（附论）
癣这个字从“鲜”部。意思是发病初期症状轻微。如果放任不管，就会蔓延扩散。这种病是由于风湿邪气侵入腠理，与气血相搏结而形成的。
起者：为风、痒、牛皮、漏芦膏（出自《圣济总录》），治疗各种癣疾。
漏芦、地榆、附子（去皮脐）、杏仁（热水浸泡去皮尖及双仁，各一两）、细辛（去苗叶，半两）、藜芦（去芦头，半两）。以上药材切碎，用油煎煮至黑，去渣，加入黄蜡熔化后制成膏剂。
丁香散（出自《圣济总录》），治疗各种癣疾。在涂抹漏芦膏之后，适宜敷用此药。
丁香（捣成粉末）、虾蟆灰（各一两）、麝香（研细，一分）、五倍子（捣成粉末）、白矾（熬至汁液干枯后研细）、腻粉（轻粉，少许）。以上药材混合均匀，用猪脂调和，涂抹于患处。
又一方（出自《危氏方》），治疗遍身皮癣。
将雄黄末与轻粉混合，用猪膏涂抹。
治癣疮方（出自《肘后方》）
取蟾蜍烧成灰末，用猪脂调和，敷于患处。
又一方（出自《本草》）
将山豆根捣成粉末，腊月时的猪脂调和，涂于患处。
胡粉散（出自《仁存方》），治疗各种癣疮，瘙痒严重者适用。
胡粉（一分）、砒（半分）、大草乌（一个，生用）、蝎梢（七枚）、雄黄（另研，一分）、斑蝥（一枚，去头翅足，炒去毒）。以上药材研极细末，用醋调成糊状，少许搽于患处。治疗顽固性癣疮癞疾。

如圣丸（出自《儒门事亲》），治疗癣疾。

野狼牙、雄黄（研）、丹砂（研）、硫黄、雷丸（捣）、白矾（枯研）、藜芦（去芦头，各一两）。以上药材碾为细末，用醋或猪脂调和，敷于患处。
又方，治疗癣疾。
白芨、贝母、川桂皮、巴豆、川剪草、斑蝥（少许）、榆树皮。以上药材等分为细末，米醋调和，敷之。
又一方（出自《直指方》）
将草乌头不去皮尖，切成小块。一半用猪油脂煮至浮黄，一半用盐炒至焦黄，研为末，酒面糊丸。
又恶癣方（出自《直指方》）
用紫背草入生明矾研细，敷二三次可断根。
雄黄膏（出自《圣济总录》），治疗各种癣疾。
雄黄（研细）、石硫黄（研末）、羊蹄根（湿者）、沙糖（色白者）、荷叶（新者，各一两）。以上先将羊蹄根、荷叶切碎，与雄黄、硫黄、沙糖混合，用猪脂或麻油调成膏，盛于盒中贮存，涂于癣上。
鲫鱼散（出自《圣惠方》），治疗各种癣疾。或干或湿，痛痒不可忍受。
鲫鱼（一个）、生发（一鸡子大）、明硫黄、雄黄（各半两）、生猪脂（四两）。以上先煮猪脂欲沸时，放入鲫鱼、生发、硫黄、雄黄，炸枯去渣，收贮备用。不拘时候，涂之。
医癣方（出自《直指方》）
吴茱萸、生半夏、草乌、白芷、赤小豆（等分）。以上为细末，米醋夹生蜜稀调。先用川椒、连翘煎水洗患处，后敷药。
遍身牛皮癣方（出自《危氏方》）
川乌、草乌（去皮尖）、何首乌、白芷、苏木（各等分）。以上截小片，腊月猪脂酒煮焦，候冷，入轻粉少许，研匀，涂之。
癣疮药
皮硝、五倍子、槟榔、斑蝥、羊蹄根（各半两）。以上为细末，用水调。先用竹刀刮破癣上，后敷药。
树散（出自《德生堂方》），治疗干湿癣面腮发际，或手背腿上，痒抓则痛，而久不愈者。

