以生姜碎之。半夏汤洗。与大枣各三十枚。水一升。瓷瓶中慢火烧为熟水。时呷。数日
便已。今人惟知半夏去痰。不言益脾。盖能分水故也。昔有一男子夜数如厕。或教以此方服
遂愈。
治久患脾泻。脏腑虚滑。不进饮食。
上用青州枣子去核。以木香擘破如枣核大。置枣中。十数枚。以水一盏。煮俟软熟。温
嚼吃。以所煮汁送下。甚者不过一二剂。

夫脾与胃为表里。脾主运化。胃为水谷之海。其精气化为气血。以养脏腑。其糟粕传于
大肠也。若脾胃虚弱。受于寒气。或饮食生冷。伤于脾胃。水谷不消。大肠虚寒。故成水泻
也。内经谓。诸病水液。澄沏清冷。皆属于寒。暴注下迫。皆属于热。盖为冷热不调。气不
相济也。脾胃怯弱。水谷不分。湿饮流滞。水走肠间。禁固不能。故令人肠胀不下痢。有如
注水之状。谓之注泄。世为水泻。

诃黎勒丸（出圣济总录）治水泻吐哕。遍身疼痛。

备急朝真丹 治气虚伤冷。暴作水泻。日夜二三十行。腹痛不止。

玉霜丸（一名缚虎丸出圣济总录）治水泻。小腹疼痛。
茱萸丸（一名茱萸汤）治水泻不止。
如神散 治白痢如神。
麻叶（五月五日采阴干乃今人用作布者之麻） 上杵细罗为末。每服二钱。冷水半盏。

