称准，以煮大枫子汁，加陈米糊丸，如桐子大，于卯午
酉时各服三钱，酒送下。疾轻者只服二钱或一钱五分，至四五日反觉病凶，口内齿根麻木
，精神恍惚，过后渐痊，面色红润，再不沉重，惟要戒守则永不发。
白玉蟾末药方十六 治瘫痪、软痿、冷麻、困痹。大有奇功。

渐去衣被，须于无风处蒸之。

上为末，手足及遍身有肿块成疮或冷麻者，以生姜蘸药擦之，待皮活病退方止，当先

得已方行蒸法却之，但丸方要服数年。

两，共为末，用猪油调敷。
(手腿大烂不收敛)用黄蜡一两，东丹五钱，腻粉二钱，乳香、没
药车米各三钱，桐油调油纸摊贴。(烂疮)用炉甘、石钱、龙骨三钱，乳香、没药、雄黄
各五钱，研细干掺。(风癣)用蛇床子、雄黄、砒等分为末，醋调青布包之，重重频擦
。(痒块)用车米、硫黄各一钱，大风子一两，樟、冰、雄黄各二钱为末，以生芝麻二合炒
黑，研和如泥，以生布包擦块上，四五日愈。烂者不用。其破者，皆属脾经毒已从破处出

内服追毒，则自愈。(起泡者)用蛤粉、车米、石膏、乳、没等分，研末敷之。(眉落者)用

去大风子，将各药锉剂煎之，送下五七十丸。(生眉)用牙皂炒，加麝香少许，鸡蛋油调，
生绢包，擦眉棱上，二十日可出。(黑斑)用牙皂、鹿角屑、白附子等分为末，姜汁调，
惟
涂久脱常妙。吴氏亦以此方得名，每油四两，用乳没六分，血竭二钱，芒硝八分，牛黄三
分，服之虽效，总不如前方有奇功。如夏暑油不肯冻，不能成羔，以米仁炒熟研末，加入
为丸服。余时以药放酒盏内，每日在饭上炖化服，以助胃气，服至十日，其毒必追至手足处
发出。或肿或疮，即将蓖麻子、巴豆、丢子打成膏贴之，其臭水倘出滋延，败恶不可闻。
以菖蒲草根炒末，罨上即干瘪。如臭水流尽则愈。急服补气血药三年方保全生。
神效追风丸二十九 治癞、麻、疙瘩、热风、干风一切危笃等症。

神仙换骨丹三十一 治鼓槌软瘫干风瘸瘪麻木委困倦败等症大黄。
通经利窍汤（第十三方）：共三十帖，每日服用。治疗风疠初起服药时，必须先用此方开通经络。

第三、四日：
羌活、桔梗、防风、黄芩（各二钱），白芷、荆芥、防己、独活、牛膝、当归尾（各八分），甘草（五分）。
若腹中有积滞而作痛，加制大黄一钱；若心痛、大肠传导不利，则用生大黄一钱。
第五、六、七、八日：
羌活、独活、防风、荆芥（各一钱），当归尾、芍药、防己、连翘、黄芩（各八分），甘草（五分）。
如腹痛且大便不通，加大黄一钱。
第九日：
大黄、荆芥、羌活、独活、防风、川芎（各一钱），当归、牛膝、黄芩、白芷、桔梗（各八分），甘草（五分）。
第十日至第十八日同上方，惟独大黄用量改为二钱。
第十九日：
大黄、黄柏、连翘、羌活、苦参、荆芥、黄芩（各一钱），黄连、防风、防己、甘草、当归（各八分）。
第二十日：
如有白色寄生虫从大便排出，用药与第十九日相同。若无，再加白丑末，体虚者不加。
第二十一、二十二日：
黄柏（炒）、大黄（蒸）、苦参、羌活（各一钱），连翘、防风、黄芩、牛膝、防己、独活（各八分），甘草（五分），黄连（一钱五分）。
第二十三、二十四日：
芍药、羌活、黄芩、荆芥、牛膝、白芷、大黄、连翘（各一钱），独活、当归、防己、桔梗（各八分），甘草（五分）。
第二十五日：
玄参、连翘、独活、当归、防己、桔梗、牛膝、芍药（各八分），防风、大黄（各一钱），黄连（七分），草乌（一钱），川芎、甘草（各五分）。
第二十六、二十七日同上。
第二十八日：
草乌、芍药、羌活、荆芥、防己（各一钱），川芎、当归、桔梗、牛膝、白芷、苦参、防风（各八分），甘草（五分）。
第二十九、三十日同上方。服用此方后，如果皮肤痕迹颜色不退，可再服此方三四剂。
以上药物三十帖，均用水煎煮，早晚服用，温酒送下。若肠道涩滞，加大黄一钱。
白玉蟾遗方（第十四方）：治疗痹症、麻木、各种风邪、瘫痪、溃烂、挛缩、肿胀及危重病症，以及大麻风、鸡爪风、曳脚、蝼蝈风、冷麻等症。
防风、黄连、黄柏、苦参、牛膝、草乌、麻黄、紫风藤、荆芥穗、蔓荆子、升麻、川芎、大黄、当归、藁本、山栀。
以上药物水煎服，大剂量服用十帖，体内窍道皆通，外部油光、紫黑疙瘩皆消退，随后服用丸方。
白玉蟾丸方（第十五方）：
胡麻、川牛膝、木瓜、山栀、黄柏、苍术、明天麻、白蒺藜（各五两），五加皮、风藤、羌活、苦参、当归（各十两），水银、水飞朱砂、车米面包（煨）、麝香（三钱），香蛇（一两），代赭石醋（二两），新鲜大风子肉四十两（即木枫子肉）。
将朱砂研磨的大风子肉，用二十碗水煮至剩二三碗，滤干，放入臼中捣烂，将朱砂、汞、代赭石、米四种药材共同研磨，直至不见星点，收于瓷器内。供奉于八仙元檀神前，忌妇女、鸡、犬触碰污染。再将其他药末称准，用煮过的大枫子汁，加陈米糊制成丸药，如梧桐子大小。在卯时、午时、酉时各服三钱，酒送下。病情轻者只服二钱或一钱五分。服药后四五日反而觉得病势凶险，口内齿根麻木，精神恍惚，过后逐渐痊愈，面色红润，不再沉重。只要坚持戒守，永不复发。
白玉蟾末药方（第十六方）：治疗瘫痪、软痿、冷麻、困痹。大有奇效。
草乌、白术、朱砂、细辛、雄黄、白芷、防风、苍术（各五两），麻黄（八两），川乌（一个大个）。
以上研为末，每次服一钱，用葱白头七个，陈酒一碗，煎滚后送下。重症患者使用，先以药汤清洗患处，再进服此药，临睡前服用，出汗后避风。
白玉蟾浴汤方（第十七方）：将各药烧汤洗涤，如已溃烂者，每日洗一二次。
苍耳子、防风、马鞭草、紫苏、苦参、金银花、白芷、遍地香、泽兰。
白玉蟾蒸法（第十八方）：
