夫疮疥之为病。虽苦不害人。然而至难可者多矣。素问云。诸痛痒疮。皆属于心。多由

上为末。入轻粉半钱。麝香少许。青黛末半钱。于瓷器内收。每用少许。清油调抹两掌。掩
外肾。以两掌掩两乳。各睡至醒。次日又用。经验。
又疥方
【附论】
疮疥这类疾病，虽然痛苦但不致命。然而，真正能治愈的情况却很少见。《素问》说：“各种疼痛、瘙痒和疮疡，都归属于心。”这多由心气不足，导致水湿浸淫所致。治疗时内部应当调理心血，祛除风热；外部则加以敷洗，没有不能治愈的。
字书中解释，“疥”有“介守”的含义，意思是疥疮虽然微小，但坚守在形体上难以治愈。因此疥疮有五种名称，都是因为风气邪气客居体内或体表所致。
神仙疥药方：
硫黄（六两）、雄黄（三两）、雌黄（三两）、天仙子（三两）、芫青（二两）、红娘（二两）、寒水石（三两）、大黄（三两）、斑蝥毒（八两）、川乌（八两）、藜芦（一两）。将药物捣碎取汁，涂抹于鼻间，立即见效。服药期间忌口。
苦参散（出自《圣济总录》）：治疗遍身疮疥风热，或者疼痛或者瘙痒。
苦参（三两）、人参、丹参、沙参、玄参（各一两）、秦艽（去苗土一两半）、白藓皮、升麻（各一两）、芍药（各一两）、黄连（去须一两半）。将药物研为细末，每次服用三钱，用温酒调下，早晚各一次。
乌蛇散（出自《圣济总录》）：治疗一切疥疮，风痒疮等。
乌蛇（酒涂灰去皮骨二两）、羌活（去芦头）、白藓皮、苦参、枳实（去皮麸炒）、蒺藜子（炒去刺）、白僵蚕、玄参。将药物捣罗为细散，每次服用五钱，用温酒调下。
五参散（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗诸疮风虚恶疮。
人参（去芦头）、玄参、丹参、沙参（去芦头）、苦参（各一两）、蒺藜子（炒杵去尖）、秦艽（去芦头）、茯神（去木）、陈皮（去瓤锉炒令黄色三分）。一方中有甘菊花，用温酒送下。
升麻和气饮（出自《三因方》）：治疗疮疥发于四肢臀髀，痛痒不常，甚至憎寒发热，攻刺疼痛，浸淫不止。

栝蒌根（四两）、黄连、芍药、蔷薇根、雀李根皮、黄柏（各三两）、苦参、黄芩、石龙芮。将药物制成丸剂，每次服用二十丸，每日两次。
又方：治疗疥疮。
柿树皮（烧烟欲尽以缶盖灭火研一两）、荷叶（如前法烧灰取一两）、草乌（去皮尖半两）、硫黄（细研半两）、白芜荑（半两）。将药物研为细末，混合均匀。湿疮用水调敷，有痒处即以手掌摩之。一方中有苦参。
赤小豆散（出自《圣济总录》）：治疗湿干疥。
赤小豆（三合炒干纳醋中如此七次）、人参、甘草（炙令赤色锉）、瞿麦穗、白蔹、当归（切焙）、薏苡仁、升麻（各一两）。将药物研为细末，每次服用三钱，用温酒调下。
藜芦膏（出自《圣济总录》）：治疗疮疥。
藜芦（去芦头一两半）、石硫黄（研）、猪牙皂荚、乳香（研各半两）、附子（一分）、杏仁（去皮尖）、白矾（研一分）、猪脂。将药物放入瓷器中盛放，每日涂摩三次。
苦参散（出自《圣济总录》）：治疗遍身疮疥，风毒瘙痒。
苦参、白花蛇（酒浸去皮骨炙各二两）、黄连（去须）、当归（切焙各三分）、人参、玄参、丹参。将药物研为细末，每次服用三钱，晚间用温酒调服。
妙功散（出自《瑞竹堂方》）：治疗疥疮。
黄柏、蛇床子、白矾（各等分）。将药物研为细末，用后药煎油调搽。清油（二两）、黄柏、花椒、巴豆。将妙功散放于油中调匀。
赤小豆汤（出自《仁存方》）：治疗少年血气俱热，遂生疮疥，变为肿满，或烦或渴，小便不利。

