治小儿斑疮，热毒攻肝，上冲眼目，遂生障翳。
寒水石（火 通红取出，地土去火毒） 甘草（生用。二味各一两） 坯子燕脂（一钱）
上件为细末。每服半钱，用生米泔水调下，乳食后。
治小儿斑疮，眼生障翳。
朱砂（研） 指甲末（不拘男子、妇人，先以水净洗指甲，拭干，用木贼草打取细末）
上件等分，再同研令极细，以露水搜为丸如芥子大。每用一粒，于夜卧时以新笔蘸水点
在眼内，至中夜更点一粒。
治小儿肝热上攻，眼生翳膜。
蒲黄（一分） 黄连 白芨（各半两） 黄柏（去粗皮，二两） 赤小豆（一两）
上件同为细末。每用一钱，井花水调作膏子，封贴囟上，日一易之。
治小儿头疮不瘥。
鲫鱼（一枚，如大者。腹下开少许，去肠，不去鳞用） 头发（约实一弹子大） 伏龙
肝（一钱）
上将头发等三味入在鱼腹中，用甘草一寸塞鱼口内，盛在瓦器中固济，炭火烧红，无烟

豆豉（一合，炒焦） 白矾（半两，枯过） 腻粉（一钱）
上件研令极细。先净洗疮，剃去发，以小便一盏，烧秤锤通红，淬入小便中，热洗去疮

治疗小儿斑疹疮疡，因热毒侵袭肝脏，向上冲犯眼目，从而导致眼睑生出障翳（角膜云翳）。
寒水石（经火煅烧至通红后取出，以去除地土带来的火毒）一两，甘草（生用）一两，这两味药各取一两；坯子燕脂一钱。
将上述药物研磨成细末。每次服用半钱，用生的米泔水调服，在哺乳或进食之后服用。

将上述两味药等量混合，再次共同研磨至极细，用露水调和制成如芥菜籽大小的丸剂。每次取一粒，在夜间入睡时，用新毛笔蘸水点在眼内，到半夜再点一粒。
治疗小儿肝热上攻，眼睛生出翳膜。
蒲黄一分，黄连半两，白芨半两，黄柏（去除粗皮）二两，赤小豆一两。
将上述药物共同研磨成细末。每次取一钱，用井花水（清晨汲取的井水）调制成膏状，封贴于囟门（婴儿头顶骨未合处）上，每天更换一次。
治疗小儿头疮久不愈合。
鲫鱼一条（较大的），从腹部切开少许，去除内脏，保留鱼鳞使用；头发（约填满一个弹子大小）；伏龙肝一钱。
将头发等三味药放入鱼腹中，用一寸长的甘草塞住鱼口，盛放在瓦器中并用泥密封固定，用炭火烧至通红，无烟后取出。
治疗小儿头疮，以及疳积引起的肥厚秃疮。
豆豉一合（炒焦），白矾半两（枯矾），腻粉一钱。
将上述药物研磨至极细。先清洁疮面，剃去头发，取一盏小便，将秤锤烧红后淬入小便中，趁热清洗疮面，去除疮皮。
To treat infantile variola (smallpox) and rashes, where heat-toxin attacks the Liver, ascends to attack the eyes, and subsequently causes opacity (corneal nebula).
Hanshuishi (Calcitritum, 寒水石) [calcined until red-hot, removed from fire to eliminate earthy fire-toxicity] 1 liang; Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 甘草) [raw] 1 liang. These two ingredients are each taken in 1 liang amounts. Pizi Yanzhi (Cinnabar Red Earth, 坯子燕脂) 1 qian.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take half a qian per dose, mixed with raw rice washing water for oral administration, after breastfeeding or meals.
To treat infantile variola and rashes, with opacity forming in the eyes.
Zhusha (Cinnabar, 朱砂) [ground]; Zhijiamo (Nail Powder, 指甲末) [regardless of male or female, first wash nails clean with water, dry them, then use Tuzeicao (Equiseti Herba, 木贼草) to pound into fine powder].
Take equal parts of the above ingredients, grind them together until extremely fine, mix with dew water to form pills the size of mustard seeds. Use one pill at a time; when going to bed at night, dip a new brush in water and apply it to the inside of the eye. Apply another pill in the middle of the night.
To treat infantile liver-heat attacking upward, causing opacity membranes in the eyes.
Puhuang (Typhae Pollen, 蒲黄) 1 fen; Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, 黄连) 0.5 liang; Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma, 白芨) 0.5 liang; Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, 黄柏) [bark scraped off] 2 liang; Chixiaodou (Phaseoli Semen Rubrum, 赤小豆) 1 liang.
Grind the above ingredients together into a fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose, mix with Jinghua Shui (well water drawn at dawn) to make a paste, and apply as a patch to the fontanelle (anterior fontanelle), changing once daily.
To treat infantile head sores that do not heal.
Jiyu (Cyprini Carassii Corpus, 鲫鱼) [one fish, preferably large; cut open slightly at the belly, remove intestines, keep scales]; Toufa (Capillus Humanus, 头发) [enough to fill the size of a bullet]; Fulonggan (Dragon's House Liver / Calcined Earth, 伏龙肝) 1 qian.
Place the hair and other two ingredients into the fish belly. Plug the fish mouth with a 1-cun piece of Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 甘草). Place in a pottery vessel, seal tightly with mud, and burn over charcoal until red-hot. Remove when there is no smoke.
To treat infantile head sores, and phlegm-accumulation (gan) causing hypertrophic alopecia sores.
Douchi (Sojae Semens Praeparatum, 豆豉) 1 he [stir-fried until scorched]; Baifan (Alumen, 白矾) 0.5 liang [calcined]; Nifen (Calomel, 腻粉).
Grind the above ingredients until extremely fine. First clean the sore thoroughly, shave off the hair. Take one cup of urine, heat a lead weight until red-hot, quench it in the urine, and use the hot liquid to wash the sore, removing the crusts.
To treat all kinds of infantile sores and ulcers that have not healed for a long time.
Baijiaoxiang (Boswelliae Resina, 白胶香) 0.5 liang [separately ground]; Nifen (Calomel, 腻粉) 2 qian [separately ground].
Grind the above ingredients uniformly together, mix with Zhu Zhi (Suis Adeps, 猪脂/pig fat) for external application.
