主治祛湿热健脾胃利关节强筋骨拘挛。骨痛泄浊。解汞粉银朱毒。疗痈肿瘰 恶疮
土茯苓饮。土茯苓一两。五加皮皂角子苦参各三钱。银花一钱。好酒煎。日一服。
若小儿有梅毒起于口内。延及遍身者。以土茯苓末调乳汁服之，月余自愈。又方。
两代茶。治服轻粉梅毒窜入经络骨节疼痛。久而成拘挛瘫漏等证。终身残废者。有热加黄芩
黄连。气虚加四君子汤。血虚加四物汤。
【土茯苓】
主治：祛除风湿，补益肝虚，治疗腰脊疼痛、周身痹痛、恶疮、膀胱留饮（宿水）、头晕、癫痫，以及增益中气、明目。中风导致的失音。
萆薢丸：萆薢（炒制）、山芋、川牛膝（酒浸）、山茱萸（去核后炒制）、熟地黄（焙干）、泽泻各一两；车前子（炒制）、白术各五钱；干漆（炒至烟尽）、天雄（炮制去皮脐）、茵芋各二钱五分。将上述药材研为细末，加入蛴螬混合均匀，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸至十五丸，空腹时送服。
厘清饮：萆薢、益智仁（用盐水拌一夜后炒制）、石菖蒲（用盐水炒制）、乌药各等分。将药材切碎（咀）。每次服用四钱，加入盐一撮，水一盏，煎煮至七分满，饭前温服。治疗真元不固，时下白浊。
萆薢散：萆薢（酒浸）、狗脊、杜仲（去皮锉碎后炒制）、白茯苓各一两；何首乌、天雄（炮制去皮脐）、泽泻各五钱。研为细末，每次服用二钱，用米汤调下。治疗风邪中于肾经，多汗、恶风，面目浮肿，脊骨疼痛，不能行走站立，肌肤变色，坐卧时感觉腰痛者。
又方：萆薢、旋覆花、虎头骨（炙酥）各等分。研为细末，温水送服。服药后保暖卧床以取汗。
【土茯苓】
主治：祛除湿热，健运脾胃，利关节，强筋骨，治疗拘挛、骨痛、泄浊。解除汞粉、银朱的毒性。治疗痈肿、瘰疬、恶疮。
土茯苓饮：土茯苓一两，五加皮、皂角子、苦参各三钱，金银花一钱。用好酒煎煮，每日服用一次。
如果小儿患有梅毒，病起于口腔内部，蔓延至全身者，可用土茯苓粉末调和乳汁服用，一个月左右可自愈。
又方：两代茶。治疗服用轻粉导致梅毒窜入经络，引起骨节疼痛，日久形成拘挛、瘫漏等证候，甚至终身残废者。若有热象，加黄芩、黄连；若气虚，加四君子汤；若血虚，加四物汤。
[Radix Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae]
Indications: Expels wind-dampness, tonifies Liver deficiency, treats pain in the lower back and spine, generalized bi-syndrome (painful obstruction syndrome), malignant sores, retained fluid in the Bladder, vertigo, epilepsy, benefits the Middle Jiao, and improves vision. Aphonia due to Wind-Stroke.
Bixie Wan (Dioscorea Hypoglaucae Pill): Radix Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae (stir-fried), Radix Dioscoreae (Shanyu), Radix Cyathulae officinalis (steeped in wine), Fructus Corni (pitted and stir-fried), Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (baked), Rhizoma Alismatis, each 1 liang; Semen Plantaginis (stir-fried), Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, each 5 qian; Resina Drynariae (stir-fried until smoke ceases), Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (processed, skin and umbilicus removed), Foliium Corylinae, each 2 qian 5 fen. Grind all into fine powder, mix with larvae of *Otiorhynchus sulcatus* (Qicao) evenly. Form pills with honey, size of a wutong seed. Take 10 to 15 pills per dose, on an empty stomach.
Liqing Yin (Clearing Turbidity Decoction): Radix Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae, Rhizoma Alpiniae Oxyphyllae (mixed with salt water overnight and stir-fried), Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii (stir-fried with salt water), Radix Linderae, each in equal proportions. Coarsely crush the herbs. Take 4 qian per dose, add a pinch of salt, one cup of water, decoct until three-sevenths remain. Take warm before meals. Treats insecurity of the True Yuan (True Origin), resulting in white turbidity discharge.
Bixie San (Dioscorea Hypoglaucae Powder): Radix Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae (steeped in wine), Radix Cibotii, Cortex Eucommiae (de-barked, cut, and stir-fried), Poria, each 1 liang; Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (processed, skin and umbilicus removed), Rhizoma Alismatis, each 5 qian. Grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with rice water. Treats Wind pathogen invading the Kidney Meridian, characterized by excessive sweating, aversion to wind, edema of the face and eyes, pain in the spinal bone, inability to walk or stand, discoloration of the skin, and feeling of lower back pain when sitting or lying down.
Another Prescription: Radix Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae, Flos Inulae, Os Tigridis (roasted until crisp), each in equal proportions. Grind into fine powder. Take with warm water. Keep warm and lie down to induce sweating.
[Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae]
Indications: Clears damp-heat, strengthens the Spleen and Stomach, promotes joint mobility, strengthens sinews and bones, treats spasms, bone pain, and turbid discharge. Resolves toxicity from Mercury Powder (Calomel) and Vermilion (Cinnabar). Treats carbuncles, scrofula, and malignant sores.
Tufuling Yin (Smilacis Glabrae Decoction): Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae 1 liang, Cortex Acanthopanacis Senticosi, Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, each 3 qian; Flos Lonicerae Japonicae 1 qian. Decoct with good wine. Take once daily.
If a child has syphilis starting in the mouth and spreading over the body, administer Tufuling powder mixed with breast milk. It will heal spontaneously after about one month.
Another Prescription: Liangdai Cha (Two-Generation Tea). Treats cases where mercury powder ingestion causes syphilis pathogens to invade the meridians, leading to joint pain, which may eventually develop into spasms, paralysis, or fistulas, causing lifelong disability. If there is heat, add Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Coptidis; if Qi deficiency, add Sizijunzi Tang (Four Gentlemen Decoction); if Blood deficiency, add Siwu Tang (Four Substance Decoction).
