生商陆（切作豆大） 赤小豆（等分） 鲫鱼（三尾去肠存鳞）
上二物，实鱼腹内，取线缚，水三升，缓煮，赤豆烂，取去鱼，只取二物，空腹食之，
以鱼汁送下，不汗则利，即瘥。甚者，过二日再为之，不过三剂，微之家乳姥，病水饮，一
剂愈。
白商陆根（去粗皮薄切阴干或晒干）
上为末，黄颡鱼三尾，大蒜三瓣，绿豆一合，水一升，同煮以豆烂为度，先食豆，饮汁
送下，又以汁下药末二钱，水化为气内消。省郎王申病水气，四体悉满，不能坐卧，夜倚壁
而立，服一剂顿愈。
高良姜 干姜（等分炮八分留二分）
上一大钱，用续随子，去皮细研，纸裹出油。取白霜，入一字，将热酒一盏，入猪胆汁
十
治小肠气，下元闭塞不通。
川楝子（一两和皮四片） 巴豆（一两并壳捶令碎）
上同和匀，入铫内，炒令紫色，取出，去巴豆，只取川楝子，净刷为末，每服一钱，先
炒茴香，秤一钱令香，用酒一盏冲，更煎三五沸，去滓，调川楝子末，连进二服，得下泄即
瘥，此方，同治远年内外 疮方，于建安军人吴美得之。
山栀子（四十九枚烧半过） 附子（一枚炮）
上每服二钱，酒一小盏，煎至七分，入盐一捻，温服，脾肾气挛急，极痛不可屈伸，腹
中冷，重如石，痛不可忍，白汗如泻。手足冰冷，久不瘥，卧欲死者，服此药一剂，忽如失
去，甚者两服瘥，予自得效。亦屡以治人，皆验。

生商陆根（切成豆子大小的块） 赤小豆（与商陆等量） 鲫鱼（三条，去内脏但保留鱼鳞）
以上两味药（指商陆和赤小豆），填入鱼腹内，用线捆扎固定，加水三升，慢火煮至赤小豆烂熟，取出扔掉鱼身，只取商陆和赤小豆这两味药，空腹食用，用煮鱼的汤汁送服。服药后若不出汗则会腹泻，病即痊愈。病情严重的，隔两天再服用一次，不超过三剂。张微之家中的奶妈，患有水饮病，服用一剂后痊愈。
白商陆根（去除粗皮，薄切，阴干或晒干）
以上药材研为细末。黄颡鱼三条，大蒜三瓣，绿豆一合，加水一升，一同煮至绿豆烂熟为度。先吃豆子，用汤汁送服；再用汤汁调服二钱药末，使体内水气化为尿液排出而消散。省郎王申患水气病，四肢全身浮肿，无法坐卧，夜间只能倚靠墙壁站立，服用一剂后立刻痊愈。
高良姜 干姜（各等分，炮制时八分留二分未炮）
以上药材一大钱，配合续随子，去皮后细细研磨，用纸包裹榨出油。取其中的白色霜状物（指去油后的残渣或特定提取物，此处依原文“白霜”直译，实指去油后的药渣或特定处理物，但在中医方解中通常指去油后的粉末或特定成分，此处按字面译为白色霜状物/粉末），加入一字量的量，用热酒一盏冲服，并加入十个猪胆汁。
治疗小肠气，下元闭塞不通。
川楝子（一两，带皮切成四片） 巴豆（一两，连同外壳捶碎）
以上两味药混合均匀，放入锅中炒至紫色，取出，去掉巴豆，只保留川楝子，刷净后研为细末。每次服用一钱，先炒小茴香，称取一钱至香气溢出，用酒一盏冲泡，再煎煮三五沸，滤去药渣，调入川楝子末，连续服用两次，若能泻下则病愈。此方也用于治疗多年内外的疮疡，是在建安军人吴美处获得的。
山栀子（四十九枚，烧至半焦过） 附子（一枚，炮制）
以上药材每次服用二钱，用一小盏酒，煎至七分满，加入一捻盐，温服。适用于脾肾之气拘挛急迫，疼痛剧烈无法屈伸，腹部寒冷沉重如石头，疼痛难以忍受，冷汗如注。手足冰冷，久治不愈，卧床不起似要死去的人，服用此药一剂，忽然感觉病痛消失。病情严重的服用两剂痊愈。我自己试过有效，也屡次用来治疗他人，都验证有效。
(Verified multiple times by Zhang Weizhi)
Fresh Phytolaccae Radix (cut into pieces the size of soybeans) Vigna umbellata Seed (equal amount) Crucian Carp (three tails, intestines removed, scales retained)
Take the above two ingredients (referring to Phytolaccae Radix and Vigna umbellata Seed), stuff them inside the fish belly, tie securely with thread, add three sheng of water, and simmer slowly until the Vigna umbellata Seeds are soft. Remove and discard the fish body, keeping only the two medicinal ingredients. Consume on an empty stomach, washing it down with the fish broth. If sweating does not occur, diarrhea will ensue, and the disease will be cured. For severe cases, repeat after two days; no more than three doses are needed. The wet nurse in Zhang Weizhi's household suffered from fluid retention; one dose cured her.
