此方，连服数剂，半月而愈。
（附方） 治跌打损伤
天花粉不拘多少，每服（二钱）引用石膏 豆腐卤调服三次，其人咳去紫黑瘀血数口，
胸膛不疼，咳嗽亦止。服药后作呕发吐，其病方除。
解毒草，一名天花粉，外科药。此草用法不同本草。治梅疮攻鼻，红肿陷落。用此草常
服之，可以解毒，而红肿之处自消。一切疮症，服之，无不神效。

解毒草，又名天花粉，是外科用药。这种草的用法不同于本草记载。治疗梅毒攻鼻，红肿塌陷。常用此草内服，可以解毒，红肿之处自然消退。一切疮症，服用它，无不神效。
白淑气花，选用小朵的，根部又名土黄精，味道甘、微涩，药性平。对于白带、筋骨疼痛有良好疗效。

Trichosanthes fruit (Gualou), found in various parts of Yixi. Its nature is slightly cold. It enters the Lung Meridian, resolves phlegm. Treats cold cough, Shanghan (Cold Damage), Jie Xiong (Chest Binding Syndrome), relieves thirst, and stops irritability.
The shell must be removed to use the kernel. Wrap it well in heavy paper, press it between bricks to remove the oil before use.
── Cong Ben, Volume Middle
Trichosanthes root (Tianhuafen), bitter in taste, cold in nature. Treats Fei Yong (Lung Abscess), discharges pus, eliminates irritability and thirst, clears Lung heat, dissipates blood stasis from traumatic injuries, transforms long-standing stubborn yellow phlegm, directs Qi downward, resolves carbuncle toxins, treats sores and swelling toxins, and stops hemoptysis (coughing up blood).
In the past, a person was beaten and injured on the right side of the hypochondrium and waist, suffering from chronic cough that did not heal for years, unbearable chest pain, and intermittent wheezing/asthma. Later, he received this prescription from someone, took several doses consecutively, and recovered in half a month.
(Attached Prescription) Treating Traumatic Injuries
Take an unspecified amount of Tianhuafen. For each dose, take 2 qian, mixed with Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) tofu brine, taken three times. The patient will cough up several mouthfuls of purple-black blood stasis, the chest pain will cease, and the cough will stop. After taking the medicine, vomiting occurs, and only then is the disease eradicated.
Jiedu Cao (Antidote Herb), also known as Tianhuafen, is a surgical herb. Its usage differs from that recorded in Bencao. It treats syphilis attacking the nose, causing redness, swelling, and collapse. Regular internal use of this herb can detoxify, and the redness and swelling will subside naturally. For all types of sores, its administration is invariably miraculous.
Baishuqi Hua, using the small-flowered variety; the root is also called Tuhuangjing, sweet and slightly astringent in taste, neutral in nature. It is highly effective for leukorrhea and bone/tendon pain.
(Attached Prescription) Treating Leukorrhea
Decoct Baishuqi Hua (unspecified amount) in water, and take it with a little rice wine.

Bai Shukui (White Hollyhock), also known as Xiao Shukui, sweet and slightly sour in taste, slightly warm in nature. Promotes circulation through the meridians, treats flaccidity and weakness of the hands and feet, bone and tendon pain, and stops leukorrhea in women.
