润肠散朴硝一斤，童便两碗，拌入锅内，炒干雄猪大肠头尺许，晾取半干。右将硝研末入肠内，不拘多少，以寒为度。两头线扎紧，略晒片时，入锅内，炒焦黄色，研为细末。配前灵药服，外以纸捻蘸药插入管中。三
山拱岳丹此丹退管去恶生新。硝一两六钱水银明矾各一两右共研，入锅，碗盖泥封，升一炷香，取药收用。化管用新米饭，打条插患处。
退管丸露蜂房十个鳖一个重十二两煅野猪尾茧退人指甲凤凰衣蝉退各四两牛黄三钱右药除牛黄俱要酒洗，各煅成末，面糊为丸。每服三钱，空心酒下。量人虚实用。
鸿濛交盼丹端治杨梅结毒，神效。火硝二两五钱食盐明矾皂矾各二两水银一两硼砂三钱雄黄一钱朱砂一钱右先以明矾打豆大，入阳城罐内，后以诸药为末，入内，封固。炭火渐加，不过半罐而止，升三炷香，冷定，取药白色者佳。每药五分，配槐花炒末四钱，米糊丸匀，作四十，服土茯苓汤下。忌茶醋发味。
橘井流芳丹此丹专去瘀肉。水银火硝明矾皂矾各二两盐一两右共为末，结胎，入银罐内，覆瓦钵中，绵纸固济，外用细干黄土打碎，盖寸许，露银罐，底加炭，烧三炷香，取起听用。有烂肉之功。
二转杏林丹盐矾皂矾硝汞各一两右共研，入罐，升打三炷香，取药。加入明雄、朱砂、硫黄各五钱，硼砂三钱，硇砂一钱，研匀，入罐，再打五炷香，取药配，入乳香、没药、儿茶、血竭各一钱，麝香一分五厘，枣肉为丸，绿豆大。收固用。
凡痔漏服十丸小儿痞块服三丸，肿毒杨梅服五丸俱黄酒下，如搽一切疮毒，取药一两，入草乌末一钱，猪胆汁调搽，或鹅胆亦可。黄灵药此生肌长肉仙方也。铅九钱汞雄黄各一两火硝三两枯矾二两朱砂四钱右先将铅化开，同诸味为末，入罐封固，升打三炷香，擦盏，火足，冷定，取药。每药一钱加乳香、没药、海螵蛸、水煮珍珠各五分，血竭，象皮(煅)各四分，儿茶三钱，轻粉、赤石脂(煅)龙骨(煅)各三分，黄柏、文蛤壳(煅)各二分，甘草六分，冰片五厘，麝香二厘，共为细末，乳匀，收固听用。
万应灵丹此丹初起拔毒甚妙。青盐水银各五钱皂矾一两铅二钱五分火硝一两二钱五分白矾一两五钱硼砂白砒雄黄各一钱五分右先将铅化开，入水银和匀，待冷同各味研细末。用磁罐一个，将生姜遍擦罐外，火烘，又擦八九次为度，净药三分之一入罐，火上顿热滚，候干枯些，又加上，照此顿法去候干枯色红为度。将罐口覆在磁盆内，盐泥封固，罐口周围用灰堆齐，罐底于罐底上放炭火四五块，待一炷香尽，又去灰火，随移下些，三炷香尽，去些灰，将炭火移下些，候一炷香为止，取灵药收用。其药雪白者佳。炼时罐盆外须放砧搁水浸著药方下降。一治疗疮用银针刺一孔，醋调灵丹三四毫，点上，外用膏药贴之。一夜全消，对口诸毒，俱照此法。初起一二日，日上药三次。一遇发背痈疽根盘大者。用灵丹二分，贝母末一钱，细茶卤半杯，调匀。新笔蘸药从外根扫圈至内，以药尽为度。过一二时，根盘上火热疼痛，即将冷水洗去，另用膏药贴之，过一夜揭看有一毛孔，即有一黄泡，用银针逐一挑去黄水，即愈。
云和化育丹此丹生肌。枪硝二两陀僧枯矾水银各一两右先将硝陀矾为末，均和匀，放粗磁碗内，中按一窟，以水银放窟中，用小碗盖上，盐泥封固，碗底上放水湿草一团，将砖压纸上，再以大铁钉三个，架搁粗碗外，造百眼炉，打火，以湿纸焦枯为度。开取灵药，用甘草汤浸过，再晒干收用。
五灵散胆矾朱砂雄黄明矾磁石水银各一两或加硝一两更佳右共研匀，入罐封固，打火三炷香，开取灵药，听用。此药能治一切肿毒，去瘀生新，其效如神；或加入外科诸药中，用之亦妙。
千金自雪丹汞盐各二两硝五两明矾六两皂矾四两黑铅一两白砒雄黄各六钱硇砂研束硼砂炒末，各一钱右先将黑铅化开，入汞研碎，再将盐，矾、硝、皂入锅，炒六分，干，铅、汞、硇、硼、砒、雄共研，不见星，装入罐内，恐实，降三炷香为度，取出灵药。每两配入真蟾酥一钱，乳匀，收固。每用少许，点毒顶上。未成者，立即消散。已成者即起头，追脓而愈。如治漏，用麻黄煎膏作条子插入管内。
