谁将浓指甲，冰镜掐深痕，致令星云起，从教日月昏。湿邪陵火鼎，金气入寅门。莫谩专攻散，和中妙理存。
此症甫病，目既赤肿痛泪，不敢近火向日，风轮生白翳，状如大星，星中有一孔，宛若锥钻。甚者如新月，
月上亦有一痕，俨指甲深掐，故曰星月翳蚀，凝脂症之小者。盖人怒气及土郁伤肝，肝虚不胜病势，所以一逼便
循空窍，双睛现症如斯。男妇患者多多。无论脉浮数弦大，总以犀羚逍遥散或四物汤加柴胡与萸酒炒连，不则疏
风养荣、泻青、导赤等方增减与服，其翳虽险，徐徐自尔枯落。但痕迹下陷，日久对脉补和，始上而平，非一时
能遽没。
黄白嫩花蕊，沿晴历乱开，尔时才几瓣，顷刻即双台，明月不相照，妖云何处来，伊芳人看未足，寂寞拣风摧。
此症初起，双目便赤肿狂痛，畏明生眵，开视青睛沿际，许多白点，俨若扭碎梅李花瓣。瓣色黄而浮大者尤
险，一昼夜牵连混合，蔽幔神珠，看之与混睛障相似，却善长速变，且四围翳起，中央自觉低陷，甚则翳蚀于内，
故名花白翳陷。治疗大费神思。意者土盛郁木，木郁则生火，火盛生痰，痰火交烁，膏液随伤，乃变无了局。
《瑶函》谓金克木之祸，真是睡中说梦话耳。速救可以挽回，更须与凝脂症一样监守，以菊花通圣散一两，分三
次调服，看势不衰，翌日再进一两，肿必消，翳亦合减。换治金煎，日二剂，中宵以三黄清热丸吞四钱。症不反
复而渐罢，然后顺气疏肝、清热化痰，大约尽一季可全瘥。但终不能如旧。人其毋全责乎医。
原案∶壬申仲冬，一日余左目倏尔奇痛，随肿而泪多不敢开，入夜右目亦然，如煎如刺眠食俱废。强起览镜，
左右风轮沿际，若念珠环绕，知是花白恶症。根据前方对病增删，三旦夕，痛稳减，肿亦消，却人物罔见。问妻儿，
佥曰四周翳大而白，幸瞳神微现黑影，乃以空青石、芙蓉镜乳调互点，渐渐能视。凡五阅月圆始全瘥。
谁将浓指甲，在冰镜上掐出深深的痕迹，致使星云升起，让日月变得昏暗。湿邪侵犯火鼎（指眼部火热之证），金气侵入寅门（指肺金克肝木的病理状态）。不要盲目地专门使用攻散之法，调和脾胃中气的妙理在于其中。
这种病症刚发作时，眼睛既红又肿、疼痛且有泪水，不敢靠近火源或阳光，风轮（黑睛）生出白色翳障，形状像大星星，星星中间有一个孔洞，宛如锥子钻过一样。严重的如同新月，月亮上也有一道痕迹，很像指甲深深掐过的样子，所以称为星月翳蚀，这是凝脂症较轻的一种。大概是因为人发怒以及土气郁结损伤了肝脏，肝虚无法承受病势，所以一旦逼迫就顺着空窍，双眼出现这样的症状。男女患者很多。无论脉象是浮数弦大，总用犀羚逍遥散或者四物汤加入柴胡和萸酒炒制的黄连，否则使用疏风养荣、泻青、导赤等方剂进行加减服用，虽然翳障看起来很危险，但会慢慢自然枯萎脱落。只是如果痕迹下陷，日久之后通过脉诊判断需要补益调和，翳障才会向上长平，不是一时能立刻消失的。
黄白嫩的花蕊，沿着眼珠杂乱地开放，刚才才几瓣花，顷刻间就变成了双台（指翳障扩大重叠），明月不再照耀，妖云从哪里来？伊人看还不够，寂寞地挑选着被风吹摧残的花朵。
这种病症初起时，双眼就红肿剧烈疼痛，怕光且分泌物多，睁开眼视物看到黑睛边缘有许多白点，简直像扭碎的梅李花瓣。花瓣颜色发黄且浮肿大的尤其危险，一昼夜内牵连混合，遮蔽神珠（瞳孔/晶状体），看起来与混睛障相似，但却善于快速变化，而且四周翳障升起，中央自觉低陷，甚至翳障向内侵蚀，所以名叫花白翳陷。治疗非常费心神。我想大概是土气过盛郁遏木气，木气郁结则生火，火盛则生痰，痰火交相灼烧，膏液随之受损，于是变成没有尽头的局面。《瑶函》说这是金克木的祸害，真是睡中说梦话罢了。迅速救治可以挽回，更须像监护凝脂症一样严密看护，用菊花通圣散一两，分三次调服，看势头没有衰退，第二天再进服一两，肿胀必定消退，翳障也会减少。换成金煎方，每天两剂，半夜时用三黄清热丸吞服四钱。病症不反复而逐渐停止，然后顺气疏肝、清热化痰，大约经过一个季节可以完全痊愈。但最终不能恢复到原来的样子。人们难道不应该全怪罪医生吗？
原案：壬申年仲冬，有一天我的左眼突然剧烈疼痛，随即肿胀流泪多不敢睁开，到了晚上右眼也是这样，像受煎熬如针刺，睡眠饮食都废弛了。勉强起来照镜子，左右风轮边缘，像念珠环绕，知道是花白恶症。根据前面的方子对病情增减删改，三个白天黑夜后，疼痛稳定减轻，肿胀也消退了，却看不见人物。问妻子儿女，都说四周翳障大而白，幸好瞳神微微现出黑影，于是用空青石、芙蓉镜乳交替点眼，渐渐能看见了。凡是过了五个满月周期才完全痊愈。
Who took the thick fingernail and pinched deep marks on the ice mirror, causing star clouds to rise and making the sun and moon dim. Damp pathogen invades the Fire Cauldron (referring to heat syndrome in the eye), and Metal Qi enters the Yin Gate (referring to the pathological state of Lung Metal overcoming Liver Wood). Do not blindly specialize in attacking and dispersing; the subtle principle lies in harmonizing the middle Jiao (Spleen and Stomach).
