三仙丹提毒化腐，性颇和平，不独脓毒未清恶腐不脱者赖以化毒去腐，即至脓水净尽，
新肌盎然，亦可稍稍用之，即以生肌收口。但金石之性，藉炉火升炼而成，功最捷而吸力亦
富，全在研之极细，掺之极匀。若扑药太重，即能作痛。恒有病家知是神丹，索药自掺，往
往不知分量，用之太多，反以贻害。又不容靳而不予，致贻吝惜之讥。乃为汇集中正和平之
品，俾与三仙并行不悖。既有提脓拔毒之效，复无多用当痛之虞。是亦无法之法，命名“集
仙”，以志其实。
大红三仙升丹（一两） 明净腰黄（二两） 生漂牡蛎粉（一两） 飞净生石膏（四两） 广丹
（一两） 飞滑石（三两）
各为细末，和匀听用，掺入疮口，不妨略多，持以赠人，庶可听其自用。
治疮疡久溃，流水不已，不能收口者。
生青龙齿 麒麟竭 明腰黄 炙龟板（各一两） 红升丹 海碘仿（各五钱）
各自研极细，和匀，加大梅片五钱密贮。
【方解】 海碘仿西名沃度仿漠，乃西药外疡通用之药，色黄而气恶，有奇臭，

肌收口，计日呈功。
治大疡溃后，脓毒渐衰，以此搜净余毒，即以生新。

三仙丹具有提脓排毒、化腐生肌的功效，药性较为平和。它不仅适用于脓毒未清、恶肉不脱的病症，能够化解毒素并去除腐肉；即使到了脓水排尽、新肉生长的阶段，也可以少量使用，以促进肌肉生长和伤口愈合。但是，由于该方剂中的金石类药物是通过炉火升炼而成的，药效迅速且吸附力强，关键在于研磨得极细，撒布得极均匀。如果粉末过粗或用量过大，就会引起疼痛。常有患者知道这是神效丹药，自行索取药物掺敷，往往因为不知道分量，使用过多，反而造成危害。医生又不便过于吝啬而不给予，以免招致吝惜之讥。因此，我汇集了一些中正平和的药物，使其与三仙丹并行使用而不相冲突。这样既有提脓拔毒的效果，又不用担心多用会引起疼痛。这也是一种“无法之法”，命名为“集仙”，以记录其实用价值。

Sanxian Dan (Three Immortals Powder) extracts pus, eliminates toxins, and resolves necrotic tissue. Its nature is quite mild. It is not only relied upon to resolve toxins and remove necrotic flesh when pus and toxins are not yet cleared and foul tissue has not detached, but even when the pus and water have completely drained and fresh muscle is abundant, it can be used sparingly to promote muscle growth and close the wound. However, since the minerals and metals in this preparation are refined through furnace fire, its action is swift and its adsorptive power is strong. The key lies in grinding it extremely fine and applying it evenly. If the powder is too coarse or applied too heavily, it will cause pain. It often happens that patients, knowing it to be a miraculous medicine, solicit the drug for self-application; frequently unaware of the dosage, they use too much, thereby causing harm. On the other hand, one cannot be so stingy as to withhold it, lest one incur criticism for miserliness. Therefore, I have compiled a mixture of moderate and mild ingredients to run parallel with Sanxian Dan without conflict. This provides the effect of extracting pus and drawing out toxins, while eliminating the fear of pain from excessive use. This is also a "method beyond method," named "Jixian" (Gathering Immortals), to record its practicality.

Grind each into a fine powder, mix evenly, and set aside for use. Sprinkle into the sore; it is acceptable to use slightly more. One may give this to others, allowing them to use it at their discretion.
For treating chronic ulcers that have been open for a long time, with continuous discharge of fluid and inability to close.

Grind each separately into an extremely fine powder, mix evenly, add 5 qian of Da Meipian (Borneol), and store tightly sealed.
[Formula Analysis] Hai Dianfang (Iodoform), known in the West as Iodoforme, is a common Western medicine for external sores. It is yellow in color, has a foul odor, and a peculiar stench. Commonly called "Yellow Muscle Closing Mouth," it shows results day by day.
For treating large ulcers after ulceration, where pus and toxins are gradually declining, using this formula to search out and clear remaining toxins, thereby promoting new tissue growth.
