上为细末。用自津唾调涂，频用为妙。
治痔漏久不瘥者。
蛇蜕（细研令碎） 蝉蜕（细剪碎。各四两） 白矾（一两，火 ） 皂角（二挺，为
末）
上件共和令匀，分为六帖。每用时以药一帖于瓦器内烧，坐在桶中，桶盖上作一小窍，
正坐
熏漏疮。
鹤虱 艾叶 藤子 白胶香
上件各等分，锉为散。用瓦瓶子内烧烟，熏患处。
治风冷结滞成痔，疼痛难忍。
独头蒜（一头） 白胶香（三钱）
上件于砂盆内，烂捣如泥，捻作小饼子如当三钱大。用大瓶一只，先抄灰火在内，次将
饼子置在灰火上，烧令烟出，坐在瓶上熏之。
治痔漏。
狐骨 皂角（不 者）
上件各等分 咀。每用一两，如香烧熏。
治肠胃风热，毒瓦斯结成痔肿，热痛作脓血，破后久不瘥，多变漏疮者。以此药频频
渐渐痊瘥。
甘草 柏枝（二味各二两） 莲蓬 五倍子 黄柏 大黄 黄连（去须） 黄芩（六味
各一两）
上件为细末。每用半两，水三升煎三、五沸，入朴硝二钱，候熔化，乘热熏，候通手淋
洗。
疗热毒结成痔疾，肿胀热痛，坐卧不安。
荆芥 薄荷 朴硝（以上三味各一两） 白矾（二两）
上件 咀。每用一两，水五升煎数沸，熏患处，通手淋洗。
治疗痔疮和肛瘘疼痛剧烈、难以忍受的症状。
血竭（必须选用品质优良的）
将上述药材研磨成细粉。用患者自身的唾液调和后涂抹于患处，频繁使用效果更佳。
治疗痔疮和肛瘘长期不愈的情况。

将以上药材混合均匀，分成六包。每次使用时，取一包药在瓦器中烧灼，患者坐在桶上，桶盖上开一个小孔，正对漏疮进行熏蒸。
鹤虱 艾叶 藤子 白胶香
以上药材各等分，切碎制成散剂。在瓦瓶中燃烧产生烟雾，熏蒸患处。
治疗因风冷邪气凝结停滞导致的痔疮，疼痛剧烈难忍。
独头蒜（一头） 白胶香（三钱）
将以上药材在砂盆中捣烂如泥，捏成小饼状，大小约当三钱重。取一个大瓶，先在瓶内铺好灰火，然后将药饼放在灰火上，烧出烟雾，患者坐在瓶上进行熏蒸。
治疗痔疮和肛瘘。
狐骨 皂角（未炮制的）
以上药材各等分，切碎。每次取一两，像点燃香料一样燃烧并熏蒸。
治疗肠胃风热，毒瓦斯凝结形成痔肿，伴有热痛、化脓出血，破溃后长期不愈，多转变为肛瘘的情况。使用此药频频、逐渐调理可痊愈。

将以上药材切碎。每次取一两，加水五升，煎煮数次沸腾，熏蒸患处，待温度适宜后淋洗。
Treats hemorrhoids and anal fistulas with unbearable pain.
Xuejie (Dragon's Blood) (Must be of high quality)
Grind the above into a fine powder. Mix with the patient's own saliva to apply topically; frequent application is ideal.
Treats chronic hemorrhoids and anal fistulas that do not heal for a long time.
Shetuo (Ophidium Shed Skin) (Finely ground until broken) Chantui (Cicada Slough) (Finely cut into pieces, each 4 liang) Baifan (Alum) (1 liang, calcined by fire) Zaojiao (Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit) (2 pods, powdered)
Mix the above ingredients evenly and divide into six doses. For each use, burn one dose in a ceramic vessel. The patient sits on a bucket with a small hole made in the lid, positioning the anus directly over the hole to fumigate the fistula sore.
Heshi (Pyrrosia Leaf / Nephrolepis Biserrata - *Note: Context implies a fumigant herb, likely referring to a specific local usage or typo for another herb like Heshouwu or similar, but strictly translating as written*) Aiye (Mugwort Leaf) Tengzi (Vine Seeds) Baijiaoxiang (Elemi Resin)
Take equal parts of the above, chop finely to make a powder. Burn in a ceramic bottle to produce smoke and fumigate the affected area.
Treats hemorrhoids caused by wind-cold stagnation, with severe pain.
Dutousuan (Single-clove Garlic) (1 clove) Baijiaoxiang (Elemi Resin) (3 qian)
Pound the above ingredients thoroughly in a mortar until they form a paste. Shape into small cakes, approximately the size of 3 qian. Take a large bottle, place hot ashes inside first, then place the cake on the ashes to generate smoke. The patient sits on the bottle to fumigate.
Treats hemorrhoids and anal fistulas.
Hugu (Fox Bone) Zaojiao (Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit) (Uncalcined)
Take equal parts of the above, chop coarsely. Use 1 liang per dose, burning it like incense for fumigation.
Treats hemorrhoidal swelling formed by wind-heat in the intestines and stomach, where toxic heat condenses, causing painful swelling, suppuration, and bleeding. After rupture, if it fails to heal for a long time and often transforms into an anal fistula, frequent and gradual use of this medicine will lead to recovery.
Gancao (Licorice Root) Bozhi (Cypress Branch) (Each 2 liang) Lianpeng (Lotus Calyx) Wubeizi (Chinese Gall) Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark) Dahuang (Rhubarb Root) Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome) (Remove roots) Huangqin (Scutellaria Root) (These six ingredients, each 1 liang)
Grind the above into a fine powder. Each time, take half a liang, add three sheng of water, boil three to five times, add Erxiao (Mirabilite) 2 qian, wait for it to dissolve. Fumigate while hot, then wash when the temperature is tolerable.
Treats hemorrhoidal disease caused by heat-toxin condensation, characterized by swelling, hot pain, and restlessness in sitting or lying down.
Jingjie (Schizonepeta Spike) Bohe (Mint) Puxiao (Mirabilite) (The above three ingredients, each 1 liang) Baifan (Alum) (2 liang)
Chop the above ingredients coarsely. Each time, take 1 liang, add five sheng of water, boil several times. Fumigate the affected area, then wash when the temperature is tolerable.
