从坟墓中获取，用水煮后服用。能够消除三种疾病，都能获得完全的功效。治疗尸疰（一种由鬼气引起的慢性消耗性疾病）在身体内沉滞不去，一次性服用则魂气飞越（精神涣散，脱离肉体）。
治疗石蛔（蛔虫结成硬块）在腹内坚癖（积聚成块），必须以鬼物来驱遣驰逐。同时调理邪气侵入肝经，因此导致眼睛疼痛并看见魍魉（幻视/鬼怪）。没有其他药物可以祛除，也使用此物来钩除。
（陈嘉谟）按语：这三种病不同，都使用死人枕头而痊愈，为什么呢？所谓尸疰，是鬼气。潜伏而未发作，使人身体沉滞，得到这个治疗，使魂气飞越，不再依附身体，自然就好了。石蛔，经过医疗后形成癖积，蛔虫变得坚硬，世间的药物都不能驱遣，所以必须用鬼物来驱逐，然后才能消散。另外邪气进入肝脏，所以使人眼痛见鬼，必须立即用鬼物来钩取，才可以除去。
Obtained from tombs, boiled in water and taken orally. It can eliminate three diseases, achieving complete efficacy. It treats *Shizhu* (corpse transmission, a chronic consumptive disease caused by ghostly qi) stagnating within the body; a single dose causes the soul qi to fly away (spiritual dispersion, detaching from the body).
It treats *Shihui* (stone roundworms, where ascaris worms harden into masses) causing firm accumulations (*Piji*) within the abdomen; it is necessary to use ghostly substances to drive them away. It also regulates pathogenic qi invading the Liver Meridian, thereby causing eye pain and seeing *Wangliang* (hallucinations of demons); no other medicine can dispel this, so this substance is used to hook and remove it.
(Chen Jiamo) Commentary: Although these three diseases differ, all are cured using a dead person's pillow. Why? The so-called *Shizhu* is ghostly qi. It lies dormant without manifesting fully, causing bodily stagnation. When treated with this, the soul qi flies away and no longer attaches to the body, resulting in spontaneous recovery. *Shihui*: After medical treatment, an accumulation forms, and the roundworms become hardened; worldly medicines cannot dispel them, so it is necessary to use ghostly substances to drive them out, after which they dissipate. Furthermore, when pathogenic qi enters the Liver, it causes eye pain and visions of ghosts; it is necessary to immediately use ghostly substances to hook and extract them for removal.