沉香、柏节、杉节、松节（各半斤）。以上锉如指面大，以布袋盛，置于沤麻水中，浸一宿，取汁涂之。
梅实膏（出自《圣济总录》），治一切干湿癣。
乌梅（取肉十四枚）、大蒜头（去皮切十四枚）、屋尘（细筛）、盐（各三合）。以上先研乌梅，次下蒜、尘、盐，同研为膏，涂之。
方有大麻子
龙脑膏（出自《圣惠方》，一名雄黄散），治一切干湿癣。痒痛不可忍者。
龙脑、石硫黄、斑蝥（去翅足）、腻粉（各半两）。以上细研为末，用面油调成膏，发痒痛时，抓破涂之。
水银膏（出自《圣济总录》），治一切癣。
水银（一分）、芜荑仁（研末）、姜黄（捣末，各半两）、酥（二两）。以上先煎酥，和水银以柳条研搅，涂之。
诸癣妙方（一名神妙方，出《圣惠方》），治一切癣。
斑蝥（二十一枚，生用）、明硫黄、藜芦（各三钱）、轻粉（一钱半）。以上为细末，麻油调搽，候癣干即止。
治癣妙方（出自《传信适用方》）
川乌、香白芷、蝉蜕（以上各半两）、全蝎（一分）。以上为末，用羊蹄根自然汁炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。在盏内，温水送服。

Ingredients: Radix Aconiti Carmichaelii (Chuanwu), Fragrant Angelica Root (Xiang Baizhi), Cicada Slough (Chantui) (0.5 liang each), Whole Scorpion (Quanxie, 1 fen). Preparation: Grind into powder. Use natural juice of Radix Smilacis Glabrae (Yangti Gen) and refined honey to form pills the size of wutong seeds. Take in a cup.

Wushe San (Black Snake Powder) [Source: *Shengji Zonglu*]. Treats all dry and wet tinea.

Fuzi San (Aconite Powder) [Source: *Shengji Zonglu*]. Treats all tinea.
Ingredients: Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (Fuzi, processed, peeled, de-umbilicated, 0.5 liang), Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit (Zaojia, 1 pod, peeled, de-seeded, roasted), Fructus Evodiae (Wuzhuyu, soaked in water, baked, roasted, 1 liang). Preparation: Pound and sieve into powder. First wash tinea with Zaojia decoction, then apply.
Prescription for All Tinea Sores [Source: *Shenghui Fang*].
Ingredients: Black Snake (Wushe, 0.5 jin, soaked in wine overnight, meat taken, roasted dry), Notopterygium Rhizome (Qianghuo, de-rhizome, 4 liang), Moschus (Shexiang, 1 qian, ground). Preparation: Pound Qianghuo and Wushe into powder, mix in Shexiang evenly. Take with warm water.

Ingredients: Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang, chopped, roasted, 4 liang), Rhizoma Gastrodiae (Tianma), Notopterygium Rhizome (Qianghuo, de-rhizome, 2 liang each). Preparation: Grind into fine powder. Decoct in wine, take 3 zhan.

Ingredients: Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng, de-tipped), Sow Meat (Murou, 2 liang each). Preparation: Boil together several times. Remove meat, dry Fangfeng, pound and sieve into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, with white soup.
Disisheng San (Approaching Sage Powder) [Source: *Shengji Zonglu*]. Treats all tinea.
Ingredients: Semen Cassiae (Caojieming, 0.5 liang, roasted, pounded), Calomel (Nifen, 2 fen, another version uses Qingfen). Preparation: Mix into powder. First rub tinea with cloth until red, then blend with vinegar and apply.
Hufen Gao (Lead White Ointment) [Source: *Zhouhou Fang*]. Treats all dry/wet tinea. Itching.

