又一方（各黛矾散）：五倍子（五分）、青黛（五分）、枯矾（五分）。制成粉末。用淡盐水漱口清洁后，掺入药粉，立即见效。
又一方：儿茶（一两）、黄柏（六钱）、薄荷（六钱）、青黛（六钱）、人中白（二两）、冰片（五分）。共同制成细末。先用温水漱口清洁，再将药粉吹到疳疮上。一天六七次。涎水从外部流出为吉兆，涎毒向内收敛为凶兆。
煎剂：芦荟、银柴胡、胡黄连、川连、牛蒡子、桔梗、山栀、石膏、薄荷、升麻、甘草、羚羊角（各等分）。加淡竹叶十片作为引经药。共同煎煮。此方能治疗穿腮破唇的病症。

Song Minghuai's Secret Prescription for Mouth Ulcers (Kou Gan): Chuan Wen Ge (Clam Shell, calcined on a tile until the original substance remains), Er Cha (Catechu), Ren Zhong Bai (Human Waste Ash), Da Mei Pian (Borneol). Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Apply to the affected area. Avoid sweet foods and fried or roasted items. Grind into a fine powder. First rinse mouth with warm water, then insufflate medicine onto the ulcer. Apply 6-7 times a day. Saliva flowing out externally is auspicious; saliva/toxin retreating inward is ominous.
Decoction: Lu Hui (Aloe), Yin Chai Hu (Stellariae Radix), Hu Huang Lian (Picrorhizae Rhizoma), Chuan Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Niu Bang Zi (Arctii Fructus), Jie Geng (Platycodonis Radix), Shan Zhi (Gardeniae Fructus), Shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Bo He (Mentha Haplocalyx), Sheng Ma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Ling Yang Jiao (Saiga Tataricae Cornu) (equal parts). Add Dan Zhu Ye (Lophatheri Herba) ten leaves as a guiding herb. Decoct together. This formula treats conditions involving perforated cheeks and broken lips.
