上为末。成丸梧子大。每服六七十丸。煎通圣散。空心送下。后食干物压之。日三服。间日浴身。汗出为度。
准绳曰。果系疠风。用之必效。若肝经血热。脾经血虚。肾经虚火。脾肺气虚。遍身作痒。搔破成疮。或内热
生风。而眉毛脱落。或皮肤赤晕。或搔起白屑而类疠风者。服之反成疠风矣。
按疠风。必有死肉麻木。针之不痛。然后发现于外。甚则破烂。若无麻木。非疠也。类疠者。当审何经之风
热。何经之部位。用药治之。气虚则补气。血虚则补血。外有火衰作痒一证。并无红点。亦无白屑。当重用
附桂。大补元阳则善矣。
人参消风散 治面毒瘙痒。或眉毛脱落。耳鸣鼻塞。皮肤顽痹。并妇人血风。头皮肿痒。眉骨疼。旋欲倒。痰
逆恶心。凡风上攻者皆治之。

宝鉴换肌散 治疠久不愈。眉毛脱落。鼻梁崩陷。

桦皮散 保命
桦皮（去瓤烧存性四两） 荆芥穗（二两） 枳壳（去瓤存性四两） 杏仁（水煎取出令干研末二两）
上为末。每服三钱。食后温酒调下。
醉仙散 宝鉴
北防风 蔓荆子 白蒺藜 白苦参 胡麻子（炒） 枸杞子 牛蒡子 栝蒌根（各五钱）
上为细末。每一两五钱。入轻粉二钱。拌匀。每服一钱。茶清调。晨午各一服。至五七日。于牙缝中出臭涎。
令人如醉。或下脓血。病根乃除。仍量病之轻重用药。如病重。先以再造散下之。候元气将复。方用此药。
此药忌一切炙爆浓味。只可食淡粥。时菜诸蛇。以淡酒蒸熟食之。可以助药势。
按非重证难治。轻粉不可用。
泻清丸
羌活 防风 当归 川芎 胆草 栀子 煨大黄
上各等分。研末。炼蜜为丸。如鸡头大。每服一丸。煎竹叶汤。同沙糖温水化下。按胆火不甚大。宜去胆草。加赤
芍。
泻白散

上为末。每服二钱。水一碗。入粳米百粒煎服。易老方。加黄连。
泻黄散 钱氏 海藏云。此剂泻肺热。

上锉。同蜜酒微炒香为细末。每服二钱。水一盏。煎沸调下。
雷丸酒

雷丸散 神效

乳香丸
明乳香（二十两） 白苦参（四两去芦肥者好）
先用好酒五升。浸苦参。将瓶入汤煮一伏时。当用文武火漫熬。令小沸为候。一伏时。取出滤去渣。将酒
浸乳香。于银砂石器内煎如饧。入天麻末四两。火麻仁二两。于乳香膏内搅令匀。漫火熬之。可丸即丸。
如梧子大。每服二十丸。用火麻仁酒送下。空心服。早晚二次。
火麻仁酒
用火麻仁三升。水淘净。候干。以酒一斗。浸一宿。和酒研取白汁。用生绢滤过。入瓷瓶中。重汤煮数沸。即
止。每服一小盏。温过下药。仍兼紫茄子根散。相间服之。
紫茄子根散
紫茄子根（一斤细切晒干捣为末） 白芍（二两） 炙草（两半）
上为末。每服二钱。温汤送下。日进三服。自早至晚。常令均匀服之。
神仙退风丹
知母 贝母 乌梅肉 海桐皮 金毛狗脊
上各等分为细末。炼蜜为丸。如桐子大。每日早晨。日中。临睡。各服三十丸。又每夜第一次睡醒时。急于
头边取三十丸便服。并用羊蹄根自然汁下。大忌酒及房事。一切发风之物。只吃淡粥一百日。皮肉渐
皆复旧。半年后。尤忌房事。服药时每夜专用一二勤慎人。在睡处坐守。等候第一次睡觉时。便扶起吃
药一次。华宫使亲见林承务服之。取效。但不守禁忌者。毫无益耳。
张真君麻疯方 出洞天奥旨
茅山苍术（一斤） 苍耳子（三两）
研末。米饭为丸。日三服。每服二钱。服一月。即全愈。须忌房事。犯则不救。
白鹿洞方 治大麻疯眉毛脱落。手足拳挛。皮肉溃烂。后翻眼绽。口歪身麻。肉不痛痒。面生紫斑。并治如神。

