真磁石（一钱重，别研） 白矾（半钱，枯过） 白姜（一钱，别研） 草乌尖（三个，生用）
上为细末，却以葱涎调敷肠头上，其乳出用枯药。

上为末如前，出用洗药。

内痔红不出，搭肠裹内盘。垂珠更难治，日久有鸡冠。切莫轻刀火，令君性命残。用工无半

用换药用此治痔方∶
辰砂（一钱） 乳香（半钱，别研） 白矾（一两） 黄丹（一钱） 巴豆（三个） 砒（半两，用白矾铺底火

上为细末，每用二钱，斑蝥三个，香油一两，同一处煎，斑蝥、巴豆赤为度。去二味，
只用
，已破用纸捻子任药入疮。
大概担心痔疮根部的毒液流出污染健康的肌肉从而生疮，所以用药涂抹并用单张纸保护周围的肌肉，不要使用连纸贴紧固定即可。
治疗痔疮的真磁石方：真磁石（一钱重，单独研磨）、白矾（半钱，煅烧至枯干）、白姜（一钱，单独研磨）、草乌尖（三个，生用）。
以上药物研成细末，然后用葱汁调和敷在肠头（肛门）上，如果有乳汁状分泌物排出，则使用枯药（具有腐蚀收敛作用的药物）。
另一个方子使用：

以上药物研成粉末如前法，如果有分泌物排出，则使用洗药清洗。

痔疮症状分为三类，请君子仔细查看。不要让病情日久，看到的人都会胆战心惊。菱角痔形状怪异，莲花痔不可观视。穿肠痔和鼠痔疼痛如钻。核桃痔与流气痔，看到的人便觉心酸。栗子痔位于中间较大，鸡心痔安在外面。珊瑚痔形态可恶，再加上脱肛难以治愈。内痔红色不出血，搭肠痔包裹在内盘旋。垂珠痔更难治疗，日久会变成鸡冠痔。千万不要轻易用刀割或火烧，否则会让你的性命残损。用工不到一半，去病更要除根。
使用换药法治疗痔疮的方子：
辰砂（一钱）、乳香（半钱，单独研磨）、白矾（一两）、黄丹（一钱）、巴豆（三个）、砒霜（半两，用白矾铺底，火烤七分熟）。
以上药物研成细末，每次取二钱，加上斑蝥三个、香油一两，放在同一处煎煮，直到斑蝥和巴豆变成赤色为止。去掉这两味药（斑蝥、巴豆），只用剩下的药粉。已经破溃的用纸捻子让药粉进入疮口。
无名异（半钱）、黄柏（一两）、黄连（半两，生用）、乌黑豆（半升）。
以上药物研成粉末，温水清洗后，使用海蛤散敷在上面。
芜荑（一两）、龙骨（一钱）、海蛤（一钱，煅烧）、密陀僧（半钱）。
以上药物研成粉末，先撒药粉，然后使用贴痔膏，每天贴一次。

**Zhen Cishi San (True Magnetite Powder) for Hemorrhoids:**
* *Cishi* (Magnetitum, 1 qian, ground separately)
* *Baifan* (Alumen, 0.5 qian, calcined until dry)
* *Baijiang* (Gingeris Rhizoma Alba, 1 qian, ground separately)
* *Caowu Jian* (Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata Aculeus, 3 pieces, used raw)
Grind the above into fine powder. Then mix with scallion juice (Cong Xin) and apply to the anus (Chang Tou). If milky discharge occurs, use desiccating/cauterizing medicines.
**Another Formula:**
* *Cishi* (Magnetitum, amount unspecified, quenched in vinegar nine times, ground, processed by water flotation)
* *Baifan* (Alumen, calcined until dry)
* *Da Caowu* (Aconiti Radix Preparata Major)
* *Chuanshanjia* (Manis Squama)
* *Pengsha* (Borax)
Grind the above into powder as before. If discharge occurs, use a washing solution.
**Song of Twenty-Four Types of Hemorrhoids:**
This disease is caused by excess in five aspects: wine, sex, anger, wind, and food.
Hemorrhoid symptoms are divided into three categories; please examine them carefully. Do not let the condition persist for years, or those who see it will be terrified.
* Lingjiao Hemorrhoid (Lingjiao Zhi): Strange shape.
* Lianhua Hemorrhoid (Lianhua Zhi): Cannot be viewed.
* Chuanchang Hemorrhoid (Chuanchang Zhi) and Shu Hemorrhoid (Shu Zhi): Pain like drilling.
* Hetao Hemorrhoid (Hetao Zhi) and Liuqi Hemorrhoid (Liuqi Zhi): Heartbreaking to see.
* Lizi Hemorrhoid (Lizi Zhi): Large in the middle.
* Jixin Hemorrhoid (Jixin Zhi): Located outside.
* Shanhu Hemorrhoid (Shanhu Zhi): Disgusting form; difficult to treat combined with rectal prolapse (Tuogang).
* Neizhi (Internal Hemorrhoid): Red but no bleeding, coiled inside the intestine (Dachang).
* Chuzhu Hemorrhoid (Chuzhu Zhi): Harder to treat; becomes Guanmiao (Chicken Comb) Hemorrhoid after long duration.
Do not lightly use knives or fire, lest your life be ruined. Work diligently to remove the disease at its root.
**Formula for Changing Medication to Treat Hemorrhoids:**
* *Chensha* (Cinnabar, 1 qian)
* *Ruxiang* (Olibanum, 0.5 qian, ground separately)
* *Baifan* (Alumen, 1 liang)
* *Huandan* (Minii Oxidum Rubrum, 1 qian)
* *Badou* (Crotonis Fructus, 3 pieces)
* *Pi* (Arsenic Trioxide, 0.5 liang, placed on bottom with Baifan, fired to 70% completion)
Grind the above into fine powder. Take 2 qian each time, add 3 *Banmao* (Mylabris), and 1 liang of Sesame Oil (Xiangyou). Decoct together until Banmao and Badou turn red. Remove these two ingredients. Use the remaining residue. For already ulcerated sores, use a paper wick to allow the medicine to enter the wound.
**Washing/Preparation Formula:**
* *Wumingyi* (Haematites, 0.5 qian)
* *Huangbai* (Phellodendri Cortex, 1 liang)
* *Huanglian* (Coptidis Rhizoma, 0.5 liang, raw)
* *Wuheidou* (Sojae Semen Nigrum, 0.5 sheng)
Grind the above into powder. Wash with warm water, then apply *Haige San*.
**Haige San (Clam Shell Powder):**
* *Wuyi* (Meliae Fructus, 1 liang)
* *Longgu* (Os Draconis, 1 qian)
* *Haige* (Concha Arcae, 1 qian, calcined)
* *Mituo Seng* (Lithargyrum, 0.5 qian)
Grind the above into powder. First sprinkle the powder, then apply Tie Zhi Gao (Hemorrhoid Paste) once daily.
