治风秘，大便秘涩。
香白芷（不以多少，焙干）
上为细末。每服二钱，蜜少许，温米饮调下，连进二服即通，食前。
治气虚人大便秘涩不通，或已服润肠药未通者。
上用沙蜜煎炼，熬成膏如饧相似，蛤粉涂手指搓成梃子。 于谷道中。
除下焦留热，小便不通，淋涩作痛。（以上小便秘涩方。）
槟榔 木通 陈橘皮（去白） 赤芍药 车前子 赤茯苓（去皮） 当归（洗焙） 滑
石石苇（
上件 咀。每服五钱，水二盏，煎至一盏，去滓，食前，以利为度，未利再服。
治心经蓄热，小便赤涩不通，淋沥作痛。
琥珀（不以多少）
上为细末。每服半钱，浓煎萱草根汤调下，食前。
治小便不通。
黄连末（半两） 巴豆（半两，去壳不去油）
上件同捣为膏，捻作饼子，大小浓薄如钱。先以葱汁拌盐，滴在脐内，次以饼子盖之，
上用大艾炷于饼上，炙二、七壮，再换饼子重炙，以利为度。
治小便不通，脐腹急胀。
白矾（不以多少，研令细）
上用水和面条作圈子，围脐眼高一寸许，内安矾末，以冷水逐旋滴矾末上，令湿透，更
以水滴，觉内冷透，即小便通。
治男子、妇人心腹胀痛，口吐酸水，吃食无味，一切气疾，并宜服之。

上件为细末，炼蜜为丸，每一两作一十丸。每服一丸，细嚼，温酒或盐汤下；妇人艾醋

将上述药材研成细末。每次服用二钱，加少许蜂蜜，用温热的米汤调服，连续服用两次即可通便，在饭前服用。
治疗气虚之人，大便秘结涩滞不通，或者已经服用润肠药仍未通畅者。
取上法所用的沙蜜煎煮炼制，熬成类似饴糖的膏状，用蛤粉涂抹手指搓成条状栓剂。将其纳入肛门中。
清除下焦残留的热邪，小便不通，淋沥涩痛且伴有疼痛。（以上为小便秘涩的方剂。）

将上述药材切碎。每次服用五钱，加水两盏，煎煮至一盏，去渣滓，饭前服用，以大便通畅为度，若未通畅可再次服用。
治疗心经蓄积热邪，小便红赤涩滞不通，淋沥作痛。
琥珀（用量不限）
将上述药材研成细末。每次服用半钱，用浓煎的萱草根汤调服，饭前服用。
治疗小便不通。
黄连末（半两） 巴豆（半两，去壳不去油）
将上述药材共同捣烂成膏状，捏制成饼子，大小厚薄如铜钱。先用葱汁拌盐，滴入肚脐内，然后将药饼覆盖在上面，在大艾炷于药饼上灸治十四壮，再更换药饼重新灸治，以小便通畅为度。
治疗小便不通，脐腹部急迫胀满。
白矾（用量不限，研磨细腻）
用水调和面粉做成圈状，围绕脐眼约高一寸，内部放入白矾末，逐渐向白矾末上滴冷水，使其湿透，继续滴水，感觉到内部冷透时，小便即通。
治疗男子、妇人心腹胀痛，口吐酸水，进食无味，各种气机疾病，都适宜服用此药。
荜澄茄 白豆蔻仁 肉豆蔻（用面包裹煨熟） 草豆蔻仁 木香 丁香 白术 缩砂仁 红豆 肉桂（去除粗皮） 益智仁 诃子（煨制，去核） 人参（去除芦头） 白茯苓（去除外皮） 附子（炮制，去皮）
以上十味药材各一两） 青橘皮
将上述药材研成细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，每一两药材制成十丸。每次服用一丸，细细咀嚼，用温酒或淡盐水送服；妇人可用艾叶醋汤送服。
Treatment for Wind Constipation (Feng Mi), characterized by dry and difficult defecation.
Xiangbaizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, amount as needed, roasted until dry)
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take two qian per dose, with a small amount of honey, mixed with warm rice water to swallow. Continue for two doses to achieve bowel movement; take before meals.
For individuals with Qi deficiency suffering from dry and difficult defecation that is unrelieved, or those who have already taken intestinal moistening medicines without relief.
Take Sha Mi (sand honey) as described above, boil and refine it until it becomes a paste similar to maltose. Coat fingers with Ge Fen (Clam Powder) and roll the paste into suppository sticks. Insert them into the anus.
To clear residual heat in the Lower Jiao (Lower Burner), treating urinary obstruction, strangury with涩 (astringency/difficulty) and pain. (The following are formulas for urinary difficulty.)
Binglang (Arecae Semen), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Chenjupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, remove white pith), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Chifuling (Poria with Red Coir, remove skin), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, wash and roast), Shishi (Talcum), Shiwei (Pyrosiae Folium).
Chop the above ingredients. Take five qian per dose, add two zhan of water, decoct until one zhan remains, strain, and take before meals. Stop when urination is relieved; if not relieved, take again.
Treatment for Heat Accumulation in the Heart Meridian, resulting in red, difficult, and obstructed urination, with strangury and pain.
Hupo (Succinum, amount as needed)
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take half a qian per dose, mixed with thickly decocted Xuancao Gen (Hemerocallis Radix) soup; take before meals.
Treatment for urinary obstruction.
Huanglian Mo (Coptidis Rhizoma powder, half liang), Badou (Crotonis Fructus, half liang, remove shell but keep oil).
Pound the above ingredients together into a paste, shape into cakes of the size and thickness of a coin. First, mix salt with scallion juice and drip it into the umbilicus. Then cover it with the cake. Place a large moxa cone on the cake and moxibustion for fourteen burns (zhuang). Replace the cake and continue moxibustion until urination is relieved.
Treatment for urinary obstruction accompanied by urgent distension of the umbilical and abdominal regions.
Bai Fan (Alumen, amount as needed, ground finely).
Mix with water to make a dough circle, place around the umbilicus about one cun high. Put Bai Fan powder inside. Gradually drip cold water onto the powder until thoroughly wetted. Continue dripping water until a cold sensation penetrates inward, at which point urination will be relieved.
Treatment for heart and abdominal fullness and pain in men and women, vomiting acid water, loss of taste, and all types of Qi disorders. This formula is suitable for such conditions.
Bichengqie (Schizonepetae Fructus? Note: Usually Piperis Betel Fructus/Long Pepper Fruit, here likely referring to Bi Cheng Qie / Long Pepper), Baidoukou Ren (Amomi Rotundus Fructus seed), Roudoukou (Myristicae Semen, wrapped in flour and roasted), Caodoukou Ren (Cardamomi Fructus seed), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Suosharen (Amomi Fructus), Hongdou (Adzuki Bean? Or possibly a typo for another spice, kept as Hongdou), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, remove rough bark), Yizhiren (Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus), Hezi (Chebulae Fructus, roasted, remove core), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, remove rhizome head), Baifuling (Poria, remove skin), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, remove skin).
(Ten herbs, each one liang) Qingju (Green Tangerine Peel).
Grind the above into a fine powder, bind with refined honey to form pills. Each liang of herbs makes ten pills. Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly, and swallow with warm wine or salt water. For women, swallow with Mugwort Vinegar Decoction.
