治疗跌打损伤、关节错位，以及从车上坠落或马背上摔下导致的筋骨骨折，瘀血无法排出，腹部胀满气滞，无法安稳躺卧。
当归（清洗并烘焙干燥） 川乌头（炮制，去除外皮和脐部） 水蛭（用灰炒至黑焦状） 附子（炮制，去除外皮和脐部） 没药（单独研磨）。以上药材均制成细末，用酒煮面糊作为粘合剂，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三十丸，可增至五十丸，温酒或盐汤送服均可。
治疗跌打损伤导致骨折，内脏肝肺受损，吐血不止。或者体内有瘀血，导致心腹胀闷。
紫金藤皮（二两） 降真香（一两） 续断 骨碎补 无名异（烧红后，用酒淬炼七次） 琥珀（单独研磨） 大黄（用湿纸包裹）。以上药材制成细末。每次服用三钱，用浓煎的苏木和当归酒调服，连续服用三次，感觉轻微腹泻即停止。
治疗关节错位、骨折损伤，以及风湿邪气侵袭搏击，导致的筋骨疼痛。
没药（单独研磨） 血竭（单独研磨） 丁香 虎胫骨（用酥油炙烤。以上四味药各一两） 乳香（半两，单独研磨）。以上药材制成细末。每次服用三钱，用苏木和当归酒煎煮调服，趁热服用，空腹时及睡前服用。
治疗跌打损伤导致骨折，筋脉拘挛、骨骼受损。
苏木（四两，细切） 当归（四两，清洗并烘焙干燥） 白莴苣子（二两） 无名异（一两） 没药（半两，单独研磨）。以上药材切碎。每次取三钱，加水一盏，煎至半盏，滤去药渣，再加入半盏酒，混合均匀温服，不限定具体时间。
Treats injuries from falls and blows, dislocations, fractures of bones and tendons caused by falling from vehicles or horses, where blood stasis cannot be expelled, abdominal distension and Qi stagnation occur, and the patient is unable to lie down comfortably.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) [Washed and baked] Chuanwutou (Aconiti Radix Preparata) [Pao-processed, peel and umbilicus removed] Shuizhi (Hirudo) [Fried in ash until black and charred] Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata) [Pao-processed, peel and umbilicus removed] Moyao (Olibanum Resina) [Ground separately]. All the above ingredients are ground into fine powder. Wine-boiled wheat paste is used as a binder to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, increasing up to 50 pills, washed down with warm wine or salted water at will.
Treats fractures from falls and blows, internal damage to the Liver and Lungs, continuous hematemesis. Or blood stasis retained internally causing chest and abdominal fullness and oppression.
Zijin Tengpi (Caulis Sargentodoxae) [2 liang] Jiangzhenxiang (Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae) [1 liang] Xuduan (Radix Dipsaci) Gusuibu (Rhizoma Drynariae) Wumingyi (Haematites) [Heated red-hot and quenched in wine seven times] Hupo (Succinum) [Ground separately] Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) [Wrapped in wet paper]. The above ingredients are ground into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with strong decoction of Suxmu and Danggui wine. Take three doses; stop when slight diarrhea occurs.
Treats dislocations and fractures, as well as bone and tendon pain caused by invasion and clashing of Wind-Damp pathogens.
Moyao (Olibanum Resina) [Ground separately] Xuexie (Sanguis Draconis) [Ground separately] Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli) Hu Jinggu (Os Tigris) [Roasted with butter. Each of the above four herbs: 1 liang] Ruxiang (Olibanum Resina) [Half liang, ground separately]. The above ingredients are ground into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, taken hot after mixing with decoction of Suxmu and Danggui wine. Take on an empty stomach and before bedtime.
Treats fractures from falls and blows, tendon spasms, and bone damage.
Suxmu (Lignum Sappan) [4 liang, finely chopped] Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) [4 liang, washed and baked] Baiwojuzi (Semen Lepidii seu Descurainiae) [2 liang] Wumingyi (Haematites) [1 liang] Moyao (Olibanum Resina) [Half liang, ground separately]. The above ingredients are cut into small pieces. Use 3 qian each time, add one zhan of water, boil until half a zhan remains, strain off the dregs, then add half a zhan of wine, mix evenly, and take warm. No specific timing required.