灵饼子水银青盐各一两铅五钱雄黄金顶砒硼砂朱砂各三钱硝二两五钱皂矾二两五钱明矾三两右共为细末，入罐封固，打火三炷香，冷取灵药，每灵药七分，配蜗牛壳煅末二分，再以面一分，为糊做成小饼，用膏药盖贴，提毒如神。
炼金顶砒法白砒二两铅八两或一斤更妙先将铅入罐内，炭火煅化，再投砒于铅之，上炼至烟尽为度。取起冷定，打开金顶，砒结在铅面上，取下听用。烟起时，宜远避之。《灵药秘方》卷下终

退管丸：露蜂房十个，鳖一个（重十二两），煅野猪尾茧、退人指甲（人蜕皮）、凤凰衣（鸡蛋内膜）、蝉蜕各四两，牛黄三钱。以上药物除牛黄外，都要用酒清洗，分别煅烧后研成粉末，用面糊制成丸剂。每次服用三钱，空腹时以酒送服。根据患者虚实情况酌情使用。
鸿濛交盼丹：专门治疗杨梅结毒（梅毒硬下疳或晚期梅毒症状），效果神奇。火硝二两五钱，食盐、明矾、皂矾各二两，水银一两，硼砂三钱，雄黄一钱，朱砂一钱。先将明矾打成豆大颗粒，放入阳城罐内，然后将其他药物研成粉末，放入罐内，密封固定。逐渐增加炭火加热，不超过罐身一半高度为止，升华三炷香的时间，冷却后取出药物，以白色者为佳。每次用药五分，配合炒过的槐花末四钱，用米糊制成丸剂，共制四十丸，用土茯苓汤送服。忌食茶、醋及发物。
橘井流芳丹：此丹药专门去除瘀肉。水银、火硝、明矾、皂矾各二两，盐一两。以上共同研成粉末，进行“结胎”（初步炼制），放入银罐内，覆盖瓦钵，用绵纸加固密封，外层用细干黄土打碎覆盖约一寸厚，露出银罐底部，在底部加炭火，烧三炷香的时间，取出听候使用。此药有消除烂肉的功效。
二转杏林丹：盐、矾、皂矾、硝、汞各一两。以上共同研磨，放入罐内，升华打制三炷香的时间，取出药物。加入明矾、雄黄、朱砂、硫黄各五钱，硼砂三钱，硇砂一钱，研磨均匀，再次放入罐内，继续打制五炷香的时间，取出药物配合使用。再加入乳香、没药、儿茶、血竭各一钱，麝香一分五厘，用枣肉制成丸剂，大小如绿豆。密封保存备用。
凡是痔疮漏管服用十丸，小儿痞块服用三丸，肿毒、杨梅疮服用五丸，均用黄酒送服。如果用于涂抹一切疮毒，取药一两，加入草乌末一钱，用猪胆汁调匀涂抹，或用鹅胆汁也可以。
黄灵药：这是生肌长肉的仙方。铅九钱，汞、雄黄各一两，火硝三两，枯矾二两，朱砂四钱。先将铅熔化，同其他药材一起研成粉末，放入罐内密封固定，升华打制三炷香的时间，擦拭罐口（擦盏），火候充足，冷却后取出药物。每用药一钱，加入乳香、没药、海螵蛸、水煮珍珠各五分，血竭、象皮（煅）各四分，儿茶三钱，轻粉、赤石脂（煅）、龙骨（煅）各三分，黄柏、文蛤壳（煅）各二分，甘草六分，冰片五厘，麝香二厘，共同研为细末，用乳汁拌匀，密封保存听候使用。
万应灵丹：此丹药在初起阶段拔毒效果极佳。青盐、水银各五钱，皂矾一两，铅二钱五分，火硝一两二钱五分，白矾一两五钱，硼砂、白砒、雄黄各一钱五分。先将铅熔化，加入水银混合均匀，待冷却后同其他药材一起研成细末。用一个磁罐，用生姜遍擦罐外，用火烘烤，再擦八九次为止。将净药的三分之一放入罐内，在火上加热至翻滚，待稍干枯时，再加药，照此方法加热直至药色变红且干枯。将罐口覆在磁盆内，用盐泥密封固定，罐口周围用灰堆齐，在罐底上放四五块炭火，待一炷香燃尽，去掉灰火，随即将炭火移低一些，三炷香燃尽，再去掉一些灰，将炭火移低一些，等待一炷香的时间为止，取出灵药备用。其药以雪白者为佳。炼制时，罐和盆的外面必须放置砧板并用水浸泡，这样药物才能下降。一、治疗疮疡用银针刺破一个孔，用醋调灵丹三四毫，点上，外用膏药贴敷。一夜即可全消，对口疮等各种毒症，都照此法。初起的一两天，每天上药三次。一、遇到发背痈疽根盘大的，用灵丹二分，贝母末一钱，浓茶汁半杯，调匀。用新笔蘸药从外根扫圈至内，以药尽为度。过一两个小时，根盘处火热疼痛，立即用冷水洗去，另用膏药贴敷，过一夜揭开看，有一个毛孔就有一个黄泡，用银针逐一挑去黄水，即可痊愈。

