（附论）
字书说凡是运动变化都属风。虫因风动而化生，进而侵蚀血液。手阳明大肠经的支脉进入牙齿。如果该经脉虚损，骨髓得不到滋养，风邪就会趁机侵袭。
攻宣方：治疗牙齿被虫蛀蚀导致的疼痛。这是因为牙齿根部有孔穴，虫子居住在里面，蛀空一颗牙齿后，又转移去蛀另一颗。
牢牙膏：治疗齿疳（牙龈溃烂流脓）蚀齿，以及唇鼻部的风痛、牙齿肿胀暴露。
配方：猪脂五两，羊脂二两，野驼脂一两，黄蜡三分半，盐炒半两，雄黄研细一两，细辛半两，沉香半两，升麻半两。将上述油脂类药材煎煮，去渣后加入黄蜡熔化，制成膏状。使用时取适量涂抹。
矾石散：治疗牙齿疼痛，风龋虫蚀导致的牙齿挺出、松动脱落。
配方：白矾煅至枯干，藜芦去芦头，防风去叉口，细辛去苗叶，干姜炮制，白术，蜀椒去目及合口处。以上药材等分研末。用温酒调服三钱。
细辛散（出自《和济方》）：治疗风牙疼，牙龈宣露腐烂，牙齿动摇，腮颊浮肿。均能治疗。
配方：红椒去目炒，鹤虱，牙皂，荜茇，缩砂仁去壳各半两，荆芥去梗，细辛去苗各一两。用时用温酒送服。
七香散（出自《圣济总录》）：治疗风牙疼，以及牙宣（牙龈萎缩）。
配方：蔓荆子去皮，荆芥穗，地骨皮，防风去叉，莎草根炒去毛，白芷各一分。
升麻散（出自《余居士选奇方》）：治疗风牙疼，齿根动摇。
配方：升麻，细辛去土叶，荜茇，胡椒，川芎，甘草去土（一作甘松），香白芷，川椒各等分。
又方（出自《海上方》）：治疗风牙疼。
配方：草果，蝉蜕，地松，白僵蚕，蜂房，牛膝，荆芥，细辛各等分。上药切碎，用水一碗，煎至剩余少量药液。
治牙齿风痛（出自《圣济总录》）：
配方：乌头炮裂去皮脐，川芎，甘草炙锉，地骨皮，细辛去苗叶，白芷，高良姜各等分。
乳香膏（出自《御药院方》）：治疗虫蛀牙齿疼痛，驱除虫子并止痛。
配方：乳香，雄黄，细辛净，皂角炙存性各一钱，莽草，麝香各半两。上药研为细末。熔化黄蜡调和，制成丸剂或膏剂。睡前含于口中。
荜茇散（出自《海上方》）：治疗风蛀牙疼难以忍受者，名为“当面可”。
配方：良姜，荜茇，白芷，细辛，蜂窠，鹤虱各三钱。上药研为细末，直接擦涂患处。如牙齿有蛀孔，用饭粒蘸药塞入孔中。
芎散：治疗心气虚寒引起的口臭冲人，以及虫齿痛。
配方：川芎八分，白芷七分，甘草五分炙，桂心四分，杜蘅四分，当归五分。上药捣筛为散。
虾蟆散（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗牙齿痛且有虫。
配方：虾蟆（端午日取一枚烧成灰），青黛半两细研，柑子皮半两微炙，干姜半两，麝香一分。
治蛀牙疼（出自《本事方》）：
配方：川乌，草乌各一个，白附子半两，附子脐尖三七个，朱砂少许别研。上药研为细末。每服适量，温水送下。
治风蛀牙疼：
配方：细辛，荜茇，草乌头，良姜，胡椒各等分。上药捣碎，白水煎汤，热时漱口，有效。
麝香散（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗牙齿痛，日夜不止，齿龈臭烂。
配方：麝香，雄黄，白矾烧灰，石胆，川升麻各一分。上药捣细，过筛为散。用绵裹一字量，纳入蛀孔中。
治牙齿有虫，疼痛不可忍（出自《圣惠方》）：
配方：砂，雄黄，锻石炒令黄色，虾蟆头烧灰以上四味各一分，巴豆五粒去皮心。用纸包裹压去油，研细。
附子丸（出自《圣济总录》）：治疗久患牙疼，以及齿摇。
配方：附子去皮脐一两生用，胡椒，荜茇，黄蜡各一分。上药研为末，熔化蜡和丸，如梧桐子大。每用绵裹一丸，纳于齿间。
治牙齿风痛（出自《圣济总录》）：
配方：猪牙皂角炙去皮子，露蜂房炒，蜀椒去目并合口炒，细辛去苗叶等分。上药研为散。每用少许擦牙。
治牙有孔疼痛（出自《圣济总录》）：
配方：巴豆一粒去皮炒，石亭脂少许研，干姜少许为末，麝香研少许。上药研为细末，熔化黄蜡和丸。
赴筵散（出自《医方集成》）：治疗风牙肿痛，昼夜不止，痛不可忍，睡卧不安，牙龈宣露，或腮颔浮肿，龈烂血出。均能治疗。
配方：良姜去芦，草乌去皮，细辛去土叶，荆芥去梗各二两。碾为末。每用少许，掺于患处。
