生熟地黄丸
大熟地（九蒸九晒） 大生地（酒洗，各三两） 柏子仁（去壳隔纸炒） 当归（酒蒸） 白芍（酒炒 各
二两） 牡丹皮（酒蒸） 山药（乳蒸） 白茯苓（乳蒸，各一两五钱） 泽泻（水蒸，一两） 败龟版（童便浸，去
墙酥炙，研为极细末） 远志肉（甘草水泡透，各四两）
共为细末。用金钗石斛四两，金银花十二两，熬膏和炼蜜捣丸，每早淡盐汤送下四钱。
国老散 甘草七段，用急流水一碗
浸之炙干，又浸又炙，以水尽为度，研细末，每日空心白汤调服二钱，忌煎炒、烟酒、炙 、辛辣、发物。
天粉草膏 悬痈已成，服药不得内消者服此，未成者即消，已成者即溃，已溃者即敛，此治斯证之良方。
大粉草（用长流水浸透，炭火上炙干，再浸再炙，如此三度，切片） 当归身（各三两）
水三碗，慢火煎至稠膏，去渣再煎稠浓为度，每日三钱，无灰酒一大杯化开，空心服之。
四神汤 专治悬痈一切肿毒，不红不肿，气血虚者。
当归（八钱） 嫩黄 金银花（各五钱） 甘草节（二钱）
水酒各一碗煎服，仍以酒助药力。
又方 甘草梢四两，水煎服。
敷法
大黄（一两） 熟石膏（三钱） 紫金锭（一锭）
同捣碎，水调敷。
生熟地黄丸
大熟地黄（经过九次蒸制和九次晾晒）三两，大生地黄（用酒清洗）三两，柏子仁（去掉外壳，隔纸炒制），当归（用酒蒸制），白芍药（用酒炒制）各二两，牡丹皮（用酒蒸制），山药（用乳汁蒸制），白茯苓（用乳汁蒸制）各一两五钱，泽泻（用水蒸制）一两，败龟甲（用童子尿浸泡，去除墙酥后炙烤，研磨成极细粉末），远志肉（用甘草水泡透）各四两。
以上药材共同研磨成细粉。使用金钗石斛四两，金银花十二两，熬制成膏状，与炼蜜混合捣制成丸剂。每天早晨用淡盐水送服四钱。
国老散
甘草切成七段，用急流水一碗浸泡，然后炙干，再浸泡再炙干，直到水完全被吸收为止，研磨成细粉。每天空腹时用白开水调服二钱，忌食煎炸、炒制食物，以及烟、酒、烧烤、辛辣和发物。
天粉草膏
悬痈已经形成，服用其他药物无法使之内消的，服用此方；尚未形成的可使之内消，已经形成的可使之外溃，已经溃破的可使伤口收敛，这是治疗这种病症的良好方剂。
大粉草（用长流水浸泡透彻，在炭火上炙干，再浸泡再炙干，如此重复三次，切片）三两，当归身三两。
加水三碗，用慢火煎至稠膏状，去渣后再煎至浓稠即可。每天服用三钱，用一大杯无灰酒化开，空腹服用。
四神汤
专门治疗悬痈引起的一切肿毒，症状表现为不红不肿，属于气血虚弱者。
当归八钱，嫩黄芪、金银花各五钱，甘草节二钱。
加水和酒各一碗煎服，仍然用酒来辅助药力。
Shengshu Dihuang Wan (Raw and Prepared Rehmannia Pill)
Da Shudi (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix, steamed nine times and sun-dried nine times) 1.5 taels, Da Shengdi (Raw Rehmanniae Radix, washed with wine) 1.5 taels, Baiziren (Biota Seed, shell removed and stir-fried between papers), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, steamed with wine), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, stir-fried with wine) each 1 tael, Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex, steamed with wine), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, steamed with milk), Bai Fuling (Poria, steamed with milk) each 0.75 taels, Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, steamed with water) 0.5 taels, Baiguiban (Plastrum Testudinis, soaked in child's urine, wall酥 removed, roasted, and ground into an extremely fine powder), Yuanzhi Rou (Polygalae Radix, soaked thoroughly in licorice water) each 2 taels.
All ingredients are ground into a fine powder. Use Jinchai Shihu (Dendrobii Nobile Caulis) 4 taels and Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos) 12 taels, decocted into a paste, mixed with refined honey, and pounded into pills. Take 4 qian each morning, delivered with light salt water.
Guolao San (National Elder Powder)
Gancao (Licorice Root) cut into seven segments, soaked in one bowl of fast-flowing water, then roasted dry, repeated soaking and roasting until the water is completely exhausted, ground into a fine powder. Take 2 qian daily on an empty stomach, mixed with plain boiled water. Avoid fried, roasted foods, tobacco, alcohol, grilled items, spicy foods, and "fa wu" (stimulating foods that may exacerbate disease).
Tianfengcao Gao (Heavenly White Licorice Paste)
For Xuan Yong (Perineal Abscess) that has already formed and cannot be resolved internally by other medicines; for those not yet formed, it resolves them; for those already formed, it causes suppuration; for those already ulcerated, it promotes healing. This is an excellent prescription for this condition.
Da Fengcao (Large Licorice Root, soaked thoroughly in long-flowing water, roasted dry over charcoal fire, soaked and roasted again, repeating this three times, sliced) 1.5 taels, Danggui Shen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, root body) 1.5 taels.
Add three bowls of water, simmer slowly until a thick paste forms, remove dregs, and continue boiling until concentrated. Take 3 qian daily, dissolved in a large cup of pure wine (without ash additives), taken on an empty stomach.
Sishen Tang (Four Spirits Decoction)
Specifically treats all swellings and toxic masses caused by Xuan Yong, presenting without redness or swelling, indicating deficiency of Qi and Blood.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 8 qian, Nen Huangqi (Young Astragali Radix) and Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos) each 5 qian, Gancao Jie (Licorice Root nodes) 2 qian.
Decoct with one bowl of water and one bowl of wine, and take. Wine is still used to assist the medicinal power.
Another Prescription
Gancao Shao (Licorice Root tips) 4 taels, decocted in water and taken orally.
External Application Method
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) 1 tael, Shu Shigao (Calcitum Preparatum) 3 qian, Zijin Ding (Purple Gold Tablet) one tablet.
Grind together into fragments, mix with water, and apply externally.
From the external kidneys down to the anterior yin scrotum, all conditions including carbuncles, sores, hernias, chancres, ulcers, and erosions are compiled in this section for easy reference and treatment.
