取鹿蹄四只，按常规方法洗净，煮熟后取肉，放入豆豉汁中，加入五味调料煮熟。空腹食用。
治疗腰脚风血积冷、筋脉拘急挛缩疼痛者。
取茄根五十根，细切并洗净。用水五斗，煮取浓汁，滤去渣滓，再放入小锅中煎至一升左右。
关于风走注疼痛的病证，其特点是疼痛部位不固定。气血流通，筋脉调和，则骨肉滑利；一旦不调，风邪侵袭……
骨碎补丸（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗一切风毒引起的走注疼痛。
骨碎补、桂心、狗脊、木香、仙灵脾、威灵仙、山茄子、当归、补骨脂（微炒）、白附子（炮裂）、没药、朱砂（炮裂去皮脐）、川乌头、白芷（各三分）。将上述药材研为细末，加入麝香，用温酒送服二十丸。
独活散（出自杨子建《护命方》）：治疗走注风。症状表现为两足疼痛肿胀，突然偏于一侧足部疼痛，行走困难，手指脚趾突然疼痛。
取牛一两或羊四足等畜类动物，或者梦见小儿妇人女孩……如果病情严重则下青粪，都适宜服用此方。
独活（去芦头）、阿魏（少许面粉和如薄饼状，火上焙干捣为末，各一钱）、桂（去粗皮）、大黄（锉炒）、黄芩（锉）、川芎（一分）、吴茱萸（炒一钱半）、羌活（捶碎，以醋三升同芫花在石器内煮干十余次捣用一两）、麝香（少许研）、牵牛子、半夏二味，也单独制成粉末。其余药物共同制成粉末一钱半，加上牵牛、半夏末一钱，共计三钱，作为一次服用的量。
服药后，或在痛处指甲下，或在脚指甲下，破出恶血，或在鼻中排出恶血，病方可除根。又有白虎风，治疗方法也相同。此方服用后即愈。
海桐皮煎丸（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗风毒引起的走注肢节疼痛，难以忍受。
海桐皮（半斤）、牛膝（去苗半斤）。以上两味药，都细锉，用水一斗，在大锅中煎至一升。
附子（炮裂去皮脐）、川乌头（炮裂去皮脐各二两）、川大黄（锉碎微炒三两）、桃仁（汤洗去皮尖及双仁，麸炒微黄）、麻黄（去根节）、骨碎补、乳香、麒麟竭、麝香。都研匀，加入前面的药液中。
忌食生油、毒鱼、滑物。
麝香虎骨散（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗男子因气虚血弱，风毒邪气乘虚攻注皮肤骨髓之间，与气相搏，身体急迫，不能屈伸，皆治之。
虎胫骨（酥炙）、败龟板（炙各半两）、麒麟竭（研）、赤芍药、没药（研）、自然铜（醋淬研）、白术、肉桂（去粗皮）、白芷、天麻（各二钱半）。上入麝香少许，研匀。
服药前先煎生地黄汤。
野狼毒丸（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗风邪引起的走注疼痛。
野狼毒（一分）、天南星、附子（各半两）。以上均生用。临捣合时，用净布包裹捶碎，在木臼内捣罗过筛。

Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Wutou, 3 fen, peeled and umbilicus removed, used raw): Grind the herbs into a powder. Mix with strong vinegar, apply onto old cloth, and patch on the affected area. Pain stops after a short while.

Drynariae Rhizoma (Gusui Bu), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin), Cibotii Rhizoma (Gouji), Aquariae Lignum (Muxiang), Epimedii Folium (Xianlingpi), Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Weilingxian), Solani Tuber (Shanqiezi), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Psoraleae Fructus (Buguzhi, lightly stir-fried), Bletillae Rhizoma (Baifuzi, processed until cracked), Myrrha (Moyao), Cinnabaris (Zhusha, processed until cracked, peeled and umbilicus removed), Aconiti Carpatchensis Radix (Chuanwutou), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi) (each 3 fen). Grind the above herbs into fine powder, add Moschus (Shexiang), administer twenty pills with warm wine.
Du Huo San (Angelicae Pubescentis Powder, from Yang Zijian's *Huming Fang*): Treats wandering Wind. Symptoms include pain and swelling in both feet, suddenly shifting pain to one foot making walking difficult, sudden pain in fingers and toes.
Take one ox or four sheep hooves, or other livestock animals, or dreaming of children/women/girls... If the condition is severe with green stool, this formula is suitable.