先以汤药洗涤，再用苍术一斤煎酒五六碗，在地上铺稻柴，再铺砻糠四五斗，加入米醋十余杓，拌匀，蒸热，铺在席上，用席盖住糠，让人睡在上面，用棉被盖好，待出臭汗，毒气排尽，逐渐去掉衣被。必须在无风处进行蒸疗。
白玉蟾擦药方（第十九方）：
白芷、草乌、南星、半夏、大风子、杏仁、白芨、白蔹、蛇床子（各等分）。
以上研为末，手足及全身有肿块成疮或冷麻者，用生姜蘸药擦拭，待皮肤恢复活力、病情减退才停止。应当先用洗法，再服末药，再进行发汗法，随时擦拭。隔三天再洗、再汗、再擦，连续五六次。如病情不减，不得已才用蒸法驱除，但丸方需服用数年。
大瓢李遗丸方（第二十方）：治疗哉蚝蛇皮刺风、痒风、鸡爪风、疙瘙、历节风等风邪，以及麻木冷痛、手足屈折痛痒、不知疲倦、瘫痪、腐烂、危笃等症。
琥珀（五钱），天麻（一钱），真珠、冰片、朱砂、胆星、血竭、僵蚕（各二钱），蝉蜕、细辛（各四钱），川芎、羌活、防风（各六钱），远志（五钱），茯神（八钱），犀角（三钱五分），菖蒲（六钱五分），铁粉（三钱六分），雄黄、牛黄（各五钱六分），蛇含石醋（四钱六分），白附子（五钱二分），半夏（四钱四分），麝香、芦荟、乌梢蛇（各五钱五分），牙皂（一两），大风子霜（八两），青礞石（四两）。
以上研为末，酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服一百丸，空腹酒送下。如果觉得恍惚困倦、麻木厥逆，用苍耳、金银藤炼膏服用。
大瓢李末药方（第二十方）：治疗男女疠风，瘫痪，口眼歪斜、面部如虫行感、身痛如切割，或皮肉淫痒难忍，日久手足反张。
当归、防风、川芎、白芷、细辛、麻黄、荆芥、全蝎、天麻、藁本、雄黄、羌活、甘草（各五钱），朱砂、人参、白花蛇、大茴香、两头尖（各三钱），香蛇（七钱），川乌、草乌、苍术（各四两）。
以上研为末，每次服五六分，渐增至一钱，临睡前用无灰酒调服。忌食一切热物。若有出汗、麻木、身痒，是药力到达的表现。服用此后，用凤仙花梗煎汤洗浴，以出汗为度。
人参固本丸（第二十二方）：治疗手足挛痛，白天安静夜间加剧，历节大风，腰腿痛，口眼歪斜。
白术（四两），没药、沉香（各五钱），天麻（一两），青皮（一两），人参（一两），白芷（一两），苍耳子（二两），乌药（三两），紫苏（一两五钱），甘草（五钱）。
以上研为末，酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服百丸，用后方煎药送下。
煎方（第二十三方）：
白术、桂心、防风、人参、柴胡、甘草、川乌、当归、芍药、赤茯苓。
加姜、枣煎服。
孙思邈真人煎方（第二十四方）：治疗核桃风、紫云风等风邪。
防风、苦参、薄荷、芍药、黄芩、连翘、山栀、知母、柴胡、大黄、麻黄、天麻、半夏、花粉、甘草、紫苏、香附、白芷、当归、羌活。
加细茶一撮，煎服。服五六帖退斑，服十帖见效。卧服时忌见风。
孙思邈真人丸方（第二十五方）：此方甚为妥当，尚可随症状加减药物。
牙皂、苦参、蒺藜、防风、当归、荆芥穗、蔓荆子、牛蒡子、胡麻（各一两），黄柏（三两），白花蛇、大风子（各四两），麝香（二钱）。
以上研为末，黄米饭制成丸药，梧桐子大小，朱砂为衣。每次服四十丸，每日三次，清茶送下。忌食盐物，只宜吃淡鸭肉。
邋遢张真人灵宝千年大药（第二十六方）：治疗三十六种大风，后人称为平分家产方。

用阴阳水各一桶，春季浸泡五日，夏季三日，秋季七日，冬季九日，煎去渣，炼成膏。
人参、白术、沉香、川芎、木香、乳香、牛膝、红花、磁石醋（七次）、没药、香蛇、血竭、松脂、姜蚕、檀香、安息香、云母粉、降香、鹅管石、肉苁蓉（各一两），茯苓、雄黄、砂仁、青礞石、萎蕤、胡麻（各二两），蟾酥、麝香（各五钱），冰片（二钱），花蛇（一条），人牙（炙黄香五两）。
以上研为末，以前面熬制的膏和丸，弹子大小，朱砂为衣，金箔包裹。久病者服十丸，近病者服七丸，用麻姑酒磨服，出汗则病愈。方中若加桑螵蛸、原蚕蛾末各一两五钱尤妙。
神效夺命还真丹（第二十七方）：治疗三十六种风，如疠麻、曳脚、大麻风、哑风、疠风，立竿见影。
全蝎、僵蚕、黄芩、陈皮、熟地、肉桂、生地、蔓荆子、地骨皮、黄连、甘菊、防风、茴香、芍药、知母、枳壳、柴胡、甘草、石膏、当归、半夏（各一两），明天麻、木香、川芎、藁本、菟丝子、白术、人参、独活（各一两五钱），羌活（三两），桔梗、麻黄、薄荷（各二两五钱），细辛（五钱），蛤蚧（一对酥炙），茯苓（二两）。
以上研为末，蜜丸，弹子大小，金箔为衣。每次服一丸，细嚼。中风、瘫痪、大风、疠病，茶酒送下。遍身筋骨痛及心气痛不省人事，热醋汤送下。头风、暗风，茶送下。惊痫、口吐涎沫，温酒送下。妇人胎前产后，经水不调，香附汤送下。冷风寒湿，气机突然抽掣，走注叫号，日夜不安，黑豆炒焦烹酒送下。
又有一方加麝香、牛黄、冰片更妙。
车华玉髓（第二十八方）：尹蓬头真人传授，以大风子油为主药，因大风子产于东夷岛故以此名。
大风子（依法取油四两），没药、滴乳、血竭（各二钱），牛黄（五钱），麝香（五分），阿胶（一钱），琥珀、珍珠（各三钱），雄黄（五钱），地龙（火炙去土七钱），冰片（三钱），芒硝（八分）。