五灵散：胆矾、朱砂、雄黄、明矾、磁石、水银各一两，或者加入硝石一两效果更好。以上共同研磨均匀，放入罐内密封固定，打火升华三炷香的时间，开罐取出灵药，听候使用。此药能治疗一切肿毒，去瘀生新，效果神妙；或者加入外科其他药物中使用，也非常奇妙。
千金自雪丹：汞、盐各二两，硝五两，明矾六两，皂矾四两，黑铅一两，白砒、雄黄各六钱，硇砂（研碎）、硼砂（炒末）各一钱。先将黑铅熔化，加入汞研碎，再将盐、矾、硝、皂矾放入锅中，炒至六分干，干燥后，将铅、汞、硇砂、硼砂、白砒、雄黄共同研磨，不见星点（指完全混合无颗粒感），装入罐内，防止过实，升华三炷香的时间为度，取出灵药。每两灵药配入真蟾酥一钱，用乳汁拌匀，密封保存。每次用少许，点在毒疮顶部。未形成的毒疮，立即消散。已形成的毒疮，即起头，排脓而愈。如果是治疗漏管，用麻黄煎膏做成条状插入管内。
灵饼子：水银、青盐各一两，铅五钱，雄黄、金顶砒、硼砂、朱砂各三钱，硝二两五钱，皂矾二两五钱，明矾三两。以上共同研成细末，放入罐内密封固定，打火升华三炷香的时间，冷却后取出灵药。每七份灵药，配入煅蜗牛壳末二分，再以一份面作为糊，做成小饼，用膏药盖贴，提毒效果如神。
炼金顶砒法：白砒二两，铅八两（或一斤更好）。先将铅放入罐内，用炭火煅烧熔化，再投入砒于铅之上，炼至烟尽为止。取出冷却后，打开金顶，砒凝结在铅面上，取下听候使用。烟起时，应当远离躲避。《灵药秘方》卷下终
Run Chang San (Intestine-Moistening Powder): One jin of Puxiao (Mirabilite), two bowls of Tongbian (child's urine), mixed into a pot and stir-fried until dry. Take the head of a male pig's large intestine, approximately one chi long, and air-dry until half-dry. Process the above materials as follows: Grind Puxiao into fine powder, fill it into the intestine, with the amount determined by the degree of coldness (referring to the dosage or specific standard based on condition). Tie both ends tightly with thread, sun-dry for a short while, place in a pot, and stir-fry until scorched yellow, then grind into fine powder. Administer together with the previously mentioned Lingyao (Spirit Medicine), and externally apply the powder using a paper wick inserted into the fistula tract.