獐脑、白矾、槟榔、芜荑、剪草、生硫黄、蛇床子、花椒、细辛。上用硫黄、樟脑倍加。如药末，油调搽。
又方：治疗疥疮。
雄黄、硫黄、黑狗脊、白矾、本（藁本）、蛇床子、斑蝥、巴豆（各等分）、人言（少许）。将药物研为细末，油调搽。
一搽膏（出自《仁存方》）：治疗一切疮疥。
雄黄、黄连、黄柏、苦参、蛇床、鹿梨、白矾、剪草、松糖。将药物研为末，疮干油调搽，湿疮干掺。
又方：治疗疥疮。
蛇床子（一斤）、花椒、全蝎（各二两）、五倍子、百部、白矾、硫黄、贝母（各四两）。将药物研为细末，油调搽。
治癞头疥疮方：
硫黄（二钱半）、黄丹、黄连、藜芦、芜荑、五倍子（各二分半）、黄柏（一钱半）、谷雨前茶。将药物研为细末，油调搽。
治风疥疮方：
雄黄、白硫黄、野狼毒、人言、蛇床子（炒）、水银、轻粉、末茶。将药物研为细末，羊猪膏调涂之。
神异膏（出自《仁存方》）：治疗一切疮疥。
全蝎（七个去尾）、皂角（一绽锉碎）、巴豆（七粒去壳）、蛇床子（取末三钱）、麻油（一两）、黄蜡。将药物煎油变稠，温洗后涂擦。
苦参汤（出自《危氏方》）：

大黄膏：
黄连（十四铢）、藜芦（十二铢）、大黄（一两）、干姜（十四铢）、茹（十铢）、莽草（十二铢）。将药物研为末，去痂汁尽，敷之。
疥药（出自《百一选方》）：
雄黄、硫黄、地黄、剪草、蛇床子、白矾（飞亦得）。上等分为细末，麻油一两，巴豆七粒同捣，油调搽。
藁本散：治疗疥疮。
藁本、蛇床子、黄柏（各半两）、硫黄（三钱半）、白矾（五分）、轻粉（炒一钱）。上将药同研匀，油调搽。
一浴散（出自《瑞竹堂方》）：治疗疥疮热毒。
硫黄、雄黄、汉艽、玄精石、枯白矾（各等分）、轻粉（少许）。上欲治疥时，早起空心，饱食室内，令汗出，搽洗三次。
合掌散：治疗疥疮。
茹（莽草）、蛇床子（各二两）、苦参（二钱）、生硫黄（一钱）、雄黄、轻粉（各一钱）。上将药为细末，油调搽。
槟榔煎丸（出自《圣济总录》）：治疗风毒疥，一切风壅。
槟榔（锉）、羌活（去芦头）、枳壳（去瓤麸炒）、独活（去芦头）、白牵牛（微炒）、黑牵牛（略炒）。上将药为细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，卧温酒或米饮下。
神捷散（出自《圣济总录》）：治疗诸疥疮。
吴茱萸（一两）、赤小豆（四十九粒）、白蒺藜（一两）、白芜荑仁（半两）、轻粉（五钱）、石硫黄（研一钱）。上将药为细末，身有疥处，便睡时涂之。
疥药方：
大风子、舶上硫黄、蓖麻子、白矾、胡桃、猪脂。上将药为细末，用生绢袋儿盛膏，一处搽。
胡麻散（出自《德生堂》）：治疗心血凝滞，内蕴风热，发见皮肤，遍身疮疥，或痒或痛，或脓水浸淫。
胡麻（十二两）、荆芥、苦参、何首乌、甘草（炙）、威灵仙（各六两）。上将药为细末，每服六钱，温酒调下。
六根散：治疗虫疮疥。
鹿梨根、黄柏根、乌药、苦楝根、不辣回根、芫花根。上将药为末，麻油调敷之。
杀疮药（出自《三因方》）：
