消毒散 遍身痒疥。
金银花 连翘 白蒺藜 荆芥 白芷 牛蒡子 防风 白鲜皮 赤芍药 甘草
水煎服。日久不愈加何首乌，干燥加当归，有热加黄芩，下部多加黄柏，小便涩加木通。
疥灵丹
枳壳（麸炒） 山栀 连翘 荆芥 当归 羌活（各七钱） 白鲜皮（炒） 白芷 苦参（糯米泔
浸一日，各一两）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸桐子大。每服五十丸，白汤送下，立可除根。
疥癣脓窠一服除根。
何首乌 石菖蒲 荆芥 防风 漏芦（各等分）
上为末。每服三钱，酒调下。
疗毒汤 治一切久远痛痒诸疮。
何首乌 荆芥 独活 防风 威灵仙 胡麻 石菖蒲 苦参 白汤煎服。
硫黄丸
硫黄（精明者，一两）
研细末，糕捣丸如桐子大，合三两重。看疮上身多，食后服；下体多，食前服，俱用荆芥汤送下五六十丸。
搽疥方
大枫子（三十枚，去壳同水银研不见星） 杏仁（十粒，去皮） 水银（一钱）
生猪板油一两同捣烂，麻布包擦，神效。
又方（陈在宾）
藜芦 明雄 苍术（各三钱）
犍猪油二两和药包草纸内卷成条，火烧滴油搓之。但此法制时，忌与人见，人若见则油烧不下。
青桃丸
油核桃 猪板油（各三钱） 白薇（二钱） 轻粉 防风 苏叶（各一钱）
捣丸如弹子大，擦之。
减味合掌丸
大枫肉（二十一个） 水银（制，三钱） 潮脑（一钱）
油四两。研细丸，弹子大，以火微烘，搓之。
换肌丸
白砒 水银（各三分） 油核桃（五钱） 大枫肉（一钱）
同研，不见星为度。绢包，每临卧时擦心口片时，兼戒口味。
蛇蜕丹
水银 槟榔（各一钱五分） 潮脑 枯矾 蛇蜕（ ） 雄黄 油核桃 花椒（焙，各五分）
杏仁 大枫肉（各二十一枚）
共研细，陈蜡烛油为丸，每早五更时手搓鼻嗅。
三黄丹（吴贡九）
硫黄 雄黄 黄丹 潮脑 川椒（焙） 枯矾（各等分）
用麻油四两，鸡蛋一个，将蛋煎枯如絮，去蛋不用，将药末装粗布袋内，慢慢
摆入油内，取起冷定搓之。或同猪板油捣匀搓之亦可。
又方
芝麻（炒） 硫黄 轻粉 火硝 枯矾（各等分） 捣丸搓之。
又方 地沥青和猪胆汁熬一滚，候冷定搓上，三日全愈。
又方 大枫子肉十三粒捣烂，入轻粉一钱和丸，擦脚底数次即愈。
又方
蛇床子（五分，先研细末） 白砒（九分，二次研细）
油核桃（三十个，四次研细） 水银（一两，五次研细）
作五次逐味加入研细。临晚浴净，先饮无灰酒，待其作痒，然后抓破，分五日擦之。
三圣丸
水银 潮脑（各二钱） 川枫子肉（五十粒）
共研极细，加地沥青二钱研匀为丸，周身滚之，立愈。若兼脓窠，加硫黄一钱。
诸疮一扫光 此药治痒疮，不论新久及身上下，或干或湿，异类殊形，但多
痒少痛者用之，俱各有效。
苦参 黄柏（各一斤） 烟胶（一升） 枯矾 木鳖肉 大枫肉 蛇床子 点红椒 潮脑
硫黄 明矾 水银 轻粉（各二两） 白砒（五钱）
共为细末。熟猪油二斤四两，化开入药搅匀，作丸龙眼大，瓷瓶收贮。用时搓擦疮上，二次即愈。
又方 苍术一斤研末，铺床上，单被掩之，睡五七夜自痊。
又方
山萸肉（五钱） 黄豆（一两） 硫黄（三钱）
先将萸肉、黄豆炒研，加硫再研，铜锅熬鸡蛋油调搽，三四日愈。
又方
硫黄 皂矾 枯矾 川椒 油核桃 槟榔（各等分）
共研细。猪油调搓。
又方
鸽粪 枯矾 硫黄 石膏 蛇床子（各等分）
共研细。猪油调搓。
又方
轻粉 雄黄 寒水石 枯矾 大枫肉 潮脑（各等分）
研细，地沥青调匀，搓三五次见效除根。
又方（岐天师）