Shan Gong Yue Dan (Mountain-Arching-Mountain Pill): This pill promotes the regression of fistula tracts, removes necrotic tissue, and generates new healthy tissue. 1 liang 6 qian of Xiaosha (Saltpeter), 1 liang of Shuiyin (Mercury), and 1 liang of Mingfan (Alum). Grind all ingredients together, place in a pot, cover with a bowl, seal with mud, and sublimate over heat for the duration of one incense stick. Collect the medicine for use. For application, form a strip from fresh rice paste and insert it into the affected area.
Tui Guan Wan (Fistula-Regression Pill): Ten Lu Feng Fang (Honeycomb), one Bie (Soft-shelled Turtle) weighing 12 liang, Duan Ye Zhu Wei Jian (Calcined Wild Boar Tail Cocoon), Tui Ren Zhi Jia (Human Shed Skin), Feng Huang Yi (Chicken Egg Inner Membrane), Chan Tui (Cicada Slough) each 4 liang, Niu Huang (Calculus Bovis) 3 qian. Except for Niu Huang, all other herbs must be washed with wine, calcined separately, and ground into powder. Form pills using wheat flour paste. Take 3 qian per dose, administered on an empty stomach with wine. Adjust according to the patient's deficiency or excess conditions.
Hong Meng Jiao Pan Dan (Primordial-Harmony-Peering Pill): Specifically treats Yangmei Jiedu (Syphilitic chancre or late-stage syphilis symptoms), with miraculous efficacy. 2 liang 5 qian Huoxiao (Fire Saltpeter), 2 liang each of Yan (Salt), Mingfan (Alum), and Zaofan (Green Vitriol), 1 liang of Shuiyin (Mercury), 3 qian of Pengsha (Borax), 1 qian of Xionghuang (Realgar), and 1 qian of Zhusha (Cinnabar). First, crush Mingfan into bean-sized granules and place them in a Yangcheng jar. Then, grind the remaining medicines into powder and add them to the jar, sealing it securely. Gradually increase charcoal fire heating, not exceeding half the height of the jar, and sublimate for three incense sticks' duration. After cooling, collect the medicine; white color is preferred. Take 5 fen of this medicine per dose, combined with 4 qian of stir-fried Huaihua (Sophora Flower) powder, formed into pills with rice paste. Prepare forty pills in total. Administer with Tufuling (Smilax Glabra) decoction. Avoid tea, vinegar, and triggering foods (fa wei).
Ju Jing Liu Fang Dan (Orange-Well-Flowing-Fragrance Pill): This pill specifically removes necrotic flesh. 2 liang each of Shuiyin (Mercury), Huoxiao (Fire Saltpeter), Mingfan (Alum), and Zaofan (Green Vitriol), and 1 liang of Yan (Salt). Grind all together into powder, perform initial calcination ("Jie Tai"), place in a silver jar, cover with a clay pot, reinforce with cotton paper, and seal externally with finely crushed dry yellow soil about one cun thick. Expose the bottom of the silver jar, add charcoal fire underneath, burn for three incense sticks' duration, then remove for use. This medicine has the function of eliminating rotting flesh.
Er Zhuan Xing Lin Dan (Second-Turn-Apricot-Grove Pill): 1 liang each of Yan (Salt), Fan (Alum), Zaofan (Green Vitriol), Xiao (Saltpeter), and Hong (Mercury). Grind together, place in a jar, sublimate for three incense sticks' duration, and collect the medicine. Add 5 qian each of Mingfan (Alum), Xionghuang (Realgar), Zhusha (Cinnabar), and Liuhuang (Sulfur); 3 qian of Pengsha (Borax); and 1 qian of Naosha (Ammonium Chloride). Grind uniformly, place back in the jar, and sublimate for five incense sticks' duration. Collect the medicine for combination. Add 1 qian each of Ruxiang (Frankincense), Moyao (Myrrh), Ercha (Catechu), and Xuexie (Dragon's Blood); 1 qian 5 li of Shexiang (Musk). Form pills using jujube meat, sized like mung beans. Store sealed for use.
