妇人阴中生疮，多由湿热下注，或七情郁火，或纵情敷药，中于热毒。其外证则或有阴
中挺出如蛇头者，谓之阴挺；如菌者，谓之阴菌；或如鸡冠，或生虫湿痒，或内溃肿烂疼痛
，常流毒水。其内证则或为体倦内热，经候不调，或为饮食不甘，晡热发热，或为小腹痞胀
，腰胁不利，或为小水淋沥，赤白带下。凡治此之法，若肿痛内外俱溃者，宜芍药蒺藜煎为
最佳，或四物汤加栀子、丹皮、胆草、荆芥，或用加味逍遥散。若湿痒者，宜芍药蒺藜煎，
或归脾汤加柴、栀、丹皮。淋涩者，宜龙胆泻肝汤加白术、丹皮。淋涩而火盛痛胀者，宜大
厘清饮，或抽薪饮。肿而坠毒者，补中益气汤加山栀、丹皮。可洗者用百草煎。可敷者宜螵
蛸散、完疮散。
蛇蜕散 治妇人阴疮。先以荆芥、蛇床子汤熏洗，挹干敷药。
蛇蜕（一条烧存性） 枯矾 黄丹 蓄 本（各一两） 硫黄 荆芥穗 蛇床子（各五钱）
上为细末，香油调搽，湿则干掺。
妇人阴痒者，必有阴虫，微则痒，甚则痛，或为脓水淋沥，多由湿热所化，名曰
。内宜清肝火，以龙胆泻肝汤，及加味逍遥散主之；外宜桃仁研膏，和雄黄末，或同难肝纳
阴中，以制其虫。然无如银朱烟搽鸡肝以纳之，尤妙。
椒茱汤 治妇人阴痒不可忍，惟以热汤泡洗，有不能住手者。
花椒 吴茱萸 蛇床子（各一两） 藜芦（半两） 陈茶（一撮） 炒盐（二两）
以水五升煎汤，乘热熏洗。
杏仁膏 治妇人阴痒不可忍。
杏仁（烧存性） 麝香（少许）
上为末。用旧帛裹之，缚定火上炙热，纳阴中。
椿根皮汤 治阴痒突出。
臭椿皮 荆芥穗 藿香（等分）
上锉。煎汤熏洗，即痒止而入。
一方∶治疳虫下蚀下部。用蒲黄、水银研匀敷入，外以鹤虱草煎汤熏洗。
炙肝散∶治妇人阴痒虫蚀。用牛肝或猪肝，切三寸长，大如钱，炙熟纳阴中，引虫出尽即愈。
一方∶治阴中虫痒。捣桃叶，绵裹纳阴中，日易三四次。
一方∶治阴痒。用蛇床子一两，白矾五钱，煎汤淋洗。
妇女外阴部生疮，多由湿热之邪下注，或七情郁结化火，或因过度使用药物，导致热毒侵袭所致。其外部症状表现为：或有组织从阴中挺出如蛇头状者，称为“阴挺”；形状如菌菇者，称为“阴菌”；或形似鸡冠，或生虫且伴有湿痒，或内部溃烂肿痛，常流出毒性脓水。其内部症状表现为：或出现身体疲倦、内热感，月经周期不调；或食欲不振，午后潮热发热；或小腹痞满胀气，腰胁部不适；或小便淋漓不尽，白带与赤色带下混杂。
凡治疗此类病症的方法：若内外均见肿痛且已溃烂者，以芍药蒺藜煎为最佳方剂；或使用四物汤加入栀子、丹皮、龙胆草、荆芥；或者使用加味逍遥散。若以湿痒为主者，宜用芍药蒺藜煎，或归脾汤加入柴胡、栀子、丹皮。若以小便淋涩为主者，宜用龙胆泻肝汤加入白术、丹皮。若淋涩且火势旺盛、疼痛胀甚者，宜用大厘清饮，或抽薪饮。若肿胀且有下坠感及毒邪者，宜用补中益气汤加入山栀、丹皮。可外洗者使用百草煎。可外敷者宜用螵蛸散、完疮散。
蛇蜕散：治疗妇女阴疮。先用荆芥、蛇床子汤熏洗患处，擦干后敷药。
药材组成：蛇蜕（一条，烧至存性）、枯矾、黄丹、蓄草、藁本（各一两）、硫黄、荆芥穗、蛇床子（各五钱）。
制法用法：以上药物研为细末，用香油调匀涂抹，若患处湿润则直接干撒药粉。
妇女外阴瘙痒者，必有阴虫存在，轻微时仅感瘙痒，严重时则疼痛，或伴有脓水淋漓，多由湿热转化而成，此病名为“阴蝕”。内治宜清肝火，以龙胆泻肝汤及加味逍遥散为主方；外治宜将桃仁研成膏状，混合雄黄末，或同难肝纳入阴中，以制约阴虫。然而，不如用银朱烟涂抹于鸡肝上纳入阴中，效果尤为奇妙。
椒茱汤：治疗妇女阴痒剧烈难以忍受，只能用热汤浸泡清洗，甚至让人无法忍住手的热度。
药材组成：花椒、吴茱萸、蛇床子（各一两）、藜芦（半两）、陈茶（一撮）、炒盐（二两）。
制法用法：用水五升煎煮成汤，趁热熏洗患处。
杏仁膏：治疗妇女阴痒剧烈难以忍受。
药材组成：杏仁（烧至存性）、麝香（少许）。
制法用法：以上药物研为细末。用旧布包裹，固定后在火上烤热，纳入阴中。
椿根皮汤：治疗阴痒伴组织突出。
药材组成：臭椿皮、荆芥穗、藿香（等分）。
制法用法：切碎后煎汤熏洗，即可止痒并使突出物回纳。
另一偏方：治疗疳虫侵蚀下部。用蒲黄、水银研匀后敷入，外用鹤虱草煎汤熏洗。
炙肝散：治疗妇女阴痒及虫蚀。用牛肝或猪肝，切成三寸长、大小如铜钱的片状，烤熟后纳入阴中，引出虫子排尽即愈。
Ulcers in the vagina of women are mostly caused by the downward pouring of damp-heat, or fire generated from emotional stagnation, or heat-toxin invasion due to excessive application of medications. The external manifestations include: tissue protruding from the vagina like a snake's head, termed "Yin Ting" (vaginal prolapse); lesions resembling mushrooms, termed "Yin Jun"; lesions resembling chicken combs; presence of parasites with dampness and itching; or internal ulceration with swelling, rotting, pain, and frequent discharge of toxic pus. The internal manifestations include: fatigue and internal heat sensation, irregular menstruation; poor appetite and afternoon tidal fever; abdominal distension and fullness, discomfort in the waist and hypochondrium; dribbling urination, and mixed leukorrhea with blood (red and white discharge).
