在足大趾端，去爪甲如韭叶及三毛中。灸三壮。主卒疝，小便数，遗溺，阴头中痛，心
痛，汗出，阴跳上入腹，阴偏大，腹脐中痛，悒悒不乐，病左取右，右取左；腹胀满，少腹痛，
中热，喜寐，尸厥，状如死，妇人血崩不止，目不欲视，大息，五淋，不得尿，哕噫。
在足大趾间，动脉应手陷中。灸三壮。主溺难，白浊，寒疝，少腹肿；咳逆呕血，腰痛
不可
视，目中泪出，大息，癫疾，短气；癃闭，茎中痛，面色苍苍黑，短气，呕血，胸背痛，心
痛数惊，心悲不乐；妇人月事不利，见赤白而有身反败；阴寒振寒，溲白，尿难、痛。
在足大趾本节后二寸，或一寸半陷中。灸三壮。主腰引少腹痛，小便不利，状如淋，
疝，
儿卒疝，呕逆发寒，嗌干，肘肿，内踝前痛，淫泺 酸，腋下肿，马刀 ，唇肿，善渴，喉
中鸣，不得尿，阴上痛，溏泄，泄血，面陈黑。
在足内踝前一寸，仰足取之，陷中，伸足乃得之。灸三壮。主 疟，色苍苍，振寒，少
腹肿，食怏怏绕脐痛，足逆冷，不嗜食，身体不仁，寒疝，引腰中痛，或身微热，小腹痛，振寒
，溲白，尿难、痛；嗌干善渴，身黄，有微热、少气，身重湿；内踝前痛，膝肿，痿厥，身
体不仁， 疝，癃，暴痛，痿厥，咽遍肿，不可以咽。
在足大趾末端，距离爪甲边缘约韭菜叶宽度及三毛（丛毛）处。施灸三壮。主治突然发作的疝气、小便频数、遗尿、阴茎头部疼痛、心痛、出汗、阴部筋脉拘急上冲入腹、阴囊一侧肿大、肚脐周围疼痛、情绪抑郁不乐；病在左侧取右侧穴位，病在右侧取左侧穴位；腹胀满、小腹部疼痛、中焦发热、嗜睡、尸厥（状如死亡）、妇女血崩不止、眼睛不愿睁开、长叹气、五种淋证、排尿困难、呃逆嗳气。
在足大趾两趾之间，动脉搏动明显处的凹陷中。施灸三壮。主治排尿困难、白浊、寒疝、小腹部肿胀；咳嗽气逆呕血、腰痛无法视物、眼中流泪、长叹气、癫疾、短气；癃闭（小便不通）、尿道疼痛、面色青黑、短气、呕血、胸背疼痛、心痛且易受惊、心情悲伤不乐；妇女月经不利、白带赤白夹杂且怀孕后反而流产；阴部寒冷战栗、尿液浑浊、排尿困难且疼痛。
在足大趾本节后二寸，或一寸半处的凹陷中。施灸三壮。主治腰部牵引小腹部疼痛、小便不利、症状类似淋证、疝气、小儿突发疝气、呕吐气逆发冷、咽喉干燥、肘部肿胀、内踝前疼痛、肢体酸软无力酸痛、腋下肿胀、马刀瘰疬（颈部淋巴结结核）、嘴唇肿胀、容易口渴、喉中有鸣响、排尿困难、阴部上侧疼痛、腹泻便血、面色晦暗发黑。
在内踝前一寸处，仰卧伸足时取穴，位于凹陷中，伸直脚才能找到。施灸三壮。主治疟疾、面色青黑、恶寒战栗、小腹部肿胀、饮食无味绕脐疼痛、足部逆冷、食欲不振、身体麻木不仁、寒疝、牵引腰部疼痛、或身体微热、小腹部疼痛、恶寒战栗、尿液浑浊、排尿困难且疼痛；咽喉干燥容易口渴、身体发黄、有微热、少气、身体沉重湿重；内踝前疼痛、膝盖肿胀、痿厥（肢体萎软无力伴厥冷）、身体麻木不仁、疝气、癃闭、突发疼痛、痿厥、咽喉普遍肿胀、吞咽困难。

At the tip of the great toe, approximately the width of a leek leaf away from the nail and within the tuft of hair. Moxibustion: 3 cones. Indications: sudden onset of hernia (Shan), frequent urination, urinary incontinence, pain in the glans penis, heart pain, sweating, spasmodic upward movement of the genitalia into the abdomen, unilateral enlargement of the scrotum, periumbilical pain, depression; for pathology on the left, treat the right side, and vice versa; abdominal distension, lower abdominal pain, heat in the middle jiao, somnolence, corpse-like syncope (appearing dead), continuous metrorrhagia in women, aversion to opening eyes, sighing, five types of strangury (Wu Lin), difficulty voiding, hiccups and belching.
In the depression between the first and second toes where the arterial pulse is palpable. Moxibustion: 3 cones. Indications: dysuria, leukorrhea with turbid urine, cold hernia, lower abdominal swelling; cough with qi rebellion and hematemesis, low back pain preventing looking around, tearing from the eyes, sighing, epilepsy, shortness of breath; retention of urine (Long Bi), pain in the urethra, sallow and dark complexion, shortness of breath, hematemesis, chest and back pain, heart pain with frequent fright, sadness and unhappiness; irregular menstruation in women, red and white discharge with miscarriage during pregnancy; cold sensation and shivering in the genitalia, turbid urine, difficult and painful urination.
Two cun or one and a half cun posterior to the metatarsophalangeal joint of the great toe, in the depression. Moxibustion: 3 cones. Indications: lumbar pain radiating to the lower abdomen, difficulty in urination resembling strangury, hernia, sudden infantile hernia, vomiting with chills, dry throat, elbow swelling, pain anterior to the medial malleolus, generalized weakness and soreness, axillary swelling, scrofula (Mar Dao), lip swelling, excessive thirst, borborygmus in the throat, inability to void urine, pain on the upper aspect of the genitals, diarrhea with bloody stools, dark and dull complexion.
One cun anterior to the apex of the medial malleolus, located in the depression when the foot is extended. Moxibustion: 3 cones. Indications: malaria, sallow complexion, chills and shaking, lower abdominal swelling, anorexia with periumbilical pain, cold feet, loss of appetite, numbness of the body, cold hernia radiating to the waist, slight fever, lower abdominal pain, chills, turbid urine, difficult and painful urination; dry throat and excessive thirst, jaundice, slight fever, shortness of breath, heaviness and dampness in the body, pain anterior to the medial malleolus, knee swelling, flaccidity and cold limbs (Wei Jue), numbness of the body, hernia, urinary retention, acute pain, flaccidity and cold limbs, general swelling of the pharynx, dysphagia.
