大黄散 治妇人阴痒。（阴痒总是心肝二火游行）
大黄（微炒） 黄芩 黄 （炙，各一两） 赤芍药 元参 丹参 山茱萸 蛇床子（各半两）
上为细末，每服二钱，食前温酒调服。
硫鲤丸 治阴中生虫，亦治茄子疾。（生虫由秽恶不洁，外治无非杀虫，内治无非清火养阴）
大鲤鱼一个，去头皮，入硫黄一两，黄泥固，用火 烟尽，为末，米糊丸，如桐子大，每
服二十丸，温酒下。
广济方 疗妇人阴痒不止。
蚺蛇胆 雄黄 硫黄 朱砂 硝石 芜荑（各半两） 藜芦（二钱半）
上为细末，以腊月猪脂和如膏，用故布作缠子，如指长一寸半，以药涂上，纳阴中，日一
易之，易时宜用花椒根三五两，水煮稍热洗，干拭纳之。（先师云，一妇患此，日用热水洗涤
数次，百方不效，后随夫任至山东，食小米饭数月而愈，岂亦补土而制湿欤？观此则治法又
须补脾燥湿矣，姑试之）
一方 治阴中生细虫，痒不可忍，若食人脏腑，即死。
梓树皮（焙干为末，二钱） 枯矾（五分） 麝香（少许）
上和一处，研匀敷之，立效。
又方 桃仁、雄黄研匀纳阴中，乃服清肝解郁之药。
又方 蛇床子、白矾煎水，淋洗即止。
又方 野狼牙（二两细锉） 蛇床子（三两），以米三升，煮汁沸热洗。
又方 取牛肝或猪肝截五寸，绳紧纳阴中半日，虫入肝，取出立效。
又方 取鸡肝乘热纳阴中，如有虫，当尽下。
又方 新桃叶捣烂，绵裹纳阴中，日三两易。
又方 生艾汁调雄黄末，烧烟熏之，更用雄黄末纳阴中。
圣惠方 疗阴中有虫，痒且痛，目肿身黄，欲得男子，漏血下白，少气思美食。
用鲤鱼长一尺，去头肉，取骨捣末，熬黄黑，以猪脂和，以绢袋盛，如常法纳阴中，至痛
处即止，虫当自出。
崔氏疗阴痒不可忍方
杏仁烧作灰，乘热绵裹纳阴中，日二易之。
又方 蒜煮汤洗之。
又方 枸杞根煎汤洗。
又方 小蓟不拘多少，水煎作汤热洗，日三次。

广济方：治疗妇女阴部瘙痒不止。

以上药物研成细末，用腊月里的猪脂调和成膏状，用旧布做成缠条，长约一寸半，将药涂在上面，纳入阴道中，每天更换一次，更换时宜用花椒根三五两，水煮稍热后清洗，擦干后再纳入。（先师说，有一位妇人患此病，每天用热水洗涤数次，各种方法都无效，后来跟随丈夫到山东，吃小米饭几个月而痊愈，这难道也是通过补脾土来制约湿气吗？由此看来，治疗方法还需要补脾燥湿，姑且尝试一下）
一方：治疗阴道内生细小虫子，瘙痒难忍，如果虫子吃人脏腑，就会死亡。

