羚羊角（一钱） 元参（一钱） 地骨皮（一钱） 车前子（一钱五分） 川芎（一钱） 羌活（一钱）
细辛（五分）
上为粗末，以水二盏，煎至一盏，食远温服。
已成青风不足证，还睛散内用苓参，防
风地骨车前子，羌活川芎共细辛。
青风还睛散方
茯苓 人参 防风 地骨皮 车前子 羌活 川芎 细辛（各等分）
上为粗末，以水二盏，煎至一盏，食后去渣温服。
圆翳青白一点圆，宛如油点水中间，肝风冲脑脂下注，明视翳小暗看宽。虚热羚羊
饮车细，参芩防知一同煎，实用防风芩桔梗，硝黄茺黑细知前。
【注】圆翳内障初起之时，黑睛上一点青白，宛如油点浮于水面。暗处视之，其翳青
白而大；明处看之，其形差小。缘肝风上冲，脑脂下注所致，宜审其虚实而调之。虚者用
羚羊角饮子，清其虚热；实者宜防风散，泄其热邪也。
圆翳羚羊饮

圆翳防风散方
防风（二钱） 黄芩（一钱） 桔梗（二钱） 芒硝（一钱） 大黄（一钱） 茺蔚子（一钱） 黑参（一钱）

上为粗末，以水二盏，煎至一盏，食后去渣温服。
已经形成青风内障有余证（实证），在羚羊汤中使用羚羊角，配合玄参、地骨皮、车前子，以及川芎、羌活、细辛效果良好。

将上述药材捣成粗末，用水两盏，煎煮至一盏，饭后稍远时间温服。
已经形成青风内障不足证（虚证），在还睛散中使用茯苓、人参，配合防风、地骨皮、车前子，以及羌活、川芎、细辛。
青风还睛散方剂组成：
茯苓 人参 防风 地骨皮 车前子 羌活 川芎 细辛（各等分）
将上述药材捣成粗末，用水两盏，煎煮至一盏，饭后去渣滓温服。
圆翳内障表现为黑睛上出现一点青白色圆形翳障，宛如油点浮在水面中间。这是肝风上冲脑部、脑脂下注所致，明亮处视之翳障较小，昏暗处视之范围较宽。属虚热者用羚羊饮子配合车前子、细辛；属实用防风散配合黄芩、桔梗，并加入芒硝、大黄、茺蔚子、黑参、细辛、知母、车前子同煎。
【注释】圆翳内障初起时，黑睛上有一点青白色，宛如油点浮于水面。在暗处观看，其翳障呈青白色且显得较大；在明处观看，其形状相对较小。这是由于肝风上冲，脑脂下注所导致，应当辨别虚实进行调理。虚证者使用羚羊角饮子，以清除虚热；实证者宜用防风散，以泻除热邪。
圆翳羚羊饮方剂组成：
羚羊角（一钱） 车前子（一钱） 细辛（五分） 人参（一钱） 黄芩（一钱） 防风（二钱） 知母（一钱）
将上述药材捣成粗末，用水两盏，煎煮至一盏，夜间饭后去渣滓温服。
圆翳防风散方剂组成：
防风（二钱） 黄芩（一钱） 桔梗（二钱） 芒硝（一钱） 大黄（一钱） 茺蔚子（一钱） 黑参（一钱）
细辛（五分） 知母（二钱） 车前子（一钱）
将上述药材捣成粗末，用水两盏，煎煮至一盏，饭后去渣滓温服。
When the syndrome of excess type in Qingfeng glaucoma (a type of glaucoma characterized by visual field constriction and eye pain) has already formed, Lingyang Tang (Antelope Horn Decoction) should be used with Antelope Horn (Lingyangjiao), along with Scrophularia Root (Yuanshen), Ground-bark Dogwood Root (Digupi), Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi), Ligusticum Rhizome and Root (Chuanxiong), Notopterygium Rhizome and Root (Qianghuo), and Asarum Root (Xixin).
Formula for Qingfeng Lingyang Tang:
Antelope Horn (1 qian) Scrophularia Root (1 qian) Ground-bark Dogwood Root (1 qian) Plantago Seed (1.5 qian) Ligusticum Rhizome and Root (1 qian) Notopterygium Rhizome and Root (1 qian)
Asarum Root (0.5 qian)
Grind the above herbs into coarse powder. Add two cups of water and decoct until one cup remains. Take warm after meals, leaving a sufficient interval from food intake.
When the syndrome of deficiency type in Qingfeng glaucoma has already formed, Huanjing San (Restore Vision Powder) should be used with Poria (Fuling), Ginseng (Renshen), along with Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng), Ground-bark Dogwood Root (Digupi), Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi), Notopterygium Rhizome and Root (Qianghuo), Ligusticum Rhizome and Root (Chuanxiong), and Asarum Root (Xixin).
Formula for Qingfeng Huanjing San:
Poria Ginseng Saposhnikovia Root Ground-bark Dogwood Root Plantago Seed Notopterygium Rhizome and Root Ligusticum Rhizome and Root Asarum Root (equal parts each)
Grind the above herbs into coarse powder. Add two cups of water and decoct until one cup remains. Strain and take warm after meals.
Yuan Yi cataract (round opacity cataract) presents as a small, round, greenish-white opacity on the cornea, resembling an oil drop floating in the center of water. This is caused by Liver Wind rushing upward to the brain and Brain Marrow fluid sinking downward. When viewing clearly, the opacity appears smaller; when viewing in dim light, it appears wider. For deficiency-heat patterns, use Lingyang Yin (Antelope Horn Drink) with Plantago Seed and Asarum; for excess patterns, use Fangfeng San (Saposhnikovia Powder) with Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Platycodon Root (Jiegeng), Magnesium Sulfate (Xiaoshao), Rhubarb (Dahuang), Leonurus Fruit (Chongweizi), Black Ginseng (Heishen), Asarum, Anemarrhena Rhizome (Zhimu), and Plantago Seed, all decocted together.
[Note] At the initial stage of Yuan Yi cataract, there is a spot of greenish-white color on the cornea, resembling an oil drop floating on the surface of water. When viewed in a dark place, the opacity appears greenish-white and larger; when viewed in a bright place, its shape appears relatively smaller. This condition arises from Liver Wind rushing upward and Brain Marrow fluid sinking downward. One must examine whether it is excess or deficiency to regulate treatment accordingly. For deficiency cases, use Lingyangjiao Yinzi (Antelope Horn Decoction) to clear deficiency heat; for excess cases, Fangfeng San (Saposhnikovia Powder) should be used to drain heat pathogens.
Formula for Yuan Yi Lingyang Yin:
Antelope Horn (1 qian) Plantago Seed (1 qian) Asarum Root (0.5 qian) Ginseng (1 qian) Scutellaria Root (1 qian) Saposhnikovia Root (2 qian) Anemarrhena Rhizome (1 qian)
Grind the above herbs into coarse powder. Add two cups of water and decoct until one cup remains. Strain and take warm after the evening meal.
Formula for Yuan Yi Fangfeng San:
Saposhnikovia Root (2 qian) Scutellaria Root (1 qian) Platycodon Root (2 qian) Magnesium Sulfate (1 qian) Rhubarb (1 qian) Leonurus Fruit (1 qian) Black Ginseng (1 qian)
Asarum Root (0.5 qian) Anemarrhena Rhizome (2 qian) Plantago Seed (1 qian)