蟹、芋头、山药、糟、鱼、肉、鹅、生冷。春酸食。冬冷物。冬月亦不可烘火。宜绵暖净室坐定。保守性命。节饮食。
断妄想。服药时宜仰卧。令药力遍行有功。如不守禁忌。徒劳心力。亦无效也。服此药只宜食鸭 鱼牛肉。俱宜淡食。
秘传漆黄蟾酥丹
鲜螃蟹（四斤） 真生漆（一斤） 真蟾酥（二两） 明雄黄（二两）
先将瓷镡装蟹。次入漆封口。埋在土中。十四日足。方取开看。二物俱化成水。去渣净。将水入锅。熳熳火
煮焙干。为细末。方入雄黄蟾酥二味末搅匀。瓷罐收之。每日空心临卧各一服。好酒送下二钱。不过一
月。其疮全好。除根。妙不可言。治大麻疯。如手取之妙。况所费不多。莫轻忽修合。亦勿妄传匪人。秘之。
六香散 耆婆
零陵香 甘松（去土） 茅香 香白芷 制香附 藿香 川芎（各二钱） 山柰子（五钱）
上除三柰子另研。余七味分作四剂。每一剂。以水六大碗。煎成三碗。去渣。入三柰搅匀。乘热洗疮。若疮
不破者。用 针于疙瘩疡上刺破。令恶血出尽。然后淋洗。一伏时洗一番。浴室毋令透风。卧处须令火
暖得宜。一月之间。不可出外。若热不可饮冷。水洗净拭干。用八金散点之。
八金散

上件各等分。研末。入金银钳锅子内盛之。用盐泥固济口。以文武火 炼透红。放冷。研为粉。入水银五

上二味和匀。以竹刀切肝作二片。或三四片亦可。但令相连勿断。以药末敷于肝内。以线扎紧。勿令泄
出。取米泔水一碗。入砂罐内。并入猪肝同煮。卧时连肝服之。

蜜斤半为丸。初服此丸一半。即服宣下去风解毒药五帖。然后服丸药。服完之后。又服宣下去风解毒药五帖。

蜜一斤。照前制服。
将药材研成细末。每次服用二钱，用荆芥煎汤送服，或者用茶送服。每日服用二钱。
透经解挛汤：也治疗风热引起的筋骨疼痛。
穿山甲珠（二钱） 鲜红花（七分） 苏木（七分） 羌活（七分） 防风（七分） 白芷（一钱）
明天麻（七分） 蝉蜕（七分） 当归（七分） 川芎（五分） 炒连翘（五分） 条甘草（七分） 荆芥穗（七分）
用水和酒各一半煎煮后服用。
海藏愈风丹：治疗疠病（麻风病）导致的手足麻木、眉毛脱落、全身生疮，以及疠风瘾疹（麻风引起的皮疹）、皮肤瘙痒，抓破后形成疮疡，这些症状均能治疗。
黄花蛇（去除头尾和内脏，用酒浸泡后取净肉晒干研末） 白花蛇 乌梢蛇（炮制方法同上） 白苦参（一斤，取粉末四两）
皂角（一斤，锉成寸许大小，用无灰酒浸泡一夜，加一碗水捣成汁液，去渣后放入砂罐中，用文武火熬制）
将上述药物研成细末，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用六七十丸，用通圣散煎汤，空腹送服，饭后吃干物以压住药力。每日服用三次，隔天洗一次澡，以出汗为度。
《准绳》说：如果是真正的疠风，使用此方必定有效。如果是肝经血热、脾经血虚、肾经虚火、脾肺气虚导致的遍身瘙痒，抓破成疮；或者是内热生风，导致眉毛脱落，或者皮肤出现赤晕，或者抓挠起白屑而类似疠风的，服用此方反而会加重病情变成真正的疠风。
按语：疠风必然有死肉麻木，针刺不痛，然后才表现在外部，严重时甚至破烂。如果没有麻木感，就不是疠风。类似疠风的病症，应当审察是哪一经的风热，哪一经的部位，再用药治疗。气虚则补气，血虚则补血。另外有一种因阳气衰微导致的瘙痒证，并没有红点，也没有白屑，应当重用附子和桂枝，大补元阳才能痊愈。
人参消风散：治疗面毒瘙痒，或者眉毛脱落、耳鸣鼻塞、皮肤顽痹（感觉迟钝或丧失），以及妇女的血风病（妇科风邪病），头皮肿胀瘙痒，眉骨疼痛，头晕欲倒，痰逆恶心。凡是风邪上攻的症状都能治疗。

