葛氏，百虫入耳。
以好酒灌之起行自出。
又方，闭气，令人以芦吹一耳。
又方，以桃叶塞两耳，立出。
蜈蚣入耳。
以树叶，裹盐灰令热，以掩耳，冷复易，立出。
蚰蜒入耳。
熬胡麻，以葛囊贮，枕之。虫闻香即自出。
蚁入耳。
炙猪脂，香物，安耳孔边，即自出。
《神效方》，蚰蜒入耳。
以牛酪，灌满耳，蚰蜒即出，出当半销。若入腹中，空腹食好酪一二升，即化为黄水而
出。不尽，更作服，手用神验无比，此方是近得。
又方，小鸡一只，去毛足，以油煎令黄，箸穿作孔，枕之。
又方，取蚯蚓，纳葱叶中，并化为水，滴入耳中，蚰蜒亦化为水矣。
附方
《胜金方》，主百虫入耳，不出。
以鸡冠血，滴入耳内，即出。
又《千金方》，捣韭汁，灌耳中，瘥。
又方，治耳中有物，不可出。
以麻绳剪令头散，敷好胶，着耳中物上粘之。令相着，徐徐引之，令出。
又《梅师方》，取车 脂，涂耳孔中，自出。
《续十全方》，治虫入耳。
秦椒末一钱，醋半盏浸良久，少少灌耳，虫自出。
《外台秘要》，肘后，治蚁入耳。
烧鲮鲤甲末，以水调，灌之，即出。
刘禹锡《传信方》，治蚰蜒入耳。
以麻油作煎饼枕卧，须臾蚰蜒自出而瘥。李元淳尚书在河阳日，蚰蜒入耳，无计可为，
半月后，脑中洪洪有声，脑闷不可彻。至以头自击门柱，奏疾状危极。因发御药以疗之，无
瘥者。为受苦不念生存，忽有人献此方，乃愈。
《兵部手集》，治蚰蜒入耳。
小蒜汁理一切虫入耳，皆同。
钱相公《箧中方》，治百节蚰蜒并蚁入耳。
以苦醋注之，起行，即出。
《圣惠方》，治飞蛾入耳。
酱汁灌入耳，即出，又击铜器于耳旁。
《经验方》，治水入耳。
以薄荷汁，点，立效。
葛氏方：百虫进入耳中。
用优质酒灌入耳中，起身走动，虫子便会自行爬出。
另一个方子，屏住呼吸，让人用芦苇管向未进虫的那只耳朵吹气。
再一个方子，用桃叶塞住双耳，虫子立刻就会出来。
蜈蚣进入耳中。
用树叶包裹盐和灰烬使其变热，敷在耳朵上，冷了再换，虫子立刻就会出来。
蚰蜒（一种多足节肢动物）进入耳中。
炒熟胡麻，用葛布囊装好，枕在头下。虫子闻到香味就会自行出来。
蚂蚁进入耳中。
炙烤猪油，因其有香气，放置在耳孔边缘，蚂蚁即会自行出来。
《神效方》：治疗蚰蜒进入耳中。
用牛乳酪灌满耳道，蚰蜒就会出来，出来时身体已半融化。如果蚰蜒已进入腹中，空腹食用优质牛乳酪一至二升，它就会化为黄水排出。若未排尽，再次服用此方，用手操作极其灵验无比，此方是近期所得。
另一个方子，取一只小鸡，去毛和脚，用油煎至金黄，用筷子穿成孔状，枕在头下。
再一个方子，取蚯蚓，放入葱叶中，一起化为水，滴入耳中，蚰蜒也会化为水。
附方
《胜金方》：主治百虫进入耳中，无法排出。
用鸡冠血，滴入耳内，虫子即会出来。
又《千金方》：捣取韭菜汁，灌入耳中，病愈。
又一个方子，治疗耳中有异物，无法取出。
将麻绳剪开使头部散开，涂上好的胶，粘在耳中的物体上。让两者粘合，慢慢将其引出，使之排出。
又《梅师方》：取车脂（车轮上的润滑油脂），涂抹在耳孔中，虫子自会出来。
《续十全方》：治疗虫子进入耳中。
秦椒末一钱，用半盏醋浸泡良久，少量滴入耳中，虫子自会出来。
《外台秘要》引《肘后备急方》：治疗蚂蚁进入耳中。
烧制鳞甲（穿山甲鳞片）研成末，用水调匀，灌入耳中，蚂蚁即会出来。
刘禹锡《传信方》：治疗蚰蜒进入耳中。
用麻油制作煎饼，枕着睡觉，片刻后蚰蜒自会出来而痊愈。李元淳尚书在河阳任职期间，蚰蜒进入耳中，无计可施，半月后，脑中轰鸣有声，头脑昏闷不可忍受。甚至用头撞击门柱，奏报病情危急至极。于是发放御药治疗，无效。因痛苦不堪不想生存，忽然有人献上此方，于是痊愈。
《兵部手集》：治疗蚰蜒进入耳中。
小蒜汁能处理一切虫子进入耳中的情况，方法相同。
钱相公《箧中方》：治疗全身各关节及蚂蚁进入耳中。
用苦醋注入耳中，起身走动，虫子即会出来。
Formula by Ge Hong: For centipedes and other insects entering the ear.