共捣成丸如弹子大，擦疮上，一日愈。
合掌丸
大枫肉（四十九粒） 水银（制，二钱） 枯矾 番木鳖 川椒（各三钱） 海螵蛸 雄黄（各五分）
油核桃肉捣丸。并治沙疮。
又方
水银 东丹（各二钱） 潮脑 枯矾 铅粉 轻粉（各三钱） 大枫肉 雄黄（各四钱）
熟菜油或陈蜡烛油调搽。
青金散
松香（二两） 蛤粉（五钱） 青黛（二钱） 枯矾 轻粉（各三钱）
为末。烛油调搽，并治炼眉疥癣。
又方。（《集验》）。治一切恶疮，医所不识者。
明松香 铅粉 水银 黄柏 黄连 甘草 土蜂窝（着土壁上者，南方多有之。各等分）
先将水银放手掌中，以唾津杀为泥，入瓷器中，以生麻油和研，生绢滤如稀饧，和
药末再研如稠饧，用温水洗疮，软帛拭干涂之，一次即瘥。有黄水者涂之，随手便
干；痒不堪忍者，涂之立止；痛甚者立定。治疥尤佳，抓破搽药。
洗疥 紫背浮萍煎汤洗。
又方 苦参半斤切片，用河水三四瓢，煎数滚，添水二瓢，住火片时，滤去
渣，临洗和公猪胆汁四五枚，搅匀淋洗疮上，三日一洗，三次其痒立止矣。
又方
苦参（一两） 蛇床子 黄柏 荆芥（各五分） 白矾（二钱五分） 煎汤温洗。
又方
防风 荆芥 野菊花 苦参 马鞭草 白矾 花椒 水煎浓汁熏洗。