Qixing San (Seven Stars Powder) [Source: *Shengji Zonglu*]. Treats various tinea.
Ingredients: Dried Scorpion (Ganxie, 7 segments), Bombyx Batryticatus (Bai Jiangcan, straight, 7 pieces each). Preparation: Pound and sieve into powder. Take 3 zi per dose, with 1 zhan of good wine, mixed with juice of Radix Smilacis Glabrae (Yangti Gen) and swallow.
Prescription for Tinea [Source: *Shenghui Fang*]. Treats wet itching with yellow fluid upon scratching. In my youth, I suffered from tinea, initially on neck, later spreading to left ear, becoming wet sore. Ingredients: Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen, use 10 pods of Gleditsia Sinensis, crush, boil in water until Gleditsia rots, remove Kushen, cut, dry/fry, filter Gleditsia juice, remove dregs, boil into paste). Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae? No, text says Weilingxian. Peony Root? Text says Weilingxian (Radix Clematidis). Preparation: Equal parts. Grind into powder, blend with refined honey to form wutong seed-sized pills. Take with warm water. Increase to 3 pills.

Use Hanliancao (Eclipta) leaves, any amount. When tinea itches, scratch, then rub with leaf. Do not eat, harmful. Boiling lotus leaves to wash is also okay. Another version: Willow branch decoction wash.
Miraculous Prescription for Tinea
Take 7 Almond kernels (Xingren), de-husked and de-apiculated. Chew until mushy. Place small amount of Calomel (Nifen) in palm. Spit out with saliva. Immediately mix with Nifen. Apply.

Treatment for Various Malignant Tinea
First wash with Leek decoction. Then blend pig lard with Semen Cnidii (Shechuangzi) and Cortex Celtis Sinensis (Haitong Pi) powder. Apply. Also treats infant milk tinea, women's floral tinea.
Tinea Medicine
Use Tree Bark (Shupi), any amount. Soak in best rice vinegar 7 times. Sun-dry, grind to powder. Take 1 qian, blend with water, apply to affected area. Immediate effect.
Changpu Wine. Treats all tinea.
Cut Changpu (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii) finely, 5 dou. Water 1.5 shi. Boil to 3 dou. Remove dregs. Add 2 dou fermented rice. Brew like wine. Drink until extremely drunk; cures.
Baifan Application. Treats all dry/wet tinea.
Grind 1 liang Baifan to powder. Blend with vinegar to paste. Rub onto tinea 3-5 times daily; cures.
Roasted Fish Application. Treats all dry/wet tinea.
Fish of any color/type. Roast skin on fire until slightly scorched. While hot, remove skin/bones. Grind meat, apply to tinea.
Banxia San (Pinellia Powder) [Source: *Shengji Zonglu*]. Treats all tinea.
2 liang Banxia. Pound and sieve into powder. Blend with aged soy sauce to paste. Apply to tinea 2-3 times daily; cures.
Ai Zhi Application [Source: *Shengji Zonglu*]. Treats all tinea.
Take 1 liang Aiye (Artemisia argyi), chop finely. Decoct with 0.5 jin sour vinegar. Take concentrated juice, remove dregs. Rub onto tinea 3-5 times daily; cures.
Haohui Application [Source: *Shengji Zonglu*]. Treats all tinea.
2 liang Haohui (Artemisia species), yellow/dry ones. Pound and sieve into powder. Blend with vinegar. Rub onto tinea 2-3 times daily; cures.
Chu Zhi Application [Source: *Shengji Zonglu*]. Treats all tinea.
Natural juice of Broussonetia papyrifera (Chu mu), any amount. First rub tinea with new cloth until slightly broken. Then apply medicine. Apply twice daily; cures. Another version: Pound 0.5 jin Chu Ye (Broussonetia leaf), apply.
Tao Ye Zhi Application [Source: *Shengji Zonglu*]. Treats all tinea and dry tinea.
Take 1 liang Tao Ye (Peach leaf), harvest at noon, grind, squeeze juice. Rub onto tinea 3 times daily; cures. Another version: Use Tao Baipi (Peach inner bark) with vinegar; good.

Take 1 handful of Gelerman grass head. Do not let others know. Salt apply sore. 3-5 applications permanently cure. For facial sores, take seeds, grind to powder. Take with wine on empty stomach, 3 qian.
