麋角（一具，净水浸三日，刮去粗皮，镑为屑，盛在瓷瓶内，银瓶尤佳。以牛乳浸一日，
乳耗更添，直候不耗。于角屑上乳深二指以来，用大麦，只看瓶器大小，临时安顿甑内，约
浓三寸，上置瓶。更用大麦周衍填实，唯露瓶口，不住火蒸一伏时。如锅内水耗，旋添汤，
直候角屑蒸得细腻如面相似，即住火取出，细研，别用下项药∶）

上件为细末，以麋角膏子和匀，捣一千下，丸如梧桐子大。每服一百丸，空心，温酒下。
治真气虚弱，下元冷惫，脐腹疼痛，夜多小便，腰脚无力，肢体倦怠，怔忪恍惚
目运，面色黧黑，耳内蝉鸣，饮食减少。常服补养元阳，滋荣气血，驻颜美食。

兼治妇人诸虚不足，一切冷病，久娠不成，发落面黑，温醋汤下。
治疗心肾不交（心火与肾水不能相互协调），精神恍惚不定，梦境杂乱繁多，性功能减退，耳内空虚鸣响，小便浑浊色白，尿后余沥不尽或滑精。长期服用能使心火不上炎而神志自然清明，肾水不下渗而精气自然固摄。具有壮阳固气、益血驻颜的功效，效果特异。
麋角（一副，用净水浸泡三天，刮去粗糙外皮，镑成碎片，盛放在瓷瓶中，银瓶更佳。用牛乳浸泡一天，若乳液消耗则随时添加，直到乳液不再被吸收为止。在角屑上方覆盖约两指厚的牛乳，根据瓶子大小，在大麦中临时安置蒸笼，大麦厚度约三寸，将瓶子置于其上。再用大麦围绕并填实缝隙，仅露出瓶口，持续用火蒸煮一个时辰（十二小时）。如果锅内水减少，随时添加热水，直到角屑蒸得细腻如面粉状，即可停火取出，细细研磨，另外准备以下药物：）

以上药材研为细末，用麋角膏调和均匀，捣击一千下，制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用一百丸，空腹时，用温酒送服。
治疗真气虚弱，下元（肾与膀胱等下部脏腑）寒冷疲惫，脐腹部疼痛，夜间小便次数多，腰脚无力，肢体倦怠，心悸怔忡，精神恍惚，头晕目眩，面色黧黑，耳内蝉鸣，饮食减少。长期服用可补养元阳，滋养气血，驻颜美容，增进食欲。

以上药材研为细末，用酒煮面糊作为粘合剂，制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用五十丸，空腹或饭前，用温酒或盐汤送服。
兼治妇人各种虚损不足，一切寒性疾病，久孕不成（习惯性流产或不孕），头发脱落，面色发黑，用温醋汤送服。
Treats the failure of mutual interaction between Water and Fire (Heart-Kidney non-interaction), mental inattention, chaotic dreams, impotence, tinnitus with a hollow sensation, turbid white urine, post-void dribbling, and seminal emission. Regular consumption prevents Fire from flaming upward, thereby clarifying the Spirit naturally, and prevents Water from sinking downward, thereby consolidating Essence naturally. It strengthens Yang, secures Qi, nourishes Blood, and preserves youthfulness, with remarkable efficacy.
Deer Antler (one set, soaked in clean water for three days, scraped to remove the rough skin, shaved into flakes, placed in a porcelain bottle, silver is better. Soaked in cow's milk for one day; if the milk level drops, replenish it until no longer absorbed. Cover the antler flakes with milk to a depth of two fingers. Place the bottle inside a steamer basket lined with barley, about three inches thick, depending on the bottle size. Fill the surrounding space tightly with barley, leaving only the bottle mouth exposed. Steam continuously over fire for one *fu* period (approx. 12 hours). If water in the pot decreases, add hot water as needed, until the antler flakes are steamed to a fine, flour-like consistency. Then stop heating, take out, grind finely, and prepare the following herbs separately:)
Longgu (Dragon Bone)
Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma)
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, remove the rhizome head)
Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus)
Quanxie (Scorpio, stir-fried with Artemisia argyi leaves to reduce toxicity. Grind the above into fine powder.)
Guzhi (Ossis Mastodi) (stir-fried)
Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen) (soaked in wine overnight, dried by baking)
Shudihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix) (washed and baked)
Roucongrong (Cistanche Deserticolae Caulis) (soaked in wine overnight, sliced)
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Mix evenly with Deer Antler Paste, pound for one thousand times, and make pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 100 pills per dose, on an empty stomach, with warm wine.
Treats deficiency of True Qi, coldness and exhaustion of the Lower Origin (Kidney and lower jiao), pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, frequent urination at night, weakness in the waist and legs, physical fatigue, palpitations, mental inattention, dizziness, dark complexion, cicada-like tinnitus, and reduced appetite. Regular consumption tonifies Original Yang, nourishes Qi and Blood, preserves youthfulness, and improves diet.

Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix) (two liang, soaked in wine overnight)
Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen) (soaked in decoction to remove floating impurities, separately soaked in wine to extract juice)
Zhuyu (Corni Fructus)
Baifuling (Poria with Hostwood) (remove wood core, two liang)
Poguzhi (Kopitziae Semen / Psoraleae Fructus) (two liang, stir-fried with rice flour until scorched)
Fushen (Poria with Pinus Root) (remove wood core, two liang)
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Use wine-boiled wheat paste as a binder to make pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, on an empty stomach or before meals, with warm wine or salted water.
Also treats various deficiencies in women, all types of cold diseases, habitual abortion or infertility, hair loss, and dark complexion. Take with warm vinegar water.