苍耳草（半斤） 生黄 （三两） 苦参（四两） 生甘草 防风 荆芥 金银花（各一两）
水煎汤一大锅，倾盆内乘热熏之，外用席二条裹在盆外，用衣盖之，使气不散，
俟稍凉浴之，必至汤寒而后已，一日再浴，
将渣再煎，如前浴之，三日疮疥必全愈也。
诸疮作痒并治痘疮作痒 茵陈一味，烧烟熏之。
身上起窠子，眼胞肿。
金银花（一两） 当归 防风（各五钱） 薄荷（二钱） 甘草（三钱）
煎汤先熏后洗，祛风妙法。
满头癞疮及手足身上、阴器肤囊搔痒，抓烂淋漓。
黄连（五钱） 蛇床子（二钱五分） 五倍子（一钱二分五厘） 轻粉（二十五贴）
研匀。先以荆芥、葱白煎汤洗，拭干，清油调搓。
脓疥疮。（《集验方》）
烟膏 东丹（各一两） 雄黄 硫黄（各三钱） 轻粉（一钱）
研末，腌猪油调抹。如连片，将油纸摊药，缚好不动，三日脱光。
身上生碎虫疮。（宫方。）
大枫子 油核桃（各二钱五分） 水银（一钱） 信石（一分）
共重六钱一分，丸做六丸，每日用一丸。上身多于脐上揉之，下体多于脐下揉
之，空脐处不揉，连用五丸，歇下一日，再用第六丸收功。
疥癣脓窠神方（刘氏秘法。）
硫黄（五钱） 巴豆霜（四钱） 黄丸子（即麦芽、黄豆肉为末） 雄黄（各三钱） 银朱（二钱） 白砒（五分）
共研细末，每用一钱入后制药油一两和匀，搓之，三日全愈。
附制疮药油法∶雄猪油一斤，槟榔、大黄、黄柏、麻黄各一两，水三碗，同药入
锅内熬至水干油出，滤去渣，冷定收贮，调一切疮癣擦药，俱有奇功。
刘氏秘制金毛狮子疮药
黄芩 荆芥穗 黄连 五倍子 茜草 槐枝头 芒硝 黄柏（各二两）
共为粗末。再炒老黄色，再加∶土硫黄醋煮、枯矾各二两
共研细末。再加∶
巴豆肉（三钱） 萆麻仁（五钱） 大枫子（净肉，二两）
共捣如泥，同前药和研匀细。再加∶
水银 黑铅（各一两，同研） 雄黄 潮脑（各五钱）
共前药研和一处，每用一钱，以前制疮药油调搓。治一切血疯疥癣，手足诸疮
如神。凡脚上患血疯疮多年不愈，先以药水洗净拭干，再以研细轻粉薄薄扫上，再
搓疮药。凡搓疮药，先一日用油调鹿角霜细末浓敷疮上过夜，次日再搓疮药更妙。
胡麻丸 小儿风癣疥疮。
苦参（五钱） 石菖蒲 甘菊花（各一两） 何首乌 威灵仙 白蒺藜 荆芥穗 牛蒡子
胡麻仁 蔓荆子（各三钱）
上磨细末，酒糊丸绿豆大。每服一钱，竹叶灯心汤下。
疥疮 雄槟榔磨，麻油搓。
又方
大枫子肉 油核桃肉（各四两）
共研烂，装入竹筒内封口，放锅内煮一炷香倾出，加陈蜡烛油布包擦。
干湿疥并脓窠黄水疮作痒作痛。
枯矾（四两） 蛇蜕（烧存性） 露蜂房（烧存性，各五分） 大枫肉（二两） 樟冰（三钱）
共为末。入地沥青四两，水银五钱同研成膏，搓。
疥疮及妇人阴蚀疮，诸般恶疮。
芜荑 蛇床子（各一两） 雄黄 大枫肉 川椒 硫黄（各五钱） 枯矾（一两二钱） 潮脑 轻粉（各二两）
共研细，猪油调搓。
一切诸疮发痒。
枯矾 干姜（各等分）
研细。先用细茶、食盐煎洗，再干掺。
诸疮疥癣。
烟膏（即硝皮坊内，灶上烟熏油腻） 黄丹（水飞，各二两） 硫黄（五钱，熔化，地上掘一孔贮醋，倾入冷
定） 土贝母 白芷 羌活 枯矾（各二钱）
麝香（一钱） 轻粉（三分）
共为细末，瓷瓶收贮。有脓水者干搓；无脓水者， 浊烛调搓；如秃疮，剃净头，以豆腐水洗，拭干搓。
又方 熟鸡蛋一个，打破头取去蛋黄，入麻油于内，加硫黄少许，放炭火中
坐定，俟油滚起沫，蘸油涂疮上即愈。
参 丸 治疥疮脓窠。
真黄 苦参（酒炒） 茅苍术（米泔炒，各一斤）
共磨细末，水法叠丸绿豆大。每服三钱，白汤下。
验方
大枫子（四十九粒，去壳捣如泥，放碗内） 外用麻黄（三钱，去根，去梢） 斑蝥（七个，去头、足、翅）
雄猪油二两同煎化至炭，去渣，将滚油冲入大枫子碗内搅匀，将疮用穿山甲抓
破搽之，不过三日全愈。此药妙在外发，并不内收，须勤擦之。
又方
水银 硫黄 枯矾 樟脑（各二钱） 松香（一钱）
先将松香水银同麻油研如糊，再入三味研如膏，擦之。
疥疮。
水银（一钱） 松萝茶（三钱） 麝香（一分） 大枫肉（二十个）
上研细，擦前心后心，两手弯，两脚弯，如神。
脓窠疥。
大枫肉 杏仁 桃仁（各四十九粒）
研细。用麻黄五钱，猪油熬去渣，和药调搽。
脓窠疥。
北细辛 麻黄 大枫肉（各五钱） 全蝎（二个）
上用猪板油十两，熬枯去渣，搓。
疥疮 锻石二升，以汤五升浸取汁，先用白汤洗疮拭干，再以此汁洗之。
又方 捣羊蹄跟和猪脂入盐少许，
涂之。
又方
大枫子（五钱） 水银（一钱五分） 明矾 花椒（各二钱）
研匀。以猪油拌药捣烂，搽。
消毒散：治疗遍身瘙痒疥疮。
金银花、连翘、白蒺藜、荆芥、白芷、牛蒡子、防风、白鲜皮、赤芍药、甘草。
用水煎服。若病程日久，加入何首乌；若皮肤干燥，加入当归；若有热象，加入黄芩；若病变在下部，多加黄柏；若小便涩滞，加入木通。
疥灵丹：

