炉甘石 乳香 血竭 黄连各一钱 轻粉五分 冰片一分
共末。米泔水洗净，抹上立效。一用蜗牛（焙干研末）、枯矾各一钱，湿则干掺，干则

肾囊风（痒痛，有黄水不干者）
蚯蚓泥同真粉停对，井水调敷，干为妙，永不再发。若痒不可忍，用大叶杨柳叶一握，
煎水乘热熏洗，后以蚯蚓屎焙干燥，研末掺之，三、四次即愈。 一用墙头上酱板豆草（或
鲜或收干），煎汤洗，愈。 绣球花煎洗尤妙。（姚伯玉方）
阴球开花
狗脊七只，煎汤入罐内，将阴球挂罐口，离汤一、二寸，俟热气熏上。汤将温时，倾盆
内洗球。如此三日，全愈。（《单方集验》）
囊痈
栝蒌五钱 甘草节 金银花各五钱 连翘 柴胡 青皮各七分
水煎服，愈。（《新都医案》）
囊痈溃后掺药
蚌壳、黄连、青黛各等分，研细敷之。（《秘方集验》）
横
青壳鸡蛋一个，蒺藜一合，好酒煮蛋去壳，再煎服立愈。（长兴莫氏传）

下疳（阴茎生疮称为下疳）
炉甘石、乳香、血竭、黄连各一钱，轻粉五分，冰片一分。
共研为细末。用米泔水洗净患处，涂抹上药立即见效。另一用法：用蜗牛（焙干后研成粉末）、枯矾各一钱，若患处潮湿则干掺药粉，若患处干燥则以香油调和涂抹。
历验神方（治疗疳疮、蛀梗疮）
二蚕茧（已出蛾的，烧成灰但保留药性），枯矾五分，轻粉二钱，儿茶一钱，五倍子一个大个，红绢（方圆三寸的一块，烧成灰）。
共研为细末，用酸浆水、葱白、川椒煎汤清洗并搽涂，效果神奇无敌。另一用法：用水飞过的银珠一钱，轻粉五分，儿茶一钱，老茶叶三分，黄柏灰三分，全蝎二钱，溶化后加入前药制成丸药，做成二十丸。空腹时用好酒送服，其效显著。
下疳阴疮
炉甘石（火煅后用醋淬炼五次）一两，儿茶三钱，研为细末，用麻油调匀敷于患处。（邵真人方）
肾囊风（瘙痒疼痛，有黄色渗液不干者）
蚯蚓泥与真粉（滑石粉或米粉，此处指代收敛止痒粉末，通常指铅粉或滑石，结合语境及“停对”即等量配合，多指滑石或灶心土类，但在中医外治中常指代特定矿物粉，此处依原文直译“真粉”，注：古医籍中“真粉”有时指铅粉，有时指滑石，鉴于“蚯蚓泥”多为清热燥湿，配伍滑石可能性大，但为忠实原文保留“真粉”）等量配合，用井水调匀敷于患处，保持干燥为好，可永不复发。如果瘙痒难以忍受，用大叶杨柳叶一把，煎水趁热熏洗，然后用蚯蚓屎焙干研末撒在患处，三到四次即可痊愈。另一用法：用墙头上的酱板豆草（新鲜的或晒干的均可），煎汤清洗，即可痊愈。用绣球花煎汤清洗尤其妙。（姚伯玉方）
阴球开花（指阴囊皮肤溃烂如花开状）
狗脊七只，煎汤装入罐内，将阴囊挂在罐口上方，距离汤面一寸至二寸，等待热气熏蒸。待汤水温凉时，倒入盆中清洗阴囊。如此连续三天，完全痊愈。（《单方集验》）
囊痈
栝蒌五钱，甘草节、金银花各五钱，连翘、柴胡、青皮各七分。
水煎服，痊愈。（《新都医案》）

Chancre (Sores on the penis are called chancre)
Calamina, Frankincense, Dragon's Blood, and Coptis Rhizome each one qian; Calomel five fen; Borneol one fen.
Grind all into a fine powder. Cleanse the affected area with rice washing water, apply the powder topically for immediate effect. Another method: Use Snail (dried by roasting and ground to powder) and Alum each one qian. If the lesion is moist, sprinkle the dry powder; if dry, mix with sesame oil for application.
Proven Divine Formula (Treating Chancre Sores and Ulcerative Lesions)
Two Silkworm Cocoons (from those that have emerged as moths, burned to ash while retaining efficacy), Alum five fen, Calomel two qian, Camellia Seed one qian, Chinese Gall one large piece, Red Silk (a square piece three cun by three cun, burned to ash).
Grind all into a fine powder. Wash and apply using a decoction of sour bean juice, Scallion White, and Sichuan Pepper. The effect is miraculous. Another method: Use Mercury Sulfide (water-flowered) one qian, Calomel five fen, Camellia Seed one qian, Old Tea Leaves three fen, Phellodendron Bark Ash three fen, Scorpio two qian. Melt and incorporate into the previous powders to form pills, making twenty pills in total. Take orally on an empty stomach with good wine; the efficacy is remarkable.
Chancre and Yin Sores
Calamina (calcined and quenched five times in vinegar) one liang, Camellia Seed three qian. Grind into a fine powder and apply mixed with Sesame Oil. (Formula from True Man Shao)
Scrotal Wind (Itching and pain with persistent yellow exudate)
Mix Earthworm Mud and Zhen Fen (True Powder, often referring to Talc or Lead Powder depending on context, here kept as Zhen Fen) in equal proportions. Apply mixed well water to the affected area; keeping it dry is ideal to prevent recurrence. If itching is unbearable, use a handful of Large-leaf Willow Leaves, boil in water, and fumigate/wash while hot. Afterwards, roast Earthworm Excrement until dry, grind to powder, and sprinkle on the area. It will heal in three to four applications. Another method: Use Soybean Paste Grass found on wall tops (fresh or dried), boil in water to wash; it heals. Washing with Hydrangea Decoction is especially excellent. (Formula from Yao Boyu)
Yin Qiu Kai Hua (Blooming Yin Ball, referring to scrotal skin ulceration resembling blooming flowers)
Seven Dogspine Stems. Boil in water and pour into a jar. Hang the scrotum over the jar mouth, one to two cun above the liquid surface, allowing the steam to fumigate. When the liquid cools slightly, pour into a basin and wash the scrotum. Repeat this for three days for complete recovery. (From *Danfang Jiyuan*)
Nong Yong (Scrotal Abscess)
Trichosanthes Fruit five qian, Licorice Root Tips and Honeysuckle Flower each five qian, Forsythia and Bupleurum Root each seven fen.
Decoct in water and take orally; it heals. (From *Xindu Yi'an*)
Powder for Application after Nong Yong Ulceration
Clam Shell, Coptis Rhizome, and Indigo Naturalis in equal parts. Grind finely and apply. (From *Mifang Jiyuan*)
Buboes
One Green-shell Chicken Egg, Tribulus Fruit one he. Boil the egg in good wine, remove the shell, and continue simmering. Consume immediately for quick recovery. (Passed down from the Mo Family of Changxing)
