治疗脚胫烂疮的内服汤药方：金银花一两、薏苡仁二两、茯苓一两、生甘草五钱、牛膝五钱。

The generation of ulcerous sores on the shins is also caused by damp-heat. Often, both legs become putrid with a foul odor. First, wash the area with green onion decoction. Then, take one tael of white beeswax, two taels of lead tetroxide (Huangdan), and one qian of lead carbonate (Qianfen), each ground into fine powder. While the skin is still moist after washing with green onion decoction, sprinkle the powder onto the wound. This will inevitably cause unbearable itching, but there is no need to drain several bowls of yellow fluid resembling Jin Zhi (a detoxifying preparation). Wash again with green onion decoction, reapply the powder, and wash; repeat this three or four times. Daily, apply the original leather plaster, adding two qian of the medicinal powder to the plaster for application, allowing exudate to flow out. If the itching is intolerable, applying two types of plasters will stop the exudation and lead to recovery.