Pour good wine into the ear, stand up and walk around; the insect will crawl out on its own.
Another formula: Hold your breath, and have someone blow air through a reed tube into the unaffected ear.
Yet another formula: Plug both ears with peach leaves; the insect will come out immediately.
For centipedes entering the ear.
Wrap salt ash in a leaf, heat it, and apply it to the ear. Replace when cool; the centipede will exit immediately.
For scutigera (house centipede) entering the ear.
Roast sesame seeds, store them in a linen pouch, and use as a pillow. The insect will emerge upon smelling the fragrance.
For ants entering the ear.
Roast lard until fragrant, place it near the ear canal; the ants will exit on their own.
*Shenxiao Fang* (Divine Efficacy Formula): For scutigera entering the ear.
Fill the ear canal with cow yogurt/curd; the scutigera will emerge, partially digested. If the scutigera has entered the stomach, consume one to two sheng of high-quality cow yogurt on an empty stomach; it will transform into yellow fluid and be excreted. If not fully expelled, repeat the dose. This method is extremely effective; this formula was recently acquired.
Another formula: Take one small chicken, remove feathers and feet, fry in oil until golden, pierce with chopsticks to create holes, and use as a pillow.
Yet another formula: Take earthworms, place them inside green onion stalks until they dissolve into water, then drip this liquid into the ear; the scutigera will also dissolve into water.
Supplementary Formulas
*Shengjin Fang* (Victorious Gold Formula): Mainly treats insects entering the ear that cannot be removed.
Drip cock comb blood into the ear; the insect will exit immediately.
Also from *Qianjin Fang*: Crush fresh chives to extract juice, pour into the ear; the condition resolves.
Another formula: Treats foreign bodies stuck in the ear.
Cut hemp rope so the ends fray, coat with strong adhesive, and press against the object in the ear. Allow it to adhere, then slowly pull it out.
Also from *Meishi Fang*: Apply axle grease (lubricant from cart wheels) to the ear canal; the insect will exit spontaneously.
*Xu Shiquan Fang* (Continued Ten Perfection Formula): Treats insects entering the ear.
One qian of Qin pepper powder, soaked in half a zhan of vinegar for a long time, drip少许 (a little) into the ear; the insect will exit spontaneously.
*Waitai Miyao* (Essential Prescriptions from the Golden Cabinet), citing *Zhouhou Beiji Fang*: Treats ants entering the ear.
Burn pangolin scales, grind into powder, mix with water, and pour into the ear; the ants will exit immediately.
Liu Yuxi’s *Chuanxin Fang*: Treats scutigera entering the ear.
Make pancakes using sesame oil, sleep with them as a pillow; within moments, the scutigera will exit and the patient recovers. When Li Yuanchun, Minister of Works, served in Heyang, a scutigera entered his ear. With no remedy available, after half a month, he experienced roaring sounds in his head and severe cerebral congestion, unbearable in intensity. He even struck his head against doorposts, reporting his critical condition. Imperial medicines were administered but failed. Despairing due to suffering, he suddenly received this formula and recovered.
*Bingbu Shouji* (Military Department Manuscript Collection): Treats scutigera entering the ear.
Garlic juice treats all cases of insects entering the ear; the method is the same.
Minister Qian’s *Qiezhong Fang*: Treats scutigera and ants entering the ear.
Pour sour vinegar into the ear, stand up and walk; the insect will exit.
*Shenghui Fang*: Treats moths entering the ear.
Pour soy sauce into the ear; the moth will exit. Additionally, strike copper vessels near the ear.
*Jingyan Fang*: Treats water entering the ear.
Apply mint juice; immediate effect.