取犍猪油二两，将药物包在草纸内卷成条状，用火烧烤滴出油来搓擦患处。但此法制备时，忌讳被人看见，若被人看见，则油烧不出来。
青桃丸：
油核桃、猪板油（各三钱）、白薇（二钱）、轻粉、防风、苏叶（各一钱）。
捣碎制成如弹子大小的丸剂，用于擦拭。
减味合掌丸：
大枫肉（二十一个）、水银（已制过的，三钱）、潮脑（一钱）。
用油四两。研磨细后制成如弹子大小的丸剂，用微火烘烤后搓擦。
换肌丸：
白砒、水银（各三分）、油核桃（五钱）、大枫肉（一钱）。
共同研磨，以不见星点为度。用绢布包裹，每晚临睡前在心口处擦拭片刻，同时忌口。
蛇蜕丹：
水银、槟榔（各一钱五分）、潮脑、枯矾、蛇蜕、雄黄、油核桃、花椒（焙干，各五分）、杏仁、大枫肉（各二十一枚）。
共同研细，用陈蜡烛油制成丸剂。每天早晨五更天时，用手搓揉并嗅闻鼻息。
三黄丹（吴贡九）：
硫黄、雄黄、黄丹、潮脑、川椒（焙干）、枯矾（各等分）。
用麻油四两，鸡蛋一个，将鸡蛋煎枯如棉絮状，去掉鸡蛋不用，将药末装入粗布袋内，慢慢摆入油中，取出冷却后搓擦。或者与猪板油捣匀后搓擦也可以。
又一方：
芝麻（炒）、硫黄、轻粉、火硝、枯矾（各等分）。
捣碎制成丸剂搓擦。
又一方：
地沥青与猪胆汁熬煮至沸腾，待冷却后搓擦，三日即可痊愈。
又一方：
大枫子肉十三粒捣烂，加入轻粉一钱和成药丸，擦脚底数次即愈。
又一方：
蛇床子（五分，先研成细末）、白砒（九分，二次研细）、油核桃（三十个，四次研细）、水银（一两，五次研细）。
分五次逐味加入并研细。晚上洗净澡后，先饮用无灰酒，待患处发痒，然后抓破，分五日进行擦拭。
三圣丸：
水银、潮脑（各二钱）、川枫子肉（五十粒）。
共同研磨极细，加入地沥青二钱研匀制成丸剂，在周身滚动搓擦，立即痊愈。若兼有脓窠，加入硫黄一钱。
诸疮一扫光：此药治疗瘙痒性疮疡，不论新旧及身体上下，或干或湿，形态各异，只要多痒少痛的均可使用，均有疗效。
苦参、黄柏（各一斤）、烟胶（一升）、枯矾、木鳖肉、大枫肉、蛇床子、点红椒、潮脑、硫黄、明矾、水银、轻粉（各二两）、白砒（五钱）。
共同研为细末。用熟猪油二斤四两，化开后加入药物搅匀，制成龙眼大小的丸剂，用瓷瓶收贮。使用时搓擦患处，两次即可痊愈。
又一方：
苍术一斤研成末，铺在床上，盖上单被睡觉，睡五到七个夜晚自然痊愈。
又一方：
山萸肉（五钱）、黄豆（一两）、硫黄（三钱）。
先将萸肉、黄豆炒后研磨，加入硫黄再研，用铜锅熬制的鸡蛋油调涂，三到四天痊愈。
又一方：
硫黄、皂矾、枯矾、川椒、油核桃、槟榔（各等分）。
共同研细。用猪油调搓。
又一方：
鸽粪、枯矾、硫黄、石膏、蛇床子（各等分）。
共同研细。用猪油调搓。
又一方：
轻粉、雄黄、寒水石、枯矾、大枫肉、潮脑（各等分）。
研细，用地沥青调匀，搓擦三到五次见效并除根。
又一方（岐天师）：
苏叶、防风、轻粉（各一钱）、白薇（二钱）、猪板油、油核桃（不可去油，各三钱）。
共同捣成如弹子大小的丸剂，擦于疮上，一日痊愈。
合掌丸：
大枫肉（四十九粒）、水银（已制过的，二钱）、枯矾、番木鳖、川椒（各三钱）、海螵蛸、雄黄（各五分）。
用油核桃肉捣制成丸。也可治疗沙疮。
又一方：
水银、东丹（各二钱）、潮脑、枯矾、铅粉、轻粉（各三钱）、大枫肉、雄黄（各四钱）。
用熟菜油或陈蜡烛油调涂。
青金散：
松香（二两）、蛤粉（五钱）、青黛（二钱）、枯矾、轻粉（各三钱）。
研为粉末。用烛油调涂，也可治疗炼眉疥癣。
又一方。（《集验》）。治疗一切恶疮，医生无法识别的。
明松香、铅粉、水银、黄柏、黄连、甘草、土蜂窝（附着在土壁上的，南方多有，各等分）。
先将水银放在手掌中，用唾液杀其毒性变为泥状，放入瓷器中，用生麻油和研，用生绢过滤如稀糖浆状，再加入药末研磨如稠糖浆状。用温水清洗疮面，用软帛擦干后涂抹，一次即可痊愈。有黄水者涂抹后，随手便干；痒得难以忍受者，涂抹后立即止痒；疼痛剧烈者，涂抹后疼痛立止。治疗疥疮尤其好，抓破后搽药。
洗疥：
紫背浮萍煎汤洗涤。
又一方：
苦参半斤切片，用河水三四瓢，煎煮数滚，添加水二瓢，停火片刻，滤去药渣，临洗时加入公猪胆汁四五枚，搅匀淋洗患处，三天洗一次，三次后瘙痒立即停止。
又一方：
苦参（一两）、蛇床子、黄柏、荆芥（各五分）、白矾（二钱五分）。
煎汤温洗。
又一方：
防风、荆芥、野菊花、苦参、马鞭草、白矾、花椒。
水煎浓汁熏洗。
又一方：
苋菜根煎汤洗涤。
又一方（岐天师）：
苍耳草（半斤）、生黄芪（三两）、苦参（四两）、生甘草、防风、荆芥、金银花（各一两）。
水煎一大锅汤，倒入盆中趁热熏蒸，外用两条席子裹在盆外，用衣服盖住，使热气不散，待稍凉后洗浴，必须等到汤冷才停止，一天洗浴两次，将药渣再煎，像前面那样洗浴，三天后疮疥必全愈。

