一夜而出火毒，研末填疼口并及四边）。

五钱 共为细末焙收，用时姜汁调和，四边油纸包好，杉木皮缚紧，服淡盐汤，待醒来服调

炒） 桔梗 甘草梢 加姜三片，枣二枚，水二钟煎八分，空心服，次服接骨丹。

【内服麻醉药方】

【止血方】
古锻石（一升，放入牛胆内十七次）、大黄四两（放入铜锅内炒至灰烬状如花色，取出放置在地上过夜以去除火毒，研磨成粉末填入疼痛的伤口及四周）。
（此方又名“乌龙散”）
穿山甲（灰炒，六两）、丁皮（六两）、当归（二两）、百草霜（五钱）、枇杷叶（去毛，五钱）。共同研磨成细末后焙干收藏。使用时用姜汁调和，用油纸包裹好四周，用杉木皮捆紧固定。服用淡盐汤，待患者苏醒后，服用以下调理药物：
木香、乌药、厚朴（姜制）、白芷、青皮、杏仁（去皮尖）、陈皮、前胡、苍术（米泔水浸泡后炒制）、桔梗、甘草梢。加生姜三片、大枣二枚，用水两钟煎煮至八分满，空腹服用。随后接着服用接骨丹。
【接骨丹】
土鳖虫（用火酒醉死后焙干，三钱）、自然铜（用火醋浸泡十四次，三钱）、骨碎补（去毛尖，五钱）、血竭（三钱）、当归尾（酒洗，五钱）、乳香（去油，三钱）、没药（去油，三钱）、硼砂（二钱）、大半夏（汤泡，三钱）。共同研磨成细末，每次服用一分，用陈年黄酒送服。
[Internal Anesthetic Formula]
Chuanwu (Radix Aconiti), Sanwu (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae), Nanxing (Rhizoma Arisaematis), Huangma (Cannabis Fructus), Yaoyanghua (Flowers of Datura metel, nine fen, soaked in wine seven times), Chansu (Toad Venom, one qian, dissolved in wine). Mix the herbs with juice from Colocasia esculenta leaves, dry them, and grind into powder. Take 8 li per dose.

Chuanwu (Radix Aconiti), Sanwu (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae), Nanxing (Rhizoma Arisaematis), Yaoyanghua (Flowers of Datura metel, one qian). Mix the herbs with juice from Hemp root, Colocasia esculenta leaves, Castor bean root, and Sanye juices, dry them, ensuring they are mixed seven times, then grind into powder. Apply with vinegar to flesh wounds, or add a small amount of Xionghuang (Realgar) and 5 fen of Chansu (Toad Venom).
[Stop-Bleeding Formula]
Guduanshi (Ancient Forged Stone, one sheng, placed inside an ox gallbladder seventeen times), Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, four liang, stir-fried in a copper pot until ash-like in color like flower petals, taken out and placed on the ground overnight to eliminate fire toxicity, then ground into powder and applied to fill painful wounds and surrounding areas).

Shanjiapia (Squama Manis), Dingpi (Cortex Cinnamomi), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Baicaoshuang (Soot from Chimney), Pipaye (Folium Eriobotryae, de-haired, five qian). Grind into fine powder and bake for storage. When using, mix with Ginger juice, wrap tightly with oil paper around the sides, and bind securely with Fir bark. Drink light salt water. After the patient regains consciousness, take the following conditioning medicine:
Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Wuyao (Radix Linderae), Houpo (Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, processed with ginger), Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae), Qingpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride), Xingren (Semen Armeniacae Amarum, peeled and removed of tips), Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae), Qianhu (Radix Peucedani), Cangzhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Lanceae, soaked in rice wash water and stir-fried), Jiegeng (Radix Platycodonis), Gancao Gao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, tip part). Add three slices of Shengjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens) and two dates (Jujubae Fructus). Decoct with two zhong of water until reduced to eight fen. Take on an empty stomach. Subsequently, take Jiegu Dan.

Tiebianchong (Eupolyphaga Steleophaga, intoxicated with hot wine, dried by baking, three qian), Ziran Tong (Pyritum, soaked in hot vinegar fourteen times, three qian), Gusuibu (Rhizoma Drynariae, remove hairy tips, five qian), Xuexie (Resina Draconis, three qian), Danggui Wei (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, tail part, washed with wine, five qian), Ruxiang (Olibanum, defatted, three qian), Moyao (Myrrha, defatted, three qian), Pengsha (Borax, two qian), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae, soaked in decoction, three qian). Grind into fine powder. Take 1 fen per dose, delivered with aged yellow wine.