又一方：野狼牙（二两细锉） 蛇床子（三两），用米三升，煮汁沸热后清洗。
又一方：取牛肝或猪肝截成五寸长，用绳子扎紧纳入阴道中半天，虫子进入肝脏，取出后立即见效。
圣惠方：治疗阴道中有虫，瘙痒且疼痛，眼睛肿胀身体发黄，想要男子，漏血下白带，少气思美食。
用鲤鱼长一尺，去掉头肉，取骨捣成末，熬至黄黑色，用猪脂调和，用绢袋盛装，像通常的方法一样纳入阴道中，直到痛处就停止，虫子应当自行出来。
崔氏治疗阴部瘙痒难忍的方子
杏仁烧成灰，趁热用棉布包裹纳入阴道中，每天更换两次。
又一方：蒜煮汤清洗。
又一方：枸杞根煎汤清洗。
又一方：小蓟不拘多少，水煎作汤热洗，每天三次。
Dahuang San (Rhubarb Powder): Treats vulvar pruritus in women. (Vulvar pruritus is always caused by the wandering of Heart Fire and Liver Fire.)
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, lightly stir-fried), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, honey-fried), each 1 liang; Chishao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Yuan Shen (Scrophulariae Radix), Danshen (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus), Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus), each 0.5 liang.
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine before meals.
Liuyi Wan (Sulfur Carp Pill): Treats vaginal myiasis (worms in the vagina) and also treats hemorrhoids. (Myiasis arises from filth and uncleanliness; external treatment aims to kill parasites, while internal treatment aims to clear fire and nourish Yin.)
One large carp, remove scales and head, insert 1 liang of Liuhuang (Sulfur), seal firmly with Huangni (Yellow clay), calcine over fire until smoke ceases, then grind into powder. Make pills using rice paste, size of Cerasi Semen (loquat seeds). Take 20 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine.
Guangji Fang (Broad Benefit Prescription): Treats persistent vulvar pruritus in women.
Ranshe Dan (Bungarus multicinctus gallbladder), Xionghuang (Realgar), Liuhuang (Sulfur), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Xiaoshi (Natrii Sulfas), Wuyi (Meliae Semen), each 0.5 liang; Liliu (Veratri Rhizoma) 2.5 qian.
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder. Mix with lard rendered in the twelfth lunar month to form a paste. Form into tampons using old cloth, about 1.5 cun long. Apply the medicine onto the tampon and insert into the vagina. Change once daily. When changing, wash with water boiled with 3-5 liang of Ziaojigen (Zanthoxyli Radix), slightly warm, dry thoroughly, then re-insert. (My former teacher said: A woman suffered from this condition, washing several times daily with hot water without effect despite various treatments. Later, she accompanied her husband to Shandong and ate millet for several months, after which she recovered. Was this perhaps strengthening Earth to control Dampness? Thus, treatment methods should also include strengthening the Spleen and drying Dampness. I shall try this approach tentatively.)
Another prescription: Treats small worms in the vagina causing unbearable itching; if the worms consume the viscera, death ensues.
Zishupi (Meliae Cortex, baked dry and powdered) 2 qian; Kufan (Alumen Exsiccatum) 5 fen; Shexiang (Moschus) a small amount.
Mix and grind uniformly, then apply externally. Immediate effect.
Another prescription: Grind Taoren (Persicae Semen) and Xionghuang (Realgar) uniformly, insert into the vagina, then administer formulas that clear the Liver and resolve depression.
Another prescription: Decoct Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus) and Baifan (Alumen) in water, use for douching/washing to stop itching.
Another prescription: Yelangya (Acanthopanacis Cortex, 2 liang, finely chopped), Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus, 3 liang). Boil with 3 sheng of rice, use the hot decoction for washing.
Another prescription: Take beef liver or pork liver, cut into 5-cun pieces, tie tightly with string, and insert into the vagina for half a day. The worms will enter the liver tissue; upon removal, immediate relief occurs.
Another prescription: Take chicken liver while hot and insert into the vagina. If worms are present, they will all be expelled.
Another prescription: Mash fresh peach leaves, wrap in cotton, and insert into the vagina. Change 2-3 times daily.
Another prescription: Mix Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium) juice with Xionghuang (Realgar) powder, burn to generate smoke for fumigation, then insert Xionghuang (Realgar) powder directly into the vagina.
Shenghui Fang (Holy Relief Prescription): Treats vaginal myiasis with itching and pain, swollen eyes, jaundice, libido desire, leukorrhea with bleeding, shortness of breath, and craving for rich food.
Use a carp one chi long. Remove head meat, take the bones, grind into powder, and calcine until yellow-black. Mix with lard, place in a silk bag, and insert into the vagina as usual. Stop when reaching the painful area; the worms should emerge spontaneously.
Cui Shi's Prescription for Unbearable Vulvar Pruritus
Burn Xingren (Pruni Semen) to ash, wrap in cotton while hot, and insert into the vagina. Change twice daily.
Another prescription: Boil Suan (Allium Sativum) in water for washing.
Another prescription: Decoct Gouqigen (Lycii Radix Cortex) in water for washing.
Another prescription: Use Xiaoji (Cirsii Herba) in any quantity, decoct in water, use the hot liquid for washing three times daily.