刘氏秘制金毛狮子疮药
黄芩、荆芥穗、黄连、五倍子、茜草、槐枝头、芒硝、黄柏（各二两）。
共同成为粗末。再炒至老黄色，再加：土硫黄醋煮、枯矾各二两。
共同研细末。再加：
巴豆肉（三钱）、蓖麻仁（五钱）、大枫子（净肉，二两）。
共同捣如泥，与前药和研匀细。再加：
水银、黑铅（各一两，同研）、雄黄、潮脑（各五钱）。
与前药研和一处，每次用一钱，以前制得的疮药油调搓。治疗一切血疯疥癣，手足诸疮如神。凡脚上患血疯疮多年不愈，先以药水洗净拭干，再以研细轻粉薄薄扫上，再搓疮药。凡搓疮药，前一天用油调鹿角霜细末浓敷疮上过夜，次日再搓疮药更妙。
胡麻丸：小儿风癣疥疮。
苦参（五钱）、石菖蒲、甘菊花（各一两）、何首乌、威灵仙、白蒺藜、荆芥穗、牛蒡子、胡麻仁、蔓荆子（各三钱）。
以上磨成细末，用酒糊制成绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用一钱，用竹叶灯心汤送下。
又一方：
大枫子肉、油核桃肉（各四两）。
共同研烂，装入竹筒内封口，放锅内煮一炷香的时间倾出，加陈蜡烛油布包擦。
干湿疥并脓窠黄水疮作痒作痛。
枯矾（四两）、蛇蜕（烧存性）、露蜂房（烧存性，各五分）、大枫肉（二两）、樟冰（三钱）。
共同研为末。加入地沥青四两，水银五钱同研成膏，搓擦。

又一方：
熟鸡蛋一个，打破头取去蛋黄，加入麻油于内，加少许硫黄，放在炭火中坐定，待油滚起沫，蘸油涂疮上即愈。
参丸：治疥疮脓窠。
真黄（疑为“真黄柏”或特定药材，此处保留原意或指代不明，暂译作Zhenhuang）、苦参（酒炒）、茅苍术（米泔炒，各一斤）。
共同磨细末，用水法叠丸绿豆大小。每次服用三钱，白开水送下。