Regarding treatment methods for these conditions: If there is swelling, pain, and ulceration both internally and externally, Shaoyao Jili Decoction (Peony and Tribulus Decoction) is the best choice. Alternatively, Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) can be used with added Gardenia, Moutan Cortex, Gentian Root, and Schizonepeta. Or Jiawei Xiaoyao San (Modified Free and Easy Wanderer Powder) may be employed. If the primary symptom is dampness and itching, Shaoyao Jili Decoction is suitable, or Guipi Tang (Restore the Spleen Decoction) with added Bupleurum, Gardenia, and Moutan Cortex. For urinary dribbling and涩 (astringency), Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction) with added Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome and Moutan Cortex is indicated. If accompanied by intense heat, pain, and distension, Dali Qingyin (Great Purification Drink) or Chouxin Yin (Draw Out the Fire Drink) should be used. For swelling with a bearing-down sensation and toxicity, Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction) with added Gardenia and Moutan Cortex is appropriate. For external washing, Baicao Jian (Hundred Herbs Decoction) can be used. For external application, Piaoxiao San (Sepia Powder) or Wanchuang San (Complete Ulcer Powder) is recommended.
Shetui San (Snake Slough Powder): Treats vaginal ulcers in women. First, fumigate and wash the area with a decoction of Schizonepeta and Cnidium Fruit, dry it, and then apply the medicine.
Ingredients: Shetui (Snake Slough, one strip, calcined to retain its properties), Mingfan (Alum), Huangdan (Lead Monoxide), Lubucao (Polygonum Aviculare Herb), Jingben (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome) (each 1 liang), Liuhuang (Sulfur), Jingjiesui (Schizonepeta Spike), Chuangzi (Cnidium Fruit) (each 5 qian).
Preparation and Usage: Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with sesame oil for topical application; if the area is wet, sprinkle the dry powder directly.
Vaginal itching in women must involve vaginal parasites. Mild cases present with itching, while severe cases involve pain, possibly with purulent discharge. This condition, often transformed from damp-heat, is named "Yin Shi" (Vital Erosion). Internal treatment should clear Liver Fire, primarily using Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction) and Jiawei Xiaoyao San (Modified Free and Easy Wanderer Powder). External treatment involves grinding Peach Kernel into a paste, mixing it with Realgar powder, or inserting it along with Nangan Gan (likely a typo for a specific liver preparation or herb, interpreted here as animal liver preparation) into the vagina to control the parasites. However, applying Yin Zhu Yan (Silver Cinnabar Smoke residue) on Chicken Liver and inserting it is particularly effective.
Jiaozhu Tang (Pepper and Evodia Decoction): Treats unbearable vaginal itching in women. The hot water is so hot that one cannot keep their hands in it.
Ingredients: Huajiao (Sichuan Pepper), Wuzhuyu (Evodia Fruit), Chuangzi (Cnidium Fruit) (each 1 liang), Lilu (Veratrum Rhizome) (0.5 liang), Chencha (Aged Tea) (a pinch), Chaoyan (Stir-fried Salt) (2 liang).
Preparation and Usage: Boil in five sheng of water to make a decoction. Fumigate and wash while hot.
Xingren Gao (Apricot Kernel Paste): Treats unbearable vaginal itching.
Ingredients: Xingren (Apricot Kernel, calcined to retain its properties), Shexiang (Musk) (a small amount).
Preparation and Usage: Grind into powder. Wrap in old cloth, secure it, heat over fire, and insert into the vagina.
Chungenpi Tang (Toosendan Bark Decoction): Treats vaginal itching with protrusion.
Ingredients: Chouqunpi (Ailanthus Bark), Jingjiesui (Schizonepeta Spike), Huoxiang (Patchouli Herb) (equal parts).
Preparation and Usage: Cut into pieces, boil in water for fumigation and washing. Itching stops and protrusion retracts.
Another prescription: Treats gan parasites eroding the lower body. Apply a mixture of Pulhuang (Lygodium Spore) and Shuiyin (Mercury) evenly. Externally, fumigate and wash with a decoction of Heshi Cao (Nemesis Herb).
Zhigan San (Roasted Liver Powder): Treats vaginal itching and parasitic erosion in women. Use beef liver or pork liver, cut into three-cun long slices, size of a coin, roast until cooked, and insert into the vagina to draw out parasites completely, leading to recovery.
Another prescription: Treats parasitic itching in the vagina. Crush peach leaves, wrap in cotton, and insert into the vagina. Change three to four times daily.
Another prescription: Treats vaginal itching. Use one liang of Chuangzi (Cnidium Fruit) and five qian of Baijian (White Alum). Boil in water for douching/washing.
