凡斗殴周身穴道难以尽述，特纂其要，智者当深察之不可忽也。霸王开锁一拳，即咽喉
也。若闷者，即在脑后百劳上一寸，左手衬在穴上，用右手不论轻重连打数下即醒。如不醒
激用艾灸之，其穴在脑骨下一寸五分，以麝香连灸四五次而醒，即用顺气散。如不醒则无救
矣。或灸丹田穴。
封喉在霸王开锁下三寸，用手横打外去者是也。如闷者在霸王开锁穴下半寸，用左手叉
项，右手扳住头，往后一扳即醒，后用顺气散。两气眼在隔孔上下，后气眼照前气眼是也。
打上气眼闷倒者，照前手衬打后气眼，打后气眼还拳即打前气眼，打前上气眼即打后下气眼
，打后上气眼即打前下气眼。若打左边须打右边，若打右边须打左边。若不醒照前法灸肩井
穴，醒后服顺气散。打血海，其穴往上第八根肋骨空所为下血海也，第十根肋骨空所为中血
海，腋窝中间为上血海也。若打下血海轻者三年死，重者一年死，再重者三月死。打中血海
轻者一年死，重者半年死，再重者两月死。打上血海轻者一月死，重者五日死，再重者即死
。其穴不拘上下左右，打伤俱要吐鲜血而死，急宜治之无妨。即用行伤打药行血十三味一帖
为上，后用归血入筋药，若迟之则无救矣。打霍肺，其穴在下气眼傍一寸是也，内空而外实
，若拳打重者，打进肋骨不拘几根，亦用十三味药一帖，后用接骨丹，其骨自然凸出，再用

In cases of fistfights involving acupoints throughout the body, it is impossible to list them all. The key points are compiled here; the wise should examine them deeply and not neglect them. The "Overlord Unlocking" punch refers to the throat (Yanhou). If the victim is unconscious, strike the point one cun above Bailao (Bailao) at the back of the head. Fenghou (Sealing the Throat) is located three cun below the Overlord Unlocking point; striking laterally with the hand to displace it targets this area. If the victim is unconscious, locate half a cun below the Overlord Unlocking point. Cross the left hand behind the neck, grasp the head with the right hand, and pull backward sharply to restore consciousness, followed by administration of Shunqi San (Regulating Qi Powder). The two Qi Eye points are located above and below the diaphragm hole; the posterior Qi Eye corresponds to the anterior Qi Eye. If struck in the upper Qi Eye and rendered unconscious, press and strike the posterior Qi Eye as described previously. When striking the posterior Qi Eye with a fist, strike the anterior Qi Eye. Striking the anterior upper Qi Eye requires striking the posterior lower Qi Eye; striking the posterior upper Qi Eye requires striking the anterior lower Qi Eye. If the left side is struck, the right side must also be struck; if the right side is struck, the left side must also be struck. If there is no response, apply moxibustion to Jianjing (GB21) as before. After regaining consciousness, administer Shunqi San (Regulating Qi Powder).
Striking Xuehai (Blood Sea): The lower Xuehai is located in the space of the eighth rib above; the middle Xuehai is in the space of the tenth rib; the upper Xuehai is in the center of the axilla. A light injury to the lower Xuehai results in death within three years; a severe injury within one year; a critical injury within three months. A light injury to the middle Xuehai results in death within one year; a severe injury within six months; a critical injury within two months. A light injury to the upper Xuehai results in death within one month; a severe injury within five days; a critical injury leads to immediate death. Regardless of the location (upper/lower, left/right), injuries to these points result in death due to vomiting fresh blood. Immediate treatment is effective. Use one dose of Xingshang Dayao Xingxue Shisanwei (Thirteen-Ingredient Blood-Activating Decoction for Trauma) as the primary treatment, followed by Guixue Rujin Yao (Medicine to Return Blood to Tendons). Delayed treatment is incurable.
Striking Huofei (Hurting Lung): This point is located one cun beside the lower Qi Eye. It is hollow internally and solid externally. If struck heavily by a fist, penetrating the ribs regardless of the number involved, use one dose of the Thirteen-Ingredient Medicine, followed by Jiegu Dan (Bone-Setting Pill). The bones will naturally protrude. Subsequently, use Qi-regulating medicine or tonifying medicine. If the ribs are not fractured, use one dose of the Thirteen-Ingredient Medicine, followed by Bufe Wan (Lung-Tonifying Pill). Ren Shen (Ginseng Root) 5 qian, Bai Shao (White Peony Root) 5 qian, Hou Po (Magnolia Bark) 5 qian, Qian Hu (Peucedani Radix) 1 liang.
