Treats children's penis swelling or painful retraction without apparent cause. Initially, this is due to wind-heat in the Yangming channel (Yangming channel disease), with warm qi transmitting between channels; thus, the treatment method should be to relax and unblock this channel, after which the syndrome will resolve spontaneously. This is because when the Yangming channel is diseased, it fails to nourish the sinews of the generative organs (Zongjin). It is suitable to take this prescription. It also treats cough, phlegm, wheezing, and rapid breathing.