以上研为末，隔水加热化开油，药搅匀，每次服一钱。内热者柿饼汤送下。内寒者花椒汤送下。平常者温酒送下。其大风紫黑、痿痹、瘫痪、挛屈、歪斜、臭烂危笃者，不过一料即可全愈。须禁欲，戒除暴躁性格，避风，忌食一切腥鲜盐物、五辛诸毒，只宜吃清淡食物，方能见效。（紫云风）去牛黄、芒硝，加血竭一钱，乳香、没药各四分。（颜面成形不退肿起）用艾做小炷，四周团团灸。每灸五七团，泄其气即愈。（蛇皮风、鱼鳞风）加白花蛇末一钱，冰片二分，有细疮乖疠同治。（漏蹄、白癜风）加牛黄三分。（臭）加水飞雄黄末三分五厘。（冷麻风）加羌活、独活、归尾各五分。（瘦弱者）去芒硝，加人参五分，地骨皮、柴胡各一钱。（内热者）加川芎、白芍、黄芩、山栀各二钱，归尾一钱五分。
（烂疮）用枯矾四两，硫黄、信石各一钱，花椒三两，生矾五钱，蛇床子二两，共为末，用猪油调敷。
（手腿大烂不收敛）用黄蜡一两，东丹五钱，腻粉二钱，乳香、没药、车米各三钱，桐油调油纸摊贴。（烂疮）用炉甘石一钱、龙骨三钱，乳香、没药、雄黄各五钱，研细干掺。（风癣）用蛇床子、雄黄、砒等分为末，醋调青布包之，重重频擦。（痒块）用车米、硫黄各一钱，大风子一两，樟脑、冰片、雄黄各二钱为末，以生芝麻二合炒黑，研和如泥，以生布包擦块上，四五日愈。烂者不用。其破者，皆属脾经毒已从破处出，内服追毒，则自愈。（起泡者）用蛤粉、车米、石膏、乳香、没药等分，研末敷之。（眉落者）用荆芥、防风、白芷、蝉壳、天麻、首乌、羌活、独活各五钱，大风子肉四两，牛蒡子、大黄各六钱。（眼赤）加菊花五钱。（两眼痛）去大风子二两，加全蝎七钱，蜜丸梧桐子大小，临卧以方中止去大风子，将各药锉剂煎之，送下五七十丸。（生眉）用牙皂炒，加麝香少许，鸡蛋油调，生绢包，擦眉棱上，二十日可出。（黑斑）用牙皂、鹿角屑、白附子等分为末，姜汁调，惟涂久脱常妙。吴氏亦以此方得名，每油四两，用乳没六分，血竭二钱，芒硝八分，牛黄三分，服之虽效，总不如前方有奇功。如夏暑油不肯冻，不能成羔，以米仁炒熟研末，加入为丸服。余时以药放酒盏内，每日在饭上炖化服，以助胃气，服至十日，其毒必追至手足处发出。或肿或疮，即将蓖麻子、巴豆、大风子打成膏贴之，其臭水倘出滋延，败恶不可闻。以菖蒲草根炒末，罨上即干瘪。如臭水流尽则愈。急服补气血药三年方保全生。
神效追风丸（第二十九方）：治疗癞、麻、疙瘩、热风、干风一切危笃等症。
当归、麻黄、羌活、白术（各五钱），荆芥（二两五钱），白芍、黄芩、僵蚕、川芎（各一两），人参（三两），蒺藜、胡麻、防风（各二两），没药、乳香（各二钱五分），麝香（四分），苦参皮（六两），大风子肉（一两）。
以上研为末，黄米粉酒糊丸，梧桐子大小。每次服五七十丸，早晚温酒送下。
搜风四七丹（第三十方）：治疗紫云风、白癜风、紫癜风等。
防风、川芎、当归、芍药、麻黄（各五钱），黄芩、山栀、连翘、白术、甘草、薄荷、桔梗、全蝎、蝉壳、羌活、独活、胡麻、干葛、升麻（各六钱），荆芥（一两），人参（三钱五分），牛膝、滑石（各一两五钱），木香（七分五厘），麝香（五分），石膏（八钱），大风子肉（半斤）。
以上研为末，黄米粉糊丸，梧桐子大小。每次服五十丸，空腹酒送下，茶亦可。
Tongjing Liqiao Decoction (Formula 13): Thirty doses in total, taken daily. At the initial stage of treating Leprosy (Fengli, 风疠) when starting medication, this formula must be used first to open the meridians and benefit the orifices.
Day 1:
Rhubarb (Dahuang), Schizonepeta (Jingjie), Platycodon (Jiegeng), Angelica sinensis tail (Guiwei), Scutellaria (Huangqin) (each 1 qian); Notopterygium (Qianghuo), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Forsythia (Lianqiao) (each 1.2 qian); Stephania (Fangji), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi) (each 0.8 qian); Achyranthes (Niuxi) (0.7 qian); Licorice (Gancao) (0.5 qian).
Day 2:
Rhubarb (Dahuang), Notopterygium (Qianghuo), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Platycodon (Jiegeng) (each 1 qian); Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Stephania (Fangji), Angelica sinensis tail (Guiwei), Angelica pubescens (Duhuo), Schizonepeta (Jingjie), Achyranthes (Niuxi) (each 0.8 qian); Licorice (Gancao) (0.5 qian).
Days 3-4:
