即神丸：去掉大黄、轻粉，加入苦葶苈、巴豆，用水泛丸如粟米大小。每次服用三丸，茶清送下。治疗风热上攻壅盛、痰留饮停、喘急、四肢浮肿、香港脚（脚气病）入腹以及腹中各种气机结聚之证，服药后得利则见效。
使用甘遂大者三枚，半夏（十二枚），加水一升，煮取半升，去渣滓。加入芍药（五枚）、甘草如指大一块。
以上四味药，加水二升，煮取半升，去渣滓，用蜂蜜半升调和药汁，煎取八合，一次性顿服。主治脉象伏匿，患者想要自下利，虽然已经下利，但心下（胃脘部）仍然持续坚硬胀满，这是留饮欲去的表现。
使用泽泻、赤小豆（炒）、商陆、羌活、大腹皮、椒目、木通、秦艽、槟榔、茯苓皮（以上各一钱）。治疗水气引起的全身浮肿、喘息、呼气急促、烦躁、多渴、大小便不利，且服用热药无效者。
