痘触变紫黑，倏时喘急至，急觅丝瓜皮，（须要未生筋时取来焙干，临用只取皮蒂为末。）取
末蜜调置，甘草地黄汤，一服痘更起，若加烦 时，犀角磨汤水，此是四五朝，治
触当如此；期若至七八，空壳触必死，浆半犯触证，按验若糊指。痘触变灰白，枭
痒忍不得，附子绵黄 ，愈多功愈益；盘红根晕敛，用此可效力，如无根缕绕，死
证可言必。痘正汹汹才翕浆，适为月水正临场，不知洁净相防护，致使花烂倏变常；
月月红花花一种，不分枝叶取煎汤，煎嫩杪汤投酒服。根枝煎沸浴花郎，不消时刻
还归正，任汝经红触满床。麝香一触痒难当，点点花心带黑焦，急把升麻苍耳草，浓
煎慢浴转明娇；内应托里扶元气，生地防风蝉蜕遭，归芍参 赤豆共，红花及与桔
甘交。死尸触变目翻斜，痘必沉潜吐沫加，
速把芫荽并枣艾，为筒烧避正灵家；外取芫荽和姜醴，唇砂再入略须佳，共将煮就
时时呷，自得康宁扫去邪。客忤相侵似若惊，啼号不歇面浑青，丝瓜细结含花者，露
摘蒸来焙粉成；见证蜜调随与服，量儿大小进多轻，此时莫说丝瓜贱，一寸丝瓜一
寸金。五六朝来浆正行，忽为猫犬兽惊停，古人特设乌龙散，远志菖蒲各等分；再加
蝉蜕酒煮透，去却菖蒲远志门，蝉蜕独留研细末，砂糖调服酒含噙。
痘疹因触碰而变为紫黑色，突然发生气喘急促，应立即寻找丝瓜皮（必须要在丝瓜未长出筋络时采摘并焙干，使用时只取瓜皮和瓜蒂研成粉末），用蜂蜜调和药末敷置患处，配合服用甘草地黄汤，一服药后痘疹便会重新隆起；如果此时伴有烦躁症状，可用犀角磨汁冲服，这是针对发病四五天的触变证，治疗应当如此；若病程已到七八天，痘疹变成空壳且被触碰，必然导致死亡；若痘浆半满时遭受触碰，按压验证时手指会感到像糊状一样软烂。
痘疹因触碰变为灰白色，瘙痒难忍，使用附子、绵黄芪，用量越多疗效越佳；若痘盘红润、根脚晕圈收敛，使用此法可奏效；如果没有根脚脉络环绕，则是死证，可以断言必死无疑。
痘疹正处于炽盛阶段，刚刚开始收浆结痂，恰逢女子月经来潮，不知注意洁净防护，致使痘疮溃烂，突然发生异常变化；月月红花是一种药材，不分枝叶直接煎煮成汤，将嫩梢煎成的汤剂兑入酒中服用；用根枝煎沸的水洗浴患者，不到片刻即可恢复正常，任凭经血染红床铺也无妨。
麝香之气引发触碰，瘙痒难以忍受，痘点花心出现黑焦，急忙使用升麻、苍耳草，浓煎后缓慢洗浴，可使痘疹转明娇嫩；内服方剂应托里扶正以扶助元气，用地黄、防风、蝉蜕、当归、白芍、人参、赤小豆共同配伍，再加入红花、桔梗、甘草交合使用。
尸体气息引发触碰，导致痘疹目翻斜视，痘疹必然沉陷潜藏，呕吐涎沫加重，速用芫荽、大枣、艾叶，制成筒状燃烧以避开正对神灵的位置；外用取芫荽配合姜醋，再加入砂仁少许更佳，共同煮好后时时呷饮，自然能恢复康宁，扫除邪气。
客忤之气侵袭，症状类似受惊，啼哭号叫不停，面色青黑，选取细结含花的丝瓜，露水采摘后蒸熟焙干成粉；见到证候时用蜂蜜调和随症给予服用，根据患儿大小决定剂量轻重，此时不要说丝瓜廉价，一寸丝瓜值一寸金。
发病五六天，痘浆正在运行，忽然被猫狗野兽惊吓而停滞，古人特别设立乌龙散，由远志、石菖蒲各等分组成；再加蝉蜕用酒煮透，去掉菖蒲和远志，只留蝉蜕研成细末，用砂糖调服，含在口中用酒送下。
If the smallpox lesions turn purple and black due to contact, accompanied by sudden panting and urgency, one should urgently seek dried loofah peel (harvested before tendons form, dried, and only the peel and stem used as powder). Mix the powder with honey and apply locally, combined with Gancao Dihuang Decoction. After one dose, the lesions will rise again. If irritability is present, grind rhinoceros horn for decoction. This applies to the fourth or fifth day of contact-induced changes; treatment should proceed thus. If the disease reaches the seventh or eighth day and the lesions become empty shells upon contact, death is inevitable. If contact occurs when pus is half-formed, palpation reveals a mushy consistency.
If smallpox lesions turn grayish-white due to contact, with unbearable itching, use Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) and Mian Huangqi (Astragali Radix), where greater dosage yields better efficacy. If the lesion base is red and the areola converges, this method is effective. If there is no root-like network surrounding it, it indicates a fatal condition.
When smallpox is in its vigorous stage, just beginning to crust over, coinciding with menstruation, lack of hygiene precautions causes lesions to ulcerate and change abnormally. Honghua (Carthami Flos) is boiled into a decoction without separating branches and leaves; the tender tips' decoction is taken with wine. Boiling water from roots and branches is used for bathing the patient, restoring normalcy quickly regardless of menstrual blood staining the bed.
Contact with musk causes unbearable itching, with black scabs forming on the lesion centers. Urgently decoct Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) and Cang'er Cao (Xanthii Fructus) for slow bathing to restore the lesions' brightness. Internally, use formulas to support the interior and boost Yuan Qi (Primary Qi), combining Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Chidou (Phaseoli Semen Rubrum), Honghua (Carthami Flos), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), and Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix).
Contact with corpse qi causes eye deviation, sinking of lesions, and increased foaming vomit. Quickly burn Wan sui (Coriandri Fructus), Zao (Jujubae Fructus), and Ai Ye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium) in a tube, avoiding direct alignment with sacred spaces. Externally, boil Wan sui with ginger vinegar and Sha Ren (Amomi Fructus Rotundus), drinking frequently to eliminate evil and restore health.
Invasion by Ke Wu (Hostile Qi) resembles fright, with incessant crying and cyanotic face. Harvest dew-covered, fine-knotted, flowering loofah, steam dry, and powder it. Administer mixed with honey according to age and severity. At this time, do not despise loofah; an inch of loofah is worth an inch of gold.
On the fifth or sixth day, when pus formation is active, sudden fright from cats or dogs halts progress. The ancients devised Wulong San (Black Dragon Powder), consisting of equal parts Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix) and Changpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma). Add Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum) boiled in wine, remove Yuanzhi and Changpu, keep only Chantui powdered finely, mix with rock sugar, and take with wine held in the mouth.