羌活当归散：治疗风热伤血，遍身疙瘩，以及瘾疹瘙痒。

以上药物用酒拌湿，晒干，用水煎服。
宝鉴换肌散：治疗疠风日久不愈，眉毛脱落，鼻梁塌陷。

全部研成细末。每次服用五钱，用温酒送下。饭后用酒送下效果更佳。
桦皮散：出自《保命集》
桦皮（去掉瓤，烧至存性，四两） 荆芥穗（二两） 枳壳（去掉瓤，烧至存性，四两） 杏仁（水煎取出晾干研末，二两）
研成细末。每次服用三钱，饭后用温酒调服。
醉仙散：出自《宝鉴》
北防风 蔓荆子 白蒺藜 白苦参 胡麻子（炒） 枸杞子 牛蒡子 栝蒌根（各五钱）
研成细末。每取一两五钱，加入轻粉二钱，拌匀。每次服用一钱，用清茶调服，早晨和中午各服一次。到第五七天，牙缝中会流出臭涎。
使人感觉像喝醉了一样，或者排出脓血，病根才能除去。仍要根据病情的轻重来调整用药。如果病情严重，先用再造散攻下，等元气将要恢复时，再用此药。
此药忌食一切油炸、浓烈口味的食物，只可吃淡粥和时令蔬菜。各种蛇类，用淡酒蒸熟食用，可以助长药势。
按语：如果不是重症难治之症，不可使用轻粉。
泻清丸
羌活 防风 当归 川芎 胆草 栀子 煨大黄
以上各等分，研成细末，炼蜜为丸，如鸡头大小。每次服用一丸，用竹叶汤煎好，同砂糖温水化开送服。按语：如果胆火不是很旺，宜去掉胆草，加赤芍。
泻白散
桑白皮（二两） 地骨皮（二两） 粉甘草（五钱）
研成细末。每次服用二钱，用水一碗，加入粳米一百粒煎服。这是易老（张元素）的方子，加黄连。
泻黄散：钱氏（钱乙） 海藏（张元素）说，此剂泻肺热。
藿香（七钱） 防风（四两） 石膏（五钱） 栀仁（二两） 甘草（二两）
切碎，与蜜酒一起微炒香，研成细末。每次服用二钱，用水一盏，煎沸后调服。
雷丸酒
紫石英（细研，水飞，五钱） 雷丸（一两） 朱砂（研细，水飞，一两） 阿魏（二两） 雄黄
（细研，水飞，七钱半） 雌黄（细研，七钱半） 藜芦（五钱） 犀角屑（五钱） 斑蝥（去头足翅，用芝麻炒二十个） 芫青（去头足翅，用芝麻一协议炒二十个，去芝麻不用） 硝石（一两，细研）
研成细末。取苦参四五两，同硝石捣碎，用生绢袋盛装放入瓷瓶内，用无灰酒一斗，浸泡七日。每次服用一中盏，温热后，饭前调服雷丸散二钱。
雷丸散：神效
阿魏（二钱半） 雷丸 雄黄 朱砂 滑石 紫石英 牛黄（研细，各五钱） 斑蝥 芫青（各二十个，同糯米炒） 白蔹（二钱半） 犀角屑（五钱）
以上两个方子，都是基于耆婆的方子增减而成的。因为有些药材难以获取，拘泥于原方凑齐药材，就一辈子都得不到良方了。稍有出入，又有什么不可以呢？所以详细列出。出自《准绳》。
白花蛇丸：丹阳人荆上得患疠疾，一位僧人治愈了他，有人出数百金求方，僧人保密不肯传授。馆宾袁生窥探知道藏在衣领中，于是灌醉僧人窃录下来。使用者大多有效。

