Treats hemorrhoids with fistula, intestinal wind, hematochezia and hematuria, bloody strangury, sand strangury, dental [issues], excessive menstrual flow in women, uterine bleeding, unstoppable metrorrhagia, and leukorrhea (red and white discharge) (all can be stir-fried until yellow, ground into powder, and taken on an empty stomach); enlarged scrotum or testicles (wash with decoction); remove bedbugs (mix with realgar powder and fumigate two or three times).
Immortal Peach Formula: Cottonseed (take clean kernel, mix thoroughly with rice wine, then steam with half water and half yellow wine for the time it takes to burn one incense stick), red dates (cook in yellow wine, take clean flesh), each one jin; Angelica siniae Radix (Guishen), Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi), Lycii Fructus (Gouqi) (all soaked in wine), Cistanches Herba (Rongrong) (wash with wine to remove mud and scales), Corni Fructus (Shanzhuyu) (moisten with wine, remove pits), Cuscutae Semen (Tusizi) (steam with wine into cakes), Levis Siluris Bladder (Bai Yubiao) (stir-fry with bran until bubbly), Poria (Bai Fuling) (mix with human milk and steam), Psoraleae Fructus (Pogu Zhi) (stir-fry with salt water), Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Shudi) (boil with wine like syrup), each four liang; Morus Albae Radix Cortex Preparata (Jing Bajin) (wash with wine, remove heart), five liang. Changchun Pill: Silurus Bladder (stir-fry with clam powder into pearls) one jin; Cottonseed (take clean kernel) one jin (remove all oil, steam with wine); Nelumbinis Plumula (Bai Lianxu) eight liang; Rubi Chinenesis Fructus (Jinyingzi) (remove seeds)... Dendrobii Nobile Caulis (Jinchai Shihu) eight liang; Tribuli Fructus (Bai Jili) (stir-fry) four liang; Lycii Fructus (Gouqizi) four liang; Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi) (stir-fry) four liang. Grind into powder. Separately use Cervus Antler Lu Rong five jin, saw into thin slices, boil in water for three days and nights, remove antlers to obtain juice, boil down to paste, mix with pills made the size of wu zi. Grind into powder, make honey pills the size of wu zi. Take three qian on an empty stomach. Strengthens waist and legs, tonifies kidney.
... Plum Flesh (Wumei Rou) each six liang. Pound into a paste, make pills the size of wu zi. Take three qian morning and evening. Treats hemorrhoids with fistula.
Cottonseed Powder: ... Incense (Ruxiang) three qian. Grind into powder. Take after meals with brown sugar and yellow wine. Treats facial paralysis with deviation of mouth and eye due to wind-stroke. If paralysis is added, add Myrrha (Moyao) three qian.
Brucea javanica (Produced in Fujian, Guangdong, and Sichuan. It is the seed produced by the Brucea javanica plant. Also known as Kushen Zi, also known as Kuzhen Zi.) Indicated for various types of dysentery.
Yadan Pill: Brucea javanica (remove shell and oil, one qian), Venus Meretricis Concha (Wenge) (stir-fry with vinegar), Alum (Kufan), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (stir-fry) each three fen. Mix and make pills. Coat with Cinnabar (Zhusha). Or swallow twelve pills of Yadan Frost Huangdan.
Longan Meat Pack: Take three qian on an empty stomach, decoct in water and drink. If it is a hemorrhoid syndrome, swallow seven Longan Meat Packs and it will also heal.
