梅疮十年者五十剂痊愈。忌面、胡椒、犬肉，房事、发物，烧酒、蒜为妙。
夺命紫金丹 治杨梅漏疮并诸疮毒，破烂见骨，经年不收口者，或筋骨疼
痛不止，或遍身破烂出血，起皮一层，又起一层，或鹅掌疯、赤白癜疯，诸般顽癣，
或骨烂，牙疳口臭， 疮恶毒，并皆服之。
琥珀（一钱。甘草水煮一炷香，以新青布裹之打碎，再用糯米泔水浸透，将磁盘盛糯米，琥珀放米上，饭
锅上蒸熟为度。将琥珀利刀切片如纸薄，研极细末） 钟乳石（二钱五分。即滴乳石，甘草水洗，新瓦略焙，用老
姜切片铺银罐内，乳石放姜上，以铁盏盖之，铁丝扎紧，
用文武火 一炷香，冷定开看取出，另研极细） 珍珠（包豆腐内煮一炷香，火不可太大） 冰片（另研） 犀牛
黄（另研，各一钱） 朱砂（研细，水飞，五钱）
乳极细，每服只称五厘，加飞箩面炒过，二分五厘，合计三分为一服，土茯苓
汤调下。每一小料，用丹药六分炒，面三钱，分作十二服，土茯苓十两水煎分十二
碗去渣，每早用汤一碗，入药一服搅匀服之，不可别饮茶汤，多煎土茯苓汤当茶，十
二服完，病亦愈矣。忌鹅、鸡、羊肉、房事。
杨梅结毒神方（《济生》）
滴乳石（三钱五分） 琥珀 人中白（ ，各二
钱） 犀牛黄 冰片（各三分） 乳香（二分） 石青（头上用五厘，鼻上用三厘） 朱砂 珍珠（各五分）
蟾酥（毒甚者加五分）
上为极细末，每用六厘加飞面三分和匀听用，先用土茯苓一斤洗净，木槌打碎，入河水十二碗，瓦器内煎至八
碗，再将汤滤起，将土茯苓先铺一层在底上，末药放在土茯苓上，周遭以土茯苓围住，再将土茯苓汤轻轻倾下，再煎
至三碗，一日饮尽。忌一切发物。
解毒至宝神丹（冯氏） 治杨梅结毒，一切热毒，久患骨蒸热毒流注，六脉俱数，用之清热毒神效。
人参三七（微火焙，二钱） 嫩滑石（三钱） 珍珠（生用） 真血琥珀（各四分） 生甘草（晒燥，一钱）
各研极细和匀。每服二分加至四分，人小者一分加至二分，萆 三钱煎汤调服。
飞龙换骨还元水火仙丹 专治远年近日杨梅结毒，误服轻粉，筋骨疼痛，痈肿、下疳、阴蚀，湿痰流注，气
瘰发背，喉舌溃烂，目鼻破损，遍身梅豆、梅癣，鹤膝、血疯、 疮，鱼口便毒，服二十日全好。忌酒醋、色欲、发
物。初服四丸，十日后服五丸，二十日后服至七丸，再不可多加。其药俱用老米打糊丸如黍米大，每日服此丸，俱用土
茯苓四两，猪牙皂角一条为主，不可缺此二味；再照后开引经之药同煎，用河水、井水各二碗，煎成三碗，每早以一
碗送丸药，余二碗留为午晚当茶吃。但须看人虚实，虚者服此必发寒热头痛，喉疼口臭，不必惊恐，停止三两日再服。
制粉霜 真阿魏（各五钱） 槐花（三钱） 当归尾 白芷 小丁香 乳香（不去油） 没药（不去油） 雄黄
朱砂（各一钱） 牛黄（五分） 冰片（三分） 制砒霜（一分）
修合为丸，朱砂为衣，瓷瓶密贮，勿泄药性。
升粉霜法
水银（一两五钱） 火硝（一两三钱） 白矾 皂矾 食盐（各一两） 硼砂（三钱）
共研匀入阳城罐内，盐泥封固，升打文火四炷香，武火三炷香，候冷开看，铁盏上药刮下听用，看人虚实，毒之轻
重久近，至重者一料入粉霜七八钱，再不可多用。
升白砒霜法
白砒霜四两，打碎如指头顶大块，听用，取绿豆一升，煮汁二碗去绿豆不用，将
绿豆汤入甘草一两，同煎至一碗去甘草渣，将汁一碗浸砒霜一日，次早煎干为度。入
阳城罐内盐泥封固，打文火二炷香，武火一炷香，候冷取出，看铁盏内有时如石榴
子，有时如灰样，此两色始堪入药，若非二色，不可用。
汤引开列于下∶
一、杨梅结毒生于头顶，或烂见骨，至重者升粉霜只用三钱，升砒霜只用一分五
厘，汤引内加川芎、 本各五钱，煎汤送下。