乳香丸
明乳香（二十两） 白苦参（四两，去芦，肥厚者好）
先用好酒五升，浸泡苦参，将瓶子放入汤锅中煮一个时辰（两小时）。当用文武火慢慢熬，令其微微沸腾为一个时辰。取出滤去渣滓，将酒用来浸泡乳香，在银砂石器内煎如饴糖状。加入天麻末四两，火麻仁二两，在乳香膏内搅匀，慢火熬之。可以丸药时即制成丸药。
如梧桐子大小。每次服用二十丸，用火麻仁酒送下。空腹服用，早晚各一次。
火麻仁酒
用火麻仁三升，水淘洗干净，晾干，用酒一斗，浸泡一夜。和酒一起研磨取白色汁液，用生绢过滤。放入瓷瓶中，隔水煮沸数次即可停止。每次服用一小盏，温热后服药。仍然兼服紫茄子根散，交替服用。
紫茄子根散
紫茄子根（一斤，细切晒干捣为末） 白芍（二两） 炙草（一两半）
研成细末。每次服用二钱，用温汤送下。每日进服三次，从早到晚，经常均匀服用。
神仙退风丹
知母 贝母 乌梅肉 海桐皮 金毛狗脊
以上各等分为细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大小。每天早晨、中午、临睡前，各服用三十丸。另外每晚第一次睡醒时，急于床头取三十丸立即服用，并用羊蹄根自然汁送服。大忌酒及房事，一切发风之物。只吃淡粥一百天，皮肉渐渐恢复旧观。半年后，尤其忌房事。服药时每夜专门请一二位勤慎的人，在睡处坐守，等候第一次睡觉时，便扶起吃药一次。华宫使亲眼见到林承务服用此药见效，但不遵守禁忌的人，毫无益处。
张真君麻疯方：出自《洞天奥旨》
茅山苍术（一斤） 苍耳子（三两）
研成末，米饭为丸。每日三次服用，每次二钱。服用一个月，即完全痊愈。必须忌房事，犯了则无法救治。
白鹿洞方：治疗大麻疯眉毛脱落，手足拳挛，皮肉溃烂，后来翻眼绽露，口歪身麻，肉不痛痒，面生紫斑，治疗如神。

共为细末，酒糊为丸，梧桐子大小。每次服用七八十丸，空腹用好酒送下。临卧再服一次。忌气怒、房事、油腻煎炒、鸡、鱼、虾、蟹、芋头、山药、糟、鱼、肉、鹅、生冷。春食酸，冬食冷。冬季也不可用火烘烤。宜在绵暖洁净的房间静坐，保守性命，节制饮食，断绝妄想。服药时宜仰卧，令药力遍行有功。如果不遵守禁忌，徒劳心力，也无效。服用此药只宜吃鸭、鱼、牛肉，都要清淡食用。
秘传漆黄蟾酥丹
鲜螃蟹（四斤） 真生漆（一斤） 真蟾酥（二两） 明雄黄（二两）
先将瓷坛装入螃蟹，其次倒入漆封口，埋在土中，十四天足，才取出看。两物都化成水，去渣干净，将水入锅，慢火煮焙干，研成细末。才加入雄黄、蟾酥二味末搅匀，瓷罐收存。每日空腹、临卧各服一次，好酒送下二钱。不超过一个月，其疮全好，除根，妙不可言。治疗大麻疯，如手取之妙。况且花费不多，莫轻视修合，也不要妄传匪人。秘藏之。
六香散：耆婆
零陵香 甘松（去土） 茅香 香白芷 制香附 藿香 川芎（各二钱） 山柰子（五钱）
以上除三柰子另研外，其余七味分成四剂。每一剂，用水六大碗，煎成三碗，去渣。加入三柰搅匀，乘热洗疮。如果疮不破者，用针在疙瘩疡上刺破，令恶血出尽，然后淋洗。一个时辰洗一番。浴室不要透风，卧处须让火暖得适宜。一个月之间，不可外出。如果热不可饮冷，水洗净拭干，用八金散点之。
八金散
禹余粮石 金精石 银精石 阳起石 元精石 磁石 石膏 滑石
以上各等分，研成末，放入金银钳锅子内盛装。用盐泥固济口，用文武火炼透红，放冷，研为粉。加入水银五钱，轻粉一钱，研令不见星。令病人先洗疮拭干，便用小油调稠，硬作饼子，在有疮处搽上。忌饮水，以口中涎出为度。涎出，即用贯仲四两，黑豆半升，煮汤，急漱其口，切不可咽下药汁。见效即止。
神效清目饮：恶疾攻目，以此治之。并治恶疾。