雄黄散：治疗虫牙痛。
配方：雄黄二钱，乳香，没药各一钱，麝香半钱。上药研为细末，熔化黄蜡为丸，安在牙虫蚀窍中。
荜茇散（出自《海上方》）：治疗风蛀牙疼。
配方：鹤虱，良姜，荜茇，草乌各等分。上药研为末，用青盐碾细，逐旋拌匀。每用少许，于疼处擦之。
又方（出自《海上方》）：治疗牙痛，一切风蛀疼痛不止者。
配方：防风，荆芥，蜂窠（有蛹者佳），乌梅各等分。上药煎熟，乘大热漱口，吐出勿咽。冷后再热漱。
又方（出自《海上方》）：
配方：石膏末八钱，白芷，白茯苓各二钱半，鼠尾细辛。上等分和匀。临睡盥漱。用手指蘸药擦牙。
蝎附散（出自《澹氏方》）：治疗风牙疼，肿痒动摇，牙龈溃烂，宣出血，口气等疾。
配方：蝎梢三枚不去毒，附子脐，蜈蚣头去嘴毒，川乌头尖各二个。上药研为末。先用竹管吹药于患处，开口含漱。
治血风蛀牙（出自《危氏方》）：
配方：雄黄，乳香各一钱研为粉，麻黄半钱，白芷一钱。上药研为末。先以荆芥穗咬住痛处，口嚼汁咽下，再用药末擦牙。
鹤虱丸（出自《直指方》）：治疗虫蚀齿痛。
配方：猪牙皂角三枚，川椒一钱半，生明矾，鹤虱各一钱。上药研为末，蒸饭搜丸，如麻子大。
巴豆丸（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗牙齿虫蚀，有孔，疼痛不可忍。
配方：巴豆一枚醋煮令热去皮，硫黄一字，麝香一字。上都研令匀，消黄蜡和丸，如粟米大。
白矾丸（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗牙齿被虫蚀，有蛀孔疼痛，牙齿根朽烂。
配方：白矾灰，黄丹各一钱，蝙蝠粪五十粒，巴豆一粒微炒去皮。上同研细，以软粟米饭和丸。
韭子丸（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗牙齿有虫，疼痛甚者。
配方：韭子一两，乳香一分，臭黄一分，干蝎半两。上捣罗为末，消黄蜡成汁，和丸如弹子大。
青盐散（出自《圣济总录》）：治疗牙齿蛀蚀。牢固牙齿，秘精，补益，漱咽。
配方：青盐，龙骨生各四两，湿鸡头一升以青盐拌一宿炒令通黑。上药研为散。平旦及临卧，先漱口后用药。
乌头散（出自《王氏博济方》）：治疗风牙疼。
配方：乌头二枚坐正角炙生者去皮脐，干姜生用去皮，甘草二味各用一枣子大。上药研为散。每用少许擦牙。
乳香丸（出自《圣济总录》）：治疗蛀牙，疼痛不可忍者。
配方：乳香研，胡椒，阿魏各等分。上药研为末，煎皂荚子胶，和丸如绿豆大。每用裹一丸，安在蛀孔中。
蜂房汤（出自《圣济总录》）：治疗牙齿痛有虫。
配方：蜂房一枚炙碎擘，豉四十九粒，蜀椒去目并合口二七粒。上水二盏半，煎十余沸，去渣。
蜀椒汤（出自《圣济总录》）：治疗牙齿虫痛。
配方：蜀椒去目并闭口者，桂去粗皮各一两，白矾烧灰半两。上捣筛。每用三钱，水一盏，煎服。
立止散（出自《圣济总录》）：治疗风牙疼。
配方：肥皂荚去皮子取肉，草乌头不去尖各一两，乳香研一钱。上药研为末，薄面糊丸，梧桐子大。
治风蛀牙齿疼（出自《海上方》）：
配方：草乌头，槐花，荜茇等分。碾为末。每用半钱，蘸擦痛处。用醋汤漱之。
扫痛丸（出自《经验方》）：治疗风牙疼，引太阳穴痛。
配方：川乌半两泡，鹤虱一两焙干，良姜一两以青盐炒半两。上药研为末。风牙痛，于牙上炒盐同敷。
细辛散（出自《海上方》）：治疗蛀牙。
配方：细辛，草乌尖，乳香各等分。上药研为细末，溶黄蜡为条。用时就火丸塞孔中，良久效。
铅白霜散（出自《宣明论方》）：治疗牙齿腐蚀，气臭出血，及口疮。
配方：铅白霜，铜绿，白矾枯等分。上细研，干贴患处。良久，温浆水漱之。小儿不消漱之。
蜂房散（出自《直指方》）：治疗虫蛀牙痛。
配方：直僵蚕，蜂房炒二件各等分，樟脑半分。上药研为末，皂角肉按浓浆煮少顷，和作小丸。塞入蛀孔。

配方：麝香，石胆各一分。上药研为散。每用一字掺敷患处，日三次，以瘥为度。
地龙丸（出自《十便良方》）：治疗牙齿虫痛。