下。空心服。不要吃热物。令人闪倒。只吃冷凉物也。若大人病重者。服二钱半。此方治白
痢大效。
梅枣汤（出护命方）治水泻不止。
枣子（大者十枚） 罂粟谷（一枚） 乌梅（十个） 上锉为粗末。每服二钱。以水一
盏。
治水泻并赤白痢。（出十便良方）
草乌（大者一两半） 上将一半烧灰。一半生用。为末醋糊为丸。如绿豆大。每服七丸。
赤痢甘草汤下。白痢干姜汤下。水泻井花水下。并宜服后忌腥臊热腻生冷之物。
针头丸（出杨氏家藏方）治水泻积痢。
杏仁（四十枚去皮尖烧留性） 巴豆（四十粒去壳烧存性此二字别研） 草乌头（二钱
烧留性） 百草霜（四钱） 上为细末。酒煮蜡一两和丸。芥子大。每服五丸。小儿三丸。
赤痢甘草汤下。白痢干姜汤下。赤白痢甘草干姜汤下。水泻米饮下。食前服。
茯苓汤（试验方）治因伤冷饭。水泄。一夜约走十行。变作白痢。次日其痢
赤白。腹中
茯苓（六分） 泽泻（一钱） 当归身（四分） 苍术（二分） 生姜（二钱） 肉桂
（五分） 猪苓（六分） 甘草（半钱炙） 升麻（二钱） 芍药（一钱半） 黄芩（三分
将生姜切碎。半夏用汤水清洗。与大枣各三十枚，加水一升，放入瓷瓶中用慢火熬煮成熟水。不时小口饮用，数日后即可痊愈。现在的人只知道半夏能祛痰，却不说它能补益脾胃，大概是因为它能分利水湿的缘故。过去曾有一名男子，夜里多次起夜上厕所，有人教他用这个方子服用，于是病就好了。
治疗长期患有脾虚泄泻，脏腑虚弱滑脱，无法进食的情况。
取上述青州大枣，去核。将木香掰开如枣核大小，放入枣中。取十几枚，加一盏水，煮至软熟。温着嚼食，并用煮过的汁液送服。病情严重的，不过一二剂即可。
（附论）
脾与胃互为表里。脾主运化，胃为水谷之海。其中的精气转化为气血，用来滋养脏腑。糟粕则传导到大肠。如果脾胃虚弱，受到寒气侵袭，或者饮食生冷，损伤了脾胃，导致水谷不能消化，大肠虚寒，所以形成水泻。《内经》说：各种病证中的水液，清澈透明、寒冷，都属于寒证；急骤的腹泻且伴有肛门紧迫感的，都属于热证。这是因为冷热不调，气机不相协调。脾胃怯弱，水谷不分，湿气停滞，水流走于肠间，固摄不住，所以让人肠胀但不痢疾，像注水一样，称为注泄，世称水泻。
方剂
诃黎勒丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗水泻伴呕吐呃逆，全身疼痛。
诃黎勒（煨后去核） 鹿茸（酥炙去毛） 桑根白皮（锉碎） 地榆 赤石脂 天雄（炮裂去皮脐） 龙骨（各一两半） 白芷 黄连（去须） 桂枝（去粗皮） 白茅根 厚朴（去粗皮涂生姜汁炙） 当归（切后焙干，各一两） 黄芩（去黑心） 干姜（炮制，各半两） 肉豆蔻（去壳，四五枚）。以上药物研为末，用烂饭制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用三十丸，用温米饮送下。
白芷黄连汤，治疗因伤于水饮后，变成暴发性泄泻。
白芷（一两半） 黄连（去须，一两） 地榆（一两半） 当归（锉碎焙干，一两） 木香（一两） 赤石脂 肉豆蔻（一枚，煨后去壳） 白术（一两） 附子（炮裂去皮脐，一两半） 桂皮（去粗皮，一两）。以上药物锉如麻豆大小。每次服用五钱，加水煎煮。
正气散（出自《圣济总录》），治疗水泻日夜不止。
缩砂仁（蜜炙去皮） 附子（炮裂去皮脐） 赤石脂 肉豆蔻（去壳） 龙骨 石榴皮（焙干） 甘草（炙后锉碎） 人参 地榆 白术 吴茱萸（汤浸后焙炒干） 干姜（炮制，各一两）。以上药物研为散剂。每次服用三钱，加水煎煮。
赤石脂丸（出自《圣惠方》），治疗水泻伴心腹疼痛，四肢逆冷，不能进食。
赤石脂（三两） 龙骨（二两） 艾叶（一两，微炒） 附子（一两，炮裂去皮脐） 肉豆蔻（一两，去皮） 缩砂仁（一两，去皮） 高良姜（一两，锉碎） 干姜（一两，炮制锉碎） 吴茱萸（半两，汤浸七次后焙干微炒） 厚朴（一两，去粗皮涂生姜汁炙令香熟）。以上捣罗为末，用醋煮面糊和丸，如梧桐子大小。每次服用三十丸。
大道固肠丸（出自《御药院方》），治疗肠虚滑泄，水谷直下，完谷不化，久寒积冷，心腹胀满，不思饮食，怠惰嗜卧，困倦少力。兼治白带，脉象沉微。
肉豆蔻（醋面裹烧熟为止） 硫黄（火煅） 赤石脂（烧红） 白矾（枯过） 阳起石（烧一日，各一两） 干姜（炮制） 川乌头（炮制去皮脐，各一两半） 缩砂仁 木香（各半两） 白龙骨（二两半）。以上药材研为细末，用醋面糊为丸，如梧桐子大小。每次服用五七十丸，空腹时粥饮送下。
木香丸，治疗脾胃虚冷，肠滑水泻，像休息痢一样不止。
木香 白垩（火煅） 肉豆蔻仁 丁香（各半两） 干姜（炮制） 诃黎勒（煨取皮） 龙骨（各一两） 黄连（去须，三两）。以上研为末，炼蜜为丸，如桐子大小。每次服用三十丸，空腹时米饮送下，晚间再服。
治疗水泻，米谷不化，昼夜不止。（出自《圣济总录》）
取黄荆叶不限多少，阴干后捣罗为散剂。每次用米饮调服三钱。