一、结毒生于眼上，升粉霜只用一钱五分，升砒霜只用一分，汤引内加川芎、白
芷、 本、僵蚕各二钱，煎汤送下。
一、结毒生于鼻上，升粉霜只用二钱，升砒霜一分，汤引内加山栀、川芎各二钱，煎汤送下。
一、结毒生于喉中，升粉霜只用二钱，升砒霜一分，汤引内加天花粉、石菖蒲、川芎各二钱，煎汤送下。
一、结毒生于臂上，升粉霜只用二钱，升砒霜五厘，汤引内加川芎、柴胡各二钱，煎汤送下。
一、结毒生于臂膊、上下两胁，升粉霜只用四钱，重者五钱，升砒霜只用二分，
天花粉末五钱为丸，汤引内加杜仲、怀牛膝各二钱，煎汤送下。
一、结毒生于阴囊上下、玉茎上者，升粉霜六钱，重者用八钱，升砒霜二分，牡
蛎红冷定，研极细末八钱，人参五钱为丸，汤引内加黄 、白术、天花粉、怀牛膝各二钱，煎汤送下。
一、结毒生于腿上下，升粉霜五钱，升
砒霜二分，天花粉三钱，防风五钱为丸，汤引内加木瓜、薏苡仁、怀牛膝各二钱，煎汤送下。
一、结毒生于脚板底下，升粉霜六钱，升砒霜二分，天花粉、沉香各五钱为丸，汤
引内加木瓜、怀牛膝各二钱，煎汤送下。
一、结毒生于妇女阴户肉上，染风毒年久不愈，溃烂见骨，或穿通肛门，肉烂
极臭，手足不能伸缩，或生阴户上下两边者，升粉霜八钱，升砒霜六分，天花粉三
钱为丸，汤引内加怀牛膝二钱，煎汤送下。外用猪肝切长条蒸熟，乘温插入阴户内，冷
则换一条，如此十余条，如阴户内生湿疮作疼不可忍者，另用轻粉、儿茶各三钱研
细搽之。倘疮痒如虫一般，次早用枸杞根煎汤洗净，仍用猪肝插换，掺药数次即愈。
一、结毒下疳用升粉霜三钱，升砒霜一分，汤引内加怀牛膝、猪苓各二钱，煎汤送下。
一、鱼口便毒，用升粉霜二钱，升砒霜一分，汤引内加怀牛膝、僵蚕各二钱，煎汤送下。
一、瘰 穿烂日久，用丹粉霜六钱，升砒霜二分。外用玳瑁锉碎，绵帛包置妇女
乳上一宿，次早取下，研为细末，五钱为丸，汤引内加夏枯草、海藻、滑石、天花
粉、栝蒌仁各二钱，煎汤送下。汤引内俱用土茯苓四两，猪牙皂角一条同煎。
解毒仙草 每年二三月金银花未曾起花时嫩枝叶，采取即放篮内盖住，不可
见太阳，携回挂风头阴干，用时以纸包置怀中，俟燥研细，每服一钱，加黑铅一钱，
土茯苓八两打碎，七碗水煎三碗，每日早、午、晚各饮一碗，轻者二三十服，重者五
六十服。忌食瓜子、花生、茶、醋、公鸡、鲤鱼、猪首、牛羊肉、虾子。
结毒
棕根、活蝌蚪晒干，各等分，米糊为丸，每服三钱，白汤送下。
又方 活鼠剥皮贴之。
结毒烂鼻 冬青树枝，用童便内浸四十九日，取出阴干，研末入鼻中。
结毒膏药 葱头七个，麻油四两，熬去葱渣，入黄丹一两搅匀，又入黄蜡、白
蜡各五钱熔化，再加去油乳香、没药各二钱，轻粉三钱，犀牛黄一分，珍珠二分，搅和成膏，摊贴。
二宝丹 专治男妇杨梅结毒，或在头脑、咽喉、鼻中，溃烂腐臭，可限十二
日完口痊愈，永无余毒，虽后来生育，毫无遗毒。
劈朱砂（明透者二钱，研细，用清水揉洗，漂去浮红，然后又乳，再用清水飞过，去脚晒干，只用净末一
钱五分） 好滑石（刮去黄，一两，研细入水揉洗去净腐而黄色者，晒干又乳，水飞数次至豆青色取起，晒干再
乳细，只用净末二钱五分。）
上二味共研极细，重四钱足，均为十二包，每包三分三厘，用土茯苓每日一斤，
以清水洗净，将磁瓦刮去外面黄皮，用木槌打碎，先将药末三分三厘放于砂锅底内，
再将土茯苓盖上，入河水四碗半，做一制子于中，验其浅深，再加井水四碗半，共
煎至四碗半为度，去渣，用新瓦壶盛之，分为三次，早晨、午后、晚间当茶温服，如
此不可间断，连吃十二日即愈。食忌最严，如油、盐、酱、醋、茶、酒、糖物，毫不
可犯，只可食白水犍猪肉、青菜梗。煎时
忌铁器与阴人手，如杨梅疮初起之时，必先用羊肉煨食，托出毒来，方食此药。洗