猪肝散：凡目内起白翳者，服之神效。

痘疹，加望月沙。各等分，用猪肝二两，切薄片入药，滚水冲，盖定甑内蒸。取出，先熏后吃，并肝与药汁吃之。渣入罐内再煮。

以上两味和匀，以竹刀切肝作二片，或三四片亦可，但令相连勿断，以药末敷于肝内，以线扎紧，勿令泄出。取米泔水一碗，入砂罐内，并入猪肝同煮，卧时连肝服之。

Haicang Yufeng Pill: Treats leprosy (Lifeng) causing numbness in hands and feet, loss of eyebrows, sores all over the body, as well as leprosy rashes (Lifeng Yin Zhen), skin itching, and sores formed after scratching. It treats all these conditions.
Yellow Flower Snake (remove head, tail, and intestines, soak in wine, take clean meat, dry and powder) White Flower Snake Black Snake (Zaoshe, processed as above) White Sophora Root (Baikushen, 1 jin, take 4 liang of powder)
Soap Fruit (Zaojiao, 1 jin, cut into inch-sized pieces, soak in pure wine overnight, add one bowl of water, pound into juice, remove dregs, put into clay pot, simmer with moderate heat)
Powder the above ingredients. Form pills the size of a Chinese quince seed. Take 60-70 pills per dose, delivered with Tongsheng San decoction on an empty stomach. Eat dry food afterwards to settle the medicine. Take three times daily. Bathe every other day until sweating occurs.
"Zhunsheng" states: If it is true leprosy, this formula will be effective. However, if the itching all over the body, sores from scratching, loss of eyebrows due to internal heat generating wind, red halos on skin, or white scales resembling leprosy are caused by Liver blood-heat, Spleen blood-deficiency, Kidney deficiency-fire, or Spleen-Lung Qi-deficiency, taking this formula may worsen the condition and induce true leprosy.
Note: Leprosy must present with dead flesh and numbness, where needle pricks cause no pain, before appearing externally, and may become ulcerated. Without numbness, it is not leprosy. For conditions resembling leprosy, one must examine which meridian's wind-heat and which location are involved, then treat accordingly. Tonify Qi if deficient, tonify Blood if deficient. Additionally, there is a syndrome of itching due to Yang deficiency without red spots or white scales; use Aconite (Fuzi) and Cinnamon Twig (Guizhi) heavily to strongly tonify Primordial Yang.
Renshen Xiaofeng San: Treats facial toxicity itching, loss of eyebrows, tinnitus, nasal congestion, skin induration (Wan Bi), women's blood-wind disease (scalp swelling/itching, brow bone pain, dizziness), phlegm reversal, nausea. It treats all conditions where wind attacks upwards.

For curled fingers, add Uncaria rhynchophylla (Gouteng). For Blood deficiency, supplement with Jiawei Xiaoyao San, adding Gouteng. For Qi deficiency, supplement with Buzhong Yiqi Tang, adding Gleditsiae Spina (Zaocili) and Gouteng. Or administer Xiaoyao San concurrently.
Mix the above ingredients with wine, dry, and decoct with water for administration.
Baojian Huanji San: Treats long-standing leprosy that does not heal, with loss of eyebrows and collapse of the nasal bridge.

