内消乳岩、乳癖奇方 将壁上活壁 用针扦住，乘活以竹纸包如小球，食后

又方 生蟹壳砂锅内炒脆，磨极细末，热酒调服二钱，或打糊为丸，每服三钱，酒下不可间断，消尽为止。

和研极细末。热酒调服三钱。

先将夏枯草半斤和酒水五碗，煎至三碗，去渣入前药同煎就一大碗，加去油乳
香、没药细末各七分，不拘时服，外用五倍子焙干为末，醋调服。

夏枯草 蒲公英（各四两） 金银花 漏芦（各二两） 山茨菇 雄鼠粪（两头尖） 川贝母
（去心） 连翅 金橘叶 白芷 甘菊花 没药（去油） 栝蒌仁 乳香（去油） 茜草根 甘
草广陈皮 紫花地丁（各一两五钱）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，每早晚食后送下二三钱，戒气恼。一方去栝蒌仁加天花
粉、桔梗、广胶，用夏枯草熬膏为丸。

共研细末，每服二钱，用人参汤入生姜汁调，细细呷之，一日夜五六次至消乃已，神验。年壮者不必用人参。
【内消乳岩、乳癖奇方】取墙壁上活的壁虎，用针将其固定住，趁其活着时用竹纸包裹成小球状，饭后用白开水吞服。每日服用一次，不过数日，乳房内部即会出现瘙痒感，如同蜘蛛爬行一般，肿块自然消散。
【又方】将生蟹壳放入砂锅中炒至酥脆，研磨成极细的粉末，用热酒调服二钱；或者将其打糊制成丸剂，每次服用三钱，用酒送服，不可间断，直到肿块完全消除为止。
【治疗乳吹、乳痞、乳岩及一切无名大毒】黄牛大角内的嫩角（火煅存性，一两）、鹿角（火焙至黄色，八钱）、枯白矾（三钱），混合研磨成极细粉末。用热酒调服三钱。
【医论】乳房中有小块结节，不消退、不痛也不痒，这就叫做“乳岩”，应当尽早治疗。如果拖延到六七年后，就会溃烂而无法救治。（引自钱青抡）
【处方】川贝母、连翘、栝蒌仁、当归、炙甘草（各二钱）、柴胡、金银花、白芨、何首乌、白芷、蒲公英、半夏（各一钱五分）、川黄连（酒炒）、漏芦（各一钱）、金橘叶（四十片）、半枝莲（捣碎，二两）。先将夏枯草半斤与酒水五碗一起煎煮，浓缩至三碗，去渣后加入上述药物同煎，最终得到一大碗药液。加入去油的乳香、没药细末各七分，不拘时间服用。外用五倍子焙干研末，醋调敷患处。
【消乳岩丸方】（引自钱青抡）夏枯草、蒲公英（各四两）、金银花、漏芦（各二两）、山茨菇、雄鼠粪（两头尖）、川贝母（去心）、连翘、金橘叶、白芷、甘菊花、没药（去油）、栝蒌仁、乳香（去油）、茜草根、甘草、广陈皮、紫花地丁（各一两五钱）。以上药物研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂，早晚饭后送服二三钱，需戒除生气恼怒。另一配方去掉栝蒌仁，加入天花粉、桔梗、阿胶，用夏枯草熬膏来制丸。
【乳岩初起阶段】（引自钱青抡）青皮、甘草（各等分）。共同研磨成细末，每次服用二钱，用人参汤调入生姜汁，细细呷饮，一日一夜服用五六次，直到肿块消散为止，疗效神奇。年轻力壮者不必使用人参。
[Extraordinary Formula for Internal Resolution of Breast Cancer (Ru Yan) and Breast Lumps (Ru Pi)] Take a live gecko from the wall, pin it in place with a needle, wrap it while alive in bamboo paper into a small ball shape, and swallow it with plain warm water after meals. Take once daily; within a few days, itching will occur inside the breast, resembling the crawling of a spider, and the lump will naturally dissipate.
[Another Formula] Stir-fry raw crab shell in a clay pot until crisp, grind into an extremely fine powder, and take two qian mixed with hot wine. Alternatively, mix with paste to form pills, taking three qian per dose with wine. Do not interrupt the treatment until the lump is completely resolved.
[Treating Ru Chui, Ru Pi, Ru Yan, and all kinds of nameless severe toxins] Tender horn inside the large horn of a yellow cow (calcined to retain its nature, one liang), deer horn (baked until yellow, eight qian), and dried white alum (three qian). Mix and grind into an extremely fine powder. Take three qian mixed with hot wine.
[Medical Discussion] A small lump in the breast that does not resolve, nor causes pain or itching, is named "Breast Cancer" (Ru Yan). It should be treated early. If left untreated for six or seven years, it will ulcerate and become incurable. (Cited from Qian Qinglun.)
[Prescription] Fritillariae Bulbus (Chuan Beimu), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), Trichosanthis Semen (Gualou Ren), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata (Zhi Gancao) (each two qian), Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua), Bletillae Rhizoma (Baiji), Polygoni Multiflori Radix (Heshouwu), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Taraxaci Herba (Pugongying), Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia) (each one qian five fen), Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuan Huanglian) (stir-fried with wine), Rhapontici Rhizoma (Loulu) (each one qian), Fortunellae Folium (Jinjieye) (forty leaves), Scutellariae Barbatae Herba (Banzhilian) (crushed, two liang). First, decoct half a jin of Prunellae Spica (Xiakucao) with five bowls of water and wine until reduced to three bowls. Strain, then add the aforementioned herbs and decoct together to obtain one large bowl of liquid. Add seven fen each of Frankincense (Ruxiang) and Myrrh (Moyao) powders (de-oiled). Take at any time. Externally, calcinate Galla Chinensis (Wubeizi) until dry, grind into powder, and apply mixed with vinegar.
[Pill Formula for Dissolving Breast Cancer] (Cited from Qian Qinglun.) Prunellae Spica (Xiakucao), Taraxaci Herba (Pugongying) (each four liang), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua), Rhapontici Rhizoma (Loulu) (each two liang), Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus (Shancigu), Mos Muscae Domesticae (Xiong Shufen / Liangtoujian), Fritillariae Bulbus (Chuan Beimu) (remove heart), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), Fortunellae Folium (Jinjieye), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Chrysanthemi Flos (Gan Juhua), Myrrha (Moyao) (de-oiled), Trichosanthis Semen (Gualou Ren), Resina Incensi (Ruxiang) (de-oiled), Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma (Qiancaogen), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Guang Chenpi), Violae Herba (Zihua Diding) (each one liang five qian). Grind all into fine powder, make pills with refined honey. Take two to three qian after morning and evening meals. Avoid anger and emotional disturbance. Another formula removes Trichosanthis Semen (Gualou Ren) and adds Trichosanthis Radix (Tianhuafen), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), and Colla Corii Asini (Ejiao), using Prunellae Spica (Xiakucao) decoction paste to make pills.
[Early Stage of Breast Cancer] (Cited from Qian Qinglun.) Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Qingpi), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (equal parts). Grind together into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with Ginger Juice (Shengjiang Zhi) in Ginseng Decoction (Renshen Tang). Sip slowly. Take five to six times a day and night until the lump dissolves. This is highly effective. Young and robust individuals need not use Ginseng (Renshen).