Notopterygium (Qianghuo), Platycodon (Jiegeng), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Scutellaria (Huangqin) (each 2 qian); Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Schizonepeta (Jingjie), Stephania (Fangji), Angelica pubescens (Duhuo), Achyranthes (Niuxi), Angelica sinensis tail (Guiwei) (each 0.8 qian); Licorice (Gancao) (0.5 qian).
If there is accumulation in the abdomen causing pain, add processed Rhubarb (Zhi Dahuang) 1 qian; if there is heart pain and dysfunction of the Large Intestine (Da Chang), use raw Rhubarb (Sheng Dahuang) 1 qian.
Days 5-8:
Notopterygium (Qianghuo), Angelica pubescens (Duhuo), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Schizonepeta (Jingjie) (each 1 qian); Angelica sinensis tail (Guiwei), Peony (Shaoyao), Stephania (Fangji), Forsythia (Lianqiao), Scutellaria (Huangqin) (each 0.8 qian); Licorice (Gancao) (0.5 qian).
If there is abdominal pain and constipation, add Rhubarb (Dahuang) 1 qian.
Day 9:
Rhubarb (Dahuang), Schizonepeta (Jingjie), Notopterygium (Qianghuo), Angelica pubescens (Duhuo), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong) (each 1 qian); Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Achyranthes (Niuxi), Scutellaria (Huangqin), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Platycodon (Jiegeng) (each 0.8 qian); Licorice (Gancao) (0.5 qian).
From Day 10 to Day 18, the formula is the same, except Rhubarb (Dahuang) is increased to 2 qian.
Day 19:
Rhubarb (Dahuang), Phellodendron (Huangbai), Forsythia (Lianqiao), Notopterygium (Qianghuo), Sophora flavescens (Kushen), Schizonepeta (Jingjie), Scutellaria (Huangqin) (each 1 qian); Coptis (Huanglian), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Stephania (Fangji), Licorice (Gancao), Angelica sinensis (Danggui) (each 0.8 qian).
Day 20:
If white worms are excreted from the stool, the medication is the same as Day 19. If not, add powder of Strychnos (Bai Chou); do not add for those with deficiency.
Days 21-22:
Phellodendron (Huangbai) (stir-fried), Rhubarb (Dahuang) (steamed), Sophora flavescens (Kushen), Notopterygium (Qianghuo) (each 1 qian); Forsythia (Lianqiao), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Scutellaria (Huangqin), Achyranthes (Niuxi), Stephania (Fangji), Angelica pubescens (Duhuo) (each 0.8 qian); Licorice (Gancao) (0.5 qian), Coptis (Huanglian) (1.5 qian).