疮用菖蒲煎汤洗之。
补鼻还源法 杨梅疮结毒烂去鼻准，或烂去阳物，俱能生长如旧。方用∶
干元（一钱 制干元法∶取干元一个，干元即头胎男子胞衣，竹刀刮去血，新汲水洗净，炙干，再用大粉
甘草半斤，人参五钱煎水三碗，再慢火熬至一碗半取起，将干元放瓷器内，以汁陆续浇灌，汁尽为度。入瓷罐内
黄泥固济，炭火烧 ，待冷取出如乌金纸色样，瓷罐收藏听用） 朱砂（四钱） 珍珠 琥珀（各二钱） 滴
乳石（ ，三分） 冰片（一分）
共研极细末和匀，老米饭捣丸绿豆大，每用土茯苓四两煎汤送下。初起服五分，二
次服三分，后皆以三分为率，服至一月，鼻长如旧。但未服药时，先到车匠店车成一
端端正正鼻式，外以黄蜡熔化浇木鼻上，取下木鼻，将蜡浇就鼻子，用火烘粘在土星
处，待一月药完，取下蜡鼻，看新长出鼻子歪正何如，如不正，速用蛾蚕茧一个，
存性为末，黄蜡丸芥子大，热酒作一服送下。如要速烂，可用蚕茧二三个 服，次
日渐烂，三日后，照旧烂平，仍照前法用蜡鼻粘上服药，候一月服完，其鼻又长全
矣。如阳物烂去，亦照玉茎黄蜡浇成，火烘粘在根上。用土茯苓四两，天花粉五钱，
牛膝三钱煎汤服药一月，药完茎如旧矣。
患梅毒疮十年者，服用五十剂即可痊愈。忌食面食、胡椒、狗肉，避免房事及发物，烧酒、大蒜亦为禁忌，以此为妙。
夺命紫金丹：治疗杨梅漏疮以及各类疮毒，疮面破烂至露出骨头，经年不愈合者；或筋骨疼痛不止；或全身破烂出血，表皮层层脱落又新生；或鹅掌疯、赤白癜疯，各种顽固性癣疾；或骨骼腐烂、牙疳口臭、疮毒恶重，均可服用此药。
配方：琥珀（一钱。用甘草水煮一炷香时间，用新青布包裹打碎，再用淘米水浸透，将磁盘盛放糯米，把琥珀放在米上，在饭锅上蒸熟为止。将琥珀用利刀切成如纸般薄的片，研磨成极细粉末）；钟乳石（二钱五分。即滴乳石，用甘草水洗，在新瓦上略加焙烤，用老姜切片铺在银罐内，将乳石放在姜上，用铁盏盖住，铁丝扎紧，用文火和武火交替煎煮一炷香时间，冷却后打开取出，另行研磨成极细粉末）；珍珠（包在豆腐内煮一炷香时间，火候不可太大）；冰片（另行研磨）；犀牛黄（另行研磨，各一钱）；朱砂（研磨细，用水飞法处理，五钱）。
以上药材均研磨至极细，每次只称取五厘，加入炒过的飞箩面二分五厘，合计三分为一次剂量，用土茯苓汤调服。每一小料丹药六分炒制，配面粉三钱，分为十二次服用。土茯苓十两加水煎煮，分成十二碗，去渣。每天早晨用一碗汤，放入一服药搅匀服用，期间不可饮用其他茶汤，多煎土茯苓汤作为茶水饮用。十二服服完，病也就好了。忌食鹅肉、鸡肉、羊肉及房事。
杨梅结毒神方（出自《济生》）：
滴乳石（三钱五分）；琥珀、人中白（各二钱）；犀牛黄、冰片（各三分）；乳香（二分）；石青（头部用五厘，鼻部用三厘）；朱砂、珍珠（各五分）；蟾酥（毒邪严重者加五分）。
以上药物研成极细末。每次用六厘，加飞面三分混合均匀备用。先用土茯苓一斤洗净，用木槌打碎，放入十二碗河水中，在瓦器内煎至八碗，然后将药汤滤起。将土茯苓先铺一层在锅底，把药末放在土茯苓上，周围也用土茯苓围住，再将土茯苓汤轻轻倒入，继续煎至三碗，一天内饮尽。忌食一切发物。
解毒至宝神丹（冯氏）：治疗杨梅结毒，一切热毒，久患骨蒸热毒流注，六脉俱数，用此药清热毒效果显著。
配方：人参三七（微火焙干，二钱）；嫩滑石（三钱）；珍珠（生用）；真血琥珀（各四分）；生甘草（晒燥，一钱）。
各药研成极细末并混合均匀。每次服用二分至四分，小儿服用一分至二分，用萆薢三钱煎汤调服。
