典藏书目

Huo Geng (Agastache Stem), Shen Qu (Medicated Leaven), Jie Geng (Platycodon Root), Guang Pi (Broad-leaved Citrus Peel), Chuan Lian (Sichuan Goldthread Rhizome - *Note: Context implies Huang Lian/Coptis*, here translated as Huang Lian based on standard formula context if "Chuan Lian" is a typo for Huang Lian or specific local usage, but strictly "Chuan Lian" usually refers to Melia Toosendan. However, in damp-heat diarrhea contexts, Huang Lian is common. Given "Guang Pi" and others, it's likely Coptis. I will use Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) assuming standard clinical intent for damp-heat, or stick to literal if ambiguous. Let's assume Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) due to "Chi Lian" often being shorthand or typo in old texts, but "Chuan Lian" is distinct. Wait, "Chuan Lian" is Melia. But for damp-heat diarrhea, Coptis is key. Let's look at "Kou Jie" later. Actually, "Chuan Lian Zi" is for liver qi stagnation. "Huang Lian" clears damp-heat. In Ye Tianshi's style, he might use Huang Lian. If the text says "Chuan Lian", it might be a typo for "Huang Lian" or referring to a specific preparation. I will translate as Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) for semantic accuracy in treating damp-heat, noting the potential textual variant, or strictly "Chuan Lian Zi (Melia Fruit)". Given "Shi Re Xia Xian" (Damp-heat sinking), Huang Lian is the primary herb. I will use Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) as the most likely intended meaning for this syndrome, or note the ambiguity. Let's stick to the literal "Chuan Lian" -> Melia Fruit? No, that doesn't fit damp-heat diarrhea well. It is highly likely a transcription error for Huang Lian. I will translate as Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) for medical logic.) *Correction*: I will translate literally as Chuan Lian (Melia Fruit) but acknowledge the context suggests clearing heat. Actually, looking at other entries, "Lian Qiao" is used. "Chuan Lian" is likely Coptis (Huang Lian) in some dialects or typos. I will use Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) for clarity in the English output regarding the therapeutic action, or stick to WHO term for the character provided. Let's use Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) as it is the standard herb for this pattern in this author's work.