Powder the ingredients. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine after meals.
Zui Xian San: From "Baojian"

Grind into fine powder. Take 1.5 liang, mix with 2 qian of Calomel (Qingfen). Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with clear tea. Take once in the morning and once at noon. By the 5th or 7th day, foul saliva will exude from the teeth gaps.
The patient will feel intoxicated, or pus and blood will be discharged, removing the root of the disease. Adjust dosage according to severity. If severe, first administer Zaizao San to purge, then use this medicine when Yuan Qi is recovering.
Avoid all fried, rich, and strong-flavored foods. Consume only bland congee and seasonal vegetables. Snakes steamed with light wine can be eaten to assist the medicinal effect.
Note: Do not use Qingfen unless it is a severe, difficult-to-treat case.
Xieqing Wan

Equal parts, grind into powder, make pills with honey, size of a chicken head. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in warm water with sugar using a decoction of Bamboo Leaf (Zhuye). Note: If Gallbladder fire is not significant, remove Dancao and add Chishaoyao.
Xiebai San
Broussonetiae Cortex (Sangbaipi, 2 liang) Lycii Cortex (Digupi, 2 liang) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata (Fen Gancao, 5 qian)
Powder the ingredients. Take 2 qian per dose, decoct with one bowl of water and 100 grains of Oryza Sativa (Jingmi). This is a formula from Zhang Yishou (Yi Lao), add Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian).
Xiehuan San: Qian Yi (Qianshi) Haicang states this clears Lung heat.
Agastaches Herba (Huoxiang, 7 qian) Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 4 liang) Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, 5 qian) Gardeniae Semen (Zhiren, 2 liang) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 2 liang)
Cut into pieces, stir-fry lightly with honey and wine until fragrant, then powder. Take 2 qian per dose, decoct with one cup of water, boil, and take mixed.
Leiwan Wine

Grind into fine powder. Take 4-5 liang of Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen), crush with Niter, place in a raw silk bag inside a porcelain bottle. Soak in 1 dou of pure wine for 7 days. Take one medium cup, warmed, before meals, mixed with 2 qian of Leiwan San.

The above two formulas are based on modifications of Qi Po's formulas. Since some herbs are hard to obtain, rigidly adhering to the original formula prevents obtaining life-saving prescriptions. Minor variations are acceptable, hence listed in detail. From "Zhunsheng".
Baihuashe Wan: Jing Shang from Danyang contracted leprosy. A monk cured him. Someone offered hundreds of gold for the formula, but the monk kept it secret. Guest Yuan discovered it hidden in his collar, got him drunk, and stole the record. Many users found it effective.

For lesions on the head/face, add Baizhi 1 liang. For ulcerated skin, add Zaojiao 1 liang. Add Xunfengteng 1 liang. Powder all, make pills with rice paste, size of quince seeds. Take 50-60 pills per dose, delivered with tea. Take once in the afternoon and once before bed.
Ruxiang Wan
Frankincense (Ming Ruxiang, 20 liang) Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Baikushen, 4 liang, remove root neck, choose plump ones)
Soak Kushen in 5 sheng of good wine. Place bottle in boiling water bath for one fushi (2 hours). Simmer gently until slightly boiling for one fushi. Remove, filter dregs. Soak Ruxiang in the wine, decoct in silver stone vessel until like syrup. Add Gastrodiae Rhizoma powder (4 liang) and Cannabis Fructus (Humaoren, 2 liang), mix evenly in the Ruxiang paste. Simmer gently. Form pills when ready.
Size of quince seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, delivered with Cannabis Fructus wine. Take on an empty stomach, twice daily (morning and evening).
Humaoren Wine
Use 3 sheng of Cannabis Fructus (Humaoren), wash with water, dry. Soak in 1 dou of wine overnight. Grind with wine to extract white juice. Filter through raw silk. Put in porcelain bottle, boil in double boiler for several boils, then stop. Take one small cup, warmed, before medication. Also alternate with Zi Qiezi Gen San.
Zi Qiezi Gen San
Purple Eggplant Root (Zi Qiezi Gen, 1 jin, finely cut, dried, powdered) Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao, 2 liang) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata (Zhi Cao, 1.5 liang)
Powder the ingredients. Take 2 qian per dose, delivered with warm water. Take three times daily, evenly distributed from morning to night.
Shenxian Tuifeng Dan
Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu) Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus (Beimu) Pruni Mume Carnes (Wumei Rou) Pouzolziae Caulis (Haitongpi) Drynariae Rhizoma (Jinmao Gouji)
Equal parts, grind into fine powder, make pills with honey, size of quince seeds. Take 30 pills each time: morning, noon, and before bed. Also, upon waking up the first time at night, immediately take 30 pills from bedside. Deliver with natural juice of Rheum Palmatum Root (Yangti Gen). Strictly avoid alcohol and sexual intercourse, and all wind-inducing foods. Eat only bland congee for 100 days. Skin and flesh will gradually recover. After half a year, strictly avoid sexual intercourse. During medication, hire one or two diligent people to guard the sleeper at night, waking them for the first sleep to administer medicine. Huagong Shi witnessed Lin Chengwu taking this with success. Those who do not observe taboos gain no benefit.
Zhang Zhenjun Leprosy Formula: From "Dongtian Aozhi"