飞龙换骨还元水火仙丹：专门治疗多年或近期的杨梅结毒，误服轻粉导致的筋骨疼痛、痈肿、下疳、阴蚀，湿痰流注，气瘰发背，喉舌溃烂，目鼻破损，全身梅豆、梅癣，鹤膝风、血疯、恶疮，鱼口便毒等，服用二十日可完全康复。忌酒醋、色欲、发物。初服四丸，十日后服五丸，二十日后服至七丸，再不可多加量。药物均用老米打糊制成如黍米大小的丸药。每日服用此丸药时，必须以土茯苓四两、猪牙皂角一条为主，不可缺少这两味药；另外按照下列引经药同煎，用河水、井水各二碗，煎成三碗，每天早晨用一碗送服丸药，剩余两碗留作午晚当茶喝。但须视患者虚实情况而定，虚者服用此药必会出现寒热头痛、喉疼口臭等症状，不必惊恐，停止服用三两日后再服。
制粉霜：真阿魏（各五钱）；槐花（三钱）；当归尾、白芷、小丁香、乳香（不去油）、没药（不去油）、雄黄、朱砂（各一钱）；牛黄（五分）；冰片（三分）；制砒霜（一分）。
修合为丸，以朱砂为衣，装入瓷瓶密封保存，勿泄露药性。
升粉霜法：
水银（一两五钱）；火硝（一两三钱）；白矾、皂矾、食盐（各一两）；硼砂（三钱）。
共研匀放入阳城罐内，用盐泥封固，先文火加热四炷香时间，后武火加热三炷香时间，待冷却后打开，刮下铁盏上的药物备用。视患者虚实、毒邪轻重及病程长短而定，毒邪极重者一料可加入粉霜七八钱，再不可多用。

白砒霜四两，打碎如指头顶大小块，备用。取绿豆一升，煮汁二碗，去掉绿豆不用。将绿豆汤加入甘草一两，同煎至一碗，去掉甘草渣。将一碗汁浸泡砒霜一日，次日早晨煎干为止。放入阳城罐内，用盐泥封固，先文火加热二炷香时间，后武火加热一炷香时间，待冷却取出。观察铁盏内的药物，有时呈石榴子状，有时呈灰样，这两种颜色方可入药，若非这两种颜色，不可使用。

For those suffering from syphilitic sores for ten years, fifty doses will result in a complete recovery. It is advisable to avoid noodles, black pepper, dog meat, sexual intercourse, and "fa-wu" (stimulating foods that may aggravate skin diseases). Roasted liquor, garlic, and other such items should also be avoided.
**Duoming Zijin Dan (Life-Restoring Purple Gold Pill)**: Treats yángméi lòu chuāng (syphilitic fistula/ulcer) and various other toxic sores where the flesh is eroded down to the bone with no healing after years; or persistent pain in bones and sinews; or widespread erosion of the body with bleeding, where layers of skin peel off and regenerate repeatedly; or "é zhǎng fēng" (eczema-like conditions resembling goose palms), chī bái diàn fēng (red and white vitiligo-like patches), and various stubborn tinea infections; or bone rot, yá gān (gangrenous stomatitis) with foul breath, and severe malignant sores. All these conditions can be treated by taking this medicine.
