanum (two Qian) Calomelas (two Qian). First decoct oil and Minium, stir with willow branch. Add seven stalks of scallion, fry one until charred, then next, until all are used. Remove from heat, stir constantly. Cool, add Menthol and others, mix well. Store in porcelain. Spread as needed.
Taiyi Gao (Great One Paste): Treats malignant sores.
Cinnamomi Cortex Psoraleae Fructus Angelica dahurica Radix Rheum palmatum Radix et Rhizoma Curcumae Zedoaria Radix Rehmanniae Radix Paeoniae Radix Angelicae sinensis Radix (each two Fen, chopped). One Jin of refined oil, decoct until scorched yellow. Filter cleanly. Add half Jin of Minium, decoct slowly until drops form beads. Store.
Shenxiao Taiyi Gao (Miraculously Effective Great One Paste): Treats all carbuncles and malignant sores.
Prepared Rehmanniae Radix Rheum palmatum Radix Angelica dahurica Radix Astragali Radix Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Angelicae sinensis Radix Saposhnikoviae Radix Paeoniae lactiflora Radix Cinnamomi Ramulus Psoraleae Fructus (each one Liang; spread on paper to apply to sore). Powder the above. Soak in two Jin of Sesami Oleum for several days. Decoct slowly on low heat. Filter out herb powder. Add one Jin of high-quality Minium, boil for three liang-time. Test in water until beads form. Ratio: one Jin Minium to one Liang each of other herbs.
Tongsheng Gao (Universal Sage Paste): Treats carbuncles, fistulas, all malignant sores.
True Sesami Oleum (one Jin) Uncorroded Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit (one Chi two Cun, remove core, crush) Dalbergia Odorifera Lignum (two Liang, crush) Crotonis Fructus (forty grains, shell removed, split, heart removed). Tie a handful of willow branches (four to five Cun long) with grass. First boil oil until black (strong fire is okay). Remove, let settle. Add willow branches briefly, then remove. Add Dalbergia Odorifera Lignum, Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit, Crotonis Fructus sequentially. Watch for purging reaction. Use slower fire. Stir occasionally with two long willow branches (one Chi long). When Crotonis Fructus turns purple-black, strain through cotton or silk. Add eight Liang of red Guo Dan in two or three batches, stirring constantly until glossy black. Test drop in cold water; should not stick to hand. Pour into stoneware. While hot, add a little Olibanum powder (optional). Spread on paper, apply to sore.
Ruxiang Gao (Frankincense Paste): Treats all carbuncles and malignant sores, toxic swelling, unbearable pain. Prevents suppuration if applied early; promotes drainage and healing if applied late. Excellent for drawing out pus, generating tissue, and relieving pain.
Aconiti Radix (raw, peeled, cored, sliced) Olibanum (coarsely ground) Myrrha (coarsely ground) Taipingzhou Angelica dahurica Radix Paeoniae Rubra Radix (sliced) Angelicae sinensis Radix (washed, sliced) Astragali Membranaceus Radix (sliced, each half Liang) Bletillae striatae Rhizoma (sliced, one Fen) Mori Cortex (sliced, half Liang) Peucedani Radix (sliced) Cinnamomi Ramulus (sliced) Draco Sanguis (ground) Saposhnikoviae Radix (sliced, each one Fen) Crotonis Fructus (twenty-one, shelled) Scallion with roots (seven stalks) Peach and Willow branches (ten each, four Cun long, sliced). Soak in one Jin of Sesami Oleum for three nights. Decoct slowly until Angelica dahurica turns scorched red. Filter through cotton. Add two Liang of Beeswax, continue boiling briefly. Add three Liang of Minium, mix well. Boil until drops form beads in water. Seal in clean porcelain jar. Use as usual.

Angelicae sinensis Radix Fragrant Angelica dahurica Radix Paeoniae Rubra Radix Momordicae fructus (each half Liang) Jiangzi (twenty grains) Ricini Semen (twenty grains) Grass Aconite (one Liang) Astragali Radix (one Liang). Seven segments each of peach and willow branches, two Cun long. Hundred Wen worth of Sesami Oleum. Decoct herbs until charred black. Test in water for bead formation, remove herbs. Add Minium. Spring/Autumn: three and a half Liang; Summer: four Liang; Winter: three Liang. Adjust seasonally. Stir constantly when adding Minium. Test hardness on iron plate. Add a little Olibanum. Repeatedly shows miraculous results.
Shenjuan Gaoyao (Spirit-Exhausting Plaster)
Sesame Oil (one Jin) Minium (half Jin) Crotonis Fructus (twenty grains) Angelicae sinensis Radix (half Liang) Grass Aconite (half Liang) Almond (half Liang) Freshly broken Willow branches (pencil-thick, forty segments, two Cun each). Early morning, boil oil on slow heat until Si hour. Add two willow segments, cook until scorched red, remove. Repeat until all forty segments are used. Wrap Almond, Angelica, and Crotonis Fructus in thin cotton, put in oil. Cook on slow heat until Shen hour, when smoke reduces. Strain and remove. Add Minium to oil. Use two willow branches, one Chi long each. Stir clockwise with left hand until drops form beads in water. Store in porcelain. Soak in water for one day. Apply to back abscesses and sores on cloth, making holes for toxin to exit. During preparation, do not allow women, chickens, dogs, cats, or mourners to see.