Days 23-24:
Peony (Shaoyao), Notopterygium (Qianghuo), Scutellaria (Huangqin), Schizonepeta (Jingjie), Achyranthes (Niuxi), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Rhubarb (Dahuang), Forsythia (Lianqiao) (each 1 qian); Angelica pubescens (Duhuo), Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Stephania (Fangji), Platycodon (Jiegeng) (each 0.8 qian); Licorice (Gancao) (0.5 qian).
Day 25:
Scrophularia (Yuanshen), Forsythia (Lianqiao), Angelica pubescens (Duhuo), Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Stephania (Fangji), Platycodon (Jiegeng), Achyranthes (Niuxi), Peony (Shaoyao) (each 0.8 qian); Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Rhubarb (Dahuang) (each 1 qian); Coptis (Huanglian) (0.7 qian), Aconitum (Caowu) (1 qian), Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Licorice (Gancao) (each 0.5 qian).
Days 26-27 are the same as above.
Day 28:
Aconitum (Caowu), Peony (Shaoyao), Notopterygium (Qianghuo), Schizonepeta (Jingjie), Stephania (Fangji) (each 1 qian); Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Platycodon (Jiegeng), Achyranthes (Niuxi), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Sophora flavescens (Kushen), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng) (each 0.8 qian); Licorice (Gancao) (0.5 qian).
Days 29-30 are the same. If the skin lesions do not fade after taking this formula, take three to four more doses.
The above thirty doses of herbs are all decocted in water, taken morning and evening, with warm wine. If the intestines are astringent, add Rhubarb (Dahuang) 1 qian.
Bai Yuchan's Legacy Formula (Formula 14): Treats Bi syndrome (Bi, 痹), numbness, various wind pathogens, paralysis, ulceration, contracture, swelling, and critical conditions, as well as major leprosy (Dama Feng, 大麻风), chicken-claw hand, foot-dragging, mole-wind, cold-numbness, etc.
Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Coptis (Huanglian), Phellodendron (Huangbai), Sophora flavescens (Kushen), Achyranthes (Niuxi), Aconitum (Caowu), Ephedra (Mahuang), Sinomenium (Zifengteng), Schizonepeta head (Jingjiesui), Vitex (Manjingzi), Cimicifuga (Shengma), Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Rhubarb (Dahuang), Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Ligusticum wallichii (Ben), Gardenia (Shanzhi).
Decoct these herbs in water and take. For a large dose, take ten doses until the internal orifices are unblocked, and external oiliness and purple-black nodules recede. Then follow with pill formulas.
Bai Yuchan Pill Formula (Formula 15):
Sesame (Huma), Cyathula officinalis (Chuanniuxi), Quince (Mugua), Gardenia (Shanzhi), Phellodendron (Huangbai), Atractylodes (Cangzhu), Gastrodia (Miantianma), Tribulus (Bajili) (each 5 liang); Eucommia (Wujiaopi), Sinomenium (Fengteng), Notopterygium (Qianghuo), Sophora flavescens (Kushen), Angelica sinensis (Danggui) (each 10 liang); Mercury (Shuiyin), Cinnabar (Shuifei Zhu), Rice cake (Che Mi Mianbao) (roasted), Musk (Shexiang) (3 qian), Snake (Xiangshe) (1 liang), Hematite (Daizheshi) vinegar (2 liang), fresh Bignonia fruit meat (Da Feng Zi Rou) 40 liang (this is Wood Maple fruit meat).
Grind the Bignonia fruit meat with Cinnabar, boil in twenty bowls of water until reduced to two or three bowls, filter, and pound in a mortar. Grind Cinnabar, Mercury, Hematite, and Rice together until no star-like particles remain. Store in a porcelain vessel. Offer before the altar of the Eight Immortals Yuan Tan deity. Avoid contamination by women, chickens, and dogs. Weigh the other herb powders accurately, mix with the boiled Bignonia juice, add aged rice paste to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 3 qian at Mao, Wu, and You hours, with wine. For mild disease, take only 2 qian or 1.5 qian. After four or five days, one may feel the disease worsens, with numbness in the gums and mental confusion, but gradually recovers afterwards, with a ruddy complexion and no heaviness. As long as abstinence is maintained, it will never recur.
Bai Yuchan Powder Formula (Formula 16): Treats paralysis, flaccidity, cold-numbness, and debilitating Bi syndrome. Has miraculous effects.
Aconitum (Caowu), Atractylodes macrocephala (Baizhu), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Asarum (Xixin), Realgar (Xionghuang), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Atractylodes (Cangzhu) (each 5 liang), Ephedra (Mahuang) (8 liang), Aconitum carmichaelii (Chuanwu) (one large piece).
Grind into powder. Take 1 qian each time, decoct seven green onion whites in one bowl of aged wine until boiling, and take with the liquid. Use for severe cases. First wash with herbal soup, then take this medicine. Take before bed, avoid wind after sweating.
Bai Yuchan Bath Soup Formula (Formula 17): Decoct the herbs for washing. For ulcerated cases, wash once or twice daily.
Xanthium (Cangerzi), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Verbena (Mabiancaocao), Perilla (Zisu), Sophora flavescens (Kushen), Lonicera (Jinyinhua), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Mentha haplocalyx (Bidixiang), Lycopodium (Zelan).