取羊蹄根晒干，刮去皮，捣为末。每次用米饮调服三钱。

取干艾半斤，用慢火炒热，用布包裹坐于其上。凉了再炒再坐。
香连散（出自《圣惠方》），治疗水泻，时有腹痛。

芜荑丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗水泻。
芜荑（炒） 黄连（去须炒） 吴茱萸（汤洗焙炒，各三两） 干姜（炮制，一两） 枳壳（去瓤面炒，半两） 缩砂仁（二两）。以上研为末，煮浆水饭为丸，梧桐子大小。每次服用二十丸，温米饮汤送下。
浆水散（出自《保命集》），治疗暴发性泄泻如水，周身汗出，身上尽冷，脉微而弱，气少不能说话，严重的加上呕吐。这叫做急病。
半夏（一两，汤洗） 附子（半两，炮制） 干生姜 甘草（炙） 桂枝（各五钱） 良姜（二钱半）。以上为细末。每次服用三五钱，水二盏煎至一盏，连同药渣热服。严重的服三四次，轻的服三次。太阳经动而下痢为溏便，大肠不能固摄，突然下痢，或者下漆光色，其中或有硬物，想起身却又下痢，想结束却又未结束，大便多清稀，这是寒证。宜温之。春夏用桂枝汤，秋冬用白术汤。
缩砂丸（出自《圣惠方》），治疗冷气水泻，日夜二三十次，腹中疼痛，四肢不和。
缩砂仁（一两，去皮） 黄连（一两，去须微炒） 附子（一两，炮裂去皮脐） 干姜（半两，锉碎炮裂） 木香 吴茱萸（一两，汤浸七次焙干微炒）。以上罗为末，用醋软饭和丸，如梧桐子大小。每次不拘时候，用粥饮送下三十丸。
木香散（出自《圣济总录》），治疗水泻不止。
青木香 黄连（去须炒，各一两） 诃黎勒皮（微炒三分） 龙骨（半两） 厚朴（去粗皮生姜汁炙令紫，锉碎三分）。以上为散剂。每次服用三钱，空腹时粥饮调下，日午再服，以痊愈为度。小儿加减服用。
厚朴散（出自《圣济总录》），治疗一切水泻及冷痢。
厚朴（去粗皮生姜汁炙令紫，锉碎一两） 干姜（半生半炮，一两） 白术（一两） 陈橘皮（汤浸去白焙，三分） 甘草（半生半炙，半两）。以上为散剂。每次服用三钱，空腹米饮调下。如果是霍乱吐泻，新汲水调下，晚间再服。
木香丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗水泻不止。
木香（一钱） 草乌（生去皮脐，半两） 肉豆蔻（一枚大者去壳） 胡椒（半两，研） 巴豆（大者七枚，去皮心膜出油尽，研）。以上为细末，令研匀，糯米饭和丸，如黍米大小。每次服用三丸，小儿一丸，均用冷莱菔汤送下。
龙骨散（出自《圣惠方》），治疗水泻腹痛，不能进食。
龙骨（一两） 木香（一两） 当归（一两，锉碎微炒） 肉豆蔻（一两，面裹煨面令黄为止） 厚朴（二两，去粗皮）。以上捣细罗为散剂。每次服用二钱，粥饮送下，日服三四次。
代赭丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗水泻肠鸣，脐腹撮痛。
代赭石（煅赤） 干姜（炮制） 龙骨（各一两） 附子（炮裂去皮脐）。以上为末，研软饭和丸，桐子大小。每次服用三十丸，空腹米饮送下，日午再服。
砂丸，治疗水泻不止。
朱砂（研） 石硫黄（研，各一两） 铅丹（研，半两） 巴豆（去皮心出油尽，十四枚）。以上先用巴豆霜研细，入诸药同研细，用糯米饭为丸，如小豆大小。水泻用新汲水下一丸，赤白痢煎干姜甘草汤放冷下一丸，吐泻煎生姜木瓜汤放冷下一丸，不拘时候服。
杏仁丸，治疗水泻。
杏仁（汤煎去两仁及皮尖，七粒） 砒霜（末） 巴豆（霜） 铛墨（各一钱）。以上研枣肉丸，粟米大小。临睡前，新汲水下一丸。
如圣丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗水泻滑肠，气虚久冷。

The Spleen and Stomach are exterior-interior partners. The Spleen governs transportation and transformation; the Stomach is the sea of water and grain. Its essence and qi transform into blood and qi to nourish the zang-fu organs. The dregs are transmitted to the Large Intestine. If the Spleen and Stomach are weak and suffer from cold qi, or if cold and raw food damages them, water and grain fail to digest. The Large Intestine becomes deficient and cold, thus forming watery diarrhea. The *Neijing* states: "All diseases involving body fluids that are clear, transparent, and cold belong to Cold." "Sudden diarrhea with urgency belongs to Heat." This is due to the imbalance of cold and heat, and the lack of coordination between Qi mechanisms. When the Spleen and Stomach are weak, water and grain are not separated. Dampness and drinks stagnate, water flows through the intestines, and retention cannot be controlled. Thus, it causes abdominal distension without dysentery, resembling pouring water, called Zhu Xie (Pouring Diarrhea), known in the world as Shui Xie (Watery Diarrhea).
