上件 咀。每用一两半，水五升，煎数沸，乘热熏之，去滓通手淋洗。
治远年、日近不睹光明，内外障眼，攀睛瘀肉，连睑亦烂，隐涩难开，怕
有泪，视物茫茫，时见黑花。或睑生风粟，或翳膜侵睛，时发痒疼，并皆治疗
比，不可尽述。

上件药于净室中，不得鸡、犬、妇人见。用银、石器内，慢火先炒黄丹令紫色。次下蜜，

在新水内浸二昼夜，浸去火毒，其水日一易之。看病眼轻重，临晚用箸蘸药点大 头，眼涩
时为度。若治内障眼，用生面水和成条，捏作圈子，临睡置眼上，倾药在内。如此用之，一
月见效。
治一切眼疾，退翳除昏。

上件为七味，用水三升同浸一伏时，于银、石器内慢火熬至一升，退火放冷，用夹绢袋

药汁，更于银器内再以慢火熬去一半，次入白沙蜜同搅，不得住手，候有蜜香，用枝子挑出
药试之，放冷再挑起，有丝为度。用夹绢袋子入滤去滓，以瓷合盛之，方入研细生脑子一字，

将上述药材切碎。每次取一两半，加水五升，煮沸数次，趁热气熏蒸患处，滤去药渣，待温度适宜时淋洗。
治疗多年或近期的视力障碍，包括内障和内障眼病，胬肉攀睛（翼状胬肉），眼睑溃烂，眼睛干涩难以睁开，畏光流泪，视物模糊，时常看见黑花飞舞。或者眼睑长出风粟（小颗粒状突起），或者翳膜侵入瞳孔，时常发作瘙痒疼痛，以上症状均可治疗，无法一一详尽叙述。
白沙蜜（一斤）、黄丹（四两）、砂（单独研磨）、脑子（单独研磨，即冰片）、乳香（单独研磨）、青盐（单独研磨）、轻粉、星石、井泉石、云母（以上药材……）
将上述药材在洁净的房间中处理，禁止鸡、狗、妇女看见。使用银器或石器，先用慢火炒黄丹至紫色。然后加入蜂蜜，等候……用筷子蘸取药液点在眼角大头处，以眼睛干涩感消除为度。如果治疗内障眼病，用生面粉和水调成条状，捏成圈形，临睡前放置在眼睛上，将药液倾入圈内。这样使用，一个月可见效。
治疗各种眼疾，去除翳膜，消除昏蒙。

Gu Jing Cao (Valerian Root), Pi Pa Ye (Loquat Leaf) (each 1.5 liang), Yu Jin (Curcuma Aromatica Rhizome) (1 liang).
The above ingredients are cut into small pieces. Each time use 1.5 liang, add five sheng of water, boil for several times, fumigate while hot, remove the dregs, and wash when the temperature is suitable.
Treats long-standing or recent visual impairments, including internal and external cataracts, pterygium (wing-shaped fleshy growth), eyelid ulceration, dryness and difficulty opening the eyes, photophobia with tearing, blurred vision, and frequent seeing of black spots. Or wind millet (small granular protrusions) on the eyelids, or nebula invading the eye, frequent itching and pain; all these conditions can be treated, but cannot be fully listed.
Bai Sha Mi (White Sand Honey), Huang Dan (Lead Monoxide), Sha (Sand, separately ground), Nao Zi (Camphor, separately ground), Ru Xiang (Frankincense, separately ground), Qing Yan (Green Salt, separately ground), Qing Fen (Calomel), Xing Shi (Star Stone), Jing Quan Shi (Well Spring Stone), Yun Mu (Mica) (the above ingredients...).
Process the above ingredients in a clean room; chickens, dogs, and women must not see them. Use silver or ceramic vessels, first stir-fry Huang Dan over slow fire until it turns purple. Then add honey, wait... dip a chopstick in the medicine and apply to the outer corner of the eye, stop when the eye dryness is relieved. If treating internal cataracts, mix raw flour with water to form strips, shape into rings, place on the eyes before sleep, and pour the medicine inside. Using it this way, results will be seen in one month.
Treats all eye diseases, removes nebula, and eliminates dimness.
Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome, remove roots, 2 liang), Cao Long Dan (Gentiana Scabra Root), Huang Bo (Phellodendron Bark, remove coarse skin), Shan Zhi Zi (Gardenia Fruit) (the above three flavors each 1 liang, crush together), Qing Zhu Ye (Bamboo Leaf).
The above seven flavors are soaked in three sheng of water for one fu period (approx. 2 hours), then simmered in silver or ceramic vessels over slow fire until reduced to one sheng. Remove heat and let cool, filter the medicinal juice using a double-layer silk bag, then simmer again in a silver vessel over slow fire until half is evaporated. Next, add Bai Sha Mi and stir continuously without stopping. When a honey fragrance appears, test by lifting with a twig; after cooling, lift again until threads can be drawn. Filter through a double-layer silk bag to remove dregs, store in porcelain containers, finally add Yi Zi amount of finely ground Sheng Nao Zi (Raw Camphor), and mix together...
