姚云，凡有肿，皆有相主，患者宜检本方，多发头两边，累累有核。
姚方，鼠 肿核，痛未成脓方。
以柏叶敷着肿上，熬盐着叶上，熨令热气下，即消。
葛氏卒得鼠 ，有瘰 未发疮而速热者，速疗方。
捣乌鸡足，若车前草，敷之。
若已有核，脓血出者。
以热牛屎涂之，日三。
又方，取白藓皮，煮服一升，当吐鼠子。
又方，取猫狸一物，料理作羹如食法。空心进之，鼠子死出，又当生吞，其功弥效。
又方，取鼠中者一枚，乱发如鸡子大，以三岁腊月猪脂煎之令鼠骨肉及发消
尽。半涂之，半酒服，鼠从疮中出。姚云，秘不传之法。
刘涓子，鼠 方。
以龟壳，甘草炙，桂心，雄黄，干姜，狸骨炙，六物分等。捣，下蜜和，纳疮中，无
不瘥。先灸作疮，后与药，良。
又方，柞木皮五升，以酒一斗，合煎，熟出皮。煎汁令得二升，服之尽，有宿肉出，愈
。
又 疮坐肉膏。
楝树白皮，鼠肉，当归各二两，薤白三两，生地黄五两，腊月猪脂三升，煎膏成，敷之。
孔上令生肉。
葛氏，若疮多而孔小，是蚁 方。
烧 鲤甲，猪膏和，敷。
又方，烧蜘蛛二七枚，敷，良。
又 方。
煎桃叶枝作煎，净洗疮了，纳孔中大验方。
葛氏，若着口里。
东行楝根，细锉水煮，取清汁含之。数吐，勿咽。
肉 方。
槐白皮，捣丸，绵裹，纳下部中，敷，效。
鼠 方。
石南，生地黄，雌黄，茯苓，黄连各二两。为散，敷疮上，日再。
又方，矾石三分烧，斑蝥一分，炙。去头足，捣下，用醋和，服半匕。须臾， 虫从小
便中出，删繁方。
附方
肘后方治风 。
露蜂房一枚，炙令黄赤色，为末。每用一钱，腊月猪脂匀调，敷疮上。
《千金方》，治鼠 。
以鸡子一枚，米下熬半日，取出黄，熬令黑，先拭疮上汁，令干，以药纳疮孔中，
三度，
即瘥。
《千金翼》，治蚁 。
取鲮鲤甲二七枚，末，猪膏和，敷之。
《圣惠方》，治蝼蛄 。
用槲叶，烧灰细研，以泔别浸槲叶。取洗疮，拭之。纳少许灰于疮中。
又方，治一切 。
炼成松脂，末，填疮孔令满，日三四度用之。

姚氏说，凡是出现肿块的，都有对应的主治方法，患者应当查阅原书方剂，这类病症多发于头部两侧，淋巴结呈串珠状累累肿大。
姚氏方剂：治疗鼠瘰（颈部淋巴结结核）肿块，疼痛但尚未化脓的方子。
将柏叶敷在肿块上，再将炒热的盐放在柏叶上，用熨斗熨烫使热气向下渗透，肿块即可消散。
葛氏方：突然患上鼠瘰，已有瘰疬但未溃破且迅速发热的急治方。
捣碎乌鸡脚爪，或者用车前草，外敷患处。
如果已经形成硬结，且有脓血流出的。
用热牛粪涂抹患处，每天三次。
另一个方子，取白鲜皮，煮水服用一升，应当能吐出“鼠子”（指寄生虫或病灶物质）。
又一个方子，取一只猫狸，按照食用方法处理做成羹汤。空腹服用，鼠子死亡排出，同时也会吞下死鼠，疗效更加显著。
又一个方子，取老鼠腹中的一只老鼠，加上如鸡蛋大小的乱头发，用腊月（农历十二月）的猪油煎炸，直到老鼠骨肉和头发完全消解。一半药膏涂在患处，一半用药酒送服，老鼠会从疮口中排出。姚氏说，这是保密不传的秘方。
刘涓子方：治疗鼠瘰的方子。
用龟壳、炙甘草、桂心、雄黄、干姜、炙狸骨，这六味药分量相等。捣碎，加入蜂蜜调和，纳入疮口中，没有不好的。先施灸使其成疮，然后再给药，效果很好。
又一个方子，柞树皮五升，用酒一斗，一起煎煮，取出药渣。继续煎汁至二升，全部服下，会有宿存的腐肉排出，病愈。
又一个方剂：坐药膏（用于肛门直肠部位溃疡生肉的药膏）。
楝树白皮、鼠肉、当归各二两，薤白三两，生地黄五两，腊月猪脂三升，煎制成膏，敷贴患处。促进孔洞处长出肌肉。
葛氏方：如果疮口多而孔小，这是蚁瘘（一种慢性窦道）的方子。
烧鲮鲤甲，与猪油调和，敷贴患处。
又一个方子，烧蜘蛛十四枚，敷贴患处，效果良好。
又一个方子。
煎煮桃树叶枝制成浸膏，洗净疮口后，纳入孔中，是非常有效的方子。
葛氏方：如果病变长在口腔里。
向东生长的楝树根，细切后用水煮，取澄清汁液含漱。多次吐出，不要咽下。
治疗肉瘘（肛周瘘管）的方子。
槐树白皮，捣碎制成丸药，用棉布包裹，纳入下部（肛门）中，敷贴，有效。
治疗鼠瘘的方子。
石南叶、生地黄、雌黄、茯苓、黄连各二两。研为散剂，敷在疮上，每天两次。
又一个方子，矾石三分烧制，斑蝥一分，炙烤。去掉头足，捣碎，用醋调和，服用半匕的量。不久，虫子会从小便中排出，此方删减自《删繁方》。
附方
《肘后方》治疗风瘘（因风邪引起的瘘管）。
露蜂房一枚，炙烤至黄赤色，研为末。每次使用一钱，与腊月猪油均匀调和，敷在疮上。
《千金方》，治疗鼠瘘。
用一个鸡蛋，用米炒熬半天，取出蛋黄，继续熬至黑色，先擦去疮口的分泌物，使其干燥，将药纳入疮孔中，三次后即可痊愈。
《千金翼方》，治疗蚁瘘。
取穿山甲鳞甲十四枚，研末，与猪油调和，敷贴患处。
《圣惠方》，治疗蝼蛄瘘（一种形状像蝼蛄的瘘管）。
用槲树叶，烧成灰并细细研磨，用淘米水浸泡槲树叶。用洗过的水清洗疮口，擦拭干净。将少许灰烬纳入疮中。
又一个方子，治疗各种瘘管。
炼制的松脂，研末，填满疮孔使其饱满，每天使用三四次。
(Afterwards, there are formulas for treating scrofula)
Yao stated that for any swelling, there is a corresponding primary treatment; patients should consult the original text's formulas. This condition often occurs on both sides of the head, with lymph nodes appearing in clusters like beads.