White Phytolaccae Radix (remove coarse skin, slice thinly, dry in shade or sun)
Grind the above herb into fine powder. Three Yellowhead Catfish (Pelteobagrus fulvidraco), three cloves of Garlic (Allii Sativi Bulbus), one he of Mung Bean (Vigna radiata Semen). Add one sheng of water, boil together until the Mung Beans are soft. Eat the beans first, taking them down with the broth. Then, take two qian of the herbal powder mixed with the broth, transforming internal fluid qi into urine for elimination. Wang Shen, a Provincial Director, suffered from edema due to fluid qi; his four limbs and entire body were swollen, unable to sit or lie down, forcing him to stand leaning against the wall at night. One dose resulted in immediate recovery.
Galangal Rhizome (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma) Dried Ginger (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens processed as Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum) (equal amounts; process eight parts, leave two parts unprocessed)
Take one da qian of the above herbs. Combine with Euphorbia Lathyris Seed (Euphorbiae Lathyridis Semen), remove the skin, grind finely, wrap in paper, and press out the oil. Take the white residue (referred to as "white frost" in the text, likely referring to the defatted powder or specific extract), add one zi measure, mix with one zhan of hot wine, and add ten pig bile ducts/gallbladders.
Treating Xiao Chang Qi (Intestinal Qi stagnation), characterized by blockage and obstruction in the lower origin.
Toosendan Fruit (Meliae Fructus) (one liang, with skin, cut into four slices) Croton Seed (Crotonis Tiglii Semen) (one liang, including shell, crushed)
Mix the above two ingredients evenly, stir-fry in a pan until purple, remove from heat, discard the Croton Seeds, and keep only the Meliae Fructus. Clean and grind into fine powder. Each dose is one qian. First, stir-fry Fennel Fruit (Foeniculi Fructus), weigh one qian until fragrant, brew with one zhan of wine, boil for three to five boils, filter the dregs, and mix in the Meliae Fructus powder. Administer continuously for two doses. If bowel movement occurs, the disease will be cured. This formula is also used to treat chronic ulcers sores lasting years. It was obtained from Wu Mei, a soldier from Jian'an.
Gardenia Fruit (Gardeniae Fructus) (49 fruits, roasted until half-charred) Prepared Aconite Root (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) (one piece, processed)
For each dose, take two qian of the above herbs. Simmer in a small zhan of wine until reduced to seventy percent. Add a pinch of salt, and take warm. Indicated for spasmodic urgency of Spleen and Kidney qi, extreme pain preventing flexion and extension, coldness and heaviness in the abdomen like a stone, unbearable pain, profuse cold sweat. With cold hands and feet, chronic non-healing conditions, bedridden and near death, one dose of this medicine brings sudden relief. Severe cases may require two doses for cure. I have found it effective myself and have frequently used it to treat others, all with verified results.
