此二方 大有神效，活人多矣。 今不用重刊，睹者知之。
背疮。
血见愁（一两） 酸浆草（半两） 当归（二钱半） 乳香（一钱二分半） 没药（一钱二分半）
上焙干为末，每服七钱重，热酒调服。如有生药，可用擂酒热服。留滓，以敷疮上为效
腰疼，用黑豆炒热，以绢或布包缠腰上，再以姜擂热酒饮醉，汗出为度。如无汗，根据前
再作二三次见效。
杖疮。
水粉（一两重） 赤石脂（一钱生） 水银（一分，先煞）
上三味，用麻油杵成膏，以伞纸敷之，粘贴紧缚。如肉陷，可用此膏填满，然后粘贴立
效。
痔疮，亦可治恶癣。
信 甘草 白矾（生用）
各为末，用碗一只，先将信末微敷一层，甘草末一层，矾末一层，用火 之，再根据前敷
药之三次，扫下为末，以冰水调敷疮上，不免少疼，饮酒以醉为度，经宿其疮自脱矣。
拔疔∶诸疔不出者，用此以反。巴豆半粒去壳，磁石为末，用葱涎同蜜为膏，以敷疮上
，其疔自出矣。
治诸肿毒，用生姜面东过梁落地者，就将于本地上，阳日画○圈，阴日画 圈一个，以
姜醮
开疮口，其毒自出矣。
蛀疳疮，轻粉、韶粉，打和掺之。
疥疮，亦可治轻癣。
大枫子 黄连 甘草 油胡桃 榆皮 川椒 轻粉 白矾（半生半熟） 蛇床子 井泉石
上为末，以油胡桃增减，同杵为膏如弹子大，用粗布包药擦之，痒处揩之，痛处按之，
药到即效。
小儿乳癣，以粉草擦之，后用油调酱抹。
这两张方剂具有极高的疗效，治愈了很多人。现在不再重新刊印，读者知晓即可。

杖疮（被打伤后的瘀肿）。
水粉（一两重）、赤石脂（一钱，生用）、水银（一分，先经处理去毒）。
以上三味药，用麻油捣烂成膏状，用伞纸敷在上面，粘贴紧缚。如果肌肉下陷，可以用此膏填满，然后粘贴立即见效。
痔疮，也可以治疗恶癣。
信石、甘草、白矾（生用）。
分别研为细末，用一个碗，先将信石末微敷一层，再敷一层甘草末，再敷一层白矾末，用火煅烧，然后再按照前面的方法敷药三次，扫下后研为细末，用冰水调匀敷在疮上，不免有些疼痛，饮酒至醉为标准，过一夜疮皮自然脱落。
拔疔：各种疔疮不出头的，用此法引出。巴豆半粒去壳，磁石研为细末，用葱汁同蜂蜜制成膏状，敷在疮上，疔疮自然会出来。
治疗各种肿毒，用生姜面经过东边房梁落地的（即从东边房梁落下的姜面），就在该地面上，阳日画○圈，阴日画□圈一个，用姜蘸取该处泥土/水开疮口，其毒自出矣。（注：此处原文“姜醮”后似缺字，结合语境推测为用姜蘸取特定物质或操作，但依原文直译）
疥疮，也可以治疗轻癣。
大枫子、黄连、甘草、油胡桃、榆皮、川椒、轻粉、白矾（半生半熟）、蛇床子、井泉石。
以上研为细末，根据油胡桃的多少增减，一同捣烂成如弹子大小的膏状，用粗布包药擦拭患处，痒的地方揩擦，痛的地方按压，药到即效。
These two prescriptions have miraculous effects and have saved many lives. They are not being republished here; readers should be aware of them.
Back sores (carbuncles on the back).
Xuejianchou (1 liang), Suanjiangcao (0.5 liang), Danggui (2.5 qian), Ruxiang (1.25 qian), Moyao (1.25 qian).
The above herbs are baked dry and ground into powder. Each dose is 7 qian, taken with warm wine mixed in. If fresh herbs are available, they can be pounded and taken warm with wine. Retain the dregs and apply them to the sore for effectiveness.
Lower back pain: Stir-fry black beans until hot, wrap them in silk or cloth, and bind them around the waist. Then, drink ginger-pounded warm wine until intoxicated. The treatment is considered effective when sweating occurs. If no sweat occurs, repeat the procedure two or three times as described above for effectiveness.
Blow injuries (bruising from beating).
Shuifen (1 liang), Chishizhi (1 qian, raw), Shuiyin (1 fen, detoxified first).
Pound the above three ingredients in sesame oil to form a paste. Apply it to umbrella paper, stick it firmly, and bind tightly. If the flesh has sunk in, fill the depression with this paste, then stick it on for immediate effect.
Hemorrhoids, and also malignant tinea.
Xinshi (Realgar/Arsenic mineral), Gancao, Baifan (raw).
Grind each into powder separately. Take one bowl, first sprinkle a thin layer of Xinshi powder, then a layer of Gancao powder, then a layer of Baifan powder. Calcine over fire. Repeat the application process three times as before. Sweep down the residue, grind into powder, mix with ice water, and apply to the sore. It may cause slight pain. Drink wine until intoxicated. After one night, the diseased skin will naturally detach.
Extracting Ding sores: For Ding sores that do not erupt, use this method to draw them out. Use half a kernel of Badou (Seminar Crotonis Fructus) shelled, and Cishi (Magnetitum) ground into powder. Mix with scallion juice and honey to form a paste. Apply to the sore, and the Ding sore will naturally emerge.
Treating various swelling and toxic sores: Use ginger flour that has fallen from the eastern beam of the house. On the spot where it fell, draw a circle ○ on Yang days or a square □ on Yin days. Dip [ginger] into [the soil/water at the site] to open the sore mouth, and the toxin will naturally exit.
Chewing gan sores (worm-eaten ulcers): Qingfen (Calomel) and Shaofen (Minium), mix and sprinkle.
Scabies, and also mild tinea.
Dafengzi (Fructus Aleuritidis), Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae), Youhetao (Semen Juglandis), Yupi (Cortex Ulmi), Chuanjiao (Pericarpium Zanthoxyli), Qingfen (Calomel), Baifan (Alumen, half raw half calcined), Shechuangzi (Fructus Cnidii), Jingquanshi (Mineral salt spring stone).
Grind all into powder. Adjust the quantity based on Youhetao, pound together into a paste the size of a bullet. Wrap the medicine in coarse cloth and rub it on the affected area. Rub areas that itch, press areas that hurt. Effect is immediate upon application.
Infant milk tinea: Rub with Fencǎo (Gancao/Radix Glycyrrhizae), then smear with sauce mixed with oil.