Yao's formula: For treating scrofula (tuberculous lymphadenitis of the neck) where there is a swollen node, pain, but no pus formation yet.
Apply cypress leaves to the swelling, place roasted salt on top of the leaves, and apply heat via moxibustion or hot compress to drive the heat downward; the swelling will subside.
Ge's acute formula: For sudden onset of scrofula with nodules that have not ulcerated but are rapidly becoming hot.
Crush the feet of a black-bone chicken, or use plantain herb, and apply externally.
If nodules have already formed and pus/blood is discharging:
Apply fresh cow dung to the area, three times daily.
Another formula: Take cortex dictamni, boil in water, and drink one sheng. It is expected to expel "rat offspring" (referring to parasitic matter or necrotic tissue).
Another formula: Take one cat or wildcat, prepare it as a soup according to culinary methods. Consume on an empty stomach; the "rat offspring" will die and be expelled, and the patient may also swallow them, which enhances efficacy.
Another formula: Take one mouse from inside another mouse, along with a clump of tangled hair the size of a chicken egg. Fry these in lard rendered in the twelfth lunar month until the mouse flesh, bone, and hair are completely dissolved. Apply half of this mixture topically and take the other half mixed with wine orally. The mouse material will exit through the wound. Yao stated this was a secret method not transmitted.
Liu Juanzi's formula for scrofula:
Use tortoise shell, honey-fried licorice root, cinnamon heart, realgar, dried ginger, and fire-cured wildcat bone. Use equal parts of these six ingredients. Crush them, mix with honey, and insert into the wound. There is no case that does not heal. First apply moxibustion to create a wound, then apply the medicine; this is effective.
Another formula: Take five sheng of oak bark, decoct with one dou of wine, remove the bark after cooking. Continue boiling the liquid until two sheng remain. Drink the entire amount; retained necrotic tissue will be expelled, and the disease will cure.
Another formula: Ointment for promoting granulation in anal/rectal ulcers.
Take two liang each of white bark from chinaberry tree and mouse meat, two liang of angelica root, three liang of garlic chive bulb, five liang of rehmannia root, and three sheng of lard from the twelfth lunar month. Decoct into an ointment and apply to promote muscle growth in the ulcer cavity.
Ge's formula: If there are many sores with small openings, this is a formula for ant-fistula (chronic sinus tract).
Burn pangolin scales, mix with lard, and apply.
Another formula: Burn fourteen spiders and apply topically; this is effective.
Another formula.
Decoct peach leaves and branches to make a concentrated syrup. After thoroughly cleaning the wound, insert into the cavity; this is a highly effective formula.
Ge's formula: If the lesion is inside the mouth.
Take chinaberry roots growing towards the east, finely chop, and decoct in water. Take the clear juice and hold it in the mouth. Spit out repeatedly; do not swallow.
Formula for rectal fistula:
Crush white bark of pagoda tree, form into pills, wrap in cotton, and insert into the lower orifice (anus); apply topically. Effective.
Formula for rat-fistula:
Use two liang each of pteris semipinnata, rehmannia root, realgar, poria, and coptis rhizome. Grind into powder and apply to the sore twice daily.
Another formula: Calcined alum three parts, mylabris one part, roasted. Remove head and feet, crush, mix with vinegar, and administer half a spoonful. Soon, worms will be excreted via urine. This formula is abridged from *Shanfan Fang*.
Supplementary Formulas
*Zhouhou Beiji Fang* treats wind-fistula:
One honeycomb, roast until yellow-red, grind into powder. Use one qian each time, mix evenly with lard from the twelfth lunar month, and apply to the sore.
*Qianjin Fang* treats scrofula:
Take one egg, stir-fry with rice for half a day, extract the yolk, and continue frying until black. First wipe the discharge from the sore until dry, then insert the medicine into the wound cavity. After three applications, it heals.
*Qianjin Yifang* treats ant-fistula:
Take fourteen pangolin scales, grind into powder, mix with lard, and apply.
*Shenghui Fang* treats mole-cricket fistula:
Use oak leaves, burn to ash, and grind finely. Soak oak leaves separately in rice washing water. Use this water to wash the wound and wipe dry. Insert a small amount of ash into the wound.
Another formula for treating all types of fistulas:
Refined pine resin, grind into powder, fill the wound cavity completely, and use three to four times daily.
