If toxic vapors return to the Heart, causing chest fullness, frequent shortness of breath, and incessant diarrhea below, death is inevitable and difficult to treat.

Twitching of lips and mouth: Coix Seed (Yiyiren, 薏苡仁), Adzuki Bean (Chixiaodou, 赤小豆), Stephania Tetrandra Root (Fangji, 防己), Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草), decoct in water and take.
Chen Shigong stated: Yangming Stomach Fire attacking upward causes the lower lip to itch, swell, rupture, and weep fluid; it is not painful but difficult to heal. It is suitable to wash with Tongfen Wan (Copper Powder Pill) soak, and internally administer Dihuang Wan (Rehmannia Pill), which will heal spontaneously. (From *Waike Zhengzong*)
Wind on Lips (Chun Feng)
