All ingredients are coarsely chopped and pounded to prepare a decoction powder. Each dose is half a tael, boiled with two bowls of water until reduced to one bowl. Divide into two doses, taken in the morning and evening respectively; the dregs are also boiled again for another dose. If pus and blood have drained, they will dry naturally; if not yet formed, they will resolve spontaneously. Avoid toxic foods.
Huangming Jiao (Yellow Clear Gelatin, one tael) is dissolved in half a sheng of water. Add Huangdan (Lead Tetroxide, one tael), boil for three to five times, then allow to cool. Apply to the wound using a chicken feather brush.