大枫子（四十九粒，去壳捣如泥，放碗内）、外用麻黄（三钱，去根，去梢）、斑蝥（七个，去头、足、翅）。
雄猪油二两同煎化至炭，去渣，将滚油冲入大枫子碗内搅匀，将疮用穿山甲抓破搽之，不过三日全愈。此药妙在外发，并不内收，须勤擦之。
又一方：
水银、硫黄、枯矾、樟脑（各二钱）、松香（一钱）。
先将松香水银同麻油研如糊，再入三味研如膏，擦之。
疥疮：
水银（一钱）、松萝茶（三钱）、麝香（一分）、大枫肉（二十个）。
以上研细，擦前心后心，两手弯，两脚弯，如神。
脓窠疥：
大枫肉、杏仁、桃仁（各四十九粒）。
研细。用麻黄五钱，猪油熬去渣，和药调搽。
脓窠疥：
北细辛、麻黄、大枫肉（各五钱）、全蝎（二个）。
上用猪板油十两，熬枯去渣，搓擦。
疥疮：
锻石二升，以汤五升浸取汁，先用白汤洗疮拭干，再以此汁洗之。
又方：
捣羊蹄跟和猪脂入盐少许，涂之。

Decoct in water and take orally. If the condition has persisted for a long time, add *Heshouwu* (Polygoni Multiflori Radix, Polygonum Multiflorum Root); if the skin is dry, add *Danggui* (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese Angelica Root); if there is heat, add *Huangqin* (Scutellariae Radix, Scutellaria Root); if the lesion is in the lower body, increase the dosage of *Huangbai* (Phellodendri Cortex, Phellodendron Bark); if urination is difficult or painful, add *Mutong* (Akebiae Caulis, Akebia Stem).
Scabies Spirit Pill (Jiaoling Dan):
* Zhike* (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride, Green Tangerine Peel) (bran-fried), *Shanzhi* (Gardeniae Fructus, Gardenia Fruit), *Lianqiao* (Forsythiae Fructum, Forsythia Fruit), *Jingjie* (Schizonepetae Herba, Schizonepeta Herb), *Danggui* (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese Angelica Root), *Qianghuo* (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, Notopterygium Rhizome), each 7 qian; *Baixianpi* (Dictamni Cortex, Dictamnus Bark) (fried), *Baizhi* (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Dahurian Angelica Root), *Kushen* (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, Sophora Root) (soaked in rice washing water for one day), each 1 liang.
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, washed down with warm water. It can eradicate the root cause immediately.
This formula eradicates the root cause of scabies, tinea, and pustular crusts with a single dose.

Grind into a fine powder. Mix with steamed cake flour to form pills the size of tung tree seeds, weighing 3 liang per batch. Determine the timing of administration based on the location of the sores: if the upper body is more affected, take after meals; if the lower body is more affected, take before meals. Wash down 50-60 pills with Jingjie decoction.
External Application Formula for Scabies:

Take 2 liang of oil from a castrated male pig. Wrap the herbs in straw paper, roll into a strip, and burn over fire to drip the oil. Rub the oil onto the lesions. Note: During preparation, it must not be seen by others; if seen, the oil will not drip out.

Use 4 liang of oil. Grind finely and form into pills the size of a marble. Warm slightly over fire and rub onto the affected area.

* Ming songxiang* (Clear Pine Resin), *Qianfen* (Cerussa, Basic Lead Carbonate), *Shuiyin* (Mercurius, Mercury), *Huangbai* (Phellodendri Cortex, Phellodendron Bark), *Huanglian* (Coptidis Rhizoma, Coptis Rhizome), *Gancao* (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Licorice Root), *Tu fengwo* (Earthen Beehive/Nest attached to earth wall, common in the South) (each in equal proportions).
First, place mercury in the palm and grind with saliva to kill its toxicity until it becomes mud. Put into a porcelain vessel. Mix with raw sesame oil and grind. Filter through raw silk until it resembles thin syrup. Add herb powder and grind until thick like dense syrup. Wash the sore with warm water, dry with soft cloth, and apply. Recovery after one application. For those with yellow discharge, it dries instantly upon application. For unbearable itching, relief is immediate. For severe pain, pain stops immediately. Especially good for scabies; apply after scratching the skin open.

Decoct in a large pot of water. Pour into a basin and fumigate while hot. Wrap two mats around the outside of the basin and cover with clothes to prevent heat loss. Bathe when slightly cool, continuing until the water is cold. Bathe twice a day. Re-boil the dregs and bathe as before. The sores and scabies will completely heal in three days.
Treatment for Itching of All Sores and Itching of Smallpox/Pox:
Burn *Yinchen* (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba, Wormwood Herb) and fumigate with the smoke.
Sores forming crusts on the body, swollen eyelids.

Decoct in water. Fumigate first, then wash. An excellent method for dispelling wind.
Head covered with ringworm/scabies, itching of hands, feet, body, genitals, and scrotum, scratched until bleeding and oozing.

