The collateral channel of the Hand-Jueyin Pericardium has nine acupoints. It starts from Tianchi (PC1) and Tianquan (PC2), proceeds through Quze (PC3) and Ximen (PC4), connects Jianshi (PC5) with Neiguan (PC6), approaches Daling (PC7) near Laogong (PC8), lies within the palm, and finally reaches Zhongchong (PC9) at the tip of the middle finger.
The Pericardium collateral originates from Tianchi (PC1), located one cun posterior to the nipple and three cun below the axilla (specifically: three cun below the axilla, one cun posterior to the nipple). Tianquan (PC2) is located three cun below the lateral end of the axillary fold. Quze (PC3) is in the center of the depression at the elbow crease when the elbow is flexed. Ximen (PC4) is five cun proximal to the wrist crease (five cun above the transverse crease of the wrist). Jianshi (PC5) is measured three cun distal to the wrist crease. Neiguan (PC6) is two cun proximal to the wrist crease. Daling (PC7) is located between the two tendons behind the wrist crease. Laogong (PC8) is found by flexing the middle and ring fingers (the point where the tips meet). Zhongchong (PC9) is detailed at the tip of the middle finger.

The Sanjiao (Triple Burner) channel originates at the tip of the fourth finger (ring finger), ascends between the index and ring fingers, follows the dorsal aspect of the hand and wrist, emerges between the two bones of the forearm, ascends through the elbow, follows the lateral aspect of the upper arm to the shoulder, crosses posterior to the Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder channel, enters the supraclavicular fossa (Quepen), spreads in the chest region (Shanzhong), disperses and connects with the Pericardium, descends through the diaphragm, and belongs to the Sanjiao. Its branch arises from Shanzhong, ascends out of the supraclavicular fossa, goes up the neck, connects behind the ear, ascends straight to the apex of the ear, then curves down to the cheek, reaching [missing character, likely referring to the face or jaw]. Another branch enters the ear from behind it, exits anterior to the ear, passes anterior to the Guest Master point (Shangguan, GB12), crosses the cheek, and reaches the outer canthus (Jiaosun/Blindness point context, usually Mingmen or similar, but text says "Mu Rui Zi" - outer canthus). If the channel is disturbed, symptoms include deafness, muffled hearing (Hunhun Tun Tun), swollen throat, and sore throat (Yi Bi). If diseases arise from Qi disorders, symptoms include sweating, pain in the outer canthus, swelling of the cheek, pain along the posterior ear, shoulder, elbow, and lateral aspect of the arm, and dysfunction of the fourth finger. ("Tun", pronounced tun).
This passage describes the course of the Sanjiao meridian, which is the tenth channel. The end of the arm bone is the wrist; the end of the elbow joint is the elbow; the lower part of the upper arm opposite the armpit is the Nao (upper arm); below the eye is the Quan (cheekbone). The Hand-Shaoyang Sanjiao channel begins at Guanchong (TE1) at the tip of the fourth finger, ascends passing Yemen (TE2), Zhongzhu (TE3), between the four fingers, follows the Yangchi (TE4) on the dorsal wrist, emerges between the two forearm bones to reach Tianjing (TE10), ascends from Tianjing along the lateral aspect of the upper arm (Nao), passes Qinglengyuan (note: non-standard, possibly Naohui TE13 or similar contextually, but translated as written) and Xiaoshuo (non-standard), running deep to the Hand-Taiyang Small Intestine channel and superficial to the Hand-Yangming Large Intestine channel, ascends to the shoulder, follows Binao (LI14) and Jianliao (TE14), crosses posterior to the Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder channel, passes Bingfeng (GB12) and Jianjing (GB21), descends into the supraclavicular fossa, passes lateral to the Foot-Yangming Stomach channel, and intersects at the Upper Jiao area above Shanzhong, spreading to connect with the Pericardium, then descends through the diaphragm, connects with the Bladder, and regulates the Lower Jiao, attaching to the right kidney for its generation. Its branch arises from Shanzhong, ascends out of the supraclavicular fossa, goes up the neck, passes Dazhui (GV14), follows Dayou (non-standard, possibly Futu LI18 context), ascends behind the ear, passes Yifeng (TE17), Yuanmai (non-standard, possibly Sibuzhukong SJ23 context), Luxi (TE19), ascends straight to the apex of the ear, reaches Jiaosun (GB14), passes Xuanli (GB15), Hanyan (GB16), and passes Yangbai (GB14) and Jingming (BL1), curving through the ear and cheek to the [missing character, likely cheek/jaw], meeting the cheekbone area. Another branch enters the ear from Yifeng (TE17), passes Tinggong (SI19), goes through Ermen (TE21) and Heliao (SI19), exits to the outer canthus (Muirui Zi), meets Tongziliao (GB1), follows Sibuzhukong (SJ23), and intersects with the Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder channel. Depending on the deficiency or excess in the channel's location, symptoms such as deafness and muffled hearing appear.