For hemorrhoids and fistulas, take ten pills; for pediatric masses, take three pills; for swellings and Yangmei sores, take five pills. All are administered with yellow wine. For external application on any sore/ulcer, take 1 liang of the medicine, mix with 1 qian of Caowu (Aconitum Carleixii) powder, and apply with pig bile (or goose bile).
Huang Ling Yao (Yellow Spirit Medicine): This is a celestial prescription for generating muscle and flesh. 9 qian of Qian (Lead), 1 liang each of Hong (Mercury) and Xionghuang (Realgar), 3 liang of Huoxiao (Fire Saltpeter), 2 liang of Kufan (Calcined Alum), and 4 qian of Zhusha (Cinnabar). First, melt the lead, mix with other ingredients, grind into powder, place in a jar, seal, and sublimate for three incense sticks' duration. Wipe the rim ("Ca Zhan"), ensure sufficient fire, cool down, and collect the medicine. For every 1 qian of this base medicine, add 5 fen each of Ruxiang (Frankincense), Moyao (Myrrh), Haipiaoxiao (Cuttlefish Bone), and Shuizhu Zhenzhu (Water-boiled Pearl); 4 qian each of Xuexie (Dragon's Blood) and Xiangpi (Elephant Skin, calcined); 3 qian of Ercha (Catechu); 3 fen each of Qingfen (Calomel), Chishizhi (Red Halloysite, calcined), and Longgu (Fossilized Bone, calcined); 2 fen each of Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark) and Wen Ge Qiao (Clam Shell, calcined); 6 fen of Gancao (Licorice Root); 5 li of Bingpian (Borneol); and 2 li of Shexiang (Musk). Grind into fine powder, mix with milk, and store sealed for use.
Wan Ying Ling Dan (Universal-Efficacy Spirit Medicine): This medicine is excellent for drawing out toxins in the early stages. 5 qian each of Qingshuiyan (Blue Salt Water/Salt) and Shuiyin (Mercury), 1 liang of Zaofan (Green Vitriol), 2 qian 5 fen of Qian (Lead), 1 liang 2 qian 5 fen of Huoxiao (Fire Saltpeter), 1 liang 5 qian of Baifan (White Alum), and 1 qian 5 fen each of Pengsha (Borax), Bai Pi (White Arsenic), and Xionghuang (Realgar). First, melt the lead, add mercury, mix well, cool, then grind with other ingredients into fine powder. Use a porcelain jar, wipe the exterior thoroughly with ginger slices, bake with fire, wipe again, repeating 8-9 times. Place one-third of the purified medicine into the jar, heat on fire until boiling, wait until slightly dry, then add more. Repeat this heating process until the medicine turns red and dry. Cover the jar mouth with a porcelain basin, seal with salt mud, pile ash evenly around the jar mouth. Place 4-5 pieces of charcoal under the jar bottom. When one incense stick burns out, remove the ash/fire, lower the charcoal slightly. When three incense sticks burn out, remove some ash, lower the charcoal further, wait for one incense stick duration, then collect the spirit medicine. White color is preferred. During refining, place an anvil with water-soaked cloth outside the jar and basin to facilitate the descent of the medicine.
1. For treating sores: Pierce with a silver needle, mix 3-4 hao of Ling Dan with vinegar, apply, and cover with a plaster. It resolves completely overnight. For Duikou sores and other toxic swellings, follow this method. In the first one or two days, apply medicine three times daily.
2. For large-rooted Back Carbuncles (Fabei) and abscesses: Use 2 fen of Ling Dan, 1 qian of Beimu (Fritillaria) powder, and half a cup of strong tea juice. Mix well. Dip a new brush in the mixture and sweep from the outer root inward until the medicine is exhausted. After one or two hours, if the root area feels hot and painful, wash off immediately with cold water, apply a fresh plaster. After one night, when uncovered, look for pores; where there is a pore, there is a yellow blister. Pick open each yellow blister with a silver needle to drain the fluid, leading to cure.