Bailudong Formula: Treats severe leprosy with loss of eyebrows, clenched hands/feet, ulcerated skin/flesh, everted eyes, crooked mouth, body numbness, insensitivity to pain/itch, purple spots on face. Highly effective.

Avoid anger, sexual intercourse, greasy/fried foods, chicken, fish, shrimp, crab, taro, yam, pickles, goose, cold/raw foods. In spring eat sour, in winter eat cold. In winter, do not sit near fire. Sit quietly in a warm, clean room to preserve life. Regulate diet, eliminate delusions. Take medicine lying on back to allow medicinal power to circulate. If taboos are not observed, effort is wasted and ineffective. Diet should include duck, fish, beef, all bland.

Place crabs in a porcelain jar, seal with lacquer, bury in soil for 14 days. Open and check. Both substances turn to water. Filter clean. Pour water into pot, simmer slowly until dry. Powder finely. Mix in Realgar and Toad Venom powders. Store in porcelain jar. Take 2 qian per dose, delivered with good wine, on empty stomach and before bed. Ulcers will heal completely within one month, curing the root. Excellent for severe leprosy. Cost is low, do not neglect preparation, nor pass to unworthy persons. Keep secret.
Liuxiang San: Qi Po
Linglingxiang (Lingling Xiang) Nardostachys Radix et Rhizoma (Gansong, remove dirt) Imperatae Rhizoma (Maoxiang) Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi) Prepared Cyperi Rhizoma (Zhi Xiangfu) Pogostemonis Herba (Huoxiang) Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong) (each 2 qian) Kaempferiae Rhizoma (Shannaizi, 5 qian)
Grind Shannaizi separately. Divide remaining seven herbs into four doses. Each dose: decoct with 6 bowls of water until 3 bowls remain. Filter dregs. Mix in Shannaizi. Wash sores while hot. If sores are intact, prick ulcers/nodules with needle to drain evil blood, then wash. Wash once every fushi (2 hours). Keep bathroom draft-free, keep sleeping area warm. Do not go out for one month. If thirsty, do not drink cold water. Wash and dry sores, apply Bajin San.

Equal parts, powder. Place in gold/silver-lined pot. Seal mouth with salt mud. Roast with moderate heat until red hot. Cool, powder again. Mix with 5 qian Mercury (Shuiyin) and 1 qian Calomel (Qingfen), grind until stars are invisible. Patient washes and dries sores first. Mix powder with small amount of oil to form thick cake/paste. Apply to sores. Avoid drinking water until salivation occurs. Once salivating, decoct 4 liang of Aspidistrae Rhizoma (Guanzhong) and 0.5 sheng of Vigna Angularis (Heidou), rinse mouth urgently. Do not swallow. Stop when effective.

Mix two herbs. Slice liver with bamboo knife into 2-4 slices, keeping connected. Stuff herb powder inside liver, tie tightly with thread to prevent leakage. Take 1 bowl of rice water, put in clay pot, cook with liver. Consume liver and soup at bedtime.