Bai Yuchan Steaming Method (Formula 18):
First wash with herbal soup. Then decoct one jin of Atractylodes (Cangzhu) in wine (five to six bowls). Spread rice straw on the ground, then spread four or five dou of husk, add over ten ladles of rice vinegar, mix well, and steam until hot. Lay on a mat, cover with a mat, have the patient lie on top, cover with cotton quilts. Wait for foul sweat to appear and toxic vapors to exhaust. Gradually remove clothing and blankets. Must be done in a windless place.
Bai Yuchan Rubbing Medicine Formula (Formula 19):
Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Aconitum (Caowu), Arisaema (Nanxing), Pinellia (Banxia), Bignonia (Diuzi), Apricot kernel (Xingren), Bletilla (Baiji), Ampelopsis (Bailian), Cnidium (Shechuang) (equal parts).
Grind into powder. For lumps, sores, or cold-numbness on hands, feet, or whole body, rub with ginger dipped in the medicine. Stop when skin vitality returns and disease recedes. First use washing method, then take powder medicine, then induce sweating, and rub as needed. Repeat washing, sweating, and rubbing every three days for five or six times. If the disease does not improve, reluctantly use steaming method to expel it, but pill formulas must be taken for several years.
Da Piao Li's Legacy Pill Formula (Formula 20): Treats Zai Hao snake-skin prickling wind, itching wind, chicken-claw wind, nodular wind, joint wind, and numbness, cold pain, flexion/extension pain and itching of hands and feet, unawareness of fatigue, paralysis, ulceration, and critical conditions.
Amber (Hu po) (5 qian), Gastrodia (Tianma) (1 qian), Pearl (Zhenzhu), Borneol (Bingpian), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Star Fritillary Bulb (Danxing), Dragon's Blood (Xuejie), Silkworm (Jiangcan) (each 2 qian), Cicada slough (Chantui), Asarum (Xixin) (each 4 qian), Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Notopterygium (Qianghuo), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng) (each 6 qian), Polygala (Yuanzhi) (5 qian), Poria (Fushen) (8 qian), Rhinoceros Horn (Xijiao) (3.5 qian), Acorus (Changpu) (6.5 qian), Iron Powder (Tiefen) (3.6 qian), Realgar (Xionghuang), Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang) (each 5.6 qian), Ophiolite (Shehanshi) vinegar (4.6 qian), Typhonium (Baifuzi) (5.2 qian), Pinellia (Banxia) (4.4 qian), Musk (Shexiang), Aloe (Luhui), Zaocys (Wushaoshe) (each 5.5 qian), Glycyrrhiza glabra pod (Ya zao) (1 liang), Bignonia frost (Diuzi Shuang) (8 liang), Calcitrite (Qingmengshi) (4 liang).
Grind into powder, make pills with wine paste the size of paulownia seeds. Take 100 pills each time with wine on an empty stomach. If feeling confused, drowsy, numb, or厥逆 (Jue), take paste refined from Xanthium (Canger) and Lonicera vine (Jinyin Teng).
Da Piao Li's Powder Formula (Formula 21): Treats male and female leprosy, paralysis, facial deviation, sensation of insects crawling on face, body pain like cutting, unbearable itching of skin and flesh, and eventual extension of hands and feet after prolonged duration.
Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Asarum (Xixin), Ephedra (Mahuang), Schizonepeta (Jingjie), Scorpio (Quanxie), Gastrodia (Tianma), Ligusticum wallichii (Ben), Realgar (Xionghuang), Notopterygium (Qianghuo), Licorice (Gancao) (each 5 qian), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Ginseng (Renshen), Bungarus multicinctus (Baihua She), Anise (Da Huixiang), Bothriocoelum (Liangtoujian) (each 3 qian), Snake (Xiangshe) (7 qian), Aconitum carmichaelii (Chuanwu), Aconitum (Caowu), Atractylodes (Cangzhu) (each 4 liang).
Grind into powder. Take 0.5-0.6 fen initially, gradually increasing to 1 qian. Take with non-grain wine before bed. Avoid all hot foods. Sweating, numbness, and itching indicate the medicinal power has reached its destination. After taking this, bathe with decoction of Impatiens stems until sweating occurs.
Renshen Guben Wan (Formula 22): Treats spasm and pain of hands and feet, quiet during day and worse at night, joint wind, lower back and leg pain, facial deviation.
Atractylodes macrocephala (Baizhu) (4 liang), Myrrh (Moyao), Agarwood (Chenxiang) (each 5 qian), Gastrodia (Tianma) (1 liang), Green Tangerina Peel (Qingpi) (1 liang), Ginseng (Renshen) (1 liang), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi) (1 liang), Xanthium (Cangerzi) (2 liang), Lindera (Wuyao) (3 liang), Perilla (Zisu) (1.5 liang), Licorice (Gancao) (0.5 liang).
Grind into powder, make pills with wine paste the size of paulownia seeds. Take 100 pills each time, taken with the following decoction.
Decoction Formula (Formula 23):
Atractylodes macrocephala (Baizhu), Cinnamon Heart (Guixin), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Ginseng (Renshen), Bupleurum (Chaihu), Licorice (Gancao), Aconitum carmichaelii (Chuanwu), Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Peony (Shaoyao), Red Poria (Chifuling).
Decoct with Ginger and Jujube.
Sun Simiao's Decoction Formula (Formula 24): Treats Walnut Wind, Purple Cloud Wind, etc.
Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Sophora flavescens (Kushen), Mint (Bohe), Peony (Shaoyao), Scutellaria (Huangqin), Forsythia (Lianqiao), Gardenia (Shanzhi), Anemarrhena (Zhimu), Bupleurum (Chaihu), Rhubarb (Dahuang), Ephedra (Mahuang), Gastrodia (Tianma), Pinellia (Banxia), Trichosanthes Root (Huafen), Licorice (Gancao), Perilla (Zisu), Cyperus (Xiangfu), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Notopterygium (Qianghuo).
Add a pinch of fine tea, decoct and take. After five to six doses, spots recede; after ten doses, efficacy appears. Avoid wind when lying down.
Sun Simiao's Pill Formula (Formula 25): This formula is very appropriate and can be modified according to symptoms.
Glycyrrhiza glabra pod (Ya zao), Sophora flavescens (Kushen), Tribulus (Jili), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Schizonepeta head (Jingjiesui), Vitex (Manjingzi), Barnaby Thistle (Niubangzi), Sesame (Huma) (each 1 liang), Phellodendron (Huangbai) (3 liang), Bungarus multicinctus (Baihua She), Bignonia (Diuzi) (each 4 liang), Musk (Shexiang) (2 qian).
Grind into powder, make pills with yellow rice flour the size of paulownia seeds, coat with Cinnabar. Take 40 pills each time, three times daily, with clear tea. Avoid salt, eat only bland duck.
Laotao Zhang Zhenren Lingbao Qiannian Dayao (Formula 26): Treats thirty-six types of great wind, later known as the "Dividing Family Property" formula.

Use Yin-Yang water (one bucket each). Soak for five days in spring, three in summer, seven in autumn, nine in winter. Decoct, strain residue, refine into paste.
Ginseng (Renshen), Atractylodes macrocephala (Baizhu), Agarwood (Chenxiang), Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Aucklandia (Muxiang), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Achyranthes (Niuxi), Safflower (Honghua), Magnetite (Ci shi) vinegar (seven times), Myrrh (Moyao), Snake blood, Dragon's Blood (Xuejie), Pine resin (Songzhi), Ginger silkworm (Jiangcan), Sandalwood (Tanxiang), Benzoin (Anxi xiang), Mica powder (Yunmu fen), Agate wood (Xiang jiang), Pipestone (E guan shi), Cistanche (Rongrong) (each 1 liang), Poria (Fuling), Realgar (Xionghuang), Amomum (Sharen), Calcitrite (Qingmengshi), Polygonatum (Weirui), Sesame (Huma) (each 2 liang), Toad venom (Chansu), Musk (Shexiang) (each 5 qian), Borneol (Bingpian) (2 qian), Flower snake (Huashe) (one), Human tooth (Renya) roasted yellow incense (5 liang).
Grind into powder, mix with the previous paste to form pills the size of a bullet, coat with Cinnabar, wrap in gold foil. For old diseases, take 10 pills; for recent diseases, take 7 pills. Grind with Magu wine and take. Recovery occurs with sweating. Adding Sangpiaoxiao and Bombyx Batryticatus powder (1.5 liang each) is excellent.
Shenxiao Duoming Huanshen Dan (Formula 27): Treats thirty-six types of wind, such as leprosy numbness, foot-dragging, major leprosy, mute wind, leprosy. Immediate effect.

Grind into powder, make honey pills the size of bullets, coat with gold foil. Take one pill each time, chew finely. For stroke, paralysis, great wind, leprosy, take with tea or wine. For whole-body bone/muscle pain and heart qi pain with unconsciousness, take with hot vinegar soup. For head wind, dark wind, take with tea. For convulsions, salivation, take with warm wine. For women pre/post-natal, irregular menstruation, take with Cyperus (Xiangfu) soup. For cold wind-cold-dampness, sudden spasms, wandering pain, crying out, restlessness day and night, take with black beans fried and cooked in wine.
Another version adding Musk, Calculus Bovis, Borneol is better.
Che Huayu Sui (Formula 28): Passed down by Yin Pengtou Zhenren. Uses Bignonia oil as the chief ingredient, named after the island where Bignonia grows.
Bignonia seed oil (4 liang extracted according to method), Myrrh (Moyao), Milk Myrrh (Diru), Dragon's Blood (Xuejie) (each 2 qian), Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang) (5 qian), Musk (Shexiang) (5 fen), Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao) (1 qian), Amber (Hupo), Pearl (Zhenzhu) (each 3 qian), Realgar (Xionghuang) (5 qian), Earthworm (Dilong) fire roasted de-soiled (7 qian), Borneol (Bingpian) (3 qian), Mirabilite (Mangxiao) (8 fen).
Grind into powder. Melt oil over water bath, mix medicine evenly. Take 1 qian each time. For internal heat, take with Persimmon cake soup. For internal cold, take with Sichuan pepper soup. For normal cases, take with warm wine. For major wind purple-black, flaccidity, paralysis, contracture, deviation, foul ulceration, critical condition, one course is sufficient for complete recovery. Abstain from sex, control temper, avoid wind, avoid all fishy/fresh/salty foods, five pungents and toxins. Eat only bland food to see effect.
(Purple Cloud Wind): Remove Calculus Bovis, Mirabilite; add Dragon's Blood 1 qian, Frankincense and Myrrh 4 fen each.
(Facial swelling not receding): Moxibustion around the area with small moxa cones. Five to seven cones per session to vent qi, then cured.