Grind evenly. First wash with Jingjie and green onion white decoction, dry, then mix with clear oil and rub.
Pustular Scabies. (*Jiyan Fang*)
* Yanga* (Smoke Tar/Grease), *Dongdan* (Minii Oxidum Rubrum, Red Lead Oxide) (each 1 liang), *Xionghuang* (Realgar, Realgar), *Liuhuang* (Sulfur, Sulfur) (each 3 qian), *Qingfen* (Calomelas, Calomel) (1 qian).
Grind into powder. Mix with cured pork fat and smear. If confluent, spread the medicine on oil paper, bind firmly without movement, and the crusts will fall off completely in three days.
Small Insect-like Sores on the Body. (Palace Formula.)
* Dafengzi* (Semina Jatrophae, Jatropha Seeds), *Youhetao* (Semen Juglandis, Walnut Kernel) (each 2.5 qian), *Shuiyin* (Mercurius, Mercury) (1 qian), *Xinshi* (Arsenic Trioxide, Orpiment) (1 fen).
Total weight 6.1 qian. Form into six pills. Use one pill daily. Rub above the navel if the upper body is more affected; rub below the navel if the lower body is more affected. Do not rub the empty navel area. Use five pills continuously, rest for one day, then use the sixth pill to complete the treatment.

This oil is highly effective for mixing with any topical medicine for sores and tinea.

* Badourou* (Crotonis Semen Flesh, Croton Seed Flesh) (3 qian), *Bimaren* (Ricini Semen, Castor Bean Seed) (5 qian), *Dafengzi* (clean flesh, 2 liang).
Pound into paste. Mix evenly with the previous herbs. Then add:
* Shuiyin* (Mercurius, Mercury), *Qian* (Plumbum, Lead) (each 1 liang, grind together), *Xionghuang* (Realgar, Realgar), *Chaonao* (Camphora, Camphor) (each 5 qian).
Mix thoroughly with the previous herbs. Each time, take 1 qian and mix with the previously prepared medicinal oil. Rub onto the affected area. Miraculous for treating blood wind, scabies, and tinea on hands and feet. For chronic blood wind sores on the feet that have not healed for years: first wash with medicinal water and dry. Lightly dust with finely ground calomel, then rub the sore medicine. For best results when rubbing sore medicine: the day before, apply a thick paste of deer horn frost mixed with oil to the sores overnight. Rub the medicine the next day for better efficacy.
Huma Pill: Pediatric wind tinea and scabies.
* Kushen* (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, Sophora Root) (5 qian), *Shichangpu* (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, Tatarinow Sweetflag Rhizome), *Ganjuhua* (Chrysanthemi Indici Flos, Wild Chrysanthemum Flower) (each 1 liang), *Heshouwu* (Polygoni Multiflori Radix, Polygonum Multiflorum Root), *Weilingxian* (Clematidis Radix, Clematis Root), *Baijili* (Tribuli Fructus, Tribulus Fruit), *Jingjiesui* (Schizonepetae Spica, Schizonepeta Spike), *Niubangzi* (Arctii Fructus, Arctium Fruit), *Humaren* (Sesami Fructus, Sesame Seed), *Manjingzi* (Viticis Fructus, Vitex Fruit) (each 3 qian).
Grind into fine powder. Make pills with wine paste, size of mung beans. Take 1 qian per dose, washed down with bamboo leaf and centella asiatica decoction.
Scabies:
Grind *Xiongbinglang* (Male Betel Nut) and rub with sesame oil.
Another Prescription:
* Dafengzirou* (Flesh of Semina Jatrophae, Jatropha Flesh), *Youhetaorou* (Walnut Kernel Flesh) (each 4 liang).
Pound into paste. Seal in a bamboo tube. Boil in a pot for the time it takes to burn one incense stick. Pour out, add old candle wax, wrap in cloth, and rub.
Dry and Wet Scabies with Pustular Yellow Water Sores causing itching and pain.
* Kufan* (Alumen, Alum) (4 liang), *Shetuo* (Ophichthidis Cutis Coriacea, Snake Slough) (charred to retain properties), *Lufengfang* (Vespa Nidus, Wasp Nest) (charred to retain properties, each 5 fen), *Dafengrou* (Flesh of Semina Jatrophae, Jatropha Flesh) (2 liang), *Zhangbing* (Borneolum Syntheticum, Borneol) (3 qian).
Grind into powder. Add 4 liang of bitumen and 5 qian of mercury. Grind together into a paste. Rub.
Scabies and Female Genital Erosion Sores, various malignant sores.
* Wuyi* (Myricae Fructus, Myrica Fruit), *Shechuangzi* (Cnidii Fructus, Cnidium Fruit) (each 1 liang), *Xionghuang* (Realgar, Realgar), *Dafengrou* (Flesh of Semina Jatrophae, Jatropha Flesh), *Chuanjiao* (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, Zanthoxylum Pericarp), *Liuhuang* (Sulfur, Sulfur) (each 5 qian), *Kufan* (Alumen, Alum) (1.2 liang), *Chaonao* (Camphora, Camphor), *Qingfen* (Calomelas, Calomel) (each 2 liang).
Grind finely. Mix with pig fat and rub.
Itching of All Sores.
* Kufan* (Alumen, Alum), *Ganjiang* (Zingiberis Rhizoma, Dried Ginger) (each in equal proportions).
Grind finely. First wash with fine tea and salt water, then apply dry powder.
Various Sores, Scabies, and Tinea.
* Yanga* (Smoke Tar/Grease - grease smoked from stoves in leather tanneries), *Huandan* (Minii Oxidum Rubrum, Red Lead Oxide) (water-classified, each 2 liang), *Liuhuang* (Sulfur, Sulfur) (5 qian, melted, dug a hole in the ground to store vinegar, pour in and let cool), *Tubeimu* (Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus, Thunberg Fritillary Bulb), *Baizhi* (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Dahurian Angelica Root), *Qianghuo* (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, Notopterygium Rhizome), *Kufan* (Alumen, Alum) (each 2 qian), *Shexiang* (Moschus, Musk) (1 qian), *Qingfen* (Calomelas, Calomel) (3 fen).
Grind into fine powder. Store in a porcelain jar. For sores with pus/water, rub dry; for sores without pus/water, mix with turbid candle wax oil and rub; for bald sores (tinea capitis), shave head clean, wash with tofu water, dry, and rub.
Another Prescription:
One cooked egg. Break the top, remove the yolk. Add sesame oil inside, add a little sulfur. Place on charcoal fire. When the oil boils and foams, dip and apply to the sores. Immediate recovery.
Shen Pill: Treats scabies with pustular crusts.