**Formula**:
* **Húpo (Amber)** (1 qian): Boil in licorice water for the duration of one incense stick. Wrap in new green cloth and crush. Soak thoroughly in rice washing water. Place on glutinous rice in a disk, steam over a rice cooker until cooked. Slice thinly with a sharp knife and grind into an extremely fine powder.
* **Zhōngrǔshí (Stalactite/Drip Milk Stone)** (2.5 qian): Also known as drip milk stone. Wash with licorice water, lightly roast on a new tile. Place slices of old ginger at the bottom of a silver jar, put the milk stone on the ginger, cover with an iron cup, and secure tightly with iron wire. Cook over alternating mild and strong fire for the duration of one incense stick. Let cool, open, take out, and grind separately into an extremely fine powder.

Take mixed with decoction of Tǔfúlíng (Smilax glabra). For each small batch, stir-fry 6 fen of the pill powder with 3 qian of flour, dividing it into twelve doses. Decoct 10 liang of Tǔfúlíng in water, divide into twelve bowls, and strain. Every morning, take one bowl of the soup, add one dose of the medicine, mix well, and ingest. Do not drink any other tea or broth during this period; instead, brew extra Tǔfúlíng soup to drink as tea. After completing the twelve doses, the disease will be cured. Avoid goose, chicken, mutton, and sexual intercourse.