Yun He Hua Yu Dan (Cloud-Harmony-Nurturing Pill): This pill generates muscle. 2 liang of Qiang Xiao (Gun Saltpeter), 1 liang each of Tuo Seng (likely a local mineral/herb term, possibly Copper Green or similar), Kufan (Calcined Alum), and Shuiyin (Mercury). First, grind Xiao, Tuo Seng, and Kufan into powder, mix uniformly, place in a coarse porcelain bowl, press a hole in the center, place Shuiyin in the hole, cover with a small bowl, seal with salt mud. Place a ball of wet grass on the bottom of the bowl, press with a brick, and support the coarse bowl externally with three large iron nails to create a "Hundred-Eye Furnace." Ignite fire, heating until wet paper chars and dries. Open to collect the spirit medicine. Soak in Licorice decoction, sun-dry, and store.
Wu Ling San (Five-Spirit Powder): 1 liang each of Danfan (Chalcanthite), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Xionghuang (Realgar), Mingfan (Alum), Cishi (Magnetite), and Shuiyin (Mercury). Adding 1 liang of Xiao (Saltpeter) is even better. Grind uniformly, seal in a jar, ignite fire for sublimation for three incense sticks' duration. Open and collect the spirit medicine for use. This medicine treats all types of swelling/toxins, removes stasis, generates new tissue, with miraculous effect. It can also be added to other surgical medicines for excellent results.
Qian Jin Zi Xue Dan (Thousand-Gold-Self-White Snow Pill): 2 liang each of Hong (Mercury) and Yan (Salt), 5 liang of Xiao (Saltpeter), 6 liang of Mingfan (Alum), 4 liang of Zaofan (Green Vitriol), 1 liang of Hei Qian (Black Lead), 6 qian each of Bai Pi (White Arsenic) and Xionghuang (Realgar), 1 qian each of Naosha (Ammonium Chloride, crushed) and Pengsha (Borax, stir-fried). First, melt Black Lead, add Mercury, and grind. Then, put Salt, Alums, Saltpeter, and Green Vitriol in a pot, stir-fry until 60% dry. Grind Lead, Mercury, Naosha, Pengsha, Bai Pi, and Xionghuang together until no star-like particles remain. Pack into a jar, avoiding being too tight, sublimate for three incense sticks' duration, and collect the spirit medicine. For every 1 liang of spirit medicine, mix with 1 qian of genuine Chan Su (Toad Venom), blend with milk, and store sealed. Apply a small amount to the top of the toxin. Unformed toxins dissipate immediately. Formed toxins rise to the head, drain pus, and heal. For treating fistulas, make strips from Ephedra decoction paste and insert into the tract.
Ling Bing Zi (Spirit Cake): 1 liang each of Shuiyin (Mercury) and Qingyan (Blue Salt), 5 qian of Qian (Lead), 3 qian each of Xionghuang (Realgar), Jin Ding Pi (Gold-Cap Arsenic), Pengsha (Borax), and Zhusha (Cinnabar), 2 liang 5 qian of Xiao (Saltpeter), 2 liang 5 qian of Zaofan (Green Vitriol), 3 liang of Mingfan (Alum). Grind into fine powder, seal in a jar, sublimate for three incense sticks' duration. Cool and collect the spirit medicine. For every 7 parts of spirit medicine, mix with 2 parts of calcined Woniu Ke (Snail Shell) powder, and 1 part flour paste to form small cakes. Cover with a plaster; extracts toxins with divine efficacy.
Lian Jin Ding Pi Fa (Method for Refining Gold-Cap Arsenic): 2 liang of Bai Pi (White Arsenic), 8 liang (or 1 jin, which is better) of Qian (Lead). First, place Lead in a jar, melt with charcoal fire, then add Arsenic on top of the Lead. Refine until smoke ceases. Remove, cool, open the "Gold Cap," where Arsenic has crystallized on the Lead surface. Take and use. Stay away when smoke rises. End of Volume Lower of *Ling Yao Mi Fang*.
