白翳黄心内障证，四围白色内中黄。大小 中微带赤，翳隐黑珠障内光。肺肝风热
冲于目，涩痛羞明泪似汤。坠翳决明茺蔚子，人参甘菊共车防。
【注】白翳黄心内障，四边皆白，中心一点微黄色，隐在黑珠内，映出珠外，大小
头微带赤色。乃肺肝风热，流入于眼，频频下泪涩痛，致成此证。宜服坠翳散。
坠翳散方
石决明（二钱） 茺蔚子（二钱） 人参（三钱） 甘菊花（三钱） 车前子（三钱） 防风（二钱）
上为细末，令匀，食后米饮汤调下一钱。
黑水凝翳瞳微大，内含青白障瞳仁，生花 痛频频泪，胆热为邪损目神。芦荟丸中
细辛草，牛胆羚羊柏子参，通明防蔚参苓黑，桔梗车前柏子仁。
【注】黑水凝翳内障，又名黑花翳。瞳仁微大，瞳内微现青白色，大小 头涩痛，眼
中见花，黄黑不定，频频下泪。缘胆热为邪，致成内障。宜服芦荟丸通明散。
芦荟丸方
芦荟（一两） 细辛（半两） 甘草（五钱） 牛胆（半两） 羚羊角（一两） 柏子仁（一两） 人参（半两）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如桐子大，空心茶清送下三钱。
凝翳通明散方
防风（一钱半） 茺蔚子（一钱） 人参（一钱） 茯苓（一钱） 黑参（二钱） 桔梗（一钱） 车前子
（二钱） 柏子仁（二钱）
上为粗末，以水二盏，煎至一盏，食后去渣温服。
白翳黄心内障证，表现为翳障四周边缘呈白色，中心部位呈现黄色。翳障有大有小、有中、有小，颜色微带赤色，遮蔽黑睛（角膜），阻碍内部光线透出。此病由肺肝风热上冲于目所致，症状包括眼部干涩疼痛、畏光羞明、流泪如汤水般多。治疗宜用坠翳散，药物组成包括石决明、茺蔚子、人参、甘菊花、车前子和防风。

黑水凝翳症见瞳孔微大，内含青白色翳障遮挡瞳仁，生花翳（眼前似有花朵飘动）且疼痛，频频流泪，此为胆热邪气损伤目神所致。芦荟丸的组成包括细辛、甘草、牛胆、羚羊角、柏子仁、人参、通明散中的防风、茺蔚子、人参、茯苓、黑参、桔梗、车前子和柏子仁。
【注】黑水凝翳内障，又名黑花翳。瞳孔微大，瞳内微现青白色，大小头（指翳障边缘或形态）涩痛，眼中见花，颜色黄黑不定，频频流泪。原因是胆热成为邪气，导致形成内障。适宜服用芦荟丸和通明散。
芦荟丸方：芦荟（一两）、细辛（半两）、甘草（五钱）、牛胆（半两）、羚羊角（一两）、柏子仁（一两）、人参（半两）。
将上述药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，空腹时用茶清送服三钱。
凝翳通明散方：防风（一钱半）、茺蔚子（一钱）、人参（一钱）、茯苓（一钱）、黑参（二钱）、桔梗（一钱）、车前子（二钱）、柏子仁（二钱）。
将上述药材切成粗末，用水两盏，煎煮至一盏，饭后去渣温服。
White nebula with yellow center internal cataract syndrome is characterized by a white periphery and a yellow center. The nebula varies in size (large, medium, small), may have a slight reddish tint, obscures the cornea (black pupil), and obstructs the light from within. This condition arises from wind-heat attacking the lungs and liver, ascending to the eyes, resulting in symptoms such as dryness, pain, photophobia, and profuse tearing like soup. Treatment should employ Zhu Yi San (Fall Nebula Powder), which contains Shi Jue Ming (Haliotidis Concha), Chong Wei Zi (Erythriti Fructus), Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Gan Ju Hua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Che Qian Zi (Plantaginis Semen), and Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix).
[Note] White nebula with yellow center internal cataract presents with whiteness on all sides and a slightly yellow spot in the center, hidden within the cornea but visible externally. It varies in size, with the edges slightly reddish. This is caused by wind-heat of the lungs and liver entering the eye, leading to frequent tearing, dryness, and pain, thus forming this syndrome. It is suitable to take Zhu Yi San.
Zhu Yi San Formula: Shi Jue Ming (2 qian), Chong Wei Zi (2 qian), Ren Shen (3 qian), Gan Ju Hua (3 qian), Che Qian Zi (3 qian), Fang Feng (2 qian).
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder, mix evenly, and take 1 qian after meals, mixed with rice water.
Black water coagulated nebula presents with a slightly dilated pupil, containing a cyan-white opacity blocking the pupillary aperture. The patient experiences visual hallucinations (seeing flowers) and pain, with frequent tearing. This is due to gallbladder heat pathogen damaging the spirit of the eye. Lu Hui Wan (Aloe Pill) contains Xi Xin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Niu Dan (Bovis Calculus), Ling Yang Jiao (Capricornu Saigae Tataricae), Bai Zi Ren (Biota Semen), Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Tong Ming San (Clear Vision Powder) components including Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Chong Wei Zi (Erythriti Fructus), Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Fu Ling (Poria), Hei Shen (Scrophulariae Radix - specifically prepared or dark variety), Jie Geng (Platycodonis Radix), Che Qian Zi (Plantaginis Semen), and Bai Zi Ren (Biota Semen).
[Note] Black water coagulated nebula internal cataract, also known as black flower nebula. The pupil is slightly large, with a slight cyan-white appearance inside. There is dryness and pain at the edges of the opacity, visual disturbances (seeing flowers), with colors varying between yellow and black, and frequent tearing. The cause is gallbladder heat acting as a pathogen, leading to internal cataract. It is suitable to take Lu Hui Wan and Tong Ming San.
Lu Hui Wan Formula: Lu Hui (Aloes) (1 liang), Xi Xin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) (0.5 liang), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (5 qian), Niu Dan (Bovis Calculus) (0.5 liang), Ling Yang Jiao (Capricornu Saigae Tataricae) (1 liang), Bai Zi Ren (Biota Semen) (1 liang), Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (0.5 liang).
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder, make pills with refined honey, sized like tung tree seeds, and take 3 qian on an empty stomach, washed down with tea water.
Ning Yi Tong Ming San Formula: Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (1.5 qian), Chong Wei Zi (Erythriti Fructus) (1 qian), Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (1 qian), Fu Ling (Poria) (1 qian), Hei Shen (Scrophulariae Radix) (2 qian), Jie Geng (Platycodonis Radix) (1 qian), Che Qian Zi (Plantaginis Semen) (2 qian), Bai Zi Ren (Biota Semen) (2 qian).
Cut the above herbs into coarse pieces, decoct with two cups of water until one cup remains, remove the dregs, and take warm after meals.