When this condition first appears, the eyes are red, swollen, painful, and tearing, unable to tolerate fire or sunlight. The Wind Wheel (cornea) develops a white nebula, shaped like a large star, with a hole in the center resembling a drill puncture. In severe cases, it resembles a new moon, with a mark on the moon that looks exactly like a deep pinch by a fingernail; thus it is called Star-Moon Nebula Erosion, which is a minor form of Purulent Corneal Ulcer (Ningzhi Syndrome). Generally, this is caused by anger and Earth stagnation injuring the Liver. When the Liver is deficient and cannot withstand the disease trend, the pathogen follows the empty orifices, presenting such symptoms in both eyes. There are many male and female patients. Regardless of whether the pulse is floating, rapid, wiry, or large, one should always use Xiling Xiaoyao San (Rhinoceros Horn and Antelope Horn Free and Easy Wanderer Powder) or Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) added with Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) and Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma) stir-fried with Cornus officinalis wine. Alternatively, modify and administer Fangji formulas such as Shufeng Yangrong (Dispel Wind and Nourish Ying), Xieqing (Drain Green), or Daochi (Guide Out Red). Although the nebula appears dangerous, it will slowly wither and fall off naturally. However, if the marks are depressed, only after long-term treatment based on pulse diagnosis for tonification and harmonization will the nebula rise and level out; it cannot disappear suddenly in a short time.
Yellow and white tender stamens bloom chaotically along the eyeball. Just now there were only a few petals, but in an instant they became double terraces. The bright moon does not shine upon them; where do the demonic clouds come from? The beauty has not seen enough, lonely and picking at those destroyed by the wind.
When this condition initially arises, both eyes become red, swollen, and violently painful, sensitive to light with excessive discharge. Upon opening the eyes, many white spots are visible along the edge of the Qingjing (clear cornea), resembling crushed plum or pear petals. Those petals that are yellow in color and floatily enlarged are particularly dangerous. Within a day and night, they connect and merge, obscuring the Divine Pearl (pupil/lens). Visually similar to Hunjing Zhang (Misty Corneal Opacity), yet prone to rapid changes, with nebula rising around the periphery and a sensation of depression in the center. If the erosion penetrates inward, it is named Flower-White Nebula Depression. Treatment requires great mental effort. It is hypothesized that excessive Earth stagnates Wood; Wood stagnation generates Fire; excessive Fire generates Phlegm. Phlegm and Fire scorch each other, damaging the essence fluids, leading to an endless predicament. *Yaohan* states this is the disaster of Metal overcoming Wood, which is truly talking in one's sleep. Rapid rescue can reverse the situation, but strict monitoring similar to that for Purulent Corneal Ulcer is required. Administer Juhua Tongsheng San (Chrysanthemum Unblocking Supreme Powder) 1 liang, divided into three doses. If the trend does not subside, administer another 1 liang the next day; swelling must subside, and the nebula will decrease. Switch to Jin Jian (Metal Decoction), two doses daily, and swallow Sanyang Qingre Wan (Three Yellows Heat-Clearing Pill) 4 qian at midnight. If the condition does not relapse and gradually ceases, then regulate Qi, soothe the Liver, clear heat, and resolve phlegm. Approximately one season is needed for full recovery. However, it cannot return to its original state. Should people not blame the physician entirely?
Original Case: In the mid-winter of the Ren-Shen year, one day my left eye suddenly suffered strange pain, followed by swelling, excessive tearing, and inability to open it. By night, the right eye was the same, feeling like roasting and stabbing, disrupting sleep and diet. Forcing myself up to look in the mirror, I saw the edges of the Wind Wheel on both sides surrounded like prayer beads, knowing it was the evil Flower-White condition. Based on the previous formula, adjusting for the disease, after three days and nights, the pain stabilized and decreased, and swelling subsided, yet I could not see people. Asking my wife and children, they all said the surrounding nebula was large and white. Fortunately, the pupil showed a slight dark shadow. Thus, Kongqingshi (Azurite) and Furongjingru (Hibiscus Mirror Milk) were mixed and applied alternately to the eyes. Gradually, vision returned. It took five full moons to achieve complete recovery.