* Dafengzi* (Semina Jatrophae, Jatropha Seeds) (49 pieces, shell removed, pounded into paste, placed in a bowl). External use: *Mahuang* (Ephedrae Herba, Ephedra Herb) (3 qian, roots and tips removed), *Banmao* (Mylabris, Blister Beetle) (7 pieces, head, legs, wings removed).
Simmer 2 liang of male pig fat until carbonized. Filter out dregs. Pour the hot oil into the bowl with jatropha paste and mix well. Scratch the sores open with pangolin scales and apply. Recovery within three days. The merit of this medicine lies in drawing toxins outward, not inward. Must rub frequently.
Another Prescription:
* Shuiyin* (Mercurius, Mercury), *Liuhuang* (Sulfur, Sulfur), *Kufan* (Alumen, Alum), *Zhangnao* (Borneolum Syntheticum, Borneol) (each 2 qian), *Songxiang* (Pini Resina, Pine Resin) (1 qian).
First grind pine resin and mercury with sesame oil into a paste. Then add the other three ingredients and grind into an ointment. Rub onto the affected area.
Scabies:
* Shuiyin* (Mercurius, Mercury) (1 qian), *Songluocha* (Usnea, Usnea Fiber) (3 qian), *Shexiang* (Moschus, Musk) (1 fen), *Dafengrou* (Flesh of Semina Jatrophae, Jatropha Flesh) (20 pieces).
Grind finely. Rub on the front and back of the chest, bends of both arms, and bends of both legs. Miraculous effect.
Pustular Scabies:
* Dafengrou* (Flesh of Semina Jatrophae, Jatropha Flesh), *Xingren* (Semen Armeniacae Amarum, Bitter Apricot Seed), *Taoren* (Persicae Semen, Peach Seed) (each 49 pieces).

Render 10 liang of pork back fat until dark, filter out dregs. Rub onto the affected area.
Scabies:
2 sheng of *Duanshi* (Calcined Alkaline Earth/Soda Ash). Soak in 5 sheng of water to extract juice. First wash sores with plain water and dry. Then wash with this juice.
Another Prescription:
Pound *Yangtigeng* (Radix Adenophorae seu Platycodonis, Codonopsis/Adenophora Root) with pig fat and a little salt. Apply.