(Snake skin wind, Fish scale wind): Add Bungarus multicinctus powder 1 qian, Borneol 2 fen. Treat same as fine sores and leprosy.
(Leaky hoof, Vitiligo): Add Calculus Bovis 3 fen.
(Foul odor): Add washed Realgar powder 3.5 fen.
(Cold numbness wind): Add Notopterygium, Angelica pubescens, Angelica sinensis tail 5 fen each.
(Emaciated): Remove Mirabilite, add Ginseng 5 fen, Cortex Lycii and Bupleurum 1 qian each.
(Internal heat): Add Ligusticum chuanxiong, White Peony, Scutellaria, Gardenia 2 qian each, Angelica sinensis tail 1.5 qian.
(Ulcer): Use Calcined Alum 4 liang, Sulfur, Arsenic Trioxide 1 qian each, Sichuan Pepper 3 liang, Raw Alum 5 qian, Cnidium 2 liang. Grind into powder, mix with pig fat for application.
(Large ulcers on hands/legs not healing): Use Beeswax 1 liang, Dongdan 5 qian, Calomel 2 qian, Frankincense, Myrrh, Rice cake 3 qian each. Mix with Tung oil, apply on oiled paper.
(Ulcer): Use Calamine Stone 1 qian, Dragon Bone 3 qian, Frankincense, Myrrh, Realgar 5 qian each. Grind fine, sprinkle dry.
(Wind tinea): Use Cnidium, Realgar, Arsenic equal parts. Grind, mix with vinegar, wrap in blue cloth, rub repeatedly.
(Itchy lumps): Use Rice cake, Sulfur 1 qian each, Bignonia 1 liang, Camphor, Borneol, Realgar 2 qian each. Grind. Stir-fry 2 he of raw sesame until black, grind and mix into paste. Wrap in raw cloth, rub on lumps. Cured in 4-5 days. Not for ulcers. Broken ones belong to Spleen channel toxicity exiting through break. Internal detoxification leads to self-healing.
(Blisters): Use Clam powder, Rice cake, Gypsum, Frankincense, Myrrh equal parts. Grind, apply.
(Eyelash loss): Use Schizonepeta, Saposhnikovia, Angelica dahurica, Cicada slough, Gastrodia, Polygonum multiflorum, Notopterygium, Angelica pubescens 5 qian each, Bignonia meat 4 liang, Barnaby Thistle, Rhubarb 6 qian each.
(Red eyes): Add Chrysanthemum 5 qian.
(Two eye pain): Remove Bignonia 2 liang, add Scorpio 7 qian. Make honey pills paulownia size. Before bed, remove Bignonia from formula, chop remaining herbs, decoct, take 50-70 pills.
(Regrow eyebrows): Roast Glycyrrhiza glabra pod, add little Musk, mix with egg yolk oil, wrap in raw silk, rub on eyebrow ridge. Eyebrows grow in 20 days.
(Black spots): Use Glycyrrhiza glabra pod, Deer horn scrapings, Typhonium equal parts. Mix with ginger juice. Apply for long-term baldness/spots.
Wu Shi also gained fame with this formula: 4 liang oil, Frankincense/Myrrh 6 fen, Dragon's Blood 2 qian, Mirabilite 8 fen, Calculus Bovis 3 fen. Effective but inferior to the former formula. If oil doesn't solidify in summer, stir-fry Coix seed, grind, add to pills.
Usually, put medicine in wine cup, steam over rice daily to aid Stomach Qi. After 10 days, toxin pursues to hands/feet, emerging as swelling or sores. Immediately apply paste of Castor bean, Croton seed, Bignonia. If foul fluid flows and spreads, smell is unbearable. Apply roasted Calamus root powder to dry it. When foul fluid stops, cure. Urgently take Qi-Blood tonics for three years to preserve life.
Shenxiao Zhuifeng Wan (Formula 29): Treats Leprosy, numbness, nodules, hot wind, dry wind, and all critical conditions.

Grind into powder, make pills with yellow rice flour and wine paste the size of paulownia seeds. Take 50-70 pills morning and evening with warm wine.
Soufeng Siqi Dan (Formula 30): Treats Purple Cloud Wind, Vitiligo, Purpura Wind, etc.
Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Peony (Shaoyao), Ephedra (Mahuang) (each 5 qian), Scutellaria (Huangqin), Gardenia (Shanzhi), Forsythia (Lianqiao), Atractylodes macrocephala (Baizhu), Licorice (Gancao), Mint (Bohe), Platycodon (Jiegeng), Scorpio (Quanxie), Cicada slough (Chanke), Notopterygium (Qianghuo), Angelica pubescens (Duhuo), Sesame (Huma), Kudzu (Gange), Cimicifuga (Shengma) (each 6 qian), Schizonepeta (Jingjie) (1 liang), Ginseng (Renshen) (3.5 qian), Achyranthes (Niuxi), Talc (Huashi) (each 1.5 liang), Aucklandia (Muxiang) (7.5 fen), Musk (Shexiang) (5 fen), Gypsum (Shigao) (8 qian), Bignonia meat (0.5 jin).
Grind into powder, make pills with yellow rice flour paste the size of paulownia seeds. Take 50 pills each time with wine on empty stomach, tea is also acceptable.
Shenxian Huangu Dan (Formula 31): Treats drumstick soft paralysis, dry wind, lame/emaciated, numbness, weakness, fatigue, decay, etc.