**Yangmei Jiedu Shenfang (Divine Formula for Syphilitic Condyloma)** (from *Jisheng*):

Spread a layer of the crushed Tǔfúlíng at the bottom of the pot, place the medicinal powder on top, surround it with more Tǔfúlíng, and gently pour the strained Tǔfúlíng soup back in. Continue decocting until reduced to 3 bowls. Drink all within one day. Avoid all "fa-wu" (stimulating foods).
**Jiedu Zhibao Shendan (Divine Treasure Pill for Detoxification)** (by Feng Shi): Treats syphilitic condyloma and all types of heat-toxins, specifically long-standing bone-steaming heat-toxin flow-accumulation with rapid pulse in all six positions. **Feilong Huangu Huanyuan Shuihuo Xian Dan (Flying Dragon Bone-Replacement Yuan-Harmonizing Water-Fire Immortal Pill)**: Specifically treats recent or chronic syphilitic condyloma, bone/sinew pain caused by accidental ingestion of Qīngfěn (Calomel), carbuncles, chancres, genital erosion, damp-phlegm accumulation, Qi-lumps, back-boils, throat/tongue ulcers, eye/nose damage, generalized syphilitic spots/rashes, knee-joint deformities, blood-rashes, malignant sores, fish-mouth abscesses, and groin swellings. Full recovery is expected after twenty days of use. Avoid alcohol, vinegar, sexual desire, and "fa-wu".
* **Dosage Schedule**: Start with 4 pills. After 10 days, increase to 5 pills. After 20 days, increase to 7 pills. Do not exceed this amount.

For severe cases, one batch may contain 7–8 qian of Calomel; do not exceed this.
**Method for Sublimating White Arsenic (Shēng Báipīshuāng)**:
Take 4 liang of White Arsenic, crush into pieces the size of a fingertip tip. Take 1 sheng of Mung Beans, boil to make 2 bowls of juice, discard beans. Add 1 liang of Licorice to the bean juice, decoct to 1 bowl, remove Licorice dregs. Use this 1 bowl of juice to soak the Arsenic for one day. Next morning, dry by boiling. Place in a Yangcheng jar, seal with salt mud. Heat with mild fire for two incense sticks, then strong fire for one incense stick. Cool and remove. The product in the iron cup should resemble pomegranate seeds or ash. Only these two colors are suitable for medicinal use; otherwise, discard.

If itching resembles insect bites, wash next morning with Gǒuqǐgēn (Goji Root) decoction, continue liver insertion, and apply powder several times until healed.

**Er Bao Dan (Two Treasures Pill)**:
Specifically treats male/female syphilitic condyloma in head, throat, or nose, causing ulceration and foul odor. Guarantees healing within 12 days with no residual toxin, even affecting future offspring.
* **Pī Zhūshā (Crushed Cinnabar)**: Select transparent quality (2 qian). Grind fine, wash with clear water to remove floating red pigment, grind again, float in water, remove sediment, sun-dry. Use only the pure powder (1.5 qian).
* **Hǎo Huáshí (Good Talcum)**: Scrape off yellow impurities (1 liang). Grind fine, wash in water to remove yellow腐 material, sun-dry, grind again, float in water multiple times until bean-green color appears, sun-dry, grind fine. Use only the pure powder (2.5 qian).
Mix these two powders finely. Total weight 4 qian, divided into 12 packets (3.3 li each).

* **Procedure**: Before taking medicine, have a carpenter craft a perfect wooden nose mold. Melt yellow wax and pour over the wooden mold to create a wax nose. Heat and attach to the nose bridge (Tu Xing position). After one month of medication, remove wax nose. Check alignment of regrown tissue. If misaligned, take one moth silkworm cocoon, calcine, grind to powder, form pills with yellow wax (size of mustard seed), take with hot wine. To accelerate necrosis of misaligned tissue, take 2-3 cocoons; tissue will rot gradually. After 3 days, when flat, reattach wax nose and continue medication for one month until fully restored.
